    I have paid the cab fare through Google pay but it's not getting reflecting in the app and showing as due amount.

    Kindly resolve this asap.

      I am writing this to bring your kind attention towards an incident that occurred with one of our Member while he was taking OLA Ride. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of the driver and lack of support from the OLA Help Section.

      On 4th February, 2023 Our Member booked an OLA Ride from Pick up Point B-24, Sector-59, Noida UP-201301 to Drop off Point Vishwakarma Road B Block Sector-66 Noida. As our member has first loaded his belongings over Bike that includes (VCP (50pcs.), Monitor, SP Cards and some other electronic items that cost around 10k ), then he got back to office to take some other goods. As soon as he came back, the OLA Driver flew away by taking all belongings.

      Then our member tried to raise complaint through the OLA App Help Section and also visited the Head Office of OLA. But didn't get satisfied reply from them. OLA Team just provide Name and Contact No. of Driver, Which I also have while booking ride.

      I am deeply disappointed with the way OLA has handled my complaint. It has been a number of days since the incident occurred, and still have not received any help from OLA Team in retrieving my belongings.

      I would like to request your assistance in this matter and ensure that appropriate action is taken against the driver for his misbehavior and non-return of my belongings.

      I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take strict action against the driver.

        I had paid for my ride online directly on the Ola driver's phone number linked account but Ola app shows my payment is pending and does not allow me to book other rides. It doesn't provide any option to place a complaint or customer support does not work. I have completed all my payments of all my rides till date.

          I took a small trip of 2.5 km and ant destination driver asked me to pay 60 RS. I paid by phonepe. In next booking I see that they have kept it aa pending and the amount shown in 70rs. I tried to contact ola customer care but in vain and they don't respond properly in mails. Everytime they give same repeated reply

            I took OLA ride on Apr 16 CRN[protected]. I paid cash to driver. Now still my app is showing payment pending.

            On reaching customer care, they are asking to provide evidence(video) of cash payment. But they are not able to connect with their driver to confirm payment.

            If I had not paid amount, will driver would have allowed to me go ?

            Is it ethical business to ask customer pay twice ?

                I've booked a trip on 24th of this month and paid amount ₹229 to the driver after the trip ended.
                But still it is showing pending amount in my ola account, and due to which I'm unable to use the app anymore. On writting to support team they're saying an extra amount given can't be refunded. Seriously? They are acting so dumb. Looks like they have not understood the issue.
                It's the trip amount which I've paid him after the ride ended. So pathetic!! Worst experience ever!!
                How can someone be so irresponsible towards the customer.
                I've given the driver's number shared screenshots too but no proper response.
                Can you please look into it and take proper action to resolve my issue.

                  I booked an OLA CAB on 01.02.2023 at 11 pm from Nagpur Airport vide CRN[protected]. Driver asked 2 times fare as shown in OLA app while booking. I not agreed with driver for 2 times fare and the driver cancelled the ride and OLA App shown Rs. 50/- as cancellation fee. When I complained on OLA App, the message shown "Driver will be warned and you will not charge any cancellation fee. On 30.04.2023, I booked an OLA CAB to Itwari Railway station vide and driver charged me Rs. 409/- (including Rs. 50/- cancellation fee for previous ride). Please refund the amount in OLA money account or provide discount voucher for next ride.

                    This is regarding the ride that I took on the night of 23.04.2023 from Urbana tower 4 to Howrah Railway Station. The ride details are CRN [protected]. The fare was around Rs. 193 & I confirmed the ride. The driver on arrival refused to take the fare through Ola Money and informed me he will not go there in less than Rs 300 and that too, on the payment being directly made to him through cash or UPI. As I was in a rush and did not have many options, I agreed to his demands. But while taking the ride, I noticed that I was not able to change the payment mode from Ola Money to cash.
                    On arriving at the station, I tried explaining the issue to the driver but he was adamant that he had told me about the conditions beforehand only. So I had to pay him another Rs. 300 through UPI for the same ride for which I was charged Rs 193 on Ola Money.
                    So technically, I was charged for the same ride twice, which is why I am writing this mail to you. Hope you can help and cancel the fare that is charged to me on Ola money as that is clearly unreasonable, charging me twice for the same ride.

                      This is related to the ticket#[protected], raised for the issue during one of the outstation Ola ride.

                      I haven't received any revert on this from ola even after multiple follow ups and reaching out to support team.

                        Had a Terrible and helpless situation
                        Booked a cab from Hyderabad airport to the city for my elderly parents . Quoted fare was Rs.682. The driver intentionally took a long route and had the audacity to display the amount he typed (Rs.1300) using some other app to my parents. My parents being not so technologically sound and Naive had paid the amount he demanded. Pls look into this and do the needful

                            Ola drivers are very rude very bad. First of all u will never find cabs. Specifically at night time. When they do give cabs, they show very long wait time and after u wait, the drivers will cancel! I[censored] Do get on a cab, the drivers will not put on AC. They will misbehave, even if they know the correct route, if the GPS doesn't show the right way, they will blindly follow the wrong GPS route and take u round n round unnecessarily. They will become agressive and unsafe. Worst is, i[censored] complain, the customer care or the company will never even respond, forget taking any actions on the drivers!

                              The mode of payment for my ride was Phonepe. However, the driver requested cash so I did not make online payment till the ride ended and then paid the driver Rs. 870 in cash.

                              Now, my app is showing the payment as pending and after raising the customer support ticket #[protected] the support executive was very unhelpful and refused to even provide the driver details or ask the driver for any confirmation.

                              I was able to reach the driver who told me he called and talked to the customer support team that he took the money from me.

                              Please resolve this issue. I can share the driver contact details and an Ola representative can themselves confirm the same with the driver.

                                  I am using Ola for lots of time and paid lots of cab charges. Now just for Rs.288 unable to clear the dues. Tried all the options with app and online. It doesnt go to next payment page ta all. Requested Ola support too. No resolution yet to clear the dues. Already late fees are getting added. Now after mailing they just waived the late fees for few days alone. Again it's going to get added in next 2 days. But getting multiple calls continuously...

                                  Blacklist this cab and cab driver as he is taking money In cash from customers and then not updating in Ola app. And ola is not supporting to customers in cash payment.

                                    Yesterday evening i booked a ola auto and in the end of the ride i paid the driver directly to his phonepe account, but in ola app it shows the amount is outstanding and i am unable to book any other rides . Please resolve my issue .
