Ola is charging me twice.
I already paid the amount to driver as cash.
But again ola generated bill and asking me to pay ola postpaid amount. Also their customer service support is behaving rude and they say go and complaint and they don't bother about any consumer complaints.

Requesting you to take necessary action and also get a compensation for not responding to customer properly and wasting time and efforts.

    I have had issues with ola for a very long time, due to the market monopoly o[censored]ber and ola i am forced to use their service reluctantly, there is always the odd ball but off late they have been regular and consistent.

    Either the driver falls asleep behind the wheel, or they argue that they need cash so i would have to change the payment mode, some have even gone the extent of asking for cash to start of the day regardless i have paid the bill and when ever i complain ola about this i get the same # response.

    These services have no accountability and they end up turning a trivial thing as taking a ride from point a to point b so stressful and infuriating.

    If there were more such services i would have never looked their way, uber is still better as they have an option to get in touch with the support service and they seem to respond accordingly whereas ola is the worst piece of service i have ever seen.

      Aaj me aai sathi dombivali te mulund ola book keli. Mazya ola prepaid account la rs. 32/- shillak hote. Ani maze ola post paid account pan aahe.
      Tumcha driver shushil kumar yane mazya kadun rs. 321/- caash ghetali ani ola post paid madhun suddha paise cut zale. Means maze double paise gele. Tenvha tumhi verify karun mazya account la rs. 321/- parat jama karave.
      I booked ola auto, he didn't take my otp number and told me he would cancel ride after reaching the location.he dropped me in the location but didn't cancel the ride and the ride got booked by another Ola auto. Second Ola auto guy called me that he reached at the location but I was already at the destination, I was charged 15 for no reason

        The ola driver wanted rs 300 as state tax. I denied to pay without receipt (As reimbursement is not processed without receipt). The driver said he had paid for a monthly/yearly tax and cannot give receipt for individual ride. The cab driver calls ola support team. A lady support member on phone, stresses him to somehow get the money from me without producing receipt. I called ola customer support, but they were of no help. Later, i wrote email to ola customer support, and they suggested me to directly pay such taxes to respective authorities. So, here is the contradiction: in one hand they are telling the driver to collect state/road tax money even without producing receipt; and on the other hand telling the customer to pay directly to tax authorities who would give me receipt. Anyway, the receipt is yet to receive.

        Also, they have charged me insurance of rs 99, which i never opted. Maybe they have checked this option by default in order to trap the customers who are booking in a haste. Therefore, this option should be unchecked in the default setting, and ola should refund those who claim that they did not opt it by themselves (Including myself).

          I took a ola auto on 23/01/2020 from bilekahalli to chikkakamanahalli i was admitted to hospital due to minor surgery i discharged and i took ola auto the driver behaviour was very rude he was speaking like rowdy very forceful he come to my place to pickup me and he took very long way and traffic way it’s almost take 45 min to reach home i told before shortest signal free way to reach home but he is did not take my advice and he dropped me at the location which is 200 meter far from my house i requested to him drop near my house because i couldn’t walk due to surgery but he did not, and he asked 40 rs extra for returning alone, and i paid extra also. For humanity purpose he could have drop to near my house than i would have pay extra 50 rs to him. But he was very cruel like rowdy’s. I am requesting to ola remove this kind of persons in public transports. Who don’t know the value of humanity, unprofessional stupid’s. Please take a necessary action on ola auto driver.

            Ola is threatening me everyday, recently a person ashok mittal who claims to be a legal lawyer from ola says to pay outstanding in a shouting way else he is going to send legal notice in a very bad tone. This way he is harassing me by number of calls in every 2 hrs. I would ask them who took my approval to enable ola postpaid when i had corporate ola plan from company side, my company auto paid the bills. But unnecessary ola postpaid auto enabled ruined my account. They made bills of[protected]rs in ola postpaid and now they continuously harassing me mentally and misbehaving in odd hours. Even though i requested them not to call in working hours when i was in meeting but that stupid person (Ashok mittal) shouted me to take 2 mins and pay outstanding first which is full of harassment and misbehaviour. I would like to complaint against ola that are provoking and harassing me. I have recorded calls and sms which are nothing but harassing me everyday.
            Ola cab driver took 350 in cash and then samne amount was paid by old prepaid account..
            Ola driver. Not refunding money and now ola harassing me for there money..
            Why should I pay ola if ola driver not refunding my cash amount..
            Ola calling everyday and harassing.calls start from morning till late evening or night

              I had two ola account with my two different mobile numbers. I surrender one account where my kyc was complete as the other account has ₹900 in ola money.co. Has deactivated ola money wallet for my account where ₹900 balance is there. I would like to complete kyc in this account so that i can use my ola money. Its been more than 2 months to e-mail ola multiple times for the issue but neither they are resolving it nor they are giving me any option to get/use my ola money balance.

                Hi, i have booked cab from manikonda hyderabad to king koti.. Around 15 km. At a cost of rs 183. 2 drivers called me and cancelled the cab post knowing the drop location. Later i called customer care who couldn't help me but offering a booking with 280rs for same location.

                Complaint: violation of the police cite section 178 (3) of the motor vehicles act

                I called mer care and they told they can book a cab for me and i need to pay now 283 rs. And the agent said she will log a complaint but she refused to provide a complaint no.

                Sir/ma'am, pease the public and save their valuable time. Plzzzzz

                  The driver was very rude in talking. We booked the ola and he was already on a ride and he took our booking when he already knew that he will be half an hour late to reach the location which the host wanted. But he did not cancel from his side and insisted the host to cancel the ride. He is asking us to wait for half an hour and he is not cancelling from his side. The map located his ola ride would reach in few min that's the reason the host booked it. However if he knew he is going to be half an hour late then either she should not have booked the ride or he should have said I will cancel you can take another ride. Instead he is so rude in asking us to wait for half an hour and said do what so ever you want to do. Eventually he has charged me 50 rupees and I am supposed to pay in my next ride. My issue is the behaviour of the driver and his attitude for the host that gets his ride. He should understand next time he will get his ride based on his behaviour if he can't get the needs of the host how could some one book his ride. It is really saddening to see humans can't understand the other humans needs while he is being payed for it. We were not his friends so as to speak in such a unreasonable manner. Absolutely no respect.

                    On 21 january 2020, my trip no. Is crn [protected]. I ride from my home to airport delhi. There is no toll lies in between my way. On my way, they took a wrong turn from my way which leads to toll. And ask me to pay to them at toll and ola include tolls in my fare charges and parking also. There is no parking charges at drop site in airport. He took advantages of my innocence and mislead my way.
                    Estimated charge is :rs.275
                    Charged : rs.605 + 250 toll (What he said to me to be paid by guest itself).

                    I want you to refunded my extra cash and take a proper action against the driver.

                      I took a ride and the bill came to rs 69
                      I told the auto driver to debit it to my wallet which has a credit balance of rs 1000.
                      He did that and i got a message it has been deducted from my wallet account and now the balance is rs 931
                      Yesterday i got a message saying rs 69 is due from me and i will have to penal interest if i don’t pay immediately
                      To me this is double charging amounting to cheating the customer
                      Pl ask ola to clarify

                        I booked ola near mount carmel college, banglore around 4 pm. I talked to driver and he informed that he will come. He came near to me after 15 min and took a turn giving signal that he is coming and then vanished and cancelled the booking after a few minutes. It is humiliating and resulted in waste of time. Ola site is not showing the details of vehicle and driver.

                          On 20th january 2020, i have travel from cochin airport to manjooran estate, edapally, cochin. Whereas from the beginning of ride till i reach the destination, the route map was showing that "reach the pickup location".

                          After reaching the destination the driver asked for the payment of rs.493/- i have said him to close the bill, but he said that "due to server issue not able to close the bill and i have paid it, whereas the driver said due to server issue it will be cleared in 1 hr and you will receive the bill to my mail id.

                          But still its showing the same status and i need the bill for claiming purpose.

                          So see to that its been rectified and i receive the bill..

                            I booked a ride from koelnagar rourkela to vedanta jharsuguda and the estimated cost was rs 2700/. I started ride at 8:am and completed at 10:23 but when ride was completed the distance was miscalculated as 190 kms whereas i travelled only 134 kms. Further ola has overcharged me and billed me 3921/- at completion.
                            This is gross cheating by ola.
                            Please do the needful
                            I have travelled ola money. I paid money to driver.ola supporting person is not possible to return money.i immediately try to paid money but ola denied application. Ola is worst support

                              I have booked ola cab from the p l palace, agra to porsa on the date 09.12.2019. The amount was shown in the ola app while booking is rs.1956. (Crn: [protected])
                              After completing this ride the fare was shows rs 3219 and driver took full amount of cash.

                              I have filed complaint against this ride on same date over call ola customer support complaint no. (Ticket[protected]. They have assures that we will refund the amount which is charged extra. On the day 16 december 2019 i received only rs.432 vouchers and still the remaining amount has to be refund which is (Rs.831)

                              I have filed again complaint on customer support ticket[protected], but they are not refunding amount saying that it is as per km, ola has calculated the distance traveled by you. I think this is completely insane and fraud, after ride completing they are taking more amount than actual, its completely fraud by ola. I will request you to kindly look this issue and do the needful
                              I had once paid the driver in cash(Rs 499). Ola has been mentally harassing me to clear the same amount via postpaid. Its been 6 months, I have already deleted the app. I receive at least 3 calls and 4 SMS every day and it is mental torture.

                                I want the invoices for the rides i took for the period from 1 aug, 2018 to 31 dec, 2018. These rides i can see in my ola app but i am not getting the invoices for my rides after following the required steps. I have highlighted this to ola support a number of times and requested them to provide the invoices over my email. But they always keep sending the steps to be followed to get the invoices from ola app which is of no use to me as explained above. My recent complaint number is[protected].

                                I want the invoices for rides from 1 aug 2018 to 31 aug 2018 on my email id as i am not able to get it by following the standard procedure of getting it though app on my own.

                                  I jst now checked with the driver as well... As i have paid in cash even he agreed and he told to. Raise a complaint ola can deduct from his account. Why should i pay twice as i ahve already been paid to driver

                                    I travelled in ola on jan 02 2020 till chennai airport, the total bill amount was 217 with crn [protected] and driver vnekatesh am, i paid using google pay 217 rupees and showed him the details, he siad didnt get any payment and argued me to pay cash.

                                    After 5 mins of argument i paid him cash and he said money deducted fromyour bank account will reflect in ola money till date nothing has reflected neither my bank payment has reversed, i sent a mail to ola too no response

                                    Please help me in resolving th same

                                      I came from bsr bangalore railway station to doddakammanahalli by ola cab booked by my son (Cab. No. Ka02ah3256, driven by gc raghu) crn no.[protected]. I bought a gift pocket containing chocolate/sweet box and kept in open bag which was stolen by the driver. Inspite of complaints/phone calls, the driver has not returned the items. Please take action to return the same.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        This is to inform you that cab was booked to, dated 15/01/2020, cab driver name - santosh, [protected], vehicle no-ka05ag1576.

                                        While getting out of the cab forgot vivo v17 pro mobile and minutes after it got switched off, on calling the driver on his mobile completely refused that there is any mobile in the cab. I would like you to look into the matter while i have registered my complaint at ola centre on 15th jan 2020 itself.

                                        Please take appropriate action and revert in case the mobile is found in the cab, looking forward for positive response
