I have paid my fare in cash still it is showing pending.
Same to me

I took OLA ride on Apr 16 CRN[protected]. I paid cash to driver. Now still my app is showing payment pending.

On reaching customer care, they are asking to provide evidence(video) of cash payment. But they are not able to connect with their driver to confirm payment.

If I had not paid amount, will driver would have allowed to me go ?

Is it ethical business to ask customer pay twice ?

    The vehicle was different from that was mentioned in the Ola app in my mobile. But the driver accepted the OTP and it was validated too.

    The driver refused to go through other arterial road and avoid using Sea link wherin I wanted to avoid paying toll. He said going in the way I said would entail him delay and asked me to get down half the way if I insist going through Mahim / Sidhi Vinayak.

    The cop nearby was called into resolve and it was found that the vehicle was running without valid permit for the last 2 years. Not sure how the permits are not verified by Ola. The police requested me to get down and took the vehicle under their custody.

    Vehicles are generally in a very shabby condition and running condition is very bad. I am surprised that Ola does not inspect the vehicles. Last week the driver took more than 75 minutes which he could have covered in 45 to 55 mins since the Gear box was not in good condition.

    For Every ride Ola claims that the proposed ride is the last ride and the vehicle is clean and driver is well protected with Masks.

    10 days back, due to Ola's technical problem, two vehicles were booked and on had to be cancelled and I had to pay the cancellation charges from my pocket for the technical deficiency of Ola.

    In coimbatore, Ola auto rickshaw bookings are cancelled if we refuse to pay a fixed amount more than the one referred in the Ola app.

    Looks like Ola is losing the control on the operations and they are interested in the commission they earn from the trips.

        I booked a ride for my relatives (new in city)and the cost it was showing on the app was 250.When the driver got the hint that they were new in city, he took a longer route and kept driving them for an hour and charged them 400 without any reason.I registered a complaint against him and received a message that 150 rupees will be transferred in my account in 10 buisness days.Its been more than a month and no amount has been received.I called customer care but no one response.I called nodal officer and he said he could not help me and gave me number for support but that number is always busy busy busy.I have e-mailed to ola but no one responded.Just think how much they would have scamed people who are new in city and don't know about routes and places.First show less amount on app and then charge them much more than it for no reason.

          Respected Directors : Ola Cabs,
          I am a educationist and ethical village farmer. I and family use Ola cab occasionally when we travel to cities. I always pay auto or taxi ride by our google pay or cash. On all rides, we have paid our ride amount as soon as we got down. As we use ola cabs occasionally, we have no idea absolutely have no idea about ola postpaid services. We make sure that our ride payments are done imm after each ride and the drivers have received it by cask or google-pay. The last ola ride was used in Feb. But now all of a sudden we are getting text messages and continuous call from ola (2-3 calls a day) to clear dues -Rs. 72. The call seems to be a call-center male and female who talks in very unprofessional language. This is highly unacceptable way of doing business. We are using Ola app for many years and we considered Ola as a professional and ethical company. But this modus operandi of the company is unethical and illegal. We are sent some online link to pay due which are not responsible. We are also not sure whether the calls received from various numbers is from OLA company or by some fraudster.             This is with response to wrongful billing for my ride.I had booked an ola auto from x school Kalyan to "Y"for which fare shown was 104 rs.I was dropped at that location.Some time later, extra 76 rs is automatically deducted from my Paytm wallet and dropped destination I showing as ambernath.
            I spoke to customer care who was impatient and created a ticket for it.Immediately, the query was displayed as resolved.Higher fare coz it's estimated and not actual shown as reason.But that was not even my drop off location.My ola account has also been blocked so I can't raise the same issue again.
            You need to look into the ethical conduct of the driver who conned me or the unsympathetic attitude of your customer care or maybe an app error.After raising multiple complaints via email to [protected]@olacabs.com, nodal.[protected]@olacabs.com I m only receiving multiple new ticket numbers with sequential query closed automated responses.It's disheartening to see how we are not protected by authorities and this brazen attitude of block account of whoever complaints is being adopted.It's hampering travelling and the response received from ola is nil.

                  Sir. My name is Gulam Moinuddin and my vehicle number is CG 04 MH 4680 and my mobile number is [protected]. I have some problem with the ola app. If I setting in the tougle switch and on mini, prime, rental, Outstation then I apply and show as Outstation audit is pending and Outstation booking also not come in my device. Hence please solve my device setting problem . I face this problem at least 4 to 5 month. I request to you hardly please resolve my device setting issue.

                    Have paid a booking amount of 999 for the Ola upcoming scooter Ola air in November 2022, as they were about to launch that in April but now they have change the launching time to june or july, as i don’t want to wait till that, i requested the cancellation on 27th February, they said they will refund the amount in 7 working days, as i have requested for it 4 to 5 times through mail, they just answer, we are working hard on your issue, but they are not returning my money

                      Ola electric is making false comments about service.

                      Ola has promised that we will provide 3 years of free service including pickup and drop facility,
                      And they have said that there are no space for rat bite and it could not possible because of his bike is fully packed. there is no space to enter rat.
                      But they are denying for both promise,
                      They are asking if you need ola service please buy ola care+ package,

                      On time of purchase there was no such communication,

                      My bike is unable to start from last 6 days,
                      I have complaint about but they are closing his ticket without solving the issue,
                      My issue is not resolved but they are mailing me "Your Ola Scooter’s service is done and we’ve delivered your ride back to you"

                      I am in the troubles because of ola service and fake comments.

                      My parents are scolding and abusing very badly because of ola electric service.
                      I have requested many time for service but they are not responding

                          I've been receiving spam robotic calls marked from Ola and it has been interrupting my day and my work. It starts from 8 am and ends at 12 am. It has been really frustrating and each number I keep blocking but I get calls from different numbers every time.

                          Please stop sharing our data with third party. This is equivalent to you guys sharing it with China. Kindly get this trouble off me or I might stop using the app. Not that it would matter losing one user but it really is annoying.

                            Recently I updated my mobile number in ola after which my ola postpaid got disabled and also I am unable to use my ola money wallet balance for any ride, while selecting the option as ola money wallet it's always asking to add money in wallet and the it's showing the balance as Rs 0 though my wallet has Rs 861.Though I have sent mail to ola support team but still didn't get any resolution from them. Now it's been long time i have been waiting but still no proper response.

                                  I travelled today to DLF porur taking ola cab TN13 Y 2035, on reaching the entrance of the office, the driver asked me to show the booking app, when I showed the app, he took the phone away from me and rates himself as 5 rating and gave good commenta for himself, when I questioned what he is doing in my phone, he hide the phone from me and I had to grab the phone and got down immediately from the cab, I got frightened by his rude behaviour. When I argued with him and told I will call the police, driver left the place even without receiving the travel charges. This is complete harassment issue and should be taken severely. I am registering police complaint for such kind of misbehaviour.

                                    I was a ola operator (Operator Code : PATNAX[protected]
                                    Later i sold the car. After few years ola started spamming me on daily basis 2-3 calls to return Rs 1500 shown due on my account. Another 5-6 calls would come saying me to start operating my car inspite of telling them that i don't have car anymore. For Rs 1500 due, I told them that they have Rs 3000 of mine as security deposit so actually they owe mine Rs 1500. They start using foul language & say i need to return Rs 1500 to get 3000 refund. Pathetic. I am spending Rs 500 just to block all ola calls on my phone.

                                      I pay by cash for all my Ola rides. However, for two specific rides, they've incorrectly charged my Ola PostPaid while I paid the driver directly. I also have screenshots as proof of payment to the driver directly. For the past month, I've been receiving harassing calls and messages from multiple numbers. They threaten to send an agent, inform my neighbours, call my contacts, etc. I receive at least 30 calls a day and it is traumatic.

                                      Inspite of sending them emails, reaching out on twitter support, and directly on the calls, they keep harassing me and also are very rude on calls and messages.

                                        I booked this cab from Lodha Upper Thane to Mulund Vaishali Nagar. 3 o[censored]s were traveling, my mother, brother and i. We got down at a temple near vaishali nagar. Unfortunately, the driver didn't stop the ride and he drove all the way to Juhu. I realised after i was charged a huge amount of Rs. 967 as opposed to Rs. 352 that was shown at the time of booking the cab.

                                        When I raised this to Ola, they confirmed it with the driver who lied to them saying 2 o[censored]s dropped at mulund and he 1 travelled to Juhu which is completely incorrect. Ola said that this is their only procedure. They didn't have any answer when I asked him, why didn't the driver insisted on changing the location? And if I can provide any proof that he was lying..

                                        To my dismay, Ola has refused to refund and this is such a shame for a company like Ola to not have a proper procedure. I definitely feel betrayed.
