I placed my order at nykaa few hours ago and the payment mode was cod.
Now, i just logged into my account at nykaa where it says that i haven't placed any orders, and i am damm sure that i placed my order pakka providing my address, contact number and my email id, selecting the payment mode as cash on delivery... And checked out...
Even after these formalities, i don't understand how the order that has been placed vanishes within hours and now i don't want to place another order, coz what if the previous order overlaps the new one? Or what if the second order gets to have the same fate as the first one?
Please do rectify this...

I had ordered makeup from nykaa on 8th january 2018, i was inform that my ordered had been shipped on 12th january 2018 from india post-mr/da/west-1615 but i can't trace my consignment number in my courier website. Which was written not available. So when i called in their customer care number. I was just told.. It will take little time to deliver and will be delivered in 3 to 5 working days.. But still i didn't get any info about my order... Today is 20th january. Please help

I placed order on 29 december 2017 my order no:[protected] it was going to come in 3 shipments from which i received 2 shipments. 1 shipment is still not received. Scince one week i am calling nykaa they are saying you will receive by tomorrow but still not received. So take some action and i want my order as soon as possible. Please do reply my complaint as soon as possible

Hi, i had placed an order exceeding rs. 3000 during the mac anniversary offer. A complimentary lipstick as per the offer was confirmed with my order. However i never ended up receiving the free lipstick as promised by nykaa. When contacted through the nykaa support email, i was bluntly told that the free product was out of stock and wouldn’t be sent to me at all. I see this as a fraud and it’s almost like misleading and fooling your customers. If a product was confirmed in my order then how could it not be sent. Also, if the free product went out of stock then why was i not informed before the delivery of my paid products, i should have been given the option of cancelling the complete order in the absence of the promised and confirmed offer. Kindly look into this as this is highly unprofessional. My order number is[protected].

I placed my order on[protected] and i get messages stating that - consignee asked for further delivery and your product is not delivered. But nothing such that was done. My order no. Is[protected]. I have tracked the order online and its already in my city. I even talked to the branch people amd they saidit would be delivered soon. Please respond to this as soon as possible.

I had received the lot of my products on 4th january out of which few products were used and hence i had requested to return two items. The request was raised on nykaa application and through mail as well but i have not received any information regarding the pick up. The delivery person has been putting wrong updates that they tried contacting me or i was not available for which i spoke to nykaa customer care also but no relevant action was taken. First of all they don’t give you any prior notice or message about which the delivery person will come and they expect that i should stay 24 hrs at my house for 5 continuous days waiting for them. Secondly none of the nykaa executives are ready to take action or complaints against the delivery agency.
If they cannot take the complaint against this wrong info that the delivery person is updating i will have no other option than taking a very strong action against the company.

Tried to purchase 7 cosmetic items for 2096 rs frm nyka mob app on 9 jan @ 2:10 am... Actually this is my first order on nykaa.. Hence very disappointed... Have made payment through sbi net banking.. And payment was done and amt was debited frm my account.. N i also have my sbi transaction ref no... But still the order has not been placed.. No order no or no order details r appearing in the nyka acc.. They have send no msges or emails regarding the order placement.. So am pretty sure tat order has not been placed.. All the items r still in my cart... I want u to refund my amount or place the order again...

One of the worst shopping site i have ordered 2 lipsticks of maybelline brand on 15/12/2017 but the delivery was more than 15 days late... Both the lipstick i have received in the damaged condition so i tried to return it but the app showed continues error saying opps try after some time and the one shade i have received is wrong... Don't understand wat to do with damaged n wrong shade lipsticks which don't even suit me n thy said it's matte but it's glossy which i don't use... Never buy anything from them

I did not recieve my order yet. Order number c[protected] and i cannot contact anybody regarding this issue due to unavailaibilty of contact numbers on the application.

This is regarding loreal paris night cream. The cream is expired, though the expiry date is due in apr'18. It is really a cause of concern as you can see it yourself in the attached images, that the cream has become more like a jelly, wherein the oil is separate. I am a regular user of loreal products and this has never ever happened so far. Since i've been using the product regularly, i could identify that the product is either been tampered/ adulterated/ already expired. But if it was some first time user, it would've caused serious damaged to the skin and what not.

I ordered maybelline lipsticks from this site. When i got lipsticks i see these are not same as i want.. I told them to replace or refund it. But next day i see one lipstick got melt. Because itz duplicate brand which they people are selling. They told me today we will refund you and pick it back. Now they mailed me.. Itz not. Nykaa wale fraud hai. Fake brands ki cheeje sale out krte hai.

I have ordered products around 4500 rupees from Nykaa n i was the regular customer of the nykaa but till now i didnot come to know that Nykaa is selling duplicate products.This time when i received my box i felt very disappointed because the products are counterfiet..i came to know becz last time i purchased all these products from the market n this time just coz of the hectic schedule i didnt get enough time i ordered everything from Nykaa
The colorbar Mascara has nothing inside it mostly filled with water may be it is used one or replica
lakme absolute foundation has no covergae it is so light weight, after three application i didnot find any change on my face whereas the one i got from the market has high coverage just little drops of foundation let you go
La girl setting powder-when i opened it than mostly all the powder gets into the air .so strange
n makeup revolution pro fix spray - everything is replica .
Dont waste your money by buying online because today india is flooded with duplicate products, not even a single site is trustworthy .if you really a face possesive person then you have to visit brand stores n the nearest markets you have but dunt spoil your money here.
i called them about my refund bt they said we are sorry we donot accept used products, thats great, good way of earning money
fraud n cheaters

I have ordered 3 products from nykaa lakme absolute youth infinity skin sculpting night creame, l'oreal professional series expert prokeratinliss unlimited masque, l'oreal professional loss unlimited shampoo. They have sent only night creme and l'oreal hair masque. And on the box they have written this box contains 3 items. Inside the box there is a product detail on which they have mentioned all 3 products but they sent only 2. I am trying to contact customer care but line is busy and not able to contact them. What should i do..

I have purchased lakme absolute compact from nykaa but they have send me duplicate product. I had complain nykaa about this but they paid no attention. The customer service of nykaa is also very poor there is no contact detail only you can consult them through mail on which they don't bother to pay attention. I thought nykaa as reputed site but it is totally fraud who use to sell duplicate product which one can get from street of 100 rs and they use to sell them for 500 rs. I will never order any thing from this site again and also warn u people i[censored] want original beauty products dnt ever think nykaa.

When will i get my ordered stuff.
Every time its says out for delivery but never reach in destination. Also courier service contact number is never given on the message.
When it is out for delivery they never call me and just send a message saying "cant reach the delivery address. Wtf nykaa"

I got the product

As soon i plugged it in to the socket it burnt and i panicked, because it could have burnt my face that could have costed me my job and, it was life threatening.
And when i complaint to a nyka representative, she said they will look into the matter and get it refunded.

I waited for 3-5 working days, but no one came to pick the defected product.

I called them on the 6th working day, they said that the product will be picked up within 3-4 days. When insisted on getting the refund within 2 days they agreed.
Here all i asked was to keep in loop so that i know what is going on.
But no one did.
Which agitated me more.

It was not just once i called them and they were just telling me that they understand, and nobody initiated the refund, not even feeling sorry for this.
On daily basis i have to call them and spending like an hour, they are always repeating the same thing givibg me the deadline that it would be done, but nothing worked, i told them that i will lodge a complaint, and after speaking to various managers they said that they can't do anything.

Now here i request somebody to take some serious action because i am a cabin attendant, face is something with which i earn.
I have my family to take care of, please understand, everyone would've been affected. Also it was a harrasment as no one cared to atleast follow up with me.. When such a tragic issue happened.

With this i hope that somebody will help me, get me my compensation and take necessary action against nykaa.

Hi i ordered for tony and guy dry hair shampoo... But i you people have sent me the heat protecting must... This is not the fist time it happened.. Previously i ordered for lip stick and they have sent me a conceallor. They totally lost a loyal customer. My order no. Is #[protected]and i got an old product too. They are fooling customers by sending some other product for what they really ordered for...

I ordered a stay matte foundation of nyx.. But nykaa delivered me the fake one that are easily available in street markets.. Stop fooling the customer. I can easily differentiate the original and fake product.. Plz return my money back this site is fake they does false promises to the customers that they sell genuine and original products but this is all #.. I am very disappointed that’s why i am showing my frustration here. Plz refund my money or else i’ll hv to do something.

I was order a product in nykaa, they were sent me a wrong product, i was informed about that, and returned the same to nykaa.
They have received the wrong product on date 20.11.2017 but still i didn't gt my replacement/refund money.
No response from from nykaa...
What type of stupid site is this.
I hope by submitting this, you team will help me..

I have received the wrong product I want the other product or money back... I don't want the wrong product delivered to me and it is cheaper than the one I ordered... I had ordered lakme absolute illuminating foundation and I got delivered the solution brightening face mask... Please replace the product as soon as possible or credit the balance cash in my account
