Later i sold the car. After few years ola started spamming me on daily basis 2-3 calls to return Rs 1500 shown due on my account. Another 5-6 calls would come saying me to start operating my car inspite of telling them that i don't have car anymore. I pay by cash for all my Ola rides. However, for two specific rides, they've incorrectly charged my Ola PostPaid while I paid the driver directly. I also have screenshots as proof of payment to the driver directly. For the past month, I've been receiving harassing calls and messages from multiple numbers. They threaten to send an agent, inform my neighbours, call my contacts, etc. I receive at least 30 calls a day and it is traumatic.br...

I booked this cab from Lodha Upper Thane to Mulund Vaishali Nagar. 3 o[censored]s were traveling, my mother, brother and i. We got down at a temple near vaishali nagar. Unfortunately, the driver didn't stop the ride and he drove all the way to Juhu. I realised after i was charged a huge amount of Rs. 967 as opposed to Rs. 352 that was shown at the time of booking the cab.

Driver demanded cash from me and amount is showing in my ola money postpaid also. Now ola customer care says that the driver denies being paid in cash so they cannot do anything here. This is a driver-centric resolution. What about me? i have to pay a total of 1080 rupees. Pathetic policies of OLA and rude drivers hired by them.

please activate my account it's been waiting a long time

my ola driver account off roaded in 6 month
please on roaded my account it earning problems long time waiting...

On last 2 rides, we have paid the amount in cash to driverbas usual. we have no idea about ola postpaid services and and even driver didn't mentioned about the payment.
But now i'm getting continuous text messages calls, and emails from ola that clear your dues, even after playing the driver....

I had a worst experience with Ola ride, its showed 79 when i get in at the end of trip its charged 184 RS, when i cross check, its showing 105 Rs fine for cancellation fine.

I never cancelled myself, always drivers only cancelled.

Ola support team saying this Charge for old cancellation 2017 after 6 years, why this deduction. Ola failure to find this issue?

For the booking CRN [protected] I have been charged twice. This is from the same pickup point and I have updated the destination while I was on the trip. So during the trip, I have paid a total of 1054/- and after the completion of the trip I again got a bill of 1156/-. I have contacted Ola multiple times in the last 10-12 days and there answer was always the same (for which I have sent a reference photo). Please find the receipt for this...

I have booked an Ola on 15th march 23. I have made the payment on Ola ac of auto driver already later he asked me to make me the payment on phonepay as his ola ac was closed he even promised me to pay back and i did the same in the name of humanity, I paid him again on phonepay. Please stop fraud calls from the ola cabs and ola money. i get 22 to 25 calls from the ola only and it is too much harassing.
they calling me on different numbers i already activated DND service on Airtel still getting these types of calls.
Please ola delete my account or stop calling me again and again.
Even i am not using ola apps....

Kindly cancel the ola registration of mentioned vehicle as vehicle driver and vehicle are fraudulent and driver have criminal records.

I took a ride along with my senior citizen parents on 7th march at 12.45 AM via CRN[protected] and a driver named Mo. Sahil Khan was assigned to me by OLA.
