Sir,
My name is sumit ghosh. On 19 mar 2020, i had booked a ola cab from reckjoani hospital rd, majarhati to jagatkhali dam rd, matiari as a out station ride. During booking it was showing as rs 3000+. We started out journey at 02:49 pm and finished around 8 pm. But the driver charged me rs 5807 which was unexpected.

My complain is that when he send me invoice where it was showing 257 km i had travelled. But in google map the distance showing arround 148+ km. Any how i am not able to calculate the figure how they had done.

I think the driver had put his car reading meter wrong. My request is that please track the car travelling route through gps tracker of my journey. I think it will show actually distance. I want what ever fare has been taken extra should be given back with penalty. Once already i had spoke to customer care before lockdown but no solution came.
I am attaching my invoice and supporting document. I am waiting for speedily solve the matter, other wise i will go to cosumer court for these.

      During the trip (Crn[protected]), the driver requested me to pay by cash. Hence i selected the option in ola app to pay by cash. At the end of trip some rs.15 were deducted from ola money and rest rs.269, i paid by cash. Still, this amount of 269 due towards ola postpaid is beyond any logic. I am not going to pay the amount twice. Kindly remove it from my postpaid bill else i would have to raise this issue consumer grievances redressal commission. Kindly treat this intimation as notice under consumer protection act 1986.

      I have sent the above information by email to them on feb 13, 2020 and also tried to raise issue in support section. However, they do not bother to read the issue and reply in their standard format. Since a few months, they are mentally harassing me by automated calls and messages.

      I request consumer complaints team to get this through their (Ola's) deaf ears that stop harassing their customers or soon their will be none.

          I had booked ola cab on 1st january, 2019. After the trip, the app prompted for cash payment (Rs. 499). Upon which i made the full
          Payment to the driver by cash. However, ola postpaid amount was also deducted for the same trip. I emailed ola support more than twice about this issue. I kept waiting for their response. Instead of hearing from them, i started receiving emails/calls/messages for non-payment of dues. However i never got any call to solve my ticket, however they kept calling me incessantly about non-payment of dues. They have been calling me/emailing me/messaging me for more that ten times a day. It’s equal to a mental harassment. Now they have gone to the extent of issuing a legal notice.

            This is a case of jan 2020 (Ola request id : 2573115). Regarding i have logged a complaint on 5th feb, 2020. Still i have not received any solution from ola.
            I have repeatedly sent a few email to short out this issue.
            But unfortunately they have not respond in a proper manner.
            Rather from last 2 weeks they are threatening me to pay the complete amount otherwise they will take legal action.

            This is my humble request as a middle class, please take this matter seriously.
            This is a complete harassment.

            How they can ask customer to pay the amount whereas the problem is from their end.

            I am also requiting to stop this type of non professional activities. And please stop threaten me.
            I am also requesting our government to take action on such kind of service provider.

            All details are available on my complaint, which was logged on 5th feb 2020.

            Based on my earlier complaints. I would like to inform that this problem has not been solved yet from OLA end.
            Rather they are asking frequently over the phone to pay the full amount.
            It is not possible to me to receive every time this type of call, where they are not ready to solve the problem rather every time they are forcing me to pay the full amount and threatening me by saying that otherwise they will take legal action.
            It is my humble request to our government to take action against this type of harassment.

            I am also requesting others people to avoid OLA.

              I booked a ola cab from phone pe on 04.02.20 at 4:38 pm, and select auto payment option. Phone pe deducted Rs. 442 as a estimated cost of the journey. After the ride driver denied auto payment, and in phone pe app the ride showing ongoing, so i had to pay in cash Rs. 368 as the full rent. I already complaint to phone pe & ola both over mail & call, I received ticket no from help.olacabs.com (Ticket[protected], but till now I did not receive the deducted Rs. 442. phone pe customer personnel asked me contact with ola and ola do not any customer no, only I have to send mail to them, which did not replied satisfactorily.

                  The camera was in my bag i was going towards bangalore airport. But in between i got down in one pharmacy to buy few things and that time bag was in car only. After coming back i didn't check my bag but when i reached airport and check my bag my brand new camera was gone. He stole it the time when i got down in pharmacy. After that called him many times he didn't pick up. Also lockdown was announced next day so couldn't take any proper action. Complaint ola customer care but they're not responding properly or taking any action.in the pic attached the location is showing jigani because first we booked him till jigani. After giving him the fare we asked him if he can take us back to airport then he said he till take us to airport and he already told us how much fare he want till airport so we didn't book location till airport again. He took us to airport without booking so ride is showing cancelled in the attached pic. But he only stole my camera while i got down in pharmacy that i'm sure. The camera had many important pictures of mine i really need it back and it was a new one and expensive too. Please look into the matter please.

                      Hi, i want you to resolve my issue on priority because you customer executive and ivr calls are making my day and night hell. They are calling and mesaging me everyday from past 15 days that i am unable to work and look after my family. After making payment and providing sufficient proof, they are calling me everyday sending me threat messages. Do your systems are not upto date that they cannot track customer record whether payments r done or not. My watsapp number is distributes to so many males n females that it looks m a call girl available to bear their every #. I have reached to a highest level that i want to file police complaint and drag every single execitive to court room with screenshot of their chat history. I am really fedup with ola third grade service. Do something otherwise i will make sure you have to pay hefty charges in name of exploiting consumer and harrasing a women. I can provide more details.                         I took a ola rental on 30/12/2019 in varanasi at about 7 pm we were group of 4 friends. Payment method was ola postpaid.

                        1. As soon as the ride started, the driver asked for cash payment for purchasing fuel. Despite telling g me that the payment was through postpaid, the driver threatened me and said he will stop the ride and drop me off. I tried changing the payment method through the app but wasn't able to. I called up the support team and the lady told me to call them back as soon the time of ending the ride and then pay the cash to the driver.

                        2. When the ride ended at about 1 am on 1st dec 2019, i called the support team following up on my earlier request. As told by the ola executive, i paid the cash to the driver, the guy put the phone on hold for validating the payment from the driver-partner and came back confirming the payment. Further, he said that within 72 hrs the money will be reversed from the post paid money and gave me the ticket number.

                        I seriously don't understand that 5 days after the incident they told me on my face that i didn't pay the driver in cash and since then it's been around 120 days and everyday they are threatening me by calling me 5-10 times daily and saying of legal action if i don't pay the amount. They further threatened me by saying that my cibil score will be impacted by them raising this issue to cibil.

                        I have been a long and loyal user of ola and ola postpaid and have always paid on time, did it bother them after seeing my credit history that why this time there is an aberration to the trend?

                        I am surprised to see such inhumane torturous attitude of ola and it's employees.

                          My account is being blocked permanently for no reason. The drivers who came for a while gave me lot of trouble by arriving around an hour late. Im a doctor and tile is life for me so i would book another cab and cancel the current one. Now my account is being locked. I have no way to travel. Kindly atleast start another cab service as uber isn’t as competent

                            The postpaid bill was generated on 09/03/2020 of rs.1743. I used phonepe app to pay the dues on 13/03/2020 with late fine included being rs.1751 i. E rs. 2 per day. The payment was delayed due to some technical issue and the status was pending on my phone pe app.
                            On 15/03/2020 the payment was successful in the phone pe and the amount had been successfully credited to the ola app. But the ola app states otherwise. According to them, there haven't been any transaction done by me.

                            Phone pe says that the payment has been done and my bank also states that the payment has been done. But now the ola people are calling me daily and harassing me to pay the same amount again.

But ola asking to pay 440 for me, frequently phone call coming in this covid-19 Suitatation they forcing unwanted due. And customer care not working were I get solution for this.

                              I am an ola customer having registered phone no [protected]. It is for your kind information and immediate action that, since last two weeks i am receiving the messages regarding postpaid dues of rs 1000/-, in this regard i have already called twice to the ola customer care but i did not get proper response from them as well as my complaint has not been resolved till date. Whereas i paid the cash amount for all my rides whenever i have booked ola.

                              In this regard, i am requesting you to please rectify details of my payment of every ride from your ola drivers only at your end at the earliest to avoid further
                              Legal correspondence, as i am not responsible for any further payments or delays.

                                Hi, so I booked a ola outstation (CRN [protected]) . And driver accepted the ride (driver details name-Anil amrut, car details- director MH43BP6163).The fare ola app showed was Rs. 3822. BUT when the driver called he demanded 15000 Rs for the same ride. When I asked him why then he hung up the call.. After some when I call him again he said it will cost 20000 Rs.. Are you mad or what.. for 200 kms ola driver is asking a fare of 20000... is it fare enough?

                                Is this the way you are treating your customers? Total disappointment from a brand like ola.

                                  Today morning i have a flight to board at 9:40 am, the driver called me and asked me to give the otp saying if not entered the otp the trip will be cancelled automatically i didn't gave the otp after 1.5 km of ride he said there is no diesel in car and asked me the mode of payment i said ola pay he said he doesnt have cash for diesel and demanded me cash when i said i am not carrying cash he drive me to atm to with draw cash and he cancelled the ride taking otp forcefully and after that he took the cash and dropped me at kempegowda international airport bengaluru due to this incident i missed my flight and its non refundable ticket, i have purchased ticket for another flight which i need to wait till 5pm to board which is a premium price. When contacted customer care dept the executive says its not ola's problem because the ride was cancelled i wonder how can he respond like this, the driver belongs to ola company and ola should be ashamed for hiring such a frauds driver.

                                    The captioed ola driver had accepted my booking at night arnd 10.30/10.45 but denied to go ahead as soon as he realised i'm having ola money service. He wanted me to pay him in cash but since i am already having ola money i ddnt agree. He then asked me to get down and cancel the trip to which i again ddnt agree. Then he said he dsnt hv diesel and i shud pay him rs.300 for diesel. I paid rs.200. I jst eant to launch complaint because such druvers are taking undue advantage of passenger at night time. They must get some lesson out if such deniel.

                                      I madhuri sardana daughter of sunil dutt sardana. Permanent resident-gh-41, flat no.-105, sector-20 panchkula. Presently i am staying at plot no.-200, sector-55 gurgaon. I travelled on 8th february 2020 from plot no.-200, sector-55 gurgaon to mgf metropolitan mall in ola cab so i paid ₹ 139/- through google pay to cab driver (Ranjit singh). On this 10th march 2020 i was making payment of ₹ 9500/- to my owner ranvir singh. Mistakenly i paid ₹ 9500/- to the cab driver (Ranjit singh). Then i called ola cabs they provided me with the cab drive phone number ([protected]) & cab number (Dl1rtb8629). But the phone number they provided me is switched off so i’m unable to contact the driver. I have logged fir, the fir number is (77-5p-ii) on 11th march 2020 after trying the driver’s phone number many times. The fir was logged as suggested by the ola cabs customer call are so that they can provide me with driver’s other details like his address. So i request ola cabs to provide me with the driver’s address in order to take my money back from the cab driver.

                                        I book a ola cab today at 12.10 noon for ravet from ashok chowk (Nanapeth).
                                        Mr. Pramod (Driver) took a booking. His car was wagon r white colour with no mh-42/aq4392.
                                        He denay to come at pick up point as i asked him to cancel ride from his side he said i have cancelled from my side now you press cancel and i did it so 50/- was deducted from my account.
                                        Why should i bear this amount?
                                        I want refund of this amount.
