The same thing happened to me. I filled up all the information & paid the amount but it gave me an error. Money has been deducted from my bank account.
i tried to correct my pan details and i had done whaterver asked to do in the form i filled it property after that it has asked me to do payment and i have done as asked and now my payment is deducted and messege popup came as your request cannot preocessed please try after some time using returning user option in login page..
