Fraud done by ola. They have fraudulently deducted rs 3005 from my bank account instead of rs 819, while i was paying their bill online. Upon complaints, they apologised over mail, and assured me to refund back my money. But instead of refunding, their so called ' legal department' constantly calling me and harassing me in the name of legal action, despite knowing the fact fact that they have agreed to pay me back my money....

On25th jan2020 ola cab was booked from dhaula kuan delhi to surya nagar. Driver was given the call. Took auto ride on 11/nov/2019 using ola app, driver name was mazhar khan at 8:45 am, ride was completed at 9:46 am. I paid the amount of rs. 399 in cash to the driver (Crn [protected]). However, i received a mail at 11:02 am from ola money postpaid (Transaction id, eipk-aiou-brft) that rs 399 paid via ola postpaid which i didn't even activate.

This is about my journey from delhi to agra by a maruti swift car on 25th of january 2020. My estimated fare was around 2025 after applying a promo code successfully. During the trip i paid all of the toll charges which include return toll which i don't want to pay but driver forced me to pay which is pathetic. Bill on app before ending trip = ₹708/-

Ola have charged 2134 more in my outstation ride and they have agreed that have charged extra cash and will refund extra cash. I am waiting my extra money since last four but not received any refund. However, i have received false commitments from ola support like your refund will complete in 72 hours. I have send many emails to ola support but not received any response from them. Ideally, in service industry i would expect sla to resolve...

Atleast a pregnant woman should be dealt with respect. Having said this, i would like to share a horrible experience with one of the cab driver. As my wife is pregnant and the route in which the cab driver opted has many path holes, i requested him to go through main road. I would like to lodge a complaint about raju perumandla for his irresponsible behaviour at miyapur metro station. When we approached him over phone to get the auto driver details in whose auto our gold ornaments were missed, he was reckless and replied that he was on leave. I am very upset with the kind of services ola is providing. I did not opt for postpaid services from ola but they gave me this silly service without asking me or without my concern. Always i paid for my rides immediately after taking it but in the month of november i don't know why this postpaid facility opens for my account and the money which i paid for my rides was gone automatically in my ola wallet (For which i am not aware of that time)....

So far i'm not received any update for below mail communication, And the same time i have called to customer care team thrice in last one month and explained my issue, they told will raise the complained and you will get the sms in another 10 mins,

Nothing Happend, Simple diverting the calls . But ( Complaint number is not coming ) Daily i'm getting SMS for repayment

Ola is charging me twice.
I already paid the amount to driver as cash.
But again ola generated bill and asking me to pay ola postpaid amount. Also their customer service support is behaving rude and they say go and complaint and they don't bother about any consumer complaints.

Requesting you to take necessary action and also get a compensation for not responding to customer properly...

I have had issues with ola for a very long time, due to the market monopoly o[censored]ber and ola i am forced to use their service reluctantly, there is always the odd ball but off late they have been regular and consistent.

Either the driver falls asleep behind the wheel, or they argue that they need cash so i would have to change the payment mode, some have even gone the extent of asking for cash to start of the day regardless i...

The ola driver wanted rs 300 as state tax. I denied to pay without receipt (As reimbursement is not processed without receipt). The driver said he had paid for a monthly/yearly tax and cannot give receipt for individual ride. The cab driver calls ola support team. Ola is threatening me everyday, recently a person ashok mittal who claims to be a legal lawyer from ola says to pay outstanding in a shouting way else he is going to send legal notice in a very bad tone. This way he is harassing me by number of calls in every 2 hrs.
