It's been 2 weeks now and I still didn't received a refund!

Dear Sir/Madam,

I applying for correction in e-PAN on NSDL portal, I was filling out a application for PAN card correction with token number : [protected] and also paid the payment of Rs: 106.90. After the payment is complete, suddenly a window appear like this "Your request cannot be processed. Please try after some time using returing user option in Login page". After a 1hr later I'm about to fill out the application again...

I was trying to register for NPS. But during payment it got paused .Now when i try again after some time getting below info.

The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS #

Kindly address this issue please

      I wasn't able to login to NPS using my PRAN. When I tried to reset, got error stating that my PRAN not available in database. When I tried to get transaction statement, got invalid PRAN details

          Sir/madam,

          I have applied for new pan card on 30th Dec 2021 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

          "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

          If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

          But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

              Had to raise a new request and repaid the fees.
              Would request to refund the 1st transaction fees.

                          Sir i have taken Atal pension yojana. every year amt is deducted from my bank account. my no which was provided for atal pension yojana is lost and i cannot retrieve it due to which i am unable to login because it require OTP I have also not provided my gmail back then. i have tried contacting nsdl complaint no but i am unable to do so.                             My Pan card has been dispatched on 13-Dec-2021 by trackon couriers. My Airwaybill no is[protected], to the address i meantioned in the application.while tracking it shows my pan card has been dispatched but i havent received yet. its been 14 days already.                                 I was in the process of registering for NPS account. I updated my details and uploaded the required documents. Then I tried to make payment and payment also successful from bank, Amount deducted against it. Now I am trying to login using my acknowledgement id and date, but I am getting following error -

                                  My pan card was dispatched via velex logistics on 14th december 2021, But i didn't received my pan card till now (25/12/2021) and the delivery status was showing the shipment was delivered on 22nd december 2021 but i didn't even recived it, and the contact numbers given in the message are switched off and another is not even working.

                                  And also i checked the receivers details ot showing recived by [my name] and phone number as 123456 and also the website was not providing me any POD(proof of delivery) to check complete details.

                                  How could the delivery person do that on the unique id PAN, that too on government courier, without even contacting me after "out for delivery", the "shipment was delivered " was updated on the website

                                  I Need my PAN its urgent for me, and also i want to know about my physical pan card was secured or not, which was not delivered to me.

                                      To whom it may concern,

                                      Hi, i applied PAN card for my grandmother through NSDL website, there i provide all necessary documents and payment fees as well but it wasn't successfull, they asking to appear in online PAN center for getting PAN approval due to some mismatch in Name/ Gender/ Date of Birth/ Name as per Aadhaar, my grandmother not able to travel much distance since PAN service center is 40kms from my location. Kindly please help in this situation
