Sir, i find that from my account rs 50000 has been paid through debit card on 15 th feb into your account. But actually i never made this transaction. From my statement i find rs 50, 000/- paid into as

Please look into this matter and refund the amount as no product was purchased/ordered or delivered.

Hi I have placed an order through Nykaa app and the money got debuted twice for the same order in my cart twice. I already raised so many complaints and no response 3000 rupees twice went. I am so stressed out is it a fraud people or never care for people’s money ???? I am so stressed out.

    I had ordered a mac skin finish powder and a primer. The former i got in damaged condition and the latter was a wrong product. Got a nykaa lipstick instead of the primer i had ordered. Took them days to collect products and my money is still stuck with them. It’s around 3500₹. I wrote them 25 mails. No exaggeration! 25 mails. Haven’t heard from them yet. I’m going to file a complaint against them. Awful service. They don’t give a # about you once the product is sold. The entire business is surviving because they don’t have any competition in the market. Never buying anything from nykaa. Horrible experience.

      It was my very first time when i used nykaa it was recommended to me by my sister. I placed an order worth ₹1110 which included three items 1. Maybelline gigi handid urban jungle eye shadow pallete. 2. Lip gradation lipstick color mauve 1 3. Maybelline shell compact. I received the order today without any certain prior contact and there is a missing item in the order the lip gradation mauve 1 lipstick is missing but the amount has been full paid. When i called up to express my dissatisfaction the executive instead of accepting the mistake told me to wait for three four days after the confirmation of the missing item. They have such audacity to deliver an incomplete order and then not provide any kind of apology. I needed that order urgently because i have to move abroad and now even if they deliver it .. it will be of no use to me. I have raised the issue as a fraud against ur company in consumer complaints. The services of nykaa are poor and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use it.

        I am a loyal customer of nykaa. But today received two mac lipsticks frm nykaa.one of which is fake. The fake mac lipstick matches with all the obvious features of being fake. The oiter box is different from the usual one. The fake one is too long compared to the authentic one delivered. The name labrl is also different.Its very disappointing that after spending 1500 rs per lipstick customers are cheated like this. Thumbs down for nyakaa.

            I hv actually mail 4 days ago about my eyeshadow return i hv expiry date issue i mail 20 to 30 mails but nykaa not giving response yet and i m regular customer i m totally disappoint, when they told me about snapshot send of eyeshadow then i send invoice and eyeshadow pictures 10 times but still not solve problems company mail me from different names and ask about same procedure that u send pictures of eyeshadow, in short they confusing customer and not return product
            Nykaa not giving me any response on my refund already 4 days gone..very bad experience

              Tried to purchase 2 product and another one is a free gift for 2060 rs frm nyka mob app on 9 feb @ 2:1o am to 3.10. Have made payment through sbi debit card.. And payment was done and amount was debited frm my account.. N i also have my sbi transaction ref no... But still the order has not been placed.. No order no or no order details r appearing in the nyka acc.. They have send no msges or emails regarding the order placement.. So am pretty sure that order has not been placed.. All the items r still in my cart... I want u to refund my amount or place the order again...
              I have ordered the 6 item at a time, I received 5 item one is pending Lakme enrich satic, when I will get that, why it's happened. How bill got seperated from 763.00 to 520.00
              I order 5 products from Nykaa on 9th February 2018. I paid Rs. 1999 through axis net banking. The amount got debited but the order did not go through. The items are still in my cart. I got the transaction reference number.

              Please refund my money immediately.

                I ordered nykaa.com for a wow aw professional anti wrinkle serum on 23.12.2017. Order no.[protected]. I have paid rs. 2009 (Price offered by nykaa.com) for that product. But i have received wow professional anti wrinkle serum cost of which is rs.799 (Price offered by nykaa.com). I have complained several times to nykaa.com. But they did not take any action. Kindly do the needful to cancel the order and to refund my money.
                I ordered colorbar just smoky kajal and when i received the product it was broken into pieces...its so frustrating. . I need product replacement of the item as soon as possible...its a prepaid product..
                Please help

                  I have an account with www.nykaa.com where i have reward points ( 43215 )
                  which have been removed from my account !

                  My account with e-mail: [protected]@gmail.com and here i have placed an order

                  No:[protected] on[protected] my order has been cancelled and my reward points worth 432.15 /- has been removed on[protected] !

                  This company is doing fraud by taking back reward points, i already sent complaint but not crediting the said reward points, Immediately take action against this company to Credit the removed reward points and also providing compensation of Rs: 1000 /- for the inconvenience caused in this matter !

                  Finally i suggest everyone the company providing reward points and coupons which are fraud by this company en cashing trust among people but actually this is a fraud by www.nykaa.com !

                  Because i also lost my money after placing orders they cancelled my order every time and my used reward points removed permanently from my account, this is really very shameful to www.nykaa.com as the amount is very some then also removed !

                  I ask this useless fraud company that if the company not want to serve orders then why selling products online and why providing fraud and fake offers ?
                  Purchased 2 items and after the product was delivered, found 1 item of no use (worth INR 180) and created a RETURN REQUEST asap.                     I have ordered 3 items which was a cash on delivery product. The delivery boy has given the box with proper packing but after opening it there was only 2 items instead of 3.. Lakme liquid kajal worth rs 404 has not been there in the package though full amount has been paid... Other lakme items have been delivered instead this item... Either i want my money back or the product...

                      I am really disappointed with nykaa. I went to nykaa store and the salesman sold me all expired products he didn't put the products which i chose
                      When i came home and i checked all products were expired!! So disheartening!
                      I spent 8000/- and when i said for refund the store manager refused!! I felt so betrayed by nykaa.

                        I have reward points in my account where i have ordered every time they have cancelled orders and also removed reward points from my account, a total of 48000 reward points equal to 480 /- removed from my account, i already contacted many time but not crediting to my account, I

                        Immediately initiate severe action on this company and also provide
                        re-crediting the removed 48000 points and also provide compensation for the inconvenience caused in any manner!

                        My order number NYK[protected] was placed on March 20, 2019. It has been 7 days, the product has reached my city but is not getting delivered. I have been calling customer service since days, they have done nothing apart from harassing me. They keep making excuses, keep deleting the delivery for no apparent reason. This is pathetic, unacceptable service. I need my products at the earliest! Or else I'm taking legal action.

                          Refund reward points not updated, i have contacted costumer care but worst no credit of reward points till now, this is fraud by nykaa.

                          All who ordering on this portal avoid ordering and switch to other ecommerce portals like amazon, purplle, amd etc.

Nykaa had only made one attempt on 22nd and that was also fake because i did not receive any call. It is really disappointing and so fed up with this...                               I placed my order at nykaa few hours ago and the payment mode was cod.
                              Now, i just logged into my account at nykaa where it says that i haven't placed any orders, and i am damm sure that i placed my order pakka providing my address, contact number and my email id, selecting the payment mode as cash on delivery... And checked out...
                              Even after these formalities, i don't understand how the order that has been placed vanishes within hours and now i don't want to place another order, coz what if the previous order overlaps the new one? Or what if the second order gets to have the same fate as the first one?
                              Please do rectify this...

                              The product appeared doubtful at the first appearance itself...the packaging was too old and the expiry less than 6 months near...upon opening the tube the lipstick was all broken and melted inside...this is not expected from a company like nykaa ...I want refund immediately...it is our hard earned money

                                I had ordered makeup from nykaa on 8th january 2018, i was inform that my ordered had been shipped on 12th january 2018 from india post-mr/da/west-1615 but i can't trace my consignment number in my courier website. Which was written not available. So when i called in their customer care number. I was just told.. It will take little time to deliver and will be delivered in 3 to 5 working days.. But still i didn't get any info about my order... Today is 20th january. Please help

                                    Hi, i had placed an order exceeding rs. 3000 during the mac anniversary offer. A complimentary lipstick as per the offer was confirmed with my order. However i never ended up receiving the free lipstick as promised by nykaa. When contacted through the nykaa support email, i was bluntly told that the free product was out of stock and wouldn’t be sent to me at all. I see this as a fraud and it’s almost like misleading and fooling your customers. If a product was confirmed in my order then how could it not be sent. Also, if the free product went out of stock then why was i not informed before the delivery of my paid products, i should have been given the option of cancelling the complete order in the absence of the promised and confirmed offer. Kindly look into this as this is highly unprofessional. My order number is[protected].

But nothing such that was done. My order no. Is[protected]. I have tracked the order online and its already in my city. I even talked to the branch people amd they saidit would be delivered soon. Please respond to this as soon as possible.

                                        I had received the lot of my products on 4th january out of which few products were used and hence i had requested to return two items. The request was raised on nykaa application and through mail as well but i have not received any information regarding the pick up. The delivery person has been putting wrong updates that they tried contacting me or i was not available for which i spoke to nykaa customer care also but no relevant action was taken. First of all they don’t give you any prior notice or message about which the delivery person will come and they expect that i should stay 24 hrs at my house for 5 continuous days waiting for them. Secondly none of the nykaa executives are ready to take action or complaints against the delivery agency.
                                        If they cannot take the complaint against this wrong info that the delivery person is updating i will have no other option than taking a very strong action against the company.
                                        I have received an expired product from you and I want replacement of the product as soon as possible.I am totally dis appointed.kindly replace it.
