I pay by cash for all my Ola rides. However, for two specific rides, they've incorrectly charged my Ola PostPaid while I paid the driver directly. I also have screenshots as proof of payment to the driver directly. For the past month, I've been receiving harassing calls and messages from multiple numbers. They threaten to send an agent, inform my neighbours, call my contacts, etc. I receive at least 30 calls a day and it is traumatic.
Inspite of sending them emails, reaching out on twitter support, and directly on the calls, they keep harassing me and also are very rude on calls and messages.

I took OLA ride on Apr 16 CRN[protected]. I paid cash to driver. Now still my app is showing payment pending.
On reaching customer care, they are asking to provide evidence(video) of cash payment. But they are not able to connect with their driver to confirm payment.
If I had not paid amount, will driver would have allowed to me go ?
Is it ethical business to ask customer pay twice ?
