I ordered a stay matte foundation of nyx.. But nykaa delivered me the fake one that are easily available in street markets.. Stop fooling the customer. I can easily differentiate the original and fake product.. Plz return my money back this site is fake they does false promises to the customers that they sell genuine and original products but this is all #.. I am very disappointed that’s why i am showing my frustration here. Plz refund my money or else i’ll hv to do something.

I ordered 8 items from nykaa on 27/11/2017 but the product has not been delivered yet
I'm bored of waiting and confused at the time should i buy cosmetics from outside or wait for the products to be delivered
my first experience with nykaa has been very disappointing

    I was order a product in nykaa, they were sent me a wrong product, i was informed about that, and returned the same to nykaa.
    They have received the wrong product on date 20.11.2017 but still i didn't gt my replacement/refund money.
    No response from from nykaa...
    What type of stupid site is this.
    I hope by submitting this, you team will help me..

        Shipment has not been delivered to me, but they say it has been delivered, have called customer care 3 times however they showed me some other signature and claim it is my family signature, where i was at home. It was sunday.

        When ever i call they would say check with neighbors, where as my mother is housewife, neighbors ask my mother to collect product on there behalf
        I have placed my order on 27th november..the order no is[protected].. the current status of the order was last updated on 30 november 2.51 AM. The courier service is aramex.. awb number [protected].. why the current status is not showing..pls help ne

          I tried to place order from nykaa and on 25.11.2017, an amount of rs. 627.00 was deducted from my icici account but order was not placed.

          My icici bank is confirming that amount was already credited to nykaa and nykaa is telling amount not yet received.

          I am continuously chasing both nykaa and icici for my refund but nykaa is playing with me.

          I have shared all the payment proof to nykaa and exchanged lots of mail regarding this but my refund not yet processed.

            I had ordered loreal paris true match super blendable foundation in black friday sale in which i was getting it for 615 rather than 1025 which it is its original price. I also had a coupon of 200 off on puchase if 1200 so i ordered more productsao that d amount came out to be 1214 but as i had 200 off i was getting d all order in 1014. So now dey very cleverly diapatched d other 2 products which had less discount and d foundation dat i was getting in 515 now dey tgrmeselves have cancelled d order saying dat its out of stock which is not possible. Because when 1 product is out of stock at nykaa dey have d option of notify me but my order was placed. Now dey r saying u order again and now dey will refund me 100 coupon and i will avail dia in 1014. So in short it will be a profit for dem and loss for me of 500. Totally not acceptable from such a reputed company. I want dat aome action should be taken against dem immediately

              I hav placed an order and paid rs600. Ref no[protected]igackplb on 22 nov 2017 at nykaa.com. I dint receive any order number with which i understood that transaction has failed but my account was debited. I mailed them and got reply that amount will be refunded in 24-48 hours. But after four days i didnt got any refund so mailed them twice on consecutive days but no reply. Kindly help to get my amount back...

                I ordered 136 items on nykaa.com for marriage ceremony. It costs 76, 641 inr. They're not informing the particular date of delivery and doing late in deliver. They want to send items individually. Why should i call them many times and request them to deliver? Can't they inform the customers? Even they are showing the wrong amount. Please take step ahead for it.

                  I ordered 2 products (Order no.[protected] from nykaa worth rs 1850 on november 16, 2017. On the very same day i realized that i invested on wrong product and i need something else. I contact their customer care department, and they said that we cannot cancel it now, but can raise return request and for refund you can either take it in your card or we can provide you coupon worth 1850 which you can avail to purchase product from nykaa.

                  Because i need some product from nykaa i choose my money in form of coupon. They send me a mail with a coupon code which supposed to be activated with 24 to 48 business hours after product pickup. On saturday nov. 18, 2017 delivery men picked up nykaa order from my home.

                  Now my coupon code should be activated till tuesday, but it did not happen. I called their customer care department on thursday november 23, 2017 for raising this issue and he said it will be activated within 2 hours. But nothing happen.
                  Today nykaa is having a sale and i am contacting their team since morning every executive said that it will be activated with 10 minute or 2 hours till 5 pm, and one of their executive replied it won’t be activated due to sale as if they are giving me any discount.

                  That 1850 rs is my money, if i had ask them to refund in my card i could have used it now, but being a loyal customer i asked for coupon and now they are denying that i cannot use it during sale. I did not get their logic.
                  Nykaa order placed on March 25th, 2019. Order was shipped in 2 parts. First part was supposed to have an eyeshadow and eyeliner brush. The eyeliner brush was missing and the box was damaged. Contacted the customer service again and again and they said it could not be resolved. I paid for something I didn’t receive. That is how Nykaa treats their customers. Takes their money without providing the item. Extremely bad customer service.

                    Order[protected] dated 16/11/2017.. Invoice nyk[protected]... Missing in my ordered box is lip care balm nivea original and only one peach shine lip balm was sent. Why such a thing like someone stealing one lip balm out of the two and sending only one packed. I have in bill evidence of the discrepancy done by the nykaa staff... Sku barcode —[protected], a22-1b-2-0 (1), sku description - nivea free original care lip balm with peach shine caring lip balm (4.8gm each)... I paid for it 139 ₹ but got one missing in the box. Very disappointed with this service this time. Kindly check on this cheating cos you end up losing customers.. I would prefer never order on nykaa if issue isn’t resolved.. Thanks..

                      I ordered a maybelline fit me concealer from nykaa and the i just got it today but the bottle seems almost empty. I have to literally dip the applicator multiple times for just one application. Extremely disappointed. Since the concealer comes without an outer case, my guess is i got a used product.
                      The delivery was extremely tardy and the product almost empty. Extremely disappointing! I realised i said extremely disappointed twice, well thrice now, just shows how disappointed i am.
                      I bought it in june and used it once and now its empty or dried dnt know what the hell you guyz are prividing us as on a name of quality.. am very much unsatisfied its jst disgusting
                      Hi my order id is[protected] .i had ordered a shampoo combo but when product was dispatched i placed it on shelf.when sunlight came i could see that the conditioner is less then half in the bottle and same the case with shampoo.they must have removed half of the product which is so unethical

                        It took weeks to deliver my order (Placed on oct 23rd) and i had to call and repeat the same information to customer service at least 6 times. Finally i had to correspond directly with the shipping company because nykaa could not even do that much. Even when i escalated the issue to supervisors and made a complaint, nothing was done. They just kept saying that they will prioritise the issue and the order will come within two days, but this went on for weeks. I also had to be available every day so i could receive the order only to find that the service people had been lying. Each person would make the same excuses, saying that i had refused the order. I had to explain on each and every call that i never even received the order to refuse it.

                        Multiple supervisors have said they will personally handle the issue but they did nothing and could not even be bothered to call back when they said they would. Til date, nov 15th, i have not received my order, nor been offered any proper solution or compensation for anything. How has 2-5 day shipping become three weeks, and even then it hasn't come? I am so glad i chose cod. Nykaa is unreliable and not worth the hassle.

                          I ordered on november 6, they shipped on 8th, via india post. I just got one communication that delivery might b delayed. Three of my emails to customer care went unanswered. The customer service is very poor i must say. I have already paid for the order and tracking through india post is showing consignment was last in mumbai on 8th. After that no updates have been given. Please either deliver my product or refund my money.

                            Hi, i placed an order of two lipstick on 11/02, was successful received but i m very disappointed with the shades i got, it was completely different from those shades which was on picture of nykaa. Application. Peach personality is the name of that shade by maybelline it comes very nude which i can't wear it regularly and it doesn't suits me at all and the other one was taupe thrill brand name nykaa, and now it looks like naughty nude. I ordered at your site at the first time and i am not happy with it. I hope you will take some steps either send your employee to take it back and give me the other one or refund my money.                               I had ordered a product on 26th oct, but as it was getting late in being delivered i got it cancelled through nykaa. But even after 2 weeks of me cancelling the product i have not received my refund. Whenever i call people at nykaa, they give stupid and different excuses everytime like "once the product has left our warehouse we cannot do anything."

                                I have placed an order jovees premium natural whitening serum 50ml on 27/10/2017, order no.[protected] from nykaa. I have never had issues with nykaa products but this time nykaa didn't succeed on the commitment. The product i got is broken, the cap of the product is broken i have gifted it to my friend and as i am disappointed that she thought that it's an old product. I will never order products from nykaa because of your negligence my impression has been gone down. Seriously never thought that nykaa will be so irresponsible for there customers. I will rate u zero. For not taking your customers seriously.
                                Even i have send a mail to them long time back but they dint even respondtowards it. I hope you will look forward to this negligence done by nykaa company.

                                  I cancelled my nykaa order #[protected] just after minites of ordering it before dispatch but they still disptched it. Whereas there cancellation policy clearly stated that u can cancel it pre shipment and within 24-48 hrs money will be refunded back. I sent 3-4 emails but the only thing i got was a computer generated message. They never reply back. These people are very unprofessional and irresponsible. I think they dont even read your mails. I even doubt that they'll refund my money or not. Frauds. U should take a strict action against them because they are misleading people by their policies.

                                    The product that i got from nykka are very useless.. I got an eyeliner and a gel liner.. Both r very dry and the eyeliner does not have a stick inside.. Last time i ordered some branded product like mabelliene kajal and it was very dry and i throwed it in the dustbin.. I thought it would b rare to get the bad products and now i can say that it rare to get a good product from nykka.. Worst experience buying products from nykka.. Waste of money.. I will never buy anything from nykka from now and not suggest nykka to anybody..

                                      Nykaa has a very disastrous customer care service. They fails to even respond to the numerous requests i have sent for the return of an item. A system generated response is all i get when i email them, promising to get back to me in 24 hours but they never do. If it were amazon or flipkart then returns could be sent easily and the amount refunded in under a week but nykaa does not care or even acknowledge customer's issues. Very pathetic service.
