I took a ride on 29th March 2023 by OLA Auto from Doddanagamangala (Electronic City 2) to Gangandona Halli, Bangalore.
I have paid 750 rs cash to the driver after the ride and my OLA postpaid was also deducted with 500 rs I have complained about this at the support center.
I have been getting continuous calls, messages and mails regarding the due of 500 rs to be paid. I responded and explained the issue most of the representatives but no one is ready resolve it.

The I have already paid this amount in cash so why should I pay again?

I am very much frustrated with these daily calls and messages. Kindly look into the matter and please help me out from this issue.

    Estimated fare was Rs. 3309 and now I am being asked to pay Rs. 5736 even though same route was followed.

    Pic 1 is of the google maps which shows 112km from the source to the destination. And it is the exact route that the driver took.
    Pic 2: This is what is shown during booking. Again the same route with distance 106km and 4 hours which I am assuming considers the traffic.
    Pic 3: What I was charged where the distance is showing 200km but the route is the same as above. This is the only route to get to my house. There is no alternate route.
    So the route shown is the same in all the pics, then why does it show 200 km in the final bill?
    Why would anyone take 80-90km more which is almost the round trip distance which makes me believe a round trip charge was applied.
    And this is excluding the toll fee which was 480 and was given to the driver in cash.

          I received a notice from Ola asking me to clear the outstanding dues from Olamoney postpaid which showed 481rs (158rs + 328rs). I immediately emailed them to revise the amount as I paid the 328rs in cash to the driver directly. They responded back asking for proof of payment and I reverted back providing my bank details as well as the ride details. However, they did not respond back. I kept receiving an automated email saying any amount paid to the driver is out of their scope. Since the amount was not adjusted I decided not to pay. But since 2 months I have been harassed and threatened everyday by Ola with 100+ calls, SMS and whatsApp messages threatening me that they will take legal action on me. One executive also verbally abused me over the call. I am so exhausted with this. Whenever I ask them to respond to my email, they say what email.

            Hello,
            I took a ola ride on April 2nd from JJS park inn to Chennai international airport, the ola driver picked me from there and after some time close to one km he asked me what is the payment mode. When i told him it's ola money, He argued to pay cash with out bothering that i could miss my flight and ended the trip. As a result the 229 rupees were deducted without even taking a ride, i raised this issue in ola app ( crn [protected], email id : sharma.[protected]@gmail.com) several times and on email as well. They are constantly harrassing me by calling every other day to pay the money for the ride that i never took. I told them to revise the bill but all went in vain. No one bothered to look into it, on top of that they have been levying penalty fee. May i please request you to look into it and provide the resolution. I am not asking to waive off any money for the mental torture but revise the bill and send the genuine postpaid bill, also, given they are at fault i should be the one imposing penalty, not them. In short if you please look into the issue and provide resolution it will be really helpful.

              I booked a ride from Old Delhi Railway station to Mahavir Enclave Part 2 New Delhi 110059, driver took longer route and asks for more money other than actual fare, actual fare was 643 and driver told me to pay 817 as he took longer route, i also warned him that he is taking longer route.

                Online payment not received by the driver

                Hi team,

                Regarding the Ola ride CRN [protected] (Shoib KA01AH9278 Ola auto). During the ongoing ride I paid 241rs via phonepe. Once the ride was completed the driver claimed that he did not receive the online payment, so he demanded payment via cash of 250rs.

                I would like a refund of the amount which was paid via phonepe (241rs) as we already paid the amount in cash to the driver directly....

                On 15th May I took Ola cab from Bangalore Airport to Sarovar Portico Hotel, Outer Ring road Bangalore (CRN - [protected]). the bill was 1017/-. I paid amount 1017 rupees through credit card and it was successful but still driver said he did not receive it. then after some arguments app started showing that pay to driver in cash. hence I paid him in cash 1017/- via paytm app also. he said Ola will reverse the credit card payment. till today Ola did not reverse the payment. Ola support did not call me even after raising support tickets on mail on daily basis and app also not support, always ola app shows massage :-"I'm having trouble understanding your query. Please try again after some time.".
                Wrote to Ola support multiple times on mail but they are not replying !!
                All supporting documents/receipts are attached for better understanding.

                  Hello Ola Team/Nodal Officer/Grievance cell Team,

                  The driver cheated me as he dropped me at the location but did not end the trip and he went to some other location using my booking, i got an excess amount of bill. Never accepting this kind of cheating.

                  You can check on your side that the locations are two different ones, which have booked another cab for the ride to go to my home and the ride ended location is different during that time. My previous ride was still ongoing when I was not there.

                  And I need a detailed explanation why the drivers are behaving like this.

                    Ear OLA,

                    i want to write a complain about my ride on date: 02/04/2023, ride id: CRN[protected], total payment to made was Rs 623 and i have done the payment in cash to the driver ravi kumar, Rs 500 note plus other change of Rs 123 to his UPI no. and in attach photo you can find the documented evidence for the same with name OLA ride_02042023.
                    This is not the first time that this thing has happened to me and I am very disappointed by OLA on this, I don't know whether this has been deliberately done or not by the driver but still I want you to look into this.

                    Same has happened with my father too and when he complained with OLA support, his request was denied saying that the driver refused to accept that he received cash after the ride.My father name is SOM NATH PAL, he is using his OLA account from his associated mobile no. [protected] and his ride id is CRN [protected] and I am attaching the screenshot of the ride with name OLA ride_19032023.
                    Please also look into this as this is nothing but fraud from the Driver side and also OLA should also take responsibility since you are the service provider through which we have trusted the unknown driver for our ride, money as well as safety.

                      The team Ola continuously doing harrasment calls and sending blackmailing message for outstanding amount. I registered complaint to their support team for being overly charged and different route but they didn't even care but now the team start doing Harrassment calls to me, the call starts from morning 9am to 10 pm more than 10-15 calls every day. They even start doing WhatsApp call every day apart normal calls, this is so frustrating.

                          I had taken a ride from airport to mathikere, bengaluru on 29th Apr 10:20 pm the bill was 948 but the driver took 1000 rs cash from me, and yet he didn't update it in the app, now I cant take an ola rode Until i pay it again

                            50000 loan taken from Aditya Birla FL
                            I have ola postpaid limit of of 3000 and i am not using ola postpaid from many months
                            But ola has tagged my name to Aditya Birla FL to a loan of 50000 and remaining balance showing 2Rs and This is reflecting on my credit report in CIBIL as negative account.. i request you to clear that 2Rs also because its effecting my cibil score..

                                I booked a ola auto on 29th april 2023, in the morning. As per the ola driver request i paid the amount via gpay and cash. But on 4th may 2023, i received a message that my amount is pending. then i tried to call ola customer care. But phone is disconnected everytime. I also complaint the customer care ola app. but no positive response received from the ola customer care. so, i write to mail the nodal officer of ola. then i received a mail from there side in which i received the whole procedure is showing for filing the complaint. so, i will follow the instructions and lodge a complaint again. but after lodge a complaint, there is no feedback or not either received any responses from ola side. then, i wrote the mail 2-3 times. but as usual no response received not either solved my query. but still showing my amount is pending. kindly look into this matter.

                                  I am writing to express my displeasure with the recent payment reminder that I received from your company for a cab booking that I had made on 30th March, CRN [protected]. According to the message and call, it seems that the payment for the ride is still outstanding, but I would like to clarify that I have already paid the driver in full through Google Pay at the end of the journey. I also can provide screen shot of payment.

                                  I am disappointed that despite making the payment, I am receiving repeated reminders from your company regarding the payment. This has caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and I request that you investigate the matter to ensure that your records are updated accordingly.

                                  I would appreciate it if you could please confirm that the payment has been received by the driver and that there is no outstanding amount. I also request that you refrain from sending any further reminders regarding this issue.

                                  I have always been a regular customer of OLA and have never faced any such issue in the past. Therefore, I hope that you will take the necessary steps to resolve this matter as soon as possible and restore my faith in your services. This issue I already highlighted to your team thru mail and phone, but nothing happened.

                                  Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

                                    Regarding the postpaid bill charged to me by Ola for last two rides, even though I had paid the fare in cash to the driver at the end of the ride. This is not the first time this has happened, and I have already sent several emails to Ola support team regarding the same issue. I choose gpay option for payment and was not able to pay online before the ride ended and therefore paid to the driver by cash. Now they are harassing with calling again and again.

                                      I have taken a ola ride from BLR airport to my residence on 8th April. The Ola app on my mobile did not show the ride cost after the trip, but it showed 1243 on drivers app and I paid the amount. After few minutes, the app showed the amount as 860. I raised a complaint and ola agreed to refund 383 to my account in 10 days on 13th April and took all the neft details. Till date no refund given and any complaint raised is getting closed without any resolution whatsoever. All the details attached.
