I have applied for PAN CARD online with option e-kyc authentication through aadhaar. The details were submitted successfully and the payment was also made through net-banking on 09/01/2022. But i haven't received the OTP at last verification step.
I would like to request the authorities to take my complaint into consideration ASAP as the payment has already been done.

    My PRAN number is generated in October 2021. But when I try to login through it, my PRAN number is not showing up.

    It is saying PRAN not found in database.

    Please help, it's urgent

      I never seen such a worst courier service in my life. No customare care. no courier boys. How NSDL gave courier service to such a irresponsible company.

      I have applied pancard on month before. my pancard dispatched 24-Dec and It reched my hometown hub around 29-Dec.

      I tried to reach courier customer care many time but no response. I am continuously tried then one guy responsed we will deliver with in 48hours. After that i checked my tracking status then its changed like out for delivery. no one reached us. I asked where is the courier center available in salem but they are not responded.

      my courier details . See here out for delivery time is 20:43:15. Is there any courier person working night shift for delivery?

        My wife Supraja Madhaiyan applied pan card and its dispatched on 24 dec 2021, through velex courier track AWB no. [protected]. package still not yet delivered to my home address (santhaithanampatti, Gonur village, pincode 636404). No response from courier office.

          NPS login using PRAN for First time

          Website: cra-nsdl.com/CRA

          I have newly registered with e-nps and allotted with PRAN :[protected] . I have also completed e-sign verification with aadhar. Registeration fee is deducted and I received text my PAN is approved
          But when i try to login to website with PRAN to set my i-pin for the first time i am getting the error - unauthorized user. Kindly request you to help...

            I created NPS account recently and registration was complete and PRAN number is also allocated to me.

            But I am unable to reset password in order to login to my NPS account.

                    I applied for a new PAN card on December 23.

                    Acknowledgement number: [protected]
                    However I get this status now: Income Tax Department (ITD) database shows that you may have been issued PAN in your name. ITD yet to inform status of your application.

                    Could you tell me what is the PAN number issued in my name, I have no record of an active PAN with my correct details. Your urgent attention to this matter is appreciated as I am having issues due to not having an active PAN number to refer to.

                    I am not sure who the Jurisdictional Income Tax Officer is. How do I figure that out? Like I said, I do not know my PAN number so how am I supposed to know who the corresponding Jurisdictional Income Tax Officer is? Could you help me with this information based on the acknowledgment number?

                      I have created the nps account 2 years back And PRAN was also generated. i am receiving emails every month for status where it says that PRAN iand POP are active however when i am trying to Login/set register PIN/invest it is giving error as PRAN not found in database or invalid PRAN details

                      Could you please help me with this. As i'm not able to access, or even invest for this PRAN.

                        Hi,
                        My NPS Registration acknowledgement number is 11854214 dated 04/01/2022. While in the process of online registration, after making successful payment via payment gateway using UPI option. I got the payment successful message on the GPay app and my account got debited, but the portal got refreshed and showed error.
                        Kindly help to get this resolved as soon as possible.

                          I had opened NPS account from PayTM money, i have also received physical PRAN card, but when i tried to login through cra-nsdl.com, it shows me an error message that my Pran is not found in database, not even able to reset/set the password.

                          I tried to raise grievance at https://npscra.nsdl.co.in/Log-your-grievance.php. which again needed PRAN number and POP-SP Reg. No., in this case the POP-SP Reg number[protected] is shown as invalid for PayTM

                            I want to register my IPIN for my account but its shows PRAN not found in database.                               My name is Sunita Rawat and applied for correction in PAN card. My PAN card is not delivered by trackon courier (tracking ID:[protected] yet due to insufficient address while address is also updated in PAN card. There is no communication made by company.                                   I have recently opened my PRAN account and invested according, also my PRAN has been generated. As a first time user while I tried to access my account and generate my password/PIN I am getting a error message as "Unauthorised User" or "Invalid ID".

                                  Neither I am able to view my account or able to see my contribution.
