Dear ola,
This has been a chase for the longest time even on customer care call and emails, i had to write again whole story from starting.
I booked ola for a medical emergency on 18th june 2020 for 4 am. Firstly i got the confirmation message and after few time the driver canceled the trip, fortunately it went to another driver and he accepted the trip. We started from new delhi at 5am and i took the photo of cab meter at the start of the journey. As it was morning and the weather was good so i didn't asked for ac and wanted the fresh air, but as soon as went to noida expressway it started getting hot and i asked to switch on the ac at the low so i don't get dehydrated. The driver didn't listened at that time. As we reached toll plaza of noida agra expressway, he asked to pay up and down toll upon which i paid and asked him that one side toll is ok but he said no, you have to pay both side. I slept in between and when i woke up i saw the driver stoped for filling cng in the town of agra and i asked him why he diverted the route without informing me he said cng is important. He wasted my time and drove more kms for his bill, again there came a toll and i paid for both side.
I kept saying him to switch on ac to which he kept ignoring and drive very slow to increase the time of trip. I was totally dehydrated and had to be admited to the hospital for his hot weather drive.
When i reached the destination i was shocked to see the bill, when i booked it showed me rs.7056 (Attach screenshot) and i had to pay rs.9167. (Attached screenshot).
Please look into the matter asap, i had been a loyal customer and had a corporate account too.
Refund my money in ola account.
