I have booked ola cab on 01/03/2020 around 10pm-11pm from navalur to opaline. I have missed to take my laptop bag which was there in the cab. I have called back the driver and he said he dint see the bag and he was not sure whether customer have taken with them as he had taken other rides. I have riased police complaint and checked with ola ofc and there telling without fir copy they won't give customer details. Could you pls let me know...

Dear sir,
I took ola for a trip and my mode of payment is cash on all the trips taken so far. Recently ola activated postpaid in my account without any knowledge.
So my end if trip i paid cash, sometime ater i got sms tht u have used postpaid money for the trip. I realized i have cheated by driver and okay made the trap for the incident. Still i didn't get answer how come a customer who didn't complete kyc, post paid acc gets...

I used ola service on 15th jan 2020 and it is like i did the crime that day using ola.
I am getting minimum 10-12 calls on a daily basis to pay my due amount.
I paid that amount (Cash) to driver itself that day, i havent asked you guys to give me bloody 1000 rs loan to pay my cab bill.

Yesterday i had booked a ride around 7pm. Driver didn't come to my location and asked to reach his location at 1km distance. I started walking with my kid and asked his exact location. After 5 min walking, he suddenly cancel led ride. Automatically a second ride schedule. This time driver could come to me and pocket me.

I have been charged cancel charge.?. Not my fault. This is now a days frequent. Why should customer be charger...

I m using ola cab for office purpose
Suddenly last week they blocked my both number [protected] /[protected]
... I try to approach by mail but they didn't disclose its happen

Also we need to pay some balance payment of ola postpaid account number but i dont habit access of ola application

No idea how to pay

I have booked a ola auto bajaj re no crn [protected] on 21.02.2020 from jaiswal hospital, motinagar to janapriya nagar, miyapur for rs.171/-. While we r on ride the driver, sri g sanjeevulu asked me rs.100/- at a petrol bunk & i gave the amount. Regarding above crn, i have selected payment by ola postpaid at the time of booking, when ride gets complete driver took cash of 425 from my mother who is travelling.

And further the payment also deducted from my ola postpaid account.

Kindly refund my money back nd take strict action against such cheater driver.

I booked ride on 3rd december 2019 and driver demanded me to pay in cash, for which i agreed and paid driver 1300rs... However ola money has charged me bill of 1203 rs... Ola have refunded me 151rs and now system shows 1203 rs pending bill... Now my point is when i've already paid driver in cash why should i pay the bill again

I had submitted a complaint regarding fraud by ola driver earlier where he took cash telling that he was unaware of ola post paid service and ola customer care refusing to write off the post paid amount and late fine. The driver when contacted refuses to remember the trip and transaction. Ola wants me to talk to the driver, record the conversation and forward it to them which is rediculas.

This is to inform you that while purchasing a share pass of rs 69/- for 12 km from the ola cab app the money for the pass was deducted from my bank account immediately however i received a transaction error soon after that and didn't receive my share pass for the same.
