Booked ola today morning, waited for 30 mins, ola came and crossed me, i signalled the driver, but he just swoop past me. On top of that there was a person seated behind the car.
Want a severe punishment of the driver.

    When i was booking the ride the estimated fare shown is 5313. After the booking it is 5678 and after the trip complete it is 6211. What is this. Is this some type of cheating.. Showing low fare while booking. Its around 300 kms from vijayawada to nellore.

    You have considered 1 hr for this trip. How come one hour for 300 kms. And charged us for 4 extra hours 400 rupees. I don't know what base charge is again? 40*17 =680 rupees extra charge. Is this some type of gambling doing by ola???

    I would request to refund extra hours charged for this trip.

      I booked an ola, the driver called and took otp from me. He convinced that ola has started a two otp process for security. And afterwards he didnt come to pick me up. I saw that my ola account was logged out as he changed mobile number and email. My account was hacked. My complete ola postpaid limit of ~ rs. 5000 was utilized by him.
      I immediately sent email to ola regarding the same 25/04/2019.
      Ola immediately suspended the driver and account and revert me on email.

      After almost 1 year the ola postpaid team is calling for recovering the money from me which was not utilized by me. I have the emails with me.
      I am receiving multiple calls and now the team is threatening me to send collection agents and this has caused me mental issues. They are still unable to resolve the issue.

      I would want this issue to be closed and i wont be able to pay the money which i have not utilized. I demand an apology from the ola and being a giant company their system is not secured that even a driver can hack their system.

        I used ola cab 2 days before, I selected ola postpaid payment method. Driver denied for that and asked me to do cash payment. I made full payment by cash and Ola postpaid full balance also gone. Since I already made cash payment, the ola money payment need to be refunded. Regarding the issue, I made a complaint in ola app 2 days ago but stil no response.

          I have booked an ola auto on 7th March from swargate to Bhosari the total amount was ₹343 so I paid with cash that is ₹350 and as I use ola often I pay with cash I don't use ola postpaid but in my transaction it is showing usage of ola postpaid and asking to clear the amount with dues and its also threatening me with legal notice messages I wrote to ola many times on [protected]@olamoney.in, [protected]@olamoney.com but each time I get a new complaint id I called the customer care but they just send me to talk with the cab section the postpaid section then to payment section so I Want to resolve the issue
          Solve the problem as soon as possible

            Dear ola,

            This has been a chase for the longest time even on customer care call and emails, i had to write again whole story from starting.

            I booked ola for a medical emergency on 18th june 2020 for 4 am. Firstly i got the confirmation message and after few time the driver canceled the trip, fortunately it went to another driver and he accepted the trip. We started from new delhi at 5am and i took the photo of cab meter at the start of the journey. As it was morning and the weather was good so i didn't asked for ac and wanted the fresh air, but as soon as went to noida expressway it started getting hot and i asked to switch on the ac at the low so i don't get dehydrated. The driver didn't listened at that time. As we reached toll plaza of noida agra expressway, he asked to pay up and down toll upon which i paid and asked him that one side toll is ok but he said no, you have to pay both side. I slept in between and when i woke up i saw the driver stoped for filling cng in the town of agra and i asked him why he diverted the route without informing me he said cng is important. He wasted my time and drove more kms for his bill, again there came a toll and i paid for both side.
            I kept saying him to switch on ac to which he kept ignoring and drive very slow to increase the time of trip. I was totally dehydrated and had to be admited to the hospital for his hot weather drive.

            When i reached the destination i was shocked to see the bill, when i booked it showed me rs.7056 (Attach screenshot) and i had to pay rs.9167. (Attached screenshot).

            Please look into the matter asap, i had been a loyal customer and had a corporate account too.

            Refund my money in ola account.

              I took ola cab whose fare was rs. 269 but after that driver changed the route and the fare at the end of the ride went up to rs. 381. No action taken by the ola company. There's no solution for this either. What if the person didn't had extra money? Fraud.

                Ride CRN[protected]

                I have paid for this ride twice.

                1st transaction was by Debit Card. The bill amount ₹196/- was deducted from my card & showing payment towards Ola. But it was not reflecting in Ola payment status due to some technical failure. Same was informed to customer care on call during the ride, where the support executive advised me to pay in cash if payment status didn't refresh till end if ride. The amount under failed transaction was supposed to be refunded.

                2nd transaction was made in cash ₹196/-.

                I had raised request for refund for payment made by Debit Card. No response from Ola to this.

                Refund of money not possible due to technical limitations at Ola. According to them, issue has to be reported within 3 days for refund. Whereas I contacted customer service executive during the ride itself, where he asked me to wait for 10-15 days for refund of amount. The process is not clear & T&Cs keep changing to defend the business.

                Received below content in E-mail :-
                "Please note, now through “In-App Notification”, you would be able to know the payment details immediately at the end of the ride. We would request you to confirm the same before making the payment to the partner so that such errors won’t occur in the future.

                We would like to inform you that the refund mechanism for such instances is through the system and there is no manual intervention in the process. Post validating the records, we see that you have raised the complaint after 72 hours. Hence, on your future rides, we request you to report us any issue regarding the ride within 72 hours of ride completion. This information will help our team to assist you further.

                We have also notified our partner operations team on the issue regarding the partners collecting extra charge for the ride. We will ensure that the driver-partner involved will be educated and warned not to collect extra cash. We regret to inform you that we will not be able to process the refund for this issue"

                  I have been using ola post paid for quite some time, but now ola has started cheating their costumer, with a new kind of modus operandi... When ever we book a ride, they show a discount coupon and you go to apply the coupon, and coupon is applied successfully... But as soon as you reach the destination, you are shocked to find the fare without coupon. And when you complaint, they stick to their version that the fare was charged correctly... Let's see how long they cheat people like this...?

                      I have booked an outstation ride (Crn [protected]) on monday but the end trip otp never populated in my app nor did i receive an sms about it. After multiple retries, i decide to cancel the booking and paid the driver via google pay. Now the driver was also unable to make any further rides and hence calls partner support. They simply complete the ride and deduct amount again from my ola money without even taking my consent. I spoke to the driver and there is no trace of the ride in his app.
                      How can ola have an authority to add a cancelled ride back and deduct amount from a customer's account without a consent. This is nothing but fraud. I then raise multiple tickets none of which have been resolved so far and i didn't even get a call back from ola. When i call your customer care number it is either busy or no one even responds. Your ola app doesn't show a customer care contact number even in your app.

                        I travelled on 9/8/2020 crn [protected] and i already made the payment in cash still i was getting charged of rs 2414 and i had made the payment on 7/9/2020 and still application was showing due of rs 2100 and i made that payment. But why i get charged twice.

                          Today at 11:46 am, i booked an ola from mira road to sunteck city odc, after 10 min, i got a message - cancellation fee 50 rs. I was waiting for driver then i call him, he said i cancel your trip, i asked why?, he disconnected my phone.
                          Hence i will not pay 50rs, this is the third time happening with me, if it continue then i have to go consumer court, i request you to take strict action against the driver.

                            Today I just checked ola app for book ride, then there is some notification pop up that ur cancellation fees are pending. O am very shocked, why they charged fees which I never ever book ola cab. Cancellation fees are 5ors this is not big amount for me but I want to know why they charged wrongly? I want some strick action for doing this.

                              With reference to my family out of station visit on 03/09/2020 from orris carnation residency sector 85 gurgaon, haryana 122001 to bakerganj bareilly up 243003.

                              The cab was booked by my daughter ms. Farhat siddiqui through her mobile number, during the traveling in my family my wife, daughter and son was there.

                              This is to inform you that your dirver charged extra beyond the bill generated bill, driver ramveer singh (Mobile [protected]) veh number up 85bt0180 charged 1000 cash and all toll tax payment during the travel. When my family denied for payment driver misbehaved and harassed them mentally and physically.

                              Please find the bill invoice which we have received from side for your reference with complete details.

                              We have paid 4530

                              Extra cash 1000

                              Toll tax ………. You can check all toll charges as per your record from gurgaon to bareilly

                              Would request you please take the actions the legal action against the driver and refund my extra charged cash amount at the earliest to avoid any legal actions or lodge fir from my side.

                                My brand new iphone whose imei number is attached (Rs 64900/-) was stolen by one of the drivers from indore. I called the emergency number multiple times, just before the mobile was snatched.

                                The gps and ola app was remained turned on while being carried away by the driver and thus the last location of the incident could be tracked.

                                Soon after the incident, the mobile app associated with the number [protected] was also blocked so i could not retrieve the drivers number.

                                Eventually, i went to the police station but the officers asked me to lodge a complaint over the citizencop mobile app. But nothing happened. I also called ola customer support to report but they didn't even help me with crn number. After following for months i was given crn number and ola keep closing my complaint tickets stating that the issue was resolved. I followed up with ola for more details like driver's mobile number and cab number but ola support kept denying.

                                I just wanted all this information from ola to lodge my complaint with the police. After continuous efforts and month passed, ola gave me the car number saying that they will give the driver’s phone number only if the police official will call ola, which couldn't happen due to the long wait time after placing the call fom the other numbers.

                                I kept calling ola but no actions were taken against the driver.

                                Somehow, i got my mobile [protected] number re-issued by airtel. (This is the only positive thing that happened)

                                I only have my ola ride crn number [protected] and car’s number mp09ta8923. I also remember the driver’s name from his nameplate - subhash.

                                Because of the pandemic all customer support lines were shut and the local authorities who could trace the mobile by imei, their priority changed.

                                I have been surprised with what happened as i not only lost my hard-earned money but also my trust.

                                Please help me out or tell me to deal with this misfortune.

                                  I took my last ride on 24 Aug and paid the driver in cash. After which I closed the app and never used it until rd Sept when I was trying to get a ride again. But I get a notification saying I’ve been getting charged for my postpaid(which I’ve never activated) since the last ride and the sum amount is 377/- along with the daily dues!! Then I kept getting notifications of them charging me daily and it reached 388/ today. I contact them and they get back to me after five to seven emails. And the response is “ we can’t validate this with our partners as 48 hrs has passed after the ride!!”” They expect me to pay 388/- just like that, because of some issue with their app, even after I always instantly completed all my payments soon after the rides!!

                                    In this pandemic situation we driver patner risking our lives and driving and ola simply taking upto 40% of charge and customer support and staff i available to rectify our problems simply avoid our complaints through call support. I've all the records which i spoke to call support and not a single problem is rectify and no business is giving after investing lakhs of rupees in vehicle and can't even earning 500 for working more than ten hours in that 500 rupees how can we manage all the expensives and vehicl maintenance and emi challans punctures etc. So please help to out to lodge a complaint on ola services and uber also. Please help me out

                                      On 04/09/2020 at 12.30 pm i started a journey from bangalore to kumbakonam in a sedan swift dezire. At the time of booking the app shows including all taxes the fare is only rs 8300 so i booked and the journey was good during the time when my destination came the driver gave end ride in her mobile and suddenly the app showed me that the fare is rs 10173. I was shocked and i don't want to argue with driver and i paid that price. Apart from this i also paid rs 800 tollfare and rs 400 road tax. Totally i paid around 11500 rs. When i came in other taxi without booking my price may only rs 9000. I paid 2000 rs extra. What a shame app.

                                        I was not able to pay my dues due to kyc not done. I got a call from ola and they shared a payment link and I paid using that link. But dues are still not cleared and I have also written to ola they are now ignoring my queries.
