    I paid cash to driver and again they charged in wallet and i keep on calling support team regarding the same but no one responded properly. Now they asking to pay me with penalty.

      Ola really charged me a high price expected 217 lastly charged me 506.
      My distance from pick up to drop approx 15kms.
      But when my trip is completed then show me 29.2 kms though I complete my journey as per their suggested gps route direction.But I think Ola driver or company is cheating me.
      Kindly refund my excess money to my account.
      Awaiting for your prompt response.

        On 3rd of august i book a cab from prabhadevi to bhayander in which by mistakenly i left my two headphone of 3000 in the cab, the same time i contacted the driver n he confirmed that the head phone are with him in the car.

        I asked him to give it back to me he said he will able to do it the next as he reside chember i can collect it from their. I had visited chembur very next day post which customer has stop receiving call.

          The driver on a moving cab forcefully snatched a phone when i was telling him an otp. He then cancelled the ride. And, took me far off from the place i boarded in a speed. And, then in the middle of a place asked for a money and forcefully took rs 1300. The whole ride he was arguing with me and dint let me get out of a cab and to call anyone for a help. He was a potential rappist. I complaint multiple times and there is no response from ola service. I have also complained it to the owner of ola service but probably all they wanted is to increase a lumpsum amount and not to take any action for the issues prevailing and the complainant being launched.in the past also, many complaints has come up and in future the complain column has a bright future.. Not to worry on it. They are just faking it up as they don't want to take up headache of being getting molested, tourched, misbehaved, fraud and so on. The only concern is to cheat and stap public. I request all the public.. Not to opt for ola..

            This is a complain i am raising regarding a trip from chennai to pondicherry to which, the driver denied on providing a bill for the tax permit. There was a huge fight regarding the same, which i certainly do not expect of. It was a huge embarrassment caused where the locals even thought we were not willing to pay the cab driver. The driver was extremely rude in his behavior. He only asked us to call ola and sort whatever i needed to, and other times just kept on shouting in tamil. When i tried connecting to ola at that moment, the contact number was not getting connected.

            I would certainly expect a compensation regarding the same for such inconvenience caused.

            Here, i have added a statement regarding the payment without the bill where the driver signed (This too was arranged after a huge argument).

            I hope an immediate action and compensation is made regarding this

              Driver took cash from me and money got deducted from the my postpaid wallet. I had called customer care, he said, that he had a talk with driver and driver is saying that he haven't took any cash from me. And now customer care people is saying they can't do anything as driver is saying he haven't took any cash from me.. I requested to connect to the driver, he said, it is not possible to connect to the driver and asked to connect the higher authority, he said they are not available … i need a required action against it asap.

                Ola cab provide bad serives. Ola app cheat with me seond time. Ola app charge higher than estimated fare. They did not rfund my money. They charge 157 rs. Extra from me. When i book ola cab for my family from jawahar park, khanpur delhi to ashok vihar gurgaon. Thier driver behave rudely.

                    I booked an ola rental car in banglore forum mall. The navigation did not work in the car. So i complained about that while dropping the car. Then the employee was checking it and started banging it, and broke the display screen in front of my eyes and my friend's. Then he said it was you can go now, so we left. But the next day i had a bill of 6000₹ for damages. I complained about this to the customer care several times, but no solution. Now i got an email to clear dues or legal actions will be taken.

                      I had already made payment in cash to the ola auto drivers on 16th & 17th june yet ola guys deducted my postpaid balance & also charged me late payment fees twice & are following up for their payments. I have emailed them the audio recording of both auto drivers along with the audio recording of my clarification given to their executive, yet their executives are calling & harassing me for payments saying that it is my mistake & why i paid cash to the drivers. I am fed up of these guys & their in action & blame game. I have been emailing their customer care each day since june 20 yet there has been no action. I need the amount credited back to my postpaid account & they need to stop calling me for payments which i have already made. I have recorded conversation with both the auto drivers confirming they have received the payments. I can submit if requested.

                            Register a complaint in OLA and got reply from "Karthik" (Ola Support)

                            Instead of resolving the issue they blamed me for paying extra and accused of lying.

                                The issue that i have experienced was: the distance i travelled from google maps is about 330 to 340 kms. But i have been charged for 415 kms.

                                It occurred on: 22/07/2020.

                                Even the route shown in invoice map when looked in google maps gives only 330-340 kms. Including return journey.

                                  Dear Ola Team,

                                  This is regarding the completely dissatisfied customer service by Ola. I tried explaining the complete matter to Mr. Abhay (support executive) over the call and he couldn't raise a simple complaint in the system.

                                  Ride - 24th July
                                  Outstation return - Delhi - Rohtak - Delhi
                                  Time - 12 noon - 7 pm

                                  I have 3 questions where I believe I have been over charged and seek a refund.

                                  1. Given the KM reading by the driver and google maps, the travel journey comes out to be 137 KMs whereas I have been charged for 164 KMs. I had to pay extra for 27 Kms (INR 27*9). Please explain the situation here ?

                                  2. The driver towards the end of the ride asked for INR 300 as toll which he has paid for the complete year. I don't understand why a customer should pay for something which was never paid during the ride. (We paid INR 2221 instead of INR 1921). Please explain why we were asked for this extra. We had to pay to avoid any argument in this time of Covid for quick closure

                                  Abhay has continuously denied the above 2 points. According to him, google maps for him shows 164 KM and toll tax is something b/w customer and driver. So everything is fine as per him and hence he didn't note a single complaint.

                                  I request you to check both the points and revert with resolution here.

                                    I am hereby stating that I have booked Ola Auto vehicle No:KA02AF 6797, Driver name: Purushotham N, travelled on 08.07.2020 from Vijayalakshmi Silks, Richmond, Bangalore to Attiguppe Ward, Bangalore, OTP :679 when I am in auto itself, I tried to pay amount of Rs.135/- through Google pay of my Vijaya Bank account but it is not successful but Amount of Rs.135/- got deducted in my Vijaya Bank account and immediately I asked Ola Auto driver to check about the payment whether he received or not, then he told I didn’t receive payment and it is not showing also. After I reached destination Attiguppe and after that Cash paid amount of Rs.135/- to Ola Auto Driver.

                                    I tried to put a complaint through my Ola app but this Google pay problem/issue is not listing in support then I request my journey invoice, in that it showing payment through Vijaya Bank Card. Please solve and kindly refund my deducted amount of Rs.135/- back to my Vijaya Bank

                                    I got email from Ola like we cant refund your amount back.. This is not right please resolve this issue and kindly take action against this ola .

                                        My name is sonu kumar vishwakarma. It was the incident of the 4th july around 9:30pm. I just arrived in bhubaneswar railway station. And i booked a cab from bbsr railway station to patia. Finally i have booked a cab and in the app the price it is showing around rs.190. I have called the ola driver (Muna naik). As per the timing and situation i have told him to come near the master canteen chock. Then he asked the destination location. I have told him the destination then he replied that he will take rs.300 instead of rs.190. As per this covid-19 situation, i have told him that i will give rs.20 or 30 extra but i will not going to pay him as he was demanding. He said ok i am coming to the pick up location. I have wait for 10min but he didn't come. So again i have called him he picked the call and told me that he was in his way. Then i found that he just cancel my ride and charged me rs. 50 for cancellation fee. After that he have hired a local auto and came to my destination.

                                        I just want to say that in this covid-19 situation if someone is believing you please don't play with him. And i requested with the indian consumer complaints forum that if it is possible to take any action regarding this issue please take that otherwise may people will suffer like this.
