Despite reaching out to ola team multiple times, this issue of mine has not reached a closure. This is regarding crn [protected].
I had booked an ola from patna airport to sitamarhi on 19th june 2020. Upon reaching there, i paid the driver via google pay. Later i realized that my account is ola postpaid and hence i was charged in ola postpaid as well i. E. Rs 4135. So, basically i paid the fare twice, once to the driver after he insisted to pay in cash+google pay and another to ola postpaid. When i tried contacting the driver, he was not reachable. Its been more than 2 months and the issue has not been resolved. Please resolve this asap.

    driver has collected extra (rs. 3257) money

    I had booked a cab on 24th of august at 9 pm for my friend from bangalore airport to moodbidri (Manglore). I had to book as he cudnt get thru a cab n had arrived from malaysia. They reached at 4.40 am on 25th of august. Agter reaching driver asked him to pay rs. 15000 though my friend had to pay 9043 (Bill amount) + 700 (Toll charges). N after arguing, finally he took him rs. 13000 from my friend.
    I complained to ola several times....

    I paid Rs104 through online but driver didn't get it and my amount has been deducted from my account. Then I paid by cash.

    I didn't get my refund till now.
    There is no support available to resolve the issue.

    Kindly, initiate the refund now.

    Today (26 aug 2020) I paid through UPI but ola driver didn't get it and finally i also paid in cash of amount Rs104 .

    There is no customer support service available on the app.

    Please, refund my money to my account.

    This is totally disappointing .

      Hi

      For a ride from hotel Vijay Residency to Zone pharma medical store, I have been charged 98 rupees, 50 rupees more than the fare as well as the invoice I received for the same which is for 48 rupees.

      I am attaching the invoice as well as a screenshot of the app stating the wrong amount and my deduction SMS for a larger amount actually deducted from my bank for the same.

        On 31 july a customer booked a cab (Deepak crn[protected]
        For a lady and told to drop at location and end trip and what amount will show i will pay via google pay, bill amount 1311 but wen i called customer he didn't picked my call so i complaint on ola app at 1.11 am of 1st august

        Ola support team called me on 5th he told within 72 hour your problem will be solved

        Again i call on 7th aug

        But support team send msg that costumer did not book ride ticket no[protected]How is this possible)

        I called on 11th, 14th, 19th, 21st, and last 25th

        Every time support team giving 72 hour time

        But today 1 call support team telling ur complain has dinied by seniors

        Sir 1311 how will i get

        My onwer hold my 3 day payment

          For ola trip (Crn [protected]) payment made twice. Once to driver (Googlepay transaction id[protected] also to ola company during the trip (Phonepay transaction id - t2008101726046340023420). Raised complaint about same with ola to refund one of amount. Complaint is not entertained yet by company.

            I have booked Ola for my 7 month pregnant wife and she need to visit hospital today.

            After booking a ola, your driver called me and asking for destination and was saying that "Mujhe short distance ka bhada nahi chahiye". After few arguments he said if you don't tell me destination then I will not come to your pickup location.

            Then your Ola Driver cancelled my ride and speak in volgar language (main cancel kar raha hu, tumko jo ukhadna hai ukhad le. chutiya).
            This is the etiquette of your Ola driver.
            I have experienced this problem 3 times in last 30 days.

            Also attached snapshot of Driver's details.

            I hope someone correct this and save OLA reputation in Mumbai Market

              Hello Sir,
              This is to inform that I on 09.08.2020, I have availed the service of Ola cab whose fare was 110 initially which I paid before the completion of ride via online mode, but later due to change of destination revised rate was 140. At that time my internet connection was poor so was unable to pay remaining amount by online mode. Driver asked for cash for Rs. 30, and I paid the same. But now, on my Ola portal it is showing the pending payment of Rs. 30.

              I have raised the issue to Ola support also but no reply except a ticket number has been given to me.

              Kindly look into the matter and resolve the same earliest.

              No doubt OLA is a big name in the milieu of gig economy but this sort of poor GRIEVance service was surely not expected from OLA.

                I am trying to reach ola for closing my ola money account. Keep on postponing my closer request from last 100 days onwards i am trying to reach ola person they are saying wait another 3 days/ 5 days such kind of mails.
                I am requesting please a necessary action against ola.

                They took against loan be half me in adhitya birla finace limt. Aroud 50k. I request them to close that account.
                Please help me on this

                      Ola really charged me a high price expected 217 lastly charged me 506.
                      My distance from pick up to drop approx 15kms.
                      But when my trip is completed then show me 29.2 kms though I complete my journey as per their suggested gps route direction.But I think Ola driver or company is cheating me.
                      Kindly refund my excess money to my account.
                      Awaiting for your prompt response.

                        On 3rd of august i book a cab from prabhadevi to bhayander in which by mistakenly i left my two headphone of 3000 in the cab, the same time i contacted the driver n he confirmed that the head phone are with him in the car.

                        I asked him to give it back to me he said he will able to do it the next as he reside chember i can collect it from their. I had visited chembur very next day post which customer has stop receiving call.

                          The driver on a moving cab forcefully snatched a phone when i was telling him an otp. He then cancelled the ride. And, took me far off from the place i boarded in a speed. And, then in the middle of a place asked for a money and forcefully took rs 1300. The whole ride he was arguing with me and dint let me get out of a cab and to call anyone for a help. He was a potential rappist. I complaint multiple times and there is no response from ola service. I have also complained it to the owner of ola service but probably all they wanted is to increase a lumpsum amount and not to take any action for the issues prevailing and the complainant being launched.in the past also, many complaints has come up and in future the complain column has a bright future.. Not to worry on it. They are just faking it up as they don't want to take up headache of being getting molested, tourched, misbehaved, fraud and so on. The only concern is to cheat and stap public. I request all the public.. Not to opt for ola..

                            This is a complain i am raising regarding a trip from chennai to pondicherry to which, the driver denied on providing a bill for the tax permit. There was a huge fight regarding the same, which i certainly do not expect of. It was a huge embarrassment caused where the locals even thought we were not willing to pay the cab driver. The driver was extremely rude in his behavior. He only asked us to call ola and sort whatever i needed to, and other times just kept on shouting in tamil. When i tried connecting to ola at that moment, the contact number was not getting connected.

                            I would certainly expect a compensation regarding the same for such inconvenience caused.

                            Here, i have added a statement regarding the payment without the bill where the driver signed (This too was arranged after a huge argument).

                            I hope an immediate action and compensation is made regarding this

                              Driver took cash from me and money got deducted from the my postpaid wallet. I had called customer care, he said, that he had a talk with driver and driver is saying that he haven't took any cash from me. And now customer care people is saying they can't do anything as driver is saying he haven't took any cash from me.. I requested to connect to the driver, he said, it is not possible to connect to the driver and asked to connect the higher authority, he said they are not available … i need a required action against it asap.

                                Ola cab provide bad serives. Ola app cheat with me seond time. Ola app charge higher than estimated fare. They did not rfund my money. They charge 157 rs. Extra from me. When i book ola cab for my family from jawahar park, khanpur delhi to ashok vihar gurgaon. Thier driver behave rudely.

                                    I booked an ola rental car in banglore forum mall. The navigation did not work in the car. So i complained about that while dropping the car. Then the employee was checking it and started banging it, and broke the display screen in front of my eyes and my friend's. Then he said it was you can go now, so we left. But the next day i had a bill of 6000₹ for damages. I complained about this to the customer care several times, but no solution. Now i got an email to clear dues or legal actions will be taken.

                                      I had already made payment in cash to the ola auto drivers on 16th & 17th june yet ola guys deducted my postpaid balance & also charged me late payment fees twice & are following up for their payments. I have emailed them the audio recording of both auto drivers along with the audio recording of my clarification given to their executive, yet their executives are calling & harassing me for payments saying that it is my mistake & why i paid cash to the drivers. I am fed up of these guys & their in action & blame game. I have been emailing their customer care each day since june 20 yet there has been no action. I need the amount credited back to my postpaid account & they need to stop calling me for payments which i have already made. I have recorded conversation with both the auto drivers confirming they have received the payments. I can submit if requested.
