I had an urgent situation in my office and had to reach there asap. I booked two cabs from ola and both were disgustingly irresponsible.

The first driver immediately called me up and asked where am i going. Then he asked me if i’m paying online, i said yes, then he uttered “not possible. I don’t take online payments early in the morning”. What??? Really ola???

How to elaborate more could u plz explain i already called ola and explained to the lady who was on the call... I charged more than expected fare for the same distance i travelled already with ola and paid not more than 118 rupees... That day when i booked ola estimated was 117 and reached home driver took 258 that’s too much... If its busy time or something it should...

I had already paid my dues for ola postpaid of ₹6054 but the app is not showing any update and i am being asked to pay again!
If this isn’t frustrating enough to add to that there is no way at all to contact ola.
The app does not give any option to file a complain for any issue related to postpaid payments. How is the customer even supposed to contact the company?...

I was charged twice for a single ride. Through ola postpaid and cash also. When i booked my ola ride in early days of September, i waited for 20-25 minutes to get a cab. Finally i got one. I had booked ola cab (Crn[protected]) from biju patnaik airport for 8 hrs/120 km package. I was told the estimated fare would be approx 1500/-. But i have been charged for 163.33 km and 8.22 hours whereas i travelled 117 km and for 7 hrs 14 min. I can share the invoice if required. I ended up paying 1885/-.

Also to add i had booked ola (For the same package) the previous day from delhi (Crn[protected]). The estimated fare shown...

On 29th oct 2019, i have booked outstation ola cab (Crn[protected]) from ahmedabad airport to anand. At the time of booking expected distance 85 km and estimated fare for this ride was shown 990. With regular shortest route i have reached at my destination place. After completion of my trip the generated bill was rs.1660 with 138 km. I asked to driver then he told asked to ola and i called to ola customer service for this wrong bill and wrongly...

Sir, i have booked ola cab at 7.17 pm today. Driver called me and i refused to give him the destination details.

His language is too bad and shouting at me with bad words.

I had flight on 24-oct-2019 at 18.45 hrs from Guwahati to Kolkata/raipur and i booked ola cab at 16.10 hrs for dropping to Guwahati Airport. ola cab came to my house asked for destination and asked me to bring luggages. when i entered inside my house, surprisingly he cancelled the ride without informing us. we were continuously searching for him. Yesterday i booked a share cab from hadapsar, pune at start of magarpatta road, it hub. I have purchased a ola pass for 15km where charge should be 149/-, balance at normal rate. I booked an ola rental cab in gurgaon for 2 hours / 20 kms.
We used the cab for traveling exactly 20 kms over 2 hours and 10 mins. However, i was shocked to see the final bill of 33 kms.

Yesterday's night on 1st november 2019,
Ola cab driver was rash driving. Signal was red still he tried to break the signal and hardly managed to control the taxi as one of the two wheeler guy came front of him. And this taxi driver tried to slap him even after his own mistake. This is not good behaviour and driving manners.

I booked an auto for my daughter on 02.11.2019 from our home in bhubaneswar to her college
The app showed that the driver was arriving and at a distance of 3 minutes but even after 10 minutes he didn't arrive
When i called him he was very arrogant and talked rudely and said you don't need to go anywhere, cancel the ride.

This has happened 2nd time
The ola auto drivers in our city are very rude...

We had booked a ola outstation cab on 23/10/2019, from indirapuram to binsar. We received a message saying we will get a confirmation of the car details 1 hour before the travel time. At 10.30pm we received a call saying that we have cancelled the car booking which was not done by us. So we booked the cab again for 4.00 am in the morning and again received a message saying will get a confirmation by 3.00am. At 3.00 am we again...

At 5.41a. M booked 1st cab to faridabad at fare of 386/- which was cancelled by driver thus have to book 2nd one which i choose to book from my wife’s number and it was cause 2ce the fare of previous ride. Unfortunately with no other option have to book 2nd ride at 618/-. Ola is clearly fooling all customers by increasing rates as per their convenience....

Booked pune to mumbai ola cab on the 29th oct 19 to leave pune at 16:00 hrs.
Confirmation received at 11:46 promising that the driver details will be sent one hour prior to departure time.
Driver and vehicle details were shared at 14:54 hrs.
Call received from ola (+[protected] at 14:58 hrs informing that the driver has cancelled the booking and would you like to make a fresh booking. Immediately rs 150 was debited...

Yesterday 30- sept - 2019 i booked ola for rental from revati nagar to itwari railway station nagpur well in advance at 4:00 pm and trip at 10:30 pm.
As per your protocol drivers details are sent 10 min prior to trip. I didn't receive any driver details at all and on 11 th hour i had to make alternative arrangements.
This is the 2nd time i had problem with rental services. Either you improve it or stop this type of service....

Kindly change my incentive scheme. Because none peak hours iam getting around only 11 rupees per kilometers.

In bangalore auto rickshaw meter rate 13 rupees per kilometers.

Ola give me for sedan car only 11 rupees.
Now tell me how can i maintain sedan car 11 rupees per kilometers rate.

Government approved sedan car in city 24 rupees per kilometers.

I reached to Delhi Cannt by train from Bikaner in early morning. I booked a Ola for Delhi Airport to catch my flight to Kolkata. I booked the OLA on 20/10/19 at 6:42 AM. I missed my flight due to the unhuman behavior of the driver. I told him my urgency. He replied that I have to cancel it and I need to give him cash. I denied because I have Ola money in my account. Then he started driving so slowly that I missed my flight for just 5 minutes....

Myself joshnaa yarassi booked ola ride on oct 21 and gave cash to driver, bill amount was rs 92. But yesterday i got message to clear dues of 92 rs. Already i have paid bill through cash then why should i clear now. This is the second time its happening for me.
I have given 92 rs in cash form. But how come it is asking to clear dues. This discrepancy is very irritating to us.
