This refers to my above ride by OLA.i took a 3 hr ride. The driver asked if it is ola money I told yes & he refused to take ride. I asked him to cancel & he cancelled debited to my acct 50rs. I showed him the rate 567 as per ola. Covered 52 kms & he charged 1067. I was compelled to pay. I want you to deduct the excess fare he has taken to my ola money acct. He was very rude. IN CHENNAI MOST OF THE OLA RIDERS REFUSE WHEN I SAY BY OLA MONEY. THIS HAPPENS EVEN WHEN I GO BY FLIGHT & I AM COMPELLED TO CANCEL I DONT HAVE TIME TO WAIT.
I WAANT YOU TO BAN HIM FOR MINIMUM 6 MONTHS & INFORM ALL YOUR OPPT DRASTIC ACTION WILL BE TAKEN.
MY CO IS YOUR CORPORATE COUSTOMER. I WILL ASK MY CO TO MOVE IF NO DRASTIC ACTION NOT TAKEN. MANY A TIMES I BORE BUT TIDAY CROSSED LIMITS

    Even when I paid online via google pay, driver app still showed payment payable in cash, and hence had to pay him cash again. Ola said that my complain is valid and i am eligible for refund but still i havent received any refund. (Ticket[protected]

        On 07.10.2020 at 5:10 pm, on booking of ride I was shown estimated fare of Rs.525. Before ending my ride I edited my drop location (which is merely 2-3kms away from previous dropping point).Now fare got updated to RS.590 and I paid Rs.590 to Ola (Ani Technologies) through online mode (card).

        Now at end of ride my ola app showed fare of Rs.751( which is incomparably higher than estimated fare). I paid Rs.751 in cash to driver as well.I tried to reach Ola support system before making payment but I was unable to reach them.

        I registered my complaint same day with Ola i.e. on 07.10.2020 through call and then next day on 08.10.2020 through mail as well. Its been 8 long days for me but I have not received not even a single call from OLA support team nor any mail regarding solution to my issue .

        I am now facing three problems:-
        1.Deduction of Rs. 590 from my account as I paid my estimated fare through card.It has been credited to Ani Technologies .
        2. Incomparably higher fare of Rs. 751 at end of ride where estimated fare was Rs. 525 (which shifted to Rs. 590 when I edited my destination which is merely a 2-3 km distance).
        3.No response from Ola support system. I was told that my problem will be resolved within 48 hrs.(chat attached) but no response from Ola team till date.

        I would here request Ola (Ani Technologies) to refund the excess amount paid to them (Rs.590 online +Rs.160 excess of estimated fare).

        Here I would also like to add on that I never asked driver to change the route.When I changed my drop location, I edited it in Ola App itself and by no other means.Whatever route has been followed is driver's responsibility or Ola Cabs'.

          Me and my family has been a loyal OLA cab user from the the time OLA had started its services in Bangalore. However, the past incident and the kind of support I have been receiving from the Customer Service has made me upset from last one month.

          I had booked a cab on 8th August. I had selected wallet payment. However, the driver asked for cash payment. But I did not get the option to change the payment on the OLA App to cash. As I did not want to have an argument with the driver, I paid him Rs.580 cash. Also, there is no option in the App to contact customer care and inform the same. After checking with few people, I came to know that I can create ticket to get the issue resolved. I have raised 4 tickets till now and the issue has still not been resolved. I have also been informing the same to the customer service executives who have been contacting me regarding the payment and still the issue has not been resolved. My account still reflects that I need to pay. I had never missed a payment till date. Being a loyal customer this is really disgusting. I have attached the screenshot of the tickets raised through the App.

          Please let me know whether I can get this issue resolved and start using the services again.

          It seems that they are not going through the tickets that has been raised. I am still getting calls to make the payment. When I tell them about the raised tickets, they say that they will look into it and cut the call. Very pathetic customer Service from OLA.

            I Have been charged extra for my ride dated 07.10.2020 . i already complain to ola but they denied to refund the same against my complain / ticket no[protected].

            reason for charging more was due two reason -
            1. driver took long route.
            2. i have booked cab from my home location to Noida office location ( that is in sector 65 ) but driver drop me at Noida location and did not stop the ride and stop the ride at indrapuram Ghaziabad location . Now company people saying that fare is charged based on drop location change by me, but I did not change the drop location. Please look into matter i have attached the screen shot of booking reflecting ride detail

              I booked Ola Prime cab on 6th of March 2020 late evening for Morning 6 AM from Malad to Pune same day return. On 7th morning i.e. today i got the cab details on my ola app, accordingly i contacted the driver. The cab was standing below Malad flyover. Due to some road construction was going on i asked driver to wait where he was parked the car (Below Malad flyover).

              I reached to that place and called driver (Mr. Laksham Waghmode) where I saw driver was sleeping in car back side with half cloths (Looks like he slept there only whole night). When i approached i got up and tried to cover up things. Cab was dirty, smelling bad, full of mosquitoes. I was having schedule meeting in pune at 11 AM so considering the timing I did not cancelled the cab (New booking would have taken 1 hr extra).

              We started the journey, at starting only he asked me that you know the way? there only I doubted about his understanding about Ola aap and its navigation system. On the way on Andheri Flyover during driving he changed the lane without giving signal (fortunately accident was not happened). During the journey i got completely understood that he has no knowledge of navigation system (every time when there was two ways he stopped the cab and asked me which way to go). In Panvel we picked my senior colleague and started for Pune.

              When we entered in Pune at one point of time he was entering into no entry road (He drive the car from below the flyover - supposed to go from over the flyover as per navigation. I stopped him and guided him not to enter into no entry, immediately to the next signal he broke the signal guideline and traffic police stopped the car. Police office asked the papers of the car, checked the Car number the it was discovered that number of fine/ penalty was already been charged on that car. Accordingly, Police office informed us the status. On further inquiry of police office requesting driving license, further discovered that driver has not original driving license showed copy of laminated card. Further driver shown police a letter/ paper which the order of police which requested driver to present in court for some other wrong driving case. Driver was not paying penalty and i was loosing my time. Officer advise us to take another cab.

              There is no option in Ola aap to cancel the ride, I navigate for emergency number which directed me to police helpline. I tried to call ola helpline number which I could not connect for long time. final after lot of argument with driver i gave drive otp to cancel the trip. on cancellation the total bill was Rs 4303.00. Initially i denied to pay the cash, after so much argument i left the place and took auto to reach my meeting place. I already lost the timing. Driver followed me till my meeting place, threaten me to give cash, i was in hurry to go for meeting as i already missed the timing this was happened around 11.30 am near OBC bank, Circle office, FC road PUNE. I withdraw the money from ATM and gave him cash in front of same ATM of OBC Bank.

              This was very bad experience with Ola services with me having following reasons basis on which OLA should refund entire amount paid to this ride and give me formal apology for providing such worst service.

              1. Driver driving the car without proper driving license (You can check with the police department)
              2. Driver was not well trained he has zero understanding of Navigation system, Signals, Lane rules
              3. He risked my life while driving at Andheri Flyover by cutting the late (accident could have happened)
              4. Driver was very rude and dirty.
              5. Car was very dirty, smelling bad and full of mosquitoes.
              6. Number of penalties was charged to that cab already by police for breaking the rules of driving (you can check with police department).
              7. I could not reach on time because of all the above reasons.

              after submission of complain and lot of calls company did refund me 50% of the amount paid. however such bad services still continues and happened again for two time during late night travel in Mumbai where driver dropped me at mid way alone where no transportation available at that night. therefore i did not paid outstanding payment charged to me as it is not payable from me rather company should owe me apology and refund my entire payment paid for those rides and inconvenience cost and putting my life in danger and lot more.

              this company harassing me by calling daily from 20 different numbers atleast 20 time a day threating me to pay outstanding. There is no response to my complain on email.

                The fare I was shown before starting the ride was around Rs.280 but I have been charged with Rs.584. This has happened to me for the 2nd time.

                  Always problem with this Ola auto booking and drivers here in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. Either they don't accept Ola money or ask for extra money than the billed amount or even refuse to come and pick up if their previous halting place is little away from our present booking pick up place. Drivers themself put rating stars for themselves after trip. If any issue complained, even the Ola customer care doesn't respond well and also closes the complaint without the client's consent and gives rating stars themselves. Also, behaviour of most of the Ola drivers especially auto drivers are impolite. Ola administration should take serious actions on the above mentioned matters. Or otherwise, reputation and usage of Ola would be left out by most of the unsatisfactory clients like myself. This is an humble request from sincere well-wisher.

                    I transferred my ola money to a phone number but that numbers wallet balance is still 0 and so as mine. I am failed to understand where is my ola money now. I tried to reach to you from many ways but i am not able to understand why you guys are not replying back .

                      OLA customer care has very bad. They are such rude and biased behaviour, no one answers and resolves promptly. I took a outstation ride and driver took incorrect route and I was charged more. When I raised issue with customer care initially they asked to wait for 48 hours and said that I can check in support section. I didn't get any response in 48 hours and I again called customer care asked about it and they are saying it is resolved with giving any prior notice to me. I called multiple times, they used to say our senior support will get back to you and never got anyone. It was repeated 5 times. When I called customer care again and asked to get supervisor there in the call, they connected to Prashanth. He is very biased and asking return questions that why I didn't reach customer care during the journey, etc.. to convince me. Again when I asked to escalate to next level he connected me with Sandesh Pilaware who he said himself as case manager. Very impolite and not at all understanding customer perspective and very biased. He only understands driver's point of view and not at all understanding customers. I totally wasted my time. This is really very bad experience for me with OLA outstation ride and customer care team.

                          When i was booking the ride the estimated fare shown is 5313. After the booking it is 5678 and after the trip complete it is 6211. What is this. Is this some type of cheating.. Showing low fare while booking. Its around 300 kms from vijayawada to nellore.

                          You have considered 1 hr for this trip. How come one hour for 300 kms. And charged us for 4 extra hours 400 rupees. I don't know what base charge is again? 40*17 =680 rupees extra charge. Is this some type of gambling doing by ola???

                          I would request to refund extra hours charged for this trip.

                            I booked an ola, the driver called and took otp from me. He convinced that ola has started a two otp process for security. And afterwards he didnt come to pick me up. I saw that my ola account was logged out as he changed mobile number and email. My account was hacked. My complete ola postpaid limit of ~ rs. 5000 was utilized by him.
                            I immediately sent email to ola regarding the same 25/04/2019.
                            Ola immediately suspended the driver and account and revert me on email.

                            After almost 1 year the ola postpaid team is calling for recovering the money from me which was not utilized by me. I have the emails with me.
                            I am receiving multiple calls and now the team is threatening me to send collection agents and this has caused me mental issues. They are still unable to resolve the issue.

                            I would want this issue to be closed and i wont be able to pay the money which i have not utilized. I demand an apology from the ola and being a giant company their system is not secured that even a driver can hack their system.

                              I used ola cab 2 days before, I selected ola postpaid payment method. Driver denied for that and asked me to do cash payment. I made full payment by cash and Ola postpaid full balance also gone. Since I already made cash payment, the ola money payment need to be refunded. Regarding the issue, I made a complaint in ola app 2 days ago but stil no response.

                                I have booked an ola auto on 7th March from swargate to Bhosari the total amount was ₹343 so I paid with cash that is ₹350 and as I use ola often I pay with cash I don't use ola postpaid but in my transaction it is showing usage of ola postpaid and asking to clear the amount with dues and its also threatening me with legal notice messages I wrote to ola many times on [protected]@olamoney.in, [protected]@olamoney.com but each time I get a new complaint id I called the customer care but they just send me to talk with the cab section the postpaid section then to payment section so I Want to resolve the issue
                                Solve the problem as soon as possible

                                  Dear ola,

                                  This has been a chase for the longest time even on customer care call and emails, i had to write again whole story from starting.

                                  I booked ola for a medical emergency on 18th june 2020 for 4 am. Firstly i got the confirmation message and after few time the driver canceled the trip, fortunately it went to another driver and he accepted the trip. We started from new delhi at 5am and i took the photo of cab meter at the start of the journey. As it was morning and the weather was good so i didn't asked for ac and wanted the fresh air, but as soon as went to noida expressway it started getting hot and i asked to switch on the ac at the low so i don't get dehydrated. The driver didn't listened at that time. As we reached toll plaza of noida agra expressway, he asked to pay up and down toll upon which i paid and asked him that one side toll is ok but he said no, you have to pay both side. I slept in between and when i woke up i saw the driver stoped for filling cng in the town of agra and i asked him why he diverted the route without informing me he said cng is important. He wasted my time and drove more kms for his bill, again there came a toll and i paid for both side.
                                  I kept saying him to switch on ac to which he kept ignoring and drive very slow to increase the time of trip. I was totally dehydrated and had to be admited to the hospital for his hot weather drive.

                                  When i reached the destination i was shocked to see the bill, when i booked it showed me rs.7056 (Attach screenshot) and i had to pay rs.9167. (Attached screenshot).

                                  Please look into the matter asap, i had been a loyal customer and had a corporate account too.

                                  Refund my money in ola account.

                                    I took ola cab whose fare was rs. 269 but after that driver changed the route and the fare at the end of the ride went up to rs. 381. No action taken by the ola company. There's no solution for this either. What if the person didn't had extra money? Fraud.

                                      I have paid for this ride twice.

                                      1st transaction was by Debit Card. The bill amount ₹196/- was deducted from my card & showing payment towards Ola. But it was not reflecting in Ola payment status due to some technical failure. Same was informed to customer care on call during the ride, where the support executive advised me to pay in cash if payment status didn't refresh till end if ride. The amount under failed transaction was supposed to be refunded.

                                      2nd transaction was made in cash ₹196/-.

                                      I had raised request for refund for payment made by Debit Card. No response from Ola to this.

                                      Refund of money not possible due to technical limitations at Ola. According to them, issue has to be reported within 3 days for refund. Whereas I contacted customer service executive during the ride itself, where he asked me to wait for 10-15 days for refund of amount. The process is not clear & T&Cs keep changing to defend the business.

                                      Received below content in E-mail :-
                                      "Please note, now through “In-App Notification”, you would be able to know the payment details immediately at the end of the ride. We would request you to confirm the same before making the payment to the partner so that such errors won’t occur in the future.

                                      We would like to inform you that the refund mechanism for such instances is through the system and there is no manual intervention in the process. Post validating the records, we see that you have raised the complaint after 72 hours. Hence, on your future rides, we request you to report us any issue regarding the ride within 72 hours of ride completion. This information will help our team to assist you further.

                                      We have also notified our partner operations team on the issue regarding the partners collecting extra charge for the ride. We will ensure that the driver-partner involved will be educated and warned not to collect extra cash. We regret to inform you that we will not be able to process the refund for this issue"

                                        I have been using ola post paid for quite some time, but now ola has started cheating their costumer, with a new kind of modus operandi... When ever we book a ride, they show a discount coupon and you go to apply the coupon, and coupon is applied successfully... But as soon as you reach the destination, you are shocked to find the fare without coupon. And when you complaint, they stick to their version that the fare was charged correctly... Let's see how long they cheat people like this...?
