I had opened NPS account from PayTM money, i have also received physical PRAN card, but when i tried to login through cra-nsdl.com, it shows me an error message that my Pran is not found in database, not even able to reset/set the password.

I tried to raise grievance at https://npscra.nsdl.co.in/Log-your-grievance.php. which again needed PRAN number and POP-SP Reg. No., in this case the POP-SP Reg number[protected] is shown as invalid for PayTM

    I want to register my IPIN for my account but its shows PRAN not found in database. I am facing this issue since beginning and I tried to reach out NPS but no calls were answered and now i want to update my account details to my account and again facing the same issue . Kindly help me out as soon as possible.

      Dear Support,

      My name is Sunita Rawat and applied for correction in PAN card. My PAN card is not delivered by trackon courier (tracking ID:[protected] yet due to insufficient address while address is also updated in PAN card. There is no communication made by company. Please arrange to resend the same and update the additional contact number for better communication ([protected]/[protected]). Please do needful. Thanks!

          Hi,

          I have recently opened my PRAN account and invested according, also my PRAN has been generated. As a first time user while I tried to access my account and generate my password/PIN I am getting a error message as "Unauthorised User" or "Invalid ID".

          Neither I am able to view my account or able to see my contribution.

          Request someone to kindly assist.

              Hi.
              I have created the NPS account of tier - 1 type. And PRAN is also generated. But while setting IPIN or while login, I am getting an error as PRAN IS not found in the database.

              Could you please help me with this? As I'm not able to access or even check the contribution made for this PRAN.

                It's been 2 weeks now and I still didn't received a refund!

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I applying for correction in e-PAN on NSDL portal, I was filling out a application for PAN card correction with token number : [protected] and also paid the payment of Rs: 106.90. After the payment is complete, suddenly a window appear like this "Your request cannot be processed. Please try after some time using returing user option in Login page". After a 1hr later I'm about to fill out the application again...

                I was trying to register for NPS. But during payment it got paused .Now when i try again after some time getting below info.

                The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS #

                    I wasn't able to login to NPS using my PRAN. When I tried to reset, got error stating that my PRAN not available in database. When I tried to get transaction statement, got invalid PRAN details

                        Sir/madam,

                        I have applied for new pan card on 30th Dec 2021 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                        "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                        If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                        But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                            Had to raise a new request and repaid the fees.
