Had opened an e-NPS account on 9th of January. Have not received ipin yet. When I try to login using PRAN, it says, unauthorised user.
NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I created NPS account recently and registration was complete and PRAN number is also allocated to me.

    PRAN[protected]

    But I am unable to reset password in order to login to my NPS account.

    I am getting below error while trying to reset password :-
    Unauthorised user

    Need help
    NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    This is now happening on mobile app. I can login with same PRAN and password on web cra-nsdl.com

      To the concerned,
      I created an NPS Tier-1 account for which the PRAN was generated.
      Although, while logging into the same for setting Ipin or Contribution, a certain error saying the PRAN isn't in the database or the PRAN isn't active is being displayed.
      Kindly look into the following as all further actions are dependent on the following and I am not able to make the necessary contributions.

        I have created a nps account of tier - 1 type on 7th jan 2022, and pran is also generated. But while setting ipin or while login, i am getting error as pran not found in database. Read on the internet that i have to wait for 24 hrs, but still not able to login

          Hello,

My PRAN number was successfully generated and I deposited 50000 in my NPS account also but now when I am trying to check the status at NPS site, it is saying user does not exists in our database.                 I have applied for PAN CARD online with option e-kyc authentication through aadhaar. The details were submitted successfully and the payment was also made through net-banking on 09/01/2022. But i haven't received the OTP at last verification step.
                I would like to request the authorities to take my complaint into consideration ASAP as the payment has already been done.

                    I never seen such a worst courier service in my life. No customare care. no courier boys. How NSDL gave courier service to such a irresponsible company.

                    I have applied pancard on month before. my pancard dispatched 24-Dec and It reched my hometown hub around 29-Dec.

                    I tried to reach courier customer care many time but no response. I am continuously tried then one guy responsed we will deliver with in 48hours. After that i checked my tracking status then its changed like out for delivery. no one reached us. I asked where is the courier center available in salem but they are not responded.

                    my courier details . See here out for delivery time is 20:43:15. Is there any courier person working night shift for delivery?

                      My wife Supraja Madhaiyan applied pan card and its dispatched on 24 dec 2021, through velex courier track AWB no. [protected]. package still not yet delivered to my home address (santhaithanampatti, Gonur village, pincode 636404). No response from courier office.

                        NPS login using PRAN for First time

                        I have newly registered with e-nps and allotted with PRAN :[protected] . I have also completed e-sign verification with aadhar. Registeration fee is deducted and I received text my PAN is approved
                        But when i try to login to website with PRAN to set my i-pin for the first time i am getting the error - unauthorized user. Kindly request you to help...

                                  I applied for a new PAN card on December 23.

                                  Acknowledgement number: [protected]
                                  However I get this status now: Income Tax Department (ITD) database shows that you may have been issued PAN in your name. ITD yet to inform status of your application.

                                  Could you tell me what is the PAN number issued in my name, I have no record of an active PAN with my correct details. Your urgent attention to this matter is appreciated as I am having issues due to not having an active PAN number to refer to.

                                  I am not sure who the Jurisdictional Income Tax Officer is. How do I figure that out? Like I said, I do not know my PAN number so how am I supposed to know who the corresponding Jurisdictional Income Tax Officer is? Could you help me with this information based on the acknowledgment number?

                                    I have created the nps account 2 years back And PRAN was also generated. i am receiving emails every month for status where it says that PRAN iand POP are active however when i am trying to Login/set register PIN/invest it is giving error as PRAN not found in database or invalid PRAN details

                                    Could you please help me with this. As i'm not able to access, or even invest for this PRAN.

                                      Hi,
                                      My NPS Registration acknowledgement number is 11854214 dated 04/01/2022. While in the process of online registration, after making successful payment via payment gateway using UPI option. I got the payment successful message on the GPay app and my account got debited, but the portal got refreshed and showed error.
                                      Kindly help to get this resolved as soon as possible.
