I often receive spam calls regarding Ola leasing. These calls are increasing day by day. If one number is blocked, I keep receiving calls from other numbers. This is very irritating and torturous. I tried calling the customer care but they are not taking calls. How can they use their customers phone numbers in this manner. This is really a breach of Privacy....

I have encountered this issue now twice. I booked a cab from kothrud to sinhagad road pune a few days back. I got booking confirmation in the system.

On the day of the travel, i could see the booking in my ola app.
However about 15 minutes before the scheduled trip, the booking simply vanished from the app.

I have not used ola post paid service, but iam getting a message that i need to pay rs. 122 to avoid late pay fees. This was happening earlier also, but since teh amount was small, i paid it anyways.

But this month, i meticulously ensured that i kept the sufficient balance in my ola wallet and still i got charged.

I was charged a cancellation fee on the driver cancelling the ride. I had booked a rental cab. I met with the driver and asked him to enter the otp. He refused me the ride and waited till the timer ran out to cancel. Attaching pictures for reference that i actually met with the driver.

He wasted my time and behaved unprofessionally. This driver should be banned from driving any sort of cab service....

While paying the dues for ola postpaid, an amount of 4325.48 /- has been deducted twice from my bank account. The payment was made via google pay. Despite several complaints to ola to refund the extra amount, the only reply i get is that a team will assist you soon and we will process the refund soon but no further action is taken from their side.

Yeaterday at 1.00'o clock in the early morning i have booked car from bypass highway, pune to my home. To know the location of driver i called driver and he told me i am at location. This is complaint where one of ola business partner using the muscle power and thier driver are young and doesn't hold the proper driving licenses. These are acceptance from one of the ola business partner who operates from mumbai central.
