Booked ola roundway pune Mumbai Pune..fare shown 3350 .. reached mumbai..driver charged 3759 for one way saying u have clicked wrong time slot.. totally unfair.. I have always been ola fan.. safe and frndly rides..but am really shocked for this high fare..I have always travelled with fare[protected] one way..how can u guys charge double amount? Tried calling customer care..waited for 10 minutes on call but no response.. I want refund of my hard earned money.. u guys shud be considerate with the time slot thing.. how can u guys keep 4 hr slot if it's practically impossible to come and go in this minimum time...
Plz do sumthn..or else I will lose all from trust from ola.. Ola is supposed to be economic ride but this high price is really not done ..

      driver has took away from google map route to meet his friend and took a long route saying short cut bad road

        I used Ola ride about 6months back. After my ride have settled trip amount to can driver . Later 2 days received an SMS mentioning to pay Ola money, this was very surprise me as havent intiated anything . Also I don't know when got Ola money get into my account. On 3rd day issue was escalated to customer executive, but response was unethical/unfair simply mentioning that it should have been highlighted on same day even after my above explaination. So have discontinued service now I am being threated to pay outstanding dues.
        I am ready face challege and have already raised consumer complaint . So friends message is don't use OLA SERVICE it is literally hightech fraud.

          I book ola cab from my home to Appello Hospital Kolkata at about 1810 hrs. I had a talk with cab driver. He confirmed that he is coming. After a prolong time he used to direct me to main road which is about .250 mtr away from my home. I was in emergency with a patient for immediate hospitalisation. I told him my inablity to come to main road. He asked me to cancel the booking. I explained my problem. He then told me "अबे गांड मादारचोद तु राइड cancell कर" ।
          I was very much surprised to get a such behaviour from a driver who is employed by a reputed company like you.
          Due to non reporting of the Driver my patient is in fatal condition and fighting for survive due to downfall of Sodium.
          This is disgusting.
          Hope you will take remedial measures.

            Dear sir,
            Yesterday I ride/book Ola cab manesar to faridabad.i have paid total charge 1013 rs (640rs trip charge + 373 rs toll/parking charges). this was so high charges.During ride we have passed only two toll plaza (kherki dhaula - 65 rs single ride charge +Faridabad to Gurgaon sh 5a - 25 rs single ride charge) total 90 rs charge I m applicable only two toll plaza charge payment option, but by mistake/ error 6 toll plaza (373 rs) pass shows as per your summary sheet. So I request pls updated summary sheet of my fair and transfer/ return extra charge money 280+ rs send to my phonepay wallet.
            I request pls reply as soon as possible.

              I had travelled from Pune to Mumbai using ola outstation. The fare showed 1973 while booking but after the ride it showed 2082. Rs 99 was charged after the trip ended. I checked the app and by default it's showing insurance as off. Ola has charged 99 without stating it upfront. Been cheated and feels like money being charged my malpractice. Their Twitter handle isn't helping and support doesn't connect. Feels cheated

                I had booked an outstation cab from meerut to igi Airport Delhi CRN : [protected] on 7 Nov, 2020 at 1 pm for which i was charged rs 1600 in addition to toll taxes . We rode 130 kms
                I had booked a return outstation ola cab from Igi Airport to Meerut scheduled at 8 pm on 8 Nov, 2020 CRN : [protected] and we rode 138 km and I paid rs 2285 by card and rs 425 in cash for toll taxes . On reaching the destination my ola account is showing rs 671 pending . Why you people are charging so much ??
                Really fed up with the cheating !!

                  I had booked a rental cab for 4 hours in lucknow white celerio UP32MN9227 .
                  I paid rs 985 by my card and the driver said the payment is not complete you have to pay in cash and he asked for rs 970 which I had to pay in cash .
                  Kindly return the payment done by card .

                    I took a ride from kurla to nerul by ola. The number which was registered to pay to the driver by g pay was wrong and my amout got debited so I paid in cash as well.. and I have received a message from ola for refund on 12-sep-2020 but I haven't got my refund

                      Scheduled and confirmed booking to Airport was dropped by OLA at the last minute and booking confirmation and CRN number were removed from app under 'Your ride' without any notification. As If I have not booked.

                              Hi

                              I took a ride around 2years from Yashawanthpur to my home in Bengaluru Karnataka.
                              for the raise I have paid the amount of rs1100(With tips) to the driver, But some how after the app update the default mode of payment was "OLA POSTPAID", After onw week I got a message from ola team that I have to pay the trip amount. Then I spoke to ola customer care and raised the concern saying I have paid the amount to driver. they are not ready to accept that and refused to give the driver details. from then onwards everyday they are torturing with messages and calls. I am explaining the same incident to every representative.

                              I was a loyal customer of OLA, They still continue their torture and planning to send people to my home to collect money.

                              please help me to fight.

                                I have taken an Ola ride on 21st October and regarding the same I have raised a complaint on incorrect billing and extra charges. The complaint has been raised on 22nd of October, the details of the ride and complaint are, CRN [protected] and Complaint Ticket No.[protected].
                                Its been 10days since today, and every day and I am calling Ola Customer Support team, mailing them for update and asking for support through Twitter handle, but Ola has not at all responded to any of my query and my complaint is still unresolved. I am tired of calling and messaging them again and again. They have looted my money and not even responding to my complaint. Request the concerned authorities to look into the same and help me in this.

                                  This is with reference to a ride booked by me on 31st October 2020 from Andheri (W) to Vasai (W) having CRN [protected]. The ride was booked for 2.30pm and the driver Zeeshan Mohd Sharif Khan called me at 2.15pm to start the ride. I informed him that the ride is scheduled for 2.30pm and that I was getting ready. Instead of waiting for the ride, he cancelled the ride from his side. Maybe he would have got another ride immediately. My concern is that, I was charged Rs. 50 for cancelling the ride, which I havent done. This was done from the drivers side who couldnt wait for 15 minutes for the ride to start. Is that ethical from Ola Cabs Mumbai or the driver, Zeeshan. I am sorry but this was unwanted. Why should I bear the cancellation charge which was collected by Sanjay Bhimarao who was the Ola driver for the next cab which I booked for the same origin and destination. And even after all these hassles, the cancellation charge is not reflecting on any bill produced by the driver of CRN [protected].

                                  I need Ola to sort out this issue at the earliest.

                                    I had booked an Ola Cab in Mumbai and the CRN Number is [protected] and the name of the driver is Zeeshan Mohd Sharif Khan. The ride was booked for 2.30pm from Andheri to Vasai West. The driver called up at 2.15pm asking to start the ride. I informed him that the ride is scheduled for 2.30pm and that I was just getting ready. Instead of staying, the driver cancelled the ride from his end resulting in a cancellation charge of Rs. 50 which I have to pay. And I had to pay that because I immediately booked another ride with CRN number [protected]. The cancellation charge of Rs. 50 was added to the bill for my next ride and eventually I had to pay that for no reason. The total amount for my ride which I booked later of CRN [protected] was Rs. 916, but the driver, Sanjay Bhimarao, took Rs. 966 from me and said that the earlier cancellation charge is showing on his screen. But the cancellation charge is not reflecting on my invoice which I have attached with this complaint. Is this how Ola Cabs make their money. This is utter stupidity from Ola Cabs Mumbai and having such rude and misbehaved drivers does not make justice to the company. If the driver was not willing to wait for the ride then he shouldn’t have picked up the ride in the first place.
                                    I need Ola cabs to resolve this issue at the earliest. Rs 50 is not a big amount but to get cheated in this way does not justify the company's ethics.
                                    Such rude and misbehaved drivers like Zeeshan Mohd should be barred from being employed. And if the second driver, Sanjay Bhimrao, has seized this opportunity to make an extra Rs. 50 for himself, then this is a much more disgusting behaviour from Ola Cabs.
                                    Please resolve this issue at the earliest and I need to see results.

                                      Ride CRN- [protected]. I have been charged thrice for this ride, my connected UPI (Google Pay) is charged twice and when the ride ended the driver said as it is showing a cash ride I have to pay cash. As Google Pay was not updated that time I had to pay him cash. Now since last 4 days I am trying to get my refund but Ola team is not helping.

                                      The app doesn't have any way to raise this complaint.
                                      In app when I go to Help Billing/Payment Related I was charged twice/thrice... it shows standard message that amt will be refunded in 7 days. It doesn't have any other option to raise a ticket or file a complaint.
                                      I reached OLA on twitter and they disregarded the complaint saying as it has crossed 48 hours we can do anything.
                                      When their app says money will be refunded in 7 days, how can they not accept the complaint after 48 hours.

                                        I booked Ola Outstation on 16th October from Chennai to hometown for my old age parents... i booked it with Ola Postpaid option for my payment. At the end of the trip driver demanded Cash to be paid and the total amount was Rs.3435. But they also debited the same amount in my wallet. No proper response from their Customer Care either. They cheated me by charging twice the amount. No one should use their Services since they dont care about their customers.
