Money Deducted but transaction failed in NSDL

Hello Billdesk Team, I have complain Regarding Payment For "Request for Reprint of PAN Card". How ever it's seem to pay ₹50/- Fees For Reprint. After all I pay for it successfully.
But at last it's showing error like "Your Previous payment request has been cancelled. Kindly make another fresh payment"

My Pan E-Kyc/E-sign otp limit exceed, now i am not able to proceed further please suggest me what i can do next.

Here it the error of notification when trying to re-apply.
Incorrect OTP. You have exceed maximum number of limits to generate OTP. Hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC/e-sign mode....

Pan not received. no answering of phone calls

Address:kirti Bhawan, CTS No. 335/2, Shilavihar Colony, S.No. 42/43, 3rd Floor, Paud Road, Kothrud, Pune, 411038, Maharashtra, India

Since two months now I have applied for PAN for my daughter. She is 17yrs. I made this through online PAN agent. I sent all the document required to this agent by speed post. The Pan is still not approved ( Representative assessee details not given for minor. . The agent neither pick up the call nor his office is open. Agent mobile no [protected].

ENPS registration - login/Payment error

I have registered for eNPS on 20th Dec, 2021, While proceeding for payment, the session expired and when I tried to login with my Acknowledgement number, I am getting the following error;
"The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS #"

Initial Password Set up for new registered user

I have newly registered with e-nps and allotted with pran. I have also completed by first subscription and completed e-sign verification with aadhar. But when i try to login to website with pran to set my i-pin for the first time i am getting the error - unauthorized user.

Could you please check and fix the i-pin issue so that i can login to my account and do my subsequent contributions...

Pan status not showing

I received a sms througg my mobile -[protected] on date:9.08.2021, nsdl team replied "Your PAN card has been dispatched on by Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no.[protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The PAN card will be delivered in due time.as per the status shown in the site .

Pan card not received by Velex Logistics Pvt Ltd

I had applied for a duplicate PAN card and the same was dispatched hrough Velex Logistics Pvt Ltd by AWB number [protected]. On checking the status of the courier on Dec 16 it is showing the status as delivered on 13th December. The PAN card however has not been received by me. I am an NRI working in the uae. I have demat account with nsdl with a UAE mobile number. Client ID 10386971. I tried to register to log in. But OTP not delivered to UAE mobile number. How can I solve this issue?

Didn't received the refund.

I was applying for the PAN card on NSDL portal. But my Adhaar verification was unsuccessful. I made the payment and it was successful. It was written that "your money will be refunded within 7 days but I didn't received it yet.

I was making a contribution of 50 thousand to my e-NPS account (National Pension System) through Bill Desk payment gateway today (Dec 13th, 2021) but the transaction failed before taking me to NPS confirmation page. Amount has been debited from my CITI bank account but not credited to my NPS account[protected]...

Regarding a road that was blocked

This is regarding a path to our now land locked plot.The path that lies inside the Assam rifle compound but which was used during /from British time.It was the only way that lead to our plot and was used by plots that is near our plot.Assam rifle closed this path and we have issue getting inside our plot as no one is ready to give us way to our plot...Assam rifle should help us get road to our plot as they have closed the one that we were...

i applied for pan card on 5th dec 2021 and its been 9 days, my pan card hasn't yet been delivered and when i checked the delivery status on the official nsdl site it showed no record found though i have the receipt and e-mail verification message of nsdl itself.
So please to try to update my order on the database as soon as possible and
process my order request.

NPS PRAN issue - nps pran not found in database / unauthorised

Hi All,

Recently I have registered myself in an NPS account. I have got the PRAN number, welcome kit and Payment receipt but when I try to reset ipin it is showing the is not found in the database/unauthorised. could you please help me with this? thanks in advance....

I just got registered in APY through Kotak Mahindra bank & bank has provided me the PRAN. But with this PRAN i couldn't be able to login in Atal Pension Yojana & NPS Lite. Not receiving OTP on the last step of PAN Application

After completing all the steps of the PAN Application, the last step was AADHAR Authentication for e-sign. But after entering my AADHAR number and clicking on "Get OTP", I didn't receive one. I checked the network connectivity of my registered number and also restarted the phone but nothing happened....

Not getting refund after Pan Card failed status.

I do not get refund from NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure.
Applied for Pan Card on 28 November, because of some issue the process after transaction is failed so the message come on my screen that your amount (Rs 106.90) get refunded on 7 working day, but I won't get my refund.
