I barely use ola . once i booked a cab which i paid in cash to the driver but later i got the text that you used ola postpaid and need to pay 580/-. i have no idea about ola postpaid. now i am getting continuous calls from ola forcing and threat to pay which js very irritating.
i already paid to the driver.
please look into my concern

    I am receiving call from Ola saying that postpaid overdue is pending from long time. Its been almost 5 years I used Ola. Last time when I used ola, I made the payment as cash and at the same time postpaid amount also got deducted. I raised the dispute on the same day but no response on that. Now I am getting calls saying its overdue. I told 100s of time to the customer service people about this incident still no change.

      On May 7, 2023, I took a ride that cost ₹141. However, I encountered an issue as other payment options, including UPI, were not available for me to use. Consequently, I had no choice but to pay the amount through my Ola money. Surprisingly, when the ride concluded, ₹241 was deducted from my Ola money account. This additional deduction of ₹100 has left me perplexed, as the ride itself was only supposed to cost ₹141. Despite sending multiple emails to Ola regarding this matter, I have only received automated responses.

Despite repeated attempts to seek assistance and resolve my concerns, I have faced an alarming lack of response and after vehicle registration they have not delivered the vehicle, already 10 days after registration, showroom sales guys are not cooperating and ola support is also pathetic

              I booked a ride from Inderprastha Engineering College to Noida sector 15 in ola mini where it showed a cost of Rs. 245 at start of ride which I paid at the beginning of ride, but when the driver took the ride, he took a long route inspite of actual path shown, and during the ride my 245 Rs. was refunded and when I reached the destination the rent increased to 450 Rs. for which the driver harassed me and bullied me to get Rs. 450.
              I was cheated for Rs.200 more and was bulliedas well, even after complaining to olacabs customer support they are not showing any support and again and again closing my issue without addressing it. Its been 5 days of complaining and yet they have given no response or refund.

                5th MAY23, USED OLA app paid through phone pay 660and 40 cash paid in the Visakhapatnam airport driver forced to me pay the cash I was informed ola money deducted informed same thing driver denied. Now ola people keep on asking money.

                    My car has been off roaded from ola for selfie check failure. I strongly believe it is a mistake by the system. Please help to unblock my account. If i am found guilty i have no objection in getting punishment. But for no reason i am facing problem as well my family as i am the only income maker in the family. Once blocked i can, t reach out to executive through calls. I visited so called guwahati office of guwahati. But they told me that this office is only for attachment of new cars in ola. And ola has not provided its driver partner with a office which can resolve driver partner any kind of queries.

                      This happened on 12th June 2023. I had selected mode of payment as 'Postpaid' but I paid through cash. On app, its still showing payment of 500 is due through Postpaid mode. It also mentions if there is delay in payment then I'll have to pay extra fee. I have already paid through cash to the driver and its driver's job to update in system that payment through cash is done. Either he has not done his job correctly or Ola app is NOT capable of making this updates on their system. Now next time when I'll try to book Ola, it'll ask me to clear the due first which is not acceptable at all. I have already made the payment then why I sould pay again just becoz your app is showing the 500 is pending in postpaid section?? Check with your driver, he'll also confirm that payment is already done.

                        I have booked a mini in ola and started ride. I paid the bill through GPay my transaction was successful. But the money was not received by the driver. So I paid again to him.

                          Ola money is showing an outstanding amount in my account. I have paid Rs. 399 to the driver, after my trip on 3rd June 3.55 pm. Attached is the transaction details from GPay. Please clear the deus ASAP.

                            On 02nd June 2023, I had taken one way outstation ride via Ola Cabs. However at the end of the trip I have been charged for both ways toll charges and additional 52kms has been added to the bill. Usually it's chargeable on 4500 and they have charged me 6890 it's a fraud and over charged.
                            Following the breakup of amount paid.

                            Total ride charges- 6260
                            Toll Charges (both side) - 630
                            Overall final bill - 6890

                            Ola postpaid -1500
                            Remainder amount - 5390 (paid via gpay)

                            You can find the screenshot of my payment attached with this mail paid via UPI to the driver and ola bill enclosed.

                            My concern is with regards to why i was charged for toll both side when I had booked for one way only. As mentioned earlier I need a final resolution on this concern.

                              I am getting multiple call from OLA to clear the postpaid amount of Rs120.00 since a very long time. I have raised multiple concerns with the OLA team, however there is no response from them. Now I started getting calls that my CIBIL will be impacted and they also have my contact list and they will start contacting them regarding the payment. Also stating that some agent will come and collect the amount. I am fed up with the continues calls and this harassment. Please help me to get this issue resolved. attaching the evidences for your references.

                                Hello,

                                I already paid for the ola cab via online transfer (cash to driver and receiving mails, whats app, messages to pay ola money dues. why should i pay money again to ola money. As loyal customer to ola cabs i moved out of it due to this post paid scam happening now.

                                one of the driver intentionally took money stating that he will return my money once he gets money from ola money as on his screen cash was showing. he gave me his number and later messaged me saying he has got ola money. when i asked him to return the amount i have paid him, he starting ignoring my call and blocked number.

                                already raised support case with ola support and no help is received. the only answer i got was to visit app and check booking and raise ticket against those crn

                                if needed i can share the transaction done to the drivers

                                      This is in reference to one of my trips that was booked for an Autorickshaw on 17-May-2023 at 8:42 AM. I have done a payment of Rs. 463.00 twice for this trip using UPI but haven't received one payment reversal for this trip from Ola cab company.

                                      The trip details are as below -

                                      Trip ID - CRN [protected]

                                      These 2 payments were completed by UPI.

                                      Request to look into this issue soon and ask OLA to revert one of the payments of Rs. 463.00 to my original payment mode ASAP.

                                      Note - Have sent emails to Ola's support and Nodal Officer but haven't heard back from them at all. The Ola Support Ticket #[protected]
                                      It's been more than a month since the payment got deduced by OLA usless system is not refunding one amount. Their support channel seems to be just for sake of show, and grievance officers are just sleeping on people's hard earned money. Pathetic service!!

                                        I booked an Ola ride from Pune to Ahmednagar on 30th May for my Sister in law. (CRN [protected])
                                        I chose an option to pay in cash at end of the ride.
                                        When the ride was completed, the driver took Rs 3537 in cash from my sister in law.
                                        My paytm wallet shows following entries on 30th May-
                                        1. Rs 3167 put on hold for order at ANI Technologies Pvt Ltd. at 8.01 am
                                        2. Rs 3167 on hold released by ANI Technologies Pvt Ltd at 11.21 am
                                        3. Rs 3167 paid to ANI Technologies Pvt Ltd. at 11.21 am
                                        4. Rs 371 paid to ANI Technologies Pvt Ltd at 11.21 am
                                        Net Rs 3538 of payment was deducted from my wallet, in addition to the cash Rs 3537 payment made to the driver.
                                        The bill for the ride as per the app is Rs3538.
                                        I requested Ola support through the app to refund me Rs 3538, but they refused.
