Ola drivers are very rude very bad. First of all u will never find cabs. Specifically at night time. When they do give cabs, they show very long wait time and after u wait, the drivers will cancel! I[censored] Do get on a cab, the drivers will not put on AC. They will misbehave, even if they know the correct route, if the GPS doesn't show the right way, they will blindly follow the wrong GPS route and take u round n round unnecessarily. They will become agressive and unsafe. Worst is, i[censored] complain, the customer care or the company will never even respond, forget taking any actions on the drivers!
I took OLA ride on Apr 16 CRN[protected]. I paid cash to driver. Now still my app is showing payment pending.
On reaching customer care, they are asking to provide evidence(video) of cash payment. But they are not able to connect with their driver to confirm payment.
If I had not paid amount, will driver would have allowed to me go ?
Is it ethical business to ask customer pay twice ?
