I m using ola cab for office purpose
Suddenly last week they blocked my both number [protected] /[protected]
... I try to approach by mail but they didn't disclose its happen

Also we need to pay some balance payment of ola postpaid account number but i dont habit access of ola application

No idea how to pay

I dont know why they stopped services of both number

    I have booked a ola auto bajaj re no crn [protected] on 21.02.2020 from jaiswal hospital, motinagar to janapriya nagar, miyapur for rs.171/-. While we r on ride the driver, sri g sanjeevulu asked me rs.100/- at a petrol bunk & i gave the amount. But erroneously on completion of the ride i have paid the total amount of rs.171/- instead of rs.71/- to the driver. He simply & calmly taken the amount & left away. Later i noticed that what i have paid excess to the driver. Some of my friends advised me to bring it to the notice of ola management. Then even though some days r elapsed i decided to bring it to your kind notice. Therefore we request u to inquire withe driver & arrange to recover the amount from him, if possible, which i shall be thankful to you sir.

      Regarding above crn, i have selected payment by ola postpaid at the time of booking, when ride gets complete driver took cash of 425 from my mother who is travelling.

      And further the payment also deducted from my ola postpaid account.

      Kindly refund my money back nd take strict action against such cheater driver.

      Await your immediate action in the subject matter.

          I booked ride on 3rd december 2019 and driver demanded me to pay in cash, for which i agreed and paid driver 1300rs... However ola money has charged me bill of 1203 rs... Ola have refunded me 151rs and now system shows 1203 rs pending bill... Now my point is when i've already paid driver in cash why should i pay the bill again

          And the bill is charged without my authorisation... From 3rd december i've raised complaints however they (Ola) have not resolved it...

          Dear sir,
          Yesterday I ride/book Ola cab manesar to faridabad.i have paid total charge 1013 rs (640rs trip charge + 373 rs toll/parking charges). this was so high charges.During ride we have passed only two toll plaza (kherki dhaula - 65 rs single ride charge +Faridabad to Gurgaon sh 5a - 25 rs single ride charge) total 90 rs charge I m applicable only two toll plaza charge payment option, but by mistake/ error 6 toll plaza (373 rs) pass shows as per your summary sheet. So I request pls updated summary sheet of my fair and transfer/ return extra charge money 280+ rs send to my phonepay wallet.
          I request pls reply as soon as possible.

            This is regarding my belongings iost in ola ride.

            Ola driver name : balesh pawar
            Pickup point : bhoir estate dange chowk thergaon
            Drop point : lokmanya hospital nigdi

            Lost belongings :
            Purse (Sling bag)
            Iphone 11 black in color
            Money in cash around 5000+
            Hdfc bank debit card
            Earphone (Skullcandy)
            My son's school escort card

            Yesterday on 26th feb 2020 me and my mom took ola ride at around 2:05pm for the above mentioned pick and drop point. it was emergency ride, i had gone there for treatment of leg injury. when i reached hospital after 15 to 20 min while i was completing all the initial medical process i realised that i forgot my my purse with above mentioned belongings in a cab.

            As my iphone from which i had booked a ride was in the same purse which i forgot in a cab i tried to reach my mobile. I started calling on my mobile continuously and the phone was ringing but nobody was picking up the phone. After 4 to 5 times ringing, the phone was switched off.

            We called ola customer care ([protected]) and managed to get driver and cab details. Then we tried calling driver so many times but his phone was busy for almost an hour. Finally when he picked our call he denied that there is no purse in the cab and he didn't even hear a ring of my mobile. He also said that maybe the next customer which he dropped at pune station from chinchwad station would have taken it. please help me in this by tracing the next customer after me who used the same cab because maybe the driver is lying too. Today also i had called a cab driver and he said that the other ride passengers must have taken my belongings so i will call them and i will get back to you.

            In the communication with ola customer care they said that we should file an fir which we have done. even police inspector also tried to call a cab driver twice in front o[censored]s but his phone was busy. I have sent an email to [protected]@olacabs.com and attached the fir copy with email.

            I request you to please help me in this.

            Kindly match the ride details of the driver and the phone and help us to receive our belongings and regain our faith on ola...

              I had submitted a complaint regarding fraud by ola driver earlier where he took cash telling that he was unaware of ola post paid service and ola customer care refusing to write off the post paid amount and late fine. The driver when contacted refuses to remember the trip and transaction. Ola wants me to talk to the driver, record the conversation and forward it to them which is rediculas.

                I booked ola outstation ride from chennai airport to tirupati on 25th feb 20 crn no: [protected] driver name ravi v (Dzire tour). After bording the cab driver has asked me to pay cash for the ride as he wants money for fuel etc as this is outstation. Immediately i have called up customer care executive and raised a ticket as driver want cash. I was asked to complete ride and pay the cash and within 72 hrs i will have inform the customer serive team and they would refund my ola money debited to me. Mean while the executive mr navin sharma has conntected with driver and confimed that he driver wants cash. Post completion of my trip i have raised in the request to ola and no they claim that i have not paid cash to thier driver partner and refused to refund me.
                I have tried reaching the driver he intial picked my call and no he is not answering. If he was genuine he need not switch off his mobile.

                  I took a ola drive on 24th of january 2020 from my residence near garden of 5 senses, new delhi to h. Nizamuddin railway station. The driver name was karan kumar and his phone number was [protected]. I had booked the ride with postpaid option. When i reached the station the driver demanded cash as he did not know about post paid service. As i had to catch the train i had no option than to pay him cash. While on way i informed this to ola customer care and they said they will resolve the issue and some one will contact me. No one contacted me. So i wrote a mail to customer care who replied that their driver partner refuses the incidence. They have started adding late fee on the post paid amount. I don't know what to do.

                    Im from bangalore and my money have been deducted by the company without even taking a ride, once driver would say he want cash and then he wont cancel the trip while i pay through phonepay and second some would would ask cash and then they would say they are not on duty while they have accepted ride. I have been suffered mental agony by this ola company and i have proofs of pictures and call recording of each of them. I want my voice to be heard.

                      This is to inform you that while purchasing a share pass of rs 69/- for 12 km from the ola cab app the money for the pass was deducted from my bank account immediately however i received a transaction error soon after that and didn't receive my share pass for the same.
                      You are requested to kindly give me the share pass of the required amount for kolkata or refund the money to my registered ola account.

                        I had booked booked an ola cab from maruti nagar, madiwala, bengaluru, karnatakka on feberuary 24, 2020 at around 9.35 am. The driver's name was manjunatha m. V. I had a ride with him from chandapura to maruti nagar on the same date and the bill i got was for rs. 406.00. Since i stopped and proceed to the airport, he rebooked the same ola cab to the airport from his phone. At 12.00 noon arrive at the airport i paid him rs. 3120/ including the rs. 406. He showed me the bill on his mobile. And i never got a bill for it except for rs. 406.
                        I would like to get that bill as early as possible for my accounting purpose. Please help me to locate manjunatha mand forward the bill to my registered mobile number:[protected]. I am a frequent ola cab user. This is the first time it has happened and i need the bill. Please help me to get the as early as possible. I need to submit my bill for this month.

                          I lost my mobile while going to nampally exhibition after an hour i remember that i missed my mobile in the car i tried to call ola cab driver to check the car but without chcking he replied that he doest have it i called him 5 times but he is continuously dening that he doesn't have i tried to retriv3 my mobile it is out of coverage area and later on my mobile turned to switched off mode im 100% sure j missed it in the car because lastly i used in ola car itself.

                            Hi,
                            Ola is playing cheap tricks. The trip was taken on 24feb'20 with ref number: crn[protected] and registered number is [protected]. The payment was automatically taken as ola postpaid and later driver called us and said to change the mode of payment to cash and my family member has taken the trip. After the trip she has made the cash payment and later i got a message saying the amount got debited from my ola postpaid account. I contacted ola support and they said they cannot do anything as the driver said he has not collected the cash. Ola is not ready to listen to customer. Please take necessary action. Thank you in advance.
                            Rto of Haryana is 100 rs whereas driver has charged me rs 300
                            My problem is not resolve yet.
                            Rather OLA is asking to clear the due amounts which is increasing day by day.
                            being from middle class family pls help me to solve the issue at your earliest.
                            Also please ask for justification from OLA on behalf of me for this type of harassment.

                              On 18th feb 2020 i hired ola cab on rental for 8 hrs and was on my way to airport to pickup my boss from airport which is hardly 10 -12 km from daba garden (Vishakapatnam). I was about to reach airport which was hardly 1.5 km, as my driver (Rongala ramesh - [protected]) was trying to overtake one cab and from behind hit my cab on left side corner where i was sitting, and i got dis balance and i got hit on my head on right side above the ear. Than there was argument between the both drivers and ola driver cancelled the ride and told me to pay cash 1800, which i dint had any other option to give him, when i complained to ola customer care as to why i have been charged full amount when i have not utilized service and used barely 8 km. They are telling, as per driver they have not received, when i called driver he is not responding my calls. Infact i have the bill in which its is mentioned paid by cash. This is cheating by ola cab. Request you to please get this resolved

                                I met with an accident made by an ola driver near raghunath mandir, kalkaji dda flat. New delhi - 110019. Timing at 19:35
                                Vehicle number: hr 55 ad 6618.
                                I was about to take a right turn indicator of my vehicle was on but still the ola driver bashed my vehicle very hard my wife was about to fall under another car passing by. My vehicle back light all broken,

                                I want you to take strict action against this driver.
                                Also want compensation for damaging my vehicle.

                                Waiting for your urgent reply on this matter or else i have to take some other action.

                                  I often receive spam calls regarding Ola leasing. These calls are increasing day by day. If one number is blocked, I keep receiving calls from other numbers. This is very irritating and torturous. I tried calling the customer care but they are not taking calls. How can they use their customers phone numbers in this manner. This is really a breach of Privacy.

                                    Here is a summary of the bill provided by you.
                                    This is loaded with charges that were never clarified
                                    1. Insurance rs99 : should be refunded as this wasnt added by me or maybe added accidentally
                                    2 Driver conveyance - wat is this conveyance for? Driver chose to go ahead with the ride and moreover he is getting paid for it anyways
                                    3 additional time rs 100- did i stop the car for my convenience? No. Your estimation of time is incorrect and i am penalized for that. There wasnt even any traffic so either your driver was too slow or your time predictions are poor
                                    4. Advance booking fee rs85 - this is utter nonsense. You never confirm these rides and then you even charge advance fee. This can be acceptable only and only if you confirm this will not be cancelled.

                                    Moreover
                                    You cancelled my trip back to mumbai which was well scheduled and booked via your app.
                                    You left me stranded and cancelled the booking at the last moment without any prior notice. How do you compensate for that?

                                      On 30jan2020, i was to speak at vit chennai-campus and they had booked ola to pick me from tiruvanmiyur. After i reached the destination, vit paid rs767. the feedback msg (If any) might have gone to vit. if it had come to me i would have mentioned all these that day itself.
                                      As a user of ola service, i have this complaint on driver santosh tn07cp5342. firstly he gave a call and without greeting / introducing asked 'where is the drop?' when i said vit he asked where is it? i said i dont know and that is why vit had arranged a cab. He then asked how much is the amount that is shown on the app. i again said i dont know since vit has organized the cab, not me.
                                      I sat in the cab and again he asked where is vit? i requested him to see the maps. he said he does not want to give commission to ola and hence cannot see maps. I then called the organizer (At vit) and gave the phone to the driver. she insisted that he use the maps & the otp, else vit will not pay.
                                      After this the driver was very nasty. he jumped (Drove fast along with the car in front bumper-to-bumper) perungudi tollgate. when i told him that my son-in-law is a driver for uber and that he would never jump tollgates, this driver fellow slowed down & stopped in the middle of the road asking me to get down. he did not want to even come to the left lane. i begged him to take me to vit since everyone is waiting for me there. he started driving very rash, banged (Gently) a car while overtaking in the service lane & later jumped another tollgate all these at sholinganallur. After this i was continuously on call with vit saying i have crossed... Place... I should be reaching at... Etc etc etc
                                      This driver is younger than my son so i do not want to spoil his career. all i request ola to do is to organize training for santosh kind of young drivers

                                        My self mudassar imam, i am frequent user of your ola service. Kindly explain me what was the justification for blocking my account permanently, which is being register by phone no. [protected],

                                        While i never used this number to avail your service, i am using other number instead,
                                        Which i couldn't use as of now for some other reasons.

                                        So, do me favor & unblock me and accordingly informed me what was the valid reasons for blocking my account, for which i have to apologies.
