I am an ola customer having registered phone no [protected]. It is for your kind information and immediate action that, since last two weeks i am receiving the messages regarding postpaid dues of rs 1000/-, in this regard i have already called twice to the ola customer care but i did not get proper response from them as well as my complaint has not been resolved till date. Whereas i paid the cash amount for all my rides whenever i have booked ola.

In this regard, i am requesting you to please rectify details of my payment of every ride from your ola drivers only at your end at the earliest to avoid further
Legal correspondence, as i am not responsible for any further payments or delays.

    Hi, so I booked a ola outstation (CRN [protected]) . And driver accepted the ride (driver details name-Anil amrut, car details- director MH43BP6163).The fare ola app showed was Rs. 3822. BUT when the driver called he demanded 15000 Rs for the same ride. When I asked him why then he hung up the call.. After some when I call him again he said it will cost 20000 Rs.. Are you mad or what.. for 200 kms ola driver is asking a fare of 20000... is it fare enough?

    Is this the way you are treating your customers? Total disappointment from a brand like ola.

      Today morning i have a flight to board at 9:40 am, the driver called me and asked me to give the otp saying if not entered the otp the trip will be cancelled automatically i didn't gave the otp after 1.5 km of ride he said there is no diesel in car and asked me the mode of payment i said ola pay he said he doesnt have cash for diesel and demanded me cash when i said i am not carrying cash he drive me to atm to with draw cash and he cancelled the ride taking otp forcefully and after that he took the cash and dropped me at kempegowda international airport bengaluru due to this incident i missed my flight and its non refundable ticket, i have purchased ticket for another flight which i need to wait till 5pm to board which is a premium price. When contacted customer care dept the executive says its not ola's problem because the ride was cancelled i wonder how can he respond like this, the driver belongs to ola company and ola should be ashamed for hiring such a frauds driver.

        The captioed ola driver had accepted my booking at night arnd 10.30/10.45 but denied to go ahead as soon as he realised i'm having ola money service. He wanted me to pay him in cash but since i am already having ola money i ddnt agree. He then asked me to get down and cancel the trip to which i again ddnt agree. Then he said he dsnt hv diesel and i shud pay him rs.300 for diesel. I paid rs.200. I jst eant to launch complaint because such druvers are taking undue advantage of passenger at night time. They must get some lesson out if such deniel.

          I madhuri sardana daughter of sunil dutt sardana. Permanent resident-gh-41, flat no.-105, sector-20 panchkula. Presently i am staying at plot no.-200, sector-55 gurgaon. I travelled on 8th february 2020 from plot no.-200, sector-55 gurgaon to mgf metropolitan mall in ola cab so i paid ₹ 139/- through google pay to cab driver (Ranjit singh). On this 10th march 2020 i was making payment of ₹ 9500/- to my owner ranvir singh. Mistakenly i paid ₹ 9500/- to the cab driver (Ranjit singh). Then i called ola cabs they provided me with the cab drive phone number ([protected]) & cab number (Dl1rtb8629). But the phone number they provided me is switched off so i’m unable to contact the driver. I have logged fir, the fir number is (77-5p-ii) on 11th march 2020 after trying the driver’s phone number many times. The fir was logged as suggested by the ola cabs customer call are so that they can provide me with driver’s other details like his address. So i request ola cabs to provide me with the driver’s address in order to take my money back from the cab driver.

            I book a ola cab today at 12.10 noon for ravet from ashok chowk (Nanapeth).
            Mr. Pramod (Driver) took a booking. His car was wagon r white colour with no mh-42/aq4392.
            He denay to come at pick up point as i asked him to cancel ride from his side he said i have cancelled from my side now you press cancel and i did it so 50/- was deducted from my account.
            Why should i bear this amount?
            I want refund of this amount.

              Complaint against rohit bhoite. Car - white tata indica - mh11bd6281.
              The driver had confirmed for the ride on 7th march which showed 542 rs. My mode of payment is online. He asked me to cancel the ola ride and he would offer the same ride, at the same rate which i should pay to him by cash and not the ola. For this reason, i denied his ride and asked him to cancel the ride as problem was from his side. But, yet till date he has not canceled the ride, because of which i am unable to book other rides.
              Please, note i won't be paying the expenses for this. And cancel the booked ride at earliest.

                I have booked a cab from andheri west to lonaval and vice versa they showed me a fare of 2250 with discount coupon code but when my trip completed i was charged 3063 amonut means 777 rupee s more than what they showed me while booking. I traveled only to my destination and back to my origin irrespective of there timing but the also i was charged so much of amount

                  I had paid my amount via phone pay UPI amount got deducted from my account and transaction was successful but ola App didnt recieved the amount hence i had to pay amount in cash as well

                    Hi on 26th feb 2020 i have made 2 transactions to make payment to ola ride which i have taken. One from gpay and the other is from amazon pay. Both the transactions were failed but amount was deducted from my account.

                    I have called to customer care and lodged a complaint from by bank and ola. The bank people replied that the amount is received by the ola cabs. When i checked with ola they said 5 to 7 busiess days and it is already 15 days from the day when i made the transaction. Still they are telling that they need to confirm whether i wil get refund or nor.

                    I have sent the screenshots of transactions to the [protected]@olacabs.com but priya from escalation team is mentioning that she has not received any mail from my side.

                    The ticket number of ola is[protected].

                    Though i sent a mail attaching the transaction details they are blaming me that your side there is fault and nothing to do from our side

                      I boarded ola cab from airport on 10th march early morning around 2 am
                      Drop near savoury rataurant, st, chales school, bangalore.
                      Since i told him that i will encash cash from atm. I got down from cab went to atm after 2 minutes he tok u turn & escaped with my mobile & bag i had kept in the car.

                      I even not noticed vehicle no also because it was in my mobile ola app.

                      Boarded ola cab from airport at approx at 1 pm reache around 2pm.

                      I have footage which is recorded in the hotel's cctv also.

                      I will give police compalint reagrding this.

                        A cab for outstation (From gurgram to hoshiarpur was booked) invoice is attached.

                        At the time of booking the cab, the amount of bill was shown about rs. 10700.00
                        It is not clear how come they have charged additional time fare @ rs.120.00 per hour.

                        What is this? A how come a vehicle can complete the distance (To and fro) of about 900 km in the 9 hours. It was neither agreed nor justified. The company is playing fraud.

                        The amount of taxes shown is rs. 997.86.in addition, driver has received rs. 1500/- in the name of toll taxes for which no bill has been given.

                        Accordingly, i am entitled to a refund of rs.3020/-

                          The ola auto drivers are very rude. Recently i availed ola auto services through phonepe. The amount was blocked for the trip, post the trip the driver demanded for the amount as he said no amount is credited to his account and asked me to reach the support team if needed.
                          I raised a complaint to the support team stating i have paid the driver the amount as he was compelling on not receiving the amount from the phonepe. They reply me stating post investigation, we are unable to refund you the amount. Their simple response is driver denied collecting the cash and its out of their scope. Infact i paid him the amount in higher amounts, the greed for money wouldnt die in humans, he might deny it. But i'm here in loss of money. I paid exactly twice (Double payment through cash and phonepe wallet) the expected amount. Either the ola support or the phonepe support has to help me in refunding the amount for which i was charged.

                            Amount has been charged twice by ola. When i informed customer executive regarding this, he promised me that he will raise an issue for refund. I clearly mentioned that i need the amount to bank account.

                            But now they responded me saying that they have processed refund in the form of coupon.

                            Without my knowledge how can you process the coupon, when i clearly mentioned i need refund back to my account?

                              I had taken ola outstation on 6th march'20 for noida to meerut and return travel. Following problems were encountered in this trip:

                              1. Vehicle was making unusual noise from beginning of trip
                              2. Driver stopped abruptly for cng filling without my permission
                              3. Driver took wrong route which was long and not as suggested by ola maps
                              4. Worst part - vehicle had a flat tyre in middle of road and driver did not have any functional spare wheel. Driver left the car in middle of a jungle and left for wheel repairing and did not return for one hour. I had to abandon the vehicle and come via alternate transport back to noida. Yet ola decided to charge me for full rs. 1595/- and are not ready to compensate me for the the inconvenience and incomplete trip.

                                I have booked ola cab on 01/03/2020 around 10pm-11pm from navalur to opaline. I have missed to take my laptop bag which was there in the cab. I have called back the driver and he said he dint see the bag and he was not sure whether customer have taken with them as he had taken other rides. I have riased police complaint and checked with ola ofc and there telling without fir copy they won't give customer details. Could you pls let me know how to proceed further and help me get back my lost things. I have a proof that the bag was in cab

                                  I took ola for a trip and my mode of payment is cash on all the trips taken so far. Recently ola activated postpaid in my account without any knowledge.
                                  So my end if trip i paid cash, sometime ater i got sms tht u have used postpaid money for the trip. I realized i have cheated by driver and okay made the trap for the incident. Still i didn't get answer how come a customer who didn't complete kyc, post paid acc gets activated. Ola is responsible on this incident and ask me speak to the driver partner where he didn't attend any calls including ola support person which they have communicated me in the call. Ola is not customer friendly services, they wait for the opportunity to cheat their customers.

                                    I used ola service on 15th jan 2020 and it is like i did the crime that day using ola.
                                    I am getting minimum 10-12 calls on a daily basis to pay my due amount.
                                    I paid that amount (Cash) to driver itself that day, i havent asked you guys to give me bloody 1000 rs loan to pay my cab bill.
                                    I am really pissed of from numbers of calls on a daily basis. I received calls from (Rajesh 3 times, tanu 2 time, arshiyana 3 times
                                    Swati 2 times, yuvraj 1 time (He told me he is from escalation team and you will not receive any from from now onward and that date was 29th feb)
                                    Even i forgot names of few guys that i got calls from, every single guys assured me the same thing i updated my database you will not receive call.
                                    Do you think i am enjoying talking to your guys its big no & yeah i have recording of every call you guys did to me in last 20 days.
                                    I narrate the whole story to all guys who called me you guys really # me to extreme level.

                                      This is giri manni from bangalore on 23rd february 2020 while going with my wife and two kids at poorna pragya layout i rr nagar around at 12pm ola cab driver balaram has hitted my swift car on right hand side back door and bumper with rash driving with talking in his mobile, my sellf and my kids are frighten

                                      The car driver try to escape from the accident place but few of the people caught him after that we spoken to him he agreed to pay the damage of the car
                                      He requested to come car garage, while going car garage he has been escaped and his contact number is [protected]

                                      After that i have given my vehicle in bimal auto for repair and i have paid rs 16000

                                      Kindly take a action about him and help to get my money from the driver

                                        Yesterday i had booked a ride around 7pm. Driver didn't come to my location and asked to reach his location at 1km distance. I started walking with my kid and asked his exact location. After 5 min walking, he suddenly cancel led ride. Automatically a second ride schedule. This time driver could come to me and pocket me.

                                        I have been charged cancel charge.?. Not my fault. This is now a days frequent. Why should customer be charger mostly due to driver ill intention. Driver clearly making money.

                                        Should we stop using ola service, or there any system of governance.

                                        Why delet operator take everything granted on their behalf.

                                        I strongly protest, and week immediate retaliate to these practice of customer wrong handel.
