Blacklist this cab and cab driver as he is taking money In cash from customers and then not updating in Ola app. And ola is not supporting to customers in cash payment....

Yesterday evening i booked a ola auto and in the end of the ride i paid the driver directly to his phonepe account, but in ola app it shows the amount is outstanding and i am unable to book any other rides . Please resolve my issue ....

I have booked Ola auto Today morning around 8.30 from maredpally to saibaba nagar dammaiguda and my booking details are CRN [protected] I have paid in cash but it still showing outstanding balance in my Ola app for Rs.228...

I have paid my fare in cash still it is showing pending....

The vehicle was different from that was mentioned in the Ola app in my mobile. But the driver accepted the OTP and it was validated too.

The driver refused to go through other arterial road and avoid using Sea link wherin I wanted to avoid paying toll. He said going in the way I said would entail him delay and asked me to get down half the way if I insist going through Mahim / Sidhi Vinayak.

I've been receiving spam robotic calls marked from Ola and it has been interrupting my day and my work. It starts from 8 am and ends at 12 am. It has been really frustrating and each number I keep blocking but I get calls from different numbers every time.

Recently I updated my mobile number in ola after which my ola postpaid got disabled and also I am unable to use my ola money wallet balance for any ride, while selecting the option as ola money wallet it's always asking to add money in wallet and the it's showing the balance as Rs 0 though my wallet has Rs 861.Though I have sent mail to ola support team but still didn't get any resolution from them. I travelled today to DLF porur taking ola cab TN13 Y 2035, on reaching the entrance of the office, the driver asked me to show the booking app, when I showed the app, he took the phone away from me and rates himself as 5 rating and gave good commenta for himself, when I questioned what he is doing in my phone, he hide the phone from me and I had to grab the phone and got down immediately from the cab, I got frightened by his rude behaviour....
