I booked ola near mount carmel college, banglore around 4 pm. I talked to driver and he informed that he will come. He came near to me after 15 min and took a turn giving signal that he is coming and then vanished and cancelled the booking after a few minutes. It is humiliating and resulted in waste of time. Ola site is not showing the details of vehicle and driver.

    On 20th january 2020, i have travel from cochin airport to manjooran estate, edapally, cochin. Whereas from the beginning of ride till i reach the destination, the route map was showing that "reach the pickup location".

    After reaching the destination the driver asked for the payment of rs.493/- i have said him to close the bill, but he said that "due to server issue not able to close the bill and i have paid it, whereas the driver said due to server issue it will be cleared in 1 hr and you will receive the bill to my mail id.

    But still its showing the same status and i need the bill for claiming purpose.

    So see to that its been rectified and i receive the bill..

      I booked a ride from koelnagar rourkela to vedanta jharsuguda and the estimated cost was rs 2700/. I started ride at 8:am and completed at 10:23 but when ride was completed the distance was miscalculated as 190 kms whereas i travelled only 134 kms. Further ola has overcharged me and billed me 3921/- at completion.
      This is gross cheating by ola.
      Please do the needful
      I have travelled ola money. I paid money to driver.ola supporting person is not possible to return money.i immediately try to paid money but ola denied application. Ola is worst support

        I have booked ola cab from the p l palace, agra to porsa on the date 09.12.2019. The amount was shown in the ola app while booking is rs.1956. (Crn: [protected])
        After completing this ride the fare was shows rs 3219 and driver took full amount of cash.

        I have filed complaint against this ride on same date over call ola customer support complaint no. (Ticket[protected]. They have assures that we will refund the amount which is charged extra. On the day 16 december 2019 i received only rs.432 vouchers and still the remaining amount has to be refund which is (Rs.831)

        I have filed again complaint on customer support ticket[protected], but they are not refunding amount saying that it is as per km, ola has calculated the distance traveled by you. I think this is completely insane and fraud, after ride completing they are taking more amount than actual, its completely fraud by ola. I will request you to kindly look this issue and do the needful
        I had once paid the driver in cash(Rs 499). Ola has been mentally harassing me to clear the same amount via postpaid. Its been 6 months, I have already deleted the app. I receive at least 3 calls and 4 SMS every day and it is mental torture.

          I want the invoices for the rides i took for the period from 1 aug, 2018 to 31 dec, 2018. These rides i can see in my ola app but i am not getting the invoices for my rides after following the required steps. I have highlighted this to ola support a number of times and requested them to provide the invoices over my email. But they always keep sending the steps to be followed to get the invoices from ola app which is of no use to me as explained above. My recent complaint number is[protected].

          I want the invoices for rides from 1 aug 2018 to 31 aug 2018 on my email id as i am not able to get it by following the standard procedure of getting it though app on my own.

            On jan 14 i travelled in ola from rajajinarar to rja tech park... I paid 599 the money to ola driver ramachandra. R his car no ka02ag - 5922... His ph no is [protected]
            I jst now checked with the driver as well... As i have paid in cash even he agreed and he told to. Raise a complaint ola can deduct from his account. Why should i pay twice as i ahve already been paid to driver

              I travelled in ola on jan 02 2020 till chennai airport, the total bill amount was 217 with crn [protected] and driver vnekatesh am, i paid using google pay 217 rupees and showed him the details, he siad didnt get any payment and argued me to pay cash.

              After 5 mins of argument i paid him cash and he said money deducted fromyour bank account will reflect in ola money till date nothing has reflected neither my bank payment has reversed, i sent a mail to ola too no response

              Please help me in resolving th same

                I came from bsr bangalore railway station to doddakammanahalli by ola cab booked by my son (Cab. No. Ka02ah3256, driven by gc raghu) crn no.[protected]. I bought a gift pocket containing chocolate/sweet box and kept in open bag which was stolen by the driver. Inspite of complaints/phone calls, the driver has not returned the items. Please take action to return the same.

                  This is to inform you that cab was booked to, dated 15/01/2020, cab driver name - santosh, [protected], vehicle no-ka05ag1576.

                  While getting out of the cab forgot vivo v17 pro mobile and minutes after it got switched off, on calling the driver on his mobile completely refused that there is any mobile in the cab. I would like you to look into the matter while i have registered my complaint at ola centre on 15th jan 2020 itself.

                  Please take appropriate action and revert in case the mobile is found in the cab, looking forward for positive response

                    I had taken an outstation trip from chandigarh airport ot nawanshahr, punjab. The payment mode was ola money, however the driver asked to pay part of the amount in cash as he had his emi deduction due. So i transferred 4000 to the drivers bank account. Later when the final billing was done, the final bill amount displayed was 7221. I had 4000 ola money in my walet, ola additionally deducted 1000 from ola postpaid. The total amount paid to the driver was[protected] through bank transfer, 5000 through ola money). Since the driver was not carrying any cash, he said he'll transfer the money to my paytm or bank account, and had taken the account details from me.
                    The total bill was 7221 (Displayed by ola), 185 toll and parking charges, the receipt for both were shared. He additionally cahrged 720 for interstate permit, the soft copy of which was to be whatsapped, but he hasn't shared it. So, the total fare accounted to 7406 (For which there are bills) and additional 720 (If bill is provided for the interstate permit). The total paid amount is 9000. For the interstate permit invoice and refund of balance amount from the partner, i had raised a request with the ola support team but they categoriaclly keep on responding that they have spoken with the driver and he has denied having collected additional cash. When asked to arrange a conference call with the driver, ola hasn't obliged. There should be some accountability from ola when they facilitate the car services. The said trip was undertaken on nov 27th, 2019, with crn [protected].

                      my ride fare is far higher than the estimated fare

                      January 15th i booked a ola ride in micro cab. The estimated fare was rs.269/- i accepted it and travelled - booking crn [protected] -
                      At the time of deboarding at the destination the fare showed up as 489 which i paid in cash and immediately lodged a complaint with ola. They wanted me to complete kyc which i did and submitted it. Till now neither have i received the refund nor any acknowledgement. Please help me get the refund and...

                      I was shown ₹240 at time of booking my cab. Driver was sleepy so took some wrong route and then got back on original route after wandering here and there and in addition they charger me ₹200 state tax/mcd without crossing over any state and in mcd charge is ₹100 so how can they charge so much even if there driver did mistake. This is very unfair please take some action.

                        Now they have gone to the extent of legal notices and action without hearing my end of the story. I have tried explain to every single consumer care representative who called but they don’t seem be entering the issue in the system and I always get a reply that they would get back soon. But an hour later I get an SMS regarding legal notice
                        I highly underappreciate this app and have already informed friends and family to start using Uber which is much cheaper and does not take one year to resolve complaints. Ola postpaid is the worst feature of the Ola

                          I took an outstation trip from thanjavur to lalgudi on 14/01/2020 at 2 pm. When i booked my cab it showed me rs 1203 (Lowest price guarantee etc) but when i got down the driver showed me bill for rs 1719

                          This is completely unacceptable and unethical act by ola company

                          Why it showed me rs 1203 lowest price etc

                          I want suitable compensation from the company

                            Dear ola,
                            This is very disappointing & disgusting.
                            The ola driver cancelled the booking himself & didn’t turn to our location.
                            After calling him repeatedly & waiting for more that 15 minutes, the driver was asking to cancel the ride & demands more money from ramoji film city to abids (Hotel oyo supraja pride)
                            This has become a routine practice at ramoji film city to cancel the booking & instead demands more money from passengers.

                            Why customers needs to bear such non-sense.
                            Will be un-installing the ola app & will insure none of my friends also uses it.

                              I book the ola cab for outstation on dec 18 2019 due to an emergency, on completing the trip deducting the balance amount from the ola account drive asked me to pay the balance amount in cash.

                              I paid the cash to him and after around 20 days i got an alert that i have a post paid balance amount.

                              When i raise the concern with ola, getting the answers like try to book the cab again and if i found him need to discuss directly with him. They can't help here.

                              My point was, if i have booked the cab through ola app they are not taking the concern to resolve the issue

                                Hi team,

                                I've two complaints again ola, for which i don't want you to mail me back, rather call me immediately on my registered contact number [protected], because i don't want to waste my time in exchanging mails for days:

                                1. First of all, why is there no toll free number to connect with ola customer care?
                                Exchanging mails on the ola email id doesn't resolve the customer's query instantly.

                                2. On last wednesday 1st jan, i booked for outstation ola cab (Mini) from lucknow amausi airport to my home in kanpur for 8th jan (That means a week before), for which the estimated rate shown was rs.800-rs.850. However, when i finished my ride to my home on 8th jan, total fare i ended up paying was rs.1375. Additionally i also had to pay toll charges worth rs.80, which is never paid by customer, so at the end of the day, i paid rs.1455 in total, against the quoted fare of rs.800-rs.850 at the time of booking.

                                Why there's more than 80% surge in the fare? It's a fraud you guys did. Is this the way you cheat your regular passengers?

                                The distance between lucknow amausi airport and vaibhawi lawn, barasirohi, kanpur is 86 km. How come in the attached screenshot, driver drove for 126 km (Which means 40 km extra). Why did he opt for this such a long route?

                                I didn't fight with driver, because i was with my pregnant wife, and didn't want to create scene that time.

                                Now even if you guys give the excuse of change in route, i never asked for a specific route. What i booked for, was to be dropped to a specific destination in the previously agreed fare of rs.800-850. That's all.
                                Even if there's a slight surge in fare, it can never be 80%.

                                Better you guys first of all call me immediately, and refund the extra amount you charged without my consent.

                                I have booked ola outstation, in travel driver asked 500 rs to fill fuel in his car and told he will mange in total bill.
                                When ride was finished total bill was 4153 and I paid 4159 to him.
                                I forgot to take back 500 from him.

                                When I am calling him he said complaint to ola office.

                                I want my money back now.

                                  This is regarding the ola ride taken on 09jan from shamna manzil (Seethapa layout) home to work manyata teck park (Thanisandra)

                                  Please find the attached details (Completed ride)

                                  However every day i take this ride but i will never be charged more than 80/- but on 09jan when i was booking the ride it showed me 62 and after boarding the auto charged showed 140/- i called customer care and agent requested me to complete the ride and give us a call we will sure be able to help you after completing the ride i gave a call he raised a compliant (Ticket[protected] it is been resolved by providing a refund of rs 2.

                                  Please find the everyday ride charges for me how come on 01 day they will charge the customer so much and no long route was take no wait time was there for customer because i book the auto standing on road side and me & my husband got picked on the road side ride stated @ 12:40 completed @ 12:53

                                  Request you to please help us for the same so that they should not be charging the other customers

                                    I had to travel from nanakramguda junction, hyderabad to hyderabad airport to catch my flight. My booking experience goes as hereunder:
                                    1) booked a cab vide crn [protected] - 4.49 pm
                                    Waited for 10 mins but driver couldnt reach my place as he wasn't able to follow gps and reach location, hence had to cancel trip
                                    2) booked cab once again vide crn [protected] - 5.07 pm
                                    Waited for 10 mins after booking the cab. Driver reached pickup point but, said that my booking does not reflect in his app hence denied trip. I had no option to cancel the booking for which i was charge rs. 50
                                    3) booked cab against vide crn crn[protected] time 5.23 pm
                                    Waited again 8 mins and the cab reached. While the driver was entering the otp, he also complained that my booking vanished from his app.
                                    Driver accepted to take me to airport with same fare (Which was 2x of normal rate) displayed in the app which was rs.1026/-. As i had already lost 45 minutes in trying to get the cab and futher delay may make me to miss my flight, i had no other option to accept and travel agasint payment of cash.

                                    I had to go through stress and inconvenience because of technical isseus of ola cabs and i had to pay money without getting a bill / receipt.
                                    Even now my above trip is shown as scheduled?? In my app,
                                    I am at loss as i wont be able to reimburse this official trip without bill.
                                    I urge ola to arrange to refund the above trip expense spent by by paying cash to ola driver.
                                    If i am unable to get a proper response, have no other option to go thorugh consumer forum and launch a formal complaint on this poor quality services by ola cabs and harassment faced by customers.

                                      On dec 22nd 2019 around 7 pm, cab ts10ub5306 driver hit my car ts02eg2492 and ran away. I told him to stop but without listening he had speeden and ran away. This happened at signal at metro piller usip26 where we take right turn into uppal main road. The signal turned to green, he did not drive properly and hit my car and went past signal. I told him to stop but he did not. I tried to chase but i couldn't. Please check cc camera footage at signal and take action against cab driver.
