I booked a cab to travel from the airport to my college via the OLA app. I opted for the online payment mode and paid the driver an amount of 1376 Rs through PAYTM

To my surprise, despite having made the payment, I received a notification that the amount is unpaid, and I am currently unable to book any further rides with OLA. This has caused me considerable inconvenience and has impacted my ability to commute efficiently.

I have attached a screenshot of the trip details and the payment for your reference. I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and provide me with a resolution. I would appreciate any assistance you could provide to rectify this issue as soon as possible.

    Double charges

    This is regarding the ride on May 1 2023,
    I paid 132 for the trip to driver through gpay but still got charged in ola postpaid.
    This is not the frst time.The same happened with me last year for which I raised so many tickets by mailing ola support but nothing worked I ended up paying that money to avoid the calls and texts.when I called customer care they didn't respond properly. The worst customer care I have ever come accross....

      Taken money 2 times but still not received the refund post having discussion multiple times with customer support

      Customer support not exists

      Only time delaying...promising lie...there is no actual support

        There has been fraud done by the driver of Ola .. made payment through credit card but the driver demanded cash as he didn’t receive payment .. paid him cash and Ola also didn’t return the debit wrote to Ola support multiple times but they are not replying !!             On 10th April I took Ola cab from Electronic city to Lalbagh (cRN - [protected]). the bill was 512. I paid through phonepe and it was successful but still driver said he did not receive it. then after some arguments app started showing that pay to driver in cash. hence I paid him in cash. he said Ola will reverse the phonepe payment. till today Ola did not reverse the payment. Ola support did not call me even after raising support tickets. below was the response when I asked ola support - "Any extra cash payment made to a driver is outside the scope of Ola payment system. Hence, we will not be able to process a refund". how can this be extra cash payment to the driver?
            I want my 512 rs back plus 1000 rs for the mental agony cause by Ola support.

                Hello ola scooter i have a complaint against you.It's been 4 months since I got the scooter ola S1 pro. Taken on January 1, 2023. I am facing scooter problem since 3 weeks.My scooter stops midway. Show in display. (Scooter issue, changed to park) and I also made a complaint on 25th April And I also made a complaint in Ola helpline number. There is no use from there either. .Which my problem has not been solved since 10 days and I got a call from ola Engineer. He has been saying for 4 consecutive days that he will come tomorrow.But he does not come and the ola engineer number is [protected].Please I request you to solve my problem. I go to office everyday by Ola scooter

                          I am writing this to bring your kind attention towards an incident that occurred with one of our Member while he was taking OLA Ride. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of the driver and lack of support from the OLA Help Section.

                          On 4th February, 2023 Our Member booked an OLA Ride from Pick up Point B-24, Sector-59, Noida UP-201301 to Drop off Point Vishwakarma Road B Block Sector-66 Noida. As our member has first loaded his belongings over Bike that includes (VCP (50pcs.), Monitor, SP Cards and some other electronic items that cost around 10k ), then he got back to office to take some other goods. As soon as he came back, the OLA Driver flew away by taking all belongings.

                          Then our member tried to raise complaint through the OLA App Help Section and also visited the Head Office of OLA. But didn't get satisfied reply from them. OLA Team just provide Name and Contact No. of Driver, Which I also have while booking ride.

                          For your information:-

                          I am deeply disappointed with the way OLA has handled my complaint. It has been a number of days since the incident occurred, and still have not received any help from OLA Team in retrieving my belongings.

                          I would like to request your assistance in this matter and ensure that appropriate action is taken against the driver for his misbehavior and non-return of my belongings.

                          I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take strict action against the driver.

                            I had paid for my ride online directly on the Ola driver's phone number linked account but Ola app shows my payment is pending and does not allow me to book other rides. It doesn't provide any option to place a complaint or customer support does not work. I have completed all my payments of all my rides till date.

                              I took a small trip of 2.5 km and ant destination driver asked me to pay 60 RS. I paid by phonepe. In next booking I see that they have kept it aa pending and the amount shown in 70rs. I tried to contact ola customer care but in vain and they don't respond properly in mails. Everytime they give same repeated reply

                                I took OLA ride on Apr 16 CRN[protected]. I paid cash to driver. Now still my app is showing payment pending.

                                On reaching customer care, they are asking to provide evidence(video) of cash payment. But they are not able to connect with their driver to confirm payment.

                                If I had not paid amount, will driver would have allowed to me go ?

                                Is it ethical business to ask customer pay twice ?

                                    I've booked a trip on 24th of this month and paid amount ₹229 to the driver after the trip ended.
                                    But still it is showing pending amount in my ola account, and due to which I'm unable to use the app anymore. On writting to support team they're saying an extra amount given can't be refunded. Seriously? They are acting so dumb. Looks like they have not understood the issue.
                                    It's the trip amount which I've paid him after the ride ended. So pathetic!! Worst experience ever!!
                                    How can someone be so irresponsible towards the customer.
                                    I've given the driver's number shared screenshots too but no proper response.
                                    Can you please look into it and take proper action to resolve my issue.

                                      I booked an OLA CAB on 01.02.2023 at 11 pm from Nagpur Airport vide CRN[protected]. Driver asked 2 times fare as shown in OLA app while booking. I not agreed with driver for 2 times fare and the driver cancelled the ride and OLA App shown Rs. 50/- as cancellation fee. When I complained on OLA App, the message shown "Driver will be warned and you will not charge any cancellation fee. On 30.04.2023, I booked an OLA CAB to Itwari Railway station vide and driver charged me Rs. 409/- (including Rs. 50/- cancellation fee for previous ride). Please refund the amount in OLA money account or provide discount voucher for next ride.
