Issue is with sharepass
According to ola sharepass will be applied automatically

But it never happened.
We can see fares are higher than normal
On the same screen we can see sharepass cannot be applied as fairs are normal.
Interesting thing is i called ola support guy
He suggested le to book cab from another app.

    I would like draw your kind attention towards misbehaving nature of ola cab driver. He asked otp and entered it in ola cab mobile
    After that he denied to go destination and charged ts 60. Please look into the matter. Take suitable action against it.

      I was booked ola cab vide crn no - [protected] dated 04th nov, 2019 @ 7.34 am from bhandup west to malad west route, while booking estimated price shown 382/- and booked cab after checking estimated price 382/-. After completion of ride, i was surprised & shocked to see the price 802/- there was no traffic and i reached on time also. Even i understand levy peak pricing charges when the demand is high, so that ola team can make more cabs available to us and continue to serve us efficiently.

      If estimated peak prices 802 should be shown while booking then i would have book post reading but nothing was shown peak prices and only rs. 382/- shown while booking. Please be informed you that i am genuine customer and using ola cab since last 5 to 10 years and you can check my past record no complaint raised by me.

      So i request you to please consider my request and refund the amount of rs. 420/- (Total rs 802 – rs.382) which wrongly overpriced charged as explained you above.

      I am entitled for refund of rs. 420/- because estimated peak prices 802 not shown while booking which is wrong and how come reputed ola cab refuse to process refund.

      Looking for positive reply, in addition requesting to share the ola nodal officer and senior management level details to flag the conversation so that that neither of ola team members and future customers lands up in similar situation.

      Looking forward for your confirmation at the earliest.

        Ola is completely a fraud company, looting money from passengers, adding additional charges and forcing to buy ride insurance with improper invoice pattern and no transparency in payment transactions made available on the invoice, if same was escalated to ola customer care center, they are just trying to convey no solution on the same debate, really pathetic experience with ola.

          On 22feb2019 i booked a ola cab (Crn[protected]) from magneto mall, raipur to purkhouti muktangan, raipur. The cab arrived but refused to take me to the booked destination. So i had to cancel the booking. Still ola charged rs.35 as cancellation fees. This is unfair since the cancellation was not because of my fault.
          I hope ola will rectify this problem of wrong penalty on users.

            I received message/s from ola cabs stating that i have to pay 500 + penality for using the post paid amount. But i didn't have any regarding this and i didn't used anywhere this amount (Postpaid facility) provided by ola. So, i compalined earlier. Till now my complaint not yet resolved. Still i am receiving messages with increment penalities...
            I am not able to log in to ola application.. Earlier I used to book cabs but without any reason this is showing blocked now. I have also tried to contact customer service and also tried to contact service centre but they are not picking up the call. I am really disappointed

            Pick-up from Fabhotel Transit Delhi to Taj inn Agra. Driver name Zafer Ali.

            Estimated was 2100/- but charged 2947/-

            He charged additional distance fare of 805/- and Play convenience of 122/-. which was unexpected. As tourist we had forced to pay the amount.

              Had booked a trip (Rental 6 hrs and 60 km) ola charged me 1520 rs and completed the trip in after 30 minutes without reaching my destination. Ola driver drops me in the midway of a highway and charged the full amount. I have tried to reach ola customer care but they are least interested to give any support.
              His driver taken the full amount forcefully as i opposed him that my trip is not completed why you are not dropping me then he says get down from the car as i am not going anywhere. Ola looted my 1520 rs. I want my money back and strict action on that driver.

              I want my charged money back 1520 as they have closed my trip within 30 minutes whereas I booked for 6 hrs rental so as they had not completed the trip I want my money back.

                I had booked two cabs today and both were late. I had to wait for 30 mins for both the cabs
                Even after that one cab was still dropping their previous passenger. I was frustrated because i had to wait for more time and my time was wasted while i was on my tour. I want you to provide the vehicles which are near the location not the one which are very far away and still on another ride.

                  I am Ola postpaid Costomer fir so long.
                  I am sure you must be aware about your drivers behaviour with Costomers and rides. If not it’s your failure as a company.
                  Most of times drivers come to pick location and ask for cash or deny destination, and force us to cancel ride, which cost haae to pay by us.
                  Same thing happened to me also. I booked a cab from sector 52 Gurgaon to sector 6 Dwarka, Delhi .
                  Driver shivam(vikas) phone no [protected], CRN [protected] came to my location and asked for cash otherwise he denied to pick me up.
                  I was in hurry and cabs were very few so I agreed, I paid 300 incash and 247, transection I’d [protected], at end of ride.
                  Same time rs 547 showed up in my postpaid due, driver told to inform Ola and it will be cancelled from my postpaid.
                  I raised complaint with ticket no[protected].
                  I got 2 mails by afternoon, one from Mr. Nadeem pasha2 and one from Mr. alam pasha, stating that it’s all my fault and they can’t help me.

                  Now I have some questions
                  1 . I haven’t paid to Ola yet from my Ola money as u m postpaid Costomer, when I have raised concern, why that amount can’t be cancelled from my postpaid dues?
                  2. When nothing can be done by these useless people, everything is automatic, why are u paying them handsome salary.
                  3. If you can’t handle ur drivers for such rude behaviour with Costomer, it shows a serious safety loophole from your system. Costomer safety should be prime concern from company.
                  4. If all details I will provide, what is the system data you have .

                    On 3 november 2019 my friend booked a cab from yamuna bank metro station in the morning. After sometime the driver cancelled the ride and reached him. He came and said that where he wants to go he just give the fare that ola is showing. He would be taking that amount only. As my friend was not well so he agreed thinking it's same. On reaching the destination my friend made the payment of rs. 800 in the car only through paytm but as he was not well the driver helped him reach my room where he became unconscious. The driver called me outside and said that he has not given me money. As my friend was not conscious i could not ask if he has given the money or not. So i gave him the same amount of money of rs 800. But after a while my friend woke up and asked me what happened i told him that he asked me for money. We asked him to give back the money but he denied and ran away with his car. Car number is dl1zc5055 and driver name is bilal ahmad

                      lost mobile in ola cab

                      I boarded ola on 1st november, i have attached the required details about the same. After getting down from the cab i realized my phone is not with me along with air force dependent card. I called back my number after 10 mins. It was switched off. I called the driver he kept rejecting my calls. Then i lodged complaint about it in ola support then he received the call. I have lodged an fir about the same. Have mailed ola security requesting...

                      I am really disappointed with the Service I have been following ola support team from last months regarding the extra money which was charged during my ride.my registered number is [protected]. I have booked cab from hinduja hospital to bhayander on 3rd Oct 2019 and during ride i have made payment of 539 through card but when my ride completed i was charged by cash also and amount was 589. I have called so many times for your support team and they said simply one sentence your money will be credited in 5 to 7 days. I wanted to know weather from 3rd oct till today 5 days are not complted? This is ridiculous. I have attached my statement in this mail, have a look and refund my money as soon as possible.
                      If no action is taken i'll report the same on consumer forum

                        I had prescheduled ola, as i had a very important appointment. I received a call from the driver (Ramesh d naik-crn[protected] mins pior to the scheduled time. He informed that he would pick me up within the scheduled time. After waiting as he did not reach within the time specified, i called him up again. He spoke a bit rudely telling that he was waiting for me (Wn he was not waiting) when i checked and couldnt find him, tol me that he is on his way to pick me up. I kept waiting for half n hour and tried calling him. But he kept disconnecting the call. As a result i could not make it to the appointment on time, hence was cancelled. The driver could have atleast been courteous enough to inform that he would not be able to pick me up or that he would be late... I would have made some other arrangement. I tried calling customer care from app, bt its engaged 24/7. So i called up the driver askin for customer care number, he told me to call 121 (Airtel cust care no). And tried convincing me that was the ola customer care number.

                          I had prescheduled a ola cab. The driver called me 15 before the scheduled time and informed me that he would be there within the timeas he did not arrive within the time, i called him up again, he answered saying"am waiting for u"when i checked he had not arrived i told him so. He told that he would reach within few minutes. I kept waiting, after half an hour, i called him but he never picked the call., he would cut my calls. The customer care ws not responding either. Finally o cancelled my ride... I could not make it to my appointment. The ola people would charge for the bext ride for cancelleation. I am so saddened. The driver should have atlesst had the courtesy to inform dt he would not be able to pick me up. I would have made some arrangement. I lost an important appointment because of his reckless behaviour.

                            On 23 oct 2019 i pre-booked an ola cab scheduled for starting at 7.00 p. M. From my dombivli residence to panvel railway station, to board the train, pune ers superfast express (22150) at 9.20 p. M (Alongwith my husband).

                            Ten minutes prior to the scheduled time, i got intimation of driver assigned with contact details (Crn [protected]). But when i started calling the driver from 6.53 p. M. He did not turn up and refused to come for pickup and asked me to cancel, and not to call him, and take any other vehicle, by the time it was already 7.08 p. M.

                            I booked this ola cab, to board the train, pune ers superfast express (22150), at 9.20 p. M. And you can understand my mental condition. I tried to book another ride, but i was unsuccessful.

                            In parallel i got a cab on uber and by the time we started the journey, it was already 7.30 p. M. The traffic was very heavy and the decent uber driver put all his best possible efforts to leave us at panvel railway station in time to board the train, but could reach only by 9, 35 p. M. We could travel by the train only because of his sincere efforts and delay of the train arriving at the panvel railway station.

                            What do you propose in case we missed the train because of your ola driver’s last minute cancellation? He did not even bother to inform me that he will not come to pick us up? We are on specific purpose travel and everything gets cancelled like this? What about the wastage of money of tickets booked and the ola cab charges? What about all the various arrangements done by us for the travel and losing to attend the scheduled programme? How can you compensate all these?

                            If the booking is done to specifically board a train or flight and such things happen, what do you do towards this behaviour of your drivers? What is the responsibility and guarantee from your company towards the customer?

                            I want to mention that there have been many incidences of last minute cancellations experienced by many people whom i know, and this is very serious, please understand.

                            Please take necessary steps towards the above.

                            My family friend also narrated same story to me. Because of cancellation of Ola, they missed the flight and had to spend a larger amount of money to go by alternate flight. They didn't know how to complain and just suffered the financial and mental burden. This is last couple of weeks incident.

                            You should completely stop this type of cancellations once a driver is assigned. There should be professionalism and the customer should be given service by your company with responsibility and guarantee. Otherwise how can we be sure of the service? What if one misses his interview or important matters just because of your mistake?

                            Please take necessary action.

                              I had an urgent situation in my office and had to reach there asap. I booked two cabs from ola and both were disgustingly irresponsible.

                              The first driver immediately called me up and asked where am i going. Then he asked me if i’m paying online, i said yes, then he uttered “not possible. I don’t take online payments early in the morning”. What??? Really ola???

                              The second driver came to location in around 20 minutes. Before asking for otp, he asked for the destination and ruled out the chances of ride. He didn’t request, he almost asked me to get out of the cab. Extremely misbehaving. I told him i’ll complain to which he mockingly said “do it, doesn’t matter”. Does ola do anything about such incidents?

                              I called up customer care and told them about the second driver. They told me that they’re acting against the policy, we’ll raise a complaint and eventually his rating will down. What the hell!!??? You’ll pull down the rating, that’s all you can do when they go against your policy??? I doubt they do anything at all because otherwise how could the drivers be so fearless. This never happens in uber as the company takes immediate action.

                              I feel sorry to say that uber will rise way above ola because ola is an indian company that completely lack ethics.

                              For the second driver, if you can do anything at all, suspend him for a week may be so that they follow your policy with some seriousness. As a customer i want know what action you take. I lost my half an hour in an urgent situation. I deserve to know what you do. It cannot be your internal communication because i don’t trust you guys at all.

                                How to elaborate more could u plz explain i already called ola and explained to the lady who was on the call... I charged more than expected fare for the same distance i travelled already with ola and paid not more than 118 rupees... That day when i booked ola estimated was 117 and reached home driver took 258 that’s too much... If its busy time or something it should be shown in the estimate when i entered address that time it’s showing 117 than when i reached home driver said 258 it’s too much it’s like looting customers without any reason... Shows something when booked taxi when reached home fare is high how come i understood if i took another route or something for the same route i travelled to hospital to gtb nagar and paid the same amount whatever shown when i booked also sending u those receipts when i travelled... I travelled many places always when it’s peak time it shows in estimate... But this time shown different in estimate and charged highest amount that’s looting...
                                Also sending you screenshots travelled same distance same place before and what was the amount paid... Refer that receipt as well... If i knew going to be this crap and have to pay high amount i should prefer another source riksha or auto...
                                Check bloody receipts with bill amount paid for the same distance...

                                  I had already paid my dues for ola postpaid of ₹6054 but the app is not showing any update and i am being asked to pay again!
                                  If this isn’t frustrating enough to add to that there is no way at all to contact ola.
                                  The app does not give any option to file a complain for any issue related to postpaid payments. How is the customer even supposed to contact the company?

                                    I was charged twice for a single ride. Through ola postpaid and cash also. When i booked my ola ride in early days of September, i waited for 20-25 minutes to get a cab. Finally i got one. As usual, always, i selected Ola money. When the driver arrived at my pick up point, he denied saying he would only accept cash, and not through the wallets. As already i waited for almost 30 minutes, i did not want to cancel it and rebook. So, i called ola customer care and explained them the same story. One gentleman from the Ola customer care, asked me to call back and inform once the ride is completed. I paid the ola driver in full cash and called the customercare as suggested by the gentleman. He said, we would process your refund in 48 hours. I waited and waited. In return i was asked to pay the ola postpay, and every week, the interest amount is getting increased. On enquiring the customer care, they understand the issue and promised me that the issue would be solved in 24 hours. And everyday, I get a reminder of the payment to be made. They trust their drivers more than they do the passengers. I would never go for post pay. Please help me in this issue. This is the second time I'm facing such issue. First time I did not compliant and paid the balance. Second time, I called them and they agree that the call records are available but still I am being asked to pay

                                    Even after a fortnight, I did not receive any reply or response from the great "OLA/ANI Technologies". Still waiting for the reply. Sir, Please when you get some time, reply me, and the interest amount that I have to pay would keep on increasing endlessly.

                                      I had booked ola cab (Crn[protected]) from biju patnaik airport for 8 hrs/120 km package. I was told the estimated fare would be approx 1500/-. But i have been charged for 163.33 km and 8.22 hours whereas i travelled 117 km and for 7 hrs 14 min. I can share the invoice if required. I ended up paying 1885/-.

                                      Also to add i had booked ola (For the same package) the previous day from delhi (Crn[protected]). The estimated fare shown was 1400/-. This booking was cancelled by the driver at the last moment when i landed at the airport.
