Order[protected] dated 16/11/2017.. Invoice nyk[protected]... Missing in my ordered box is lip care balm nivea original and only one peach shine lip balm was sent. Why such a thing like someone stealing one lip balm out of the two and sending only one packed. I have in bill evidence of the discrepancy done by the nykaa staff... Sku barcode —[protected], a22-1b-2-0 (1), sku description - nivea free original care lip balm with peach shine caring lip balm (4.8gm each)... I paid for it 139 ₹ but got one missing in the box. Very disappointed with this service this time. Kindly check on this cheating cos you end up losing customers.. I would prefer never order on nykaa if issue isn’t resolved.. Thanks..

I ordered a maybelline fit me concealer from nykaa and the i just got it today but the bottle seems almost empty. I have to literally dip the applicator multiple times for just one application. Extremely disappointed. Since the concealer comes without an outer case, my guess is i got a used product.
The delivery was extremely tardy and the product almost empty. Extremely disappointing! I realised i said extremely disappointed twice, well thrice now, just shows how disappointed i am.

It took weeks to deliver my order (Placed on oct 23rd) and i had to call and repeat the same information to customer service at least 6 times. Finally i had to correspond directly with the shipping company because nykaa could not even do that much. Even when i escalated the issue to supervisors and made a complaint, nothing was done. They just kept saying that they will prioritise the issue and the order will come within two days, but this went on for weeks. I also had to be available every day so i could receive the order only to find that the service people had been lying. Each person would make the same excuses, saying that i had refused the order. I had to explain on each and every call that i never even received the order to refuse it.

Multiple supervisors have said they will personally handle the issue but they did nothing and could not even be bothered to call back when they said they would. Til date, nov 15th, i have not received my order, nor been offered any proper solution or compensation for anything. How has 2-5 day shipping become three weeks, and even then it hasn't come? I am so glad i chose cod. Nykaa is unreliable and not worth the hassle.

I ordered on november 6, they shipped on 8th, via india post. I just got one communication that delivery might b delayed. Three of my emails to customer care went unanswered. The customer service is very poor i must say. I have already paid for the order and tracking through india post is showing consignment was last in mumbai on 8th. After that no updates have been given. Please either deliver my product or refund my money.

Hi, i placed an order of two lipstick on 11/02, was successful received but i m very disappointed with the shades i got, it was completely different from those shades which was on picture of nykaa. Application. Peach personality is the name of that shade by maybelline it comes very nude which i can't wear it regularly and it doesn't suits me at all and the other one was taupe thrill brand name nykaa, and now it looks like naughty nude. I ordered at your site at the first time and i am not happy with it. I hope you will take some steps either send your employee to take it back and give me the other one or refund my money. Thank you, waiting for your response.

I had ordered a product on 26th oct, but as it was getting late in being delivered i got it cancelled through nykaa. But even after 2 weeks of me cancelling the product i have not received my refund. Whenever i call people at nykaa, they give stupid and different excuses everytime like "once the product has left our warehouse we cannot do anything."

I have placed an order jovees premium natural whitening serum 50ml on 27/10/2017, order no.[protected] from nykaa. I have never had issues with nykaa products but this time nykaa didn't succeed on the commitment. The product i got is broken, the cap of the product is broken i have gifted it to my friend and as i am disappointed that she thought that it's an old product. I will never order products from nykaa because of your negligence my impression has been gone down. Seriously never thought that nykaa will be so irresponsible for there customers. I will rate u zero. For not taking your customers seriously.
Even i have send a mail to them long time back but they dint even respondtowards it. I hope you will look forward to this negligence done by nykaa company.

I cancelled my nykaa order #[protected] just after minites of ordering it before dispatch but they still disptched it. Whereas there cancellation policy clearly stated that u can cancel it pre shipment and within 24-48 hrs money will be refunded back. I sent 3-4 emails but the only thing i got was a computer generated message. They never reply back. These people are very unprofessional and irresponsible. I think they dont even read your mails. I even doubt that they'll refund my money or not. Frauds. U should take a strict action against them because they are misleading people by their policies.

The product that i got from nykka are very useless.. I got an eyeliner and a gel liner.. Both r very dry and the eyeliner does not have a stick inside.. Last time i ordered some branded product like mabelliene kajal and it was very dry and i throwed it in the dustbin.. I thought it would b rare to get the bad products and now i can say that it rare to get a good product from nykka.. Worst experience buying products from nykka.. Waste of money.. I will never buy anything from nykka from now and not suggest nykka to anybody..

Nykaa has a very disastrous customer care service. They fails to even respond to the numerous requests i have sent for the return of an item. A system generated response is all i get when i email them, promising to get back to me in 24 hours but they never do. If it were amazon or flipkart then returns could be sent easily and the amount refunded in under a week but nykaa does not care or even acknowledge customer's issues. Very pathetic service.

I want to tell u that i had orderd 2 maybelline baby lips but u send me 1 baby lips behind of 2, and i had also orderd 1nivea face wash but the face wash had whole. I am very upset because i do shooing with nykaa and you send me awsm product but this time i am wrong. But none then less i hope nykaa team send me good product.

I have ordered some products from nykaa 0n 23rd and 24th oct. After 3 days i received a msg that your order is out for delivery and i was quite excited to get my products as i ordered something around 8800 rupees in two orders and that was my first order on nykaa. But in the evening again i got a msg that your order could be deliver today due to address not found & phone not picked. How it can possible that address is not found. Every site like amazon, myntra deliver my order on time without any address issue. Even i didn't get any call from logistic agaent. Then i called to nykaa's customer care around 5 times in a day and every time they were saying mam, we are forwarding your request on high priority and our logistic partner will re-attempt for your order. But there is no update from anybody. This is my last order on nykaa, i can't loose my patience on such online site which are not able to deliver products on time. Today is 30th oct still i have on update about my order.

Very bad delivery, i ordered a spa product on 5 of october but not yet delivered till today... Delivery boy was so horrible that i called him that when u'll be delivering my two items but he was not picking up my phone even after my items reached to dhanbad till today they are delivering... I dont have any hopes so i suggest you'll to order from flipkart or other but not from nyka...

I ordered a body shop men's perfume my order number is[protected], the product is completely stickered even the name of the product and the manufacturing date is stickered unlike the original product. Since i regularly use body shop products i haven't seen the product name stickered in any of the original body shop products. I demand an immediate return otherwise i wont leave this issue. This is so disappointing that nykaa sell fake products.

I had recently shopped from nykaa and received products which were old stock and damaged.

All the products were old and the packaging was in a very bad condition. I had never expected to receive such products when i had spent a considerable amount of money and i at least expect to receive products with proper packaging and of a decent mfd.

There are many complaints being lodged against nykaa in cases like damaged products, missing products and late delivery. I hope that an action is taken against such issues and they look into these factors and keep the vision of the company in good shape.

I had placed an oct 9th 2017... N as per the order details the products have reached in goa depot verna on 16th oct 2017 and from 18th oct 2017 diwali celebrations were started yet on 17th oct 2017 no attempt was made by nykka and team nor wow express couriers... No such attempt was made... Today that is 23rd oct 2017 was confirmed to me that my order will be delivered today by 8:30pm but still not the order is delivered... It was confirmed over the phone to me by akshay (Supervisor). Inspite of constant written communications the wow express couriers have not made any attempt for delivery nor do nykka team has done any such attempt to deliver the products but have been successful enough to give fake promises of delivery by 8:30pm on 23rd oct 2017

I have ordered (Order id[protected] a lakme crayon lipstic dated on 19-sep-17 when their courier partner to reached the product at the office address (48, cannal west road near r. G. Kar hospital kolkata-700004) but our office was closed due to festival & after that i just canceled my order on (6-oct-17) then the nykaa's customer service ([protected]) told me that, they refund my money within 2-3 days. Now it's too long but yet i cant received my money & now nykaa's customer cares's told me that they need some more time to refund my money.

My order number[protected] worth 3548 were delivered. I was very excited for the korean products but when i opened the box i was very disappointed to find out that the products underneath those wrappers were very dirty like literally dirty, innsfree beauty tool air magic puff and the face shop jeju soothing gel looked like it was dropped in a mud water but still packed n sent for the sake of money. The face shop power perfection bb cream's box was very old n torn from all corners and rest were fine but looked very old product from the first glance itself and i dnt think i will be confident to use these dirty products. This is seriously very bad, even uneducated people won't do such things. Dear nykaa if your products are not worth selling please don't sell. I would like to sent back these products back to you. Please help me get refund, thank yew

I received my parcel today from nykaa, the order #[protected]. There was no essence kajal pencil - 01 black (1gm) (01 black) in that box, even i checked the list of dispatched items there was no tick over the kajal.

For my order number:[protected]. I have received missing products. Inspite of several calls and mails i have not received any information. The response i get is please wait for 24 hrs to 48 hrs. Its been 2 weeks for this. Now they are not responding to my mails and calls. The missing products are inglot hd i need refund for my products.

This has happened several times either they send expiry date products...
