Hi, this is with regard to the above subject that cab driver misbehaved with me and talked me in a very vulgar language on 7th december, 2019. I said sorry to him because by mistake i had cancelled the ride. I was trying to call him but unfortunately the ride was canceled. I said sorry to him but he continuously talked like i had committed a crime. So please look into the matter and i really disappointed with the services of ola and also don't charge me cancellation fees.
Ola don’t have sefty feature like customer care number or their availability in emergencies

    My ola account was blocked without any reason for the 3rd times. Last two time they replied that this happened accidentally due to their software end and unblocked me. Now again they have blocked my account without any reason. When i have contacted regarding they, they are simply saying that this is due to ola policies and system automatically blocked the account. They cannot do anything regarding un-blocking my account.

    They are not ready to tell me what kind of violation is done from my side. They are just sending of me the link of ola policies on terms and conditions. They need to look into the problem. If some kind of violations are done from my side they take action against me otherwise ready for the reverse procedure.

    I am also surprised for any kind of violation they done from my side. I just booked 4-5 times of cab without any cancellation.

      First of all we have faced many issues with ola but we kept using it which i am regretting now.
      For outstation or rentals your so called partners outright ask if it is cash or no. When we let them know that it is online payment then cancel the ride. And many times they say that they are on location but they are not after 5min ride gets canceled and we are charged cancellation fees.
      One of the most pathetic services. You can check on my account there are many issues which has been raised.
      Talking about above incident it was from sector 48 around 2.24 on 5th december for 4hrs 40kms after our first stop at qutub minar when we again set in car the application of your partner had some issue and in the app of your partner ride was showing cancelled and 22.5 inr you were going to credit to them. After the waste of time around half n hour partner centres and clients centre said that the ride is ongoing and we can continue with the ride. At that time i told my customer support that if i have booked the cab for 4hrs and if my half n hour gets wasted then it is waste so in a very sweet voice she said that she will look in to the matter and will refund back the amount or my fare would change. On second stop driver denied us to take us further again we wasted time when customer support tried to tell the driver that he should not take money and you will reimburse the amount to them but due to lack of trust between you and your partner he outright denied it. The partner call center said that we should give the money so there was conflict between both the call center of yours.
      On the top of that after so much harassment when we were ready to pay the amount the charges were shown at the time of booking was 976 but we were forced to pay 1014 even though it was not out mistake, you all had lack of communication, technical error, trust issue and our ride was for 27kms and 2.30hrs not more than that but we were forced to pay extra which we paid fully and now we are receiving a message that we have paid less amount shame on you all people. Such harassment will not be acceptable. Awaiting for some solution.

        Hi sir / madam
        Yesterday night i traveled with ola texi from gcc club mira bhayinder to patliputra nagar, anand nagar mumbai. Thats fare was 459 rupees which i paid by my debit card but when i reached my place that was show your portal pay by cash same on driver portal so i pay cash.
        Sir/madam please do the needful. Or suggest to me what i do..

          I had booked a cab to mysore (Outstation) on 01.12.2019, to pick us at 4.30pm at a location, on the outskirts of bengaluru, panchavati, the pavilion, on kanakapura road. The booking was confirmed through a message to my mobile. When i was waiting to be picked up, i got a message stating that, they cannot send the vehicle, because of the high demand. However, i was able to come back to bengaluru city and book another vehicle through makemy trip.com and completed the journey. I need an explanation from the company.

            The first share pick up point sri muneshwara swamy temple marathahalli to kpmg global services, bellandur the km was 6.1km and second pickup location is same sri muneshwara temple marathahalli the drop location was wipro sarjapur road 6.4km i called customer care sabrina the person who spoke to me she said it is done my app itself but in the have no option is given and the ola share they are giving a must to do everyone they want help inl the ola share driving a car in the traffic payless it is not fair it is our money

              I booked a ride on oct 21, 2019 from msr hospital. The rider cancelled the booking after 10 minutes into it and i could see he was near and he didnt call. He didnt pick up the call. When i am trying to book again, i am being asked to pay the cancellation charge rs.15. I called up customer service, both your entry level and escalation personal with no help

                This is with reference to above ride which i took from airport to my home on 3rd december 2019 morning.

                At the time of booking the fare shown in app was 750

                Later once the ride got finished the driver app showed bill amount as rs. 1366 which i paid him in cash

                It seems driver has cheated us by taking excess money.

                After some time my bill reflected in mail shows amount as rs.828

                I have written several mails to ola but my money is not refunded yet.

                Plz help me in getting my money back nd take strict action against such cab service provider.

                Await immediate action

                  I had taken an ola ride on September 13th 2019. I had paid the fare INR 235 through ola money. After few days, when I tried booking a cab through ola app, it showed that rs 235 is pending. Then lot of phone calls and mail escalations happened between me and ola support but to no avail. They convinced me to pay INR 235 again for a technical glitch of their own, and they promised me to refund the amount as soon as I pay it for the second time. I did it but then also I didn't got my money back. I am attaching all the details and screenshots of the issue for your kind perusal. Please solve my issue kindly.

                    I had taken an OLA ride from Mumbai Airport Terminal 1 to Mulund (Home) on 15th Nov 2019 which i had booked through OLA Mobile App. While confirming the booking I was requested for a wait time of approximately 10 minutes as the cab was out side of the Airport Terminal 1. Now, since the cab was outside the airport, i should not be charged with the Airport Parking fees of Rs. 120. But in my invoice, i have been charged with the same. I would like to know why i have been charged when the cab was not parked at the Airport Terminal 1 and had to wait for the cab to arrive at the Airport Terminal 1 from outside.

                    I would like to have a refund of Rs 120 back in my account.

After reaching airport I had paid by cash. I have used ola outstation.The amount was for Rs. 444/- and I have paid by cash Rs. 450/-. What I dont understand is that without paying the amount your cab driver wont allow us to diembark.

                      Then what is all this fuss.

                      Your driver wont allow the passenger to get without clearing the payment.
                      Then how come I have to pay the money.

                      Clarify the same.

                        My name is bhaskar mob. No.[protected], me and my wife are daily customer to ola (You can check my ride details of my contact no).. I have booked prime sedan on 04.12.2019 @ 8.30 am for my wife... As my wife is 6 months pregnant daily we are using ola cab for going to office. On the above date, driver deviated to the unknownroute which is very bad road condition, heavy traffic and also longest route... When she asked him to go in regular route he started behaving very rude. She tried to contact ola customer care nos. Where none of the numbers are getting answered... Then she opened the window and started screaming to go to police station... Then driver abruptly cancelled the trip and charged 222/- for just 6 km~8km drive... Finally she booked another cab and travelled 1 hour in such worst road, reached office late, paid double charges and got tired very badly in such a critical condition... If driver is good then no issues... Or else ola drive is not safe, and not economical too. Instead of giving good safety and price discounts to regular customers, it bothers for nothing once we book the ride because even if we cancel ride also we have to pay charges for them...

                          I took a ride from Chandigarh to Gurgaon on Dec 3, 2019. I was travelling with my mother who is 50 year old and my grand mother who is 75 year old with a fracture in her hand.

                          Driver was abusive towards us. He did not even spare my mother and grand mother from the loose talk. He made multiple stops during the ride at the secluded highway.

                          The payment has been debited from my account for the trip at 2:11 in the night screnhowever the driver got the police at my home asking for payment to be made in cash. I was asked by the customer support to pay in cash.

                          I was humiliated and harassed at the highet level.

                            I have made payment through ola postpaid. I have not received any cashback i'm call them and explaining my concern but the tell that the ticket was open.
                            I have issue with 3 cashback offers. Two transactions made on the same day.

                            I referred many of my friends to use ola money but they scolded me for suggesting me that. I can't know why they are not providing cashbacks....

                            I have to pay a sum of 2500 rs to ola because my ola driver told me to cancel the ride after reaching my pickup point. It was the first time i had used ola so i had not known about such penalties. The ola driver tricked me to cancel the ride because he did not want to pay ola the fee ola charges. He also charged me and my friend more than the displayed amount on the ola app.

                              The cab driver in question is Naved Alam, he reached the designated location picked by the Ola app. I was asked to guide him as he was parked in the wrong place, i explained him the way to reach me, and not to my surprise he explained his inability to step out or drive around to reach me.

                              Why are you (Ola) not available on social media in this day and age for grieviances. The website i am submitting ny complaint has a satisfaction of 2 % for over 7000 filed complaints. I do have the screen shot if the cancelled cab and i need you to show yourself on facebook and twitter and somehow find me by tagging me and explain yourself and actions of your representative (One Mr. Naved Alam).
                              Incase i do not get a satisfactory resolution to my complaint, i will take this further up the escalation matrix.

                                  I had book a rental last month from ola where the driver was to stay, unfortunately the driver didn't respond and left me all alone at 3 in the night hence i booked another ola to go home and paid duely for it, now i am being continuously contacted and harrassed tht i have to pay for the rental other wise action will be taken.                                   I went to ahmedabad airport by availing OLA services and charged me extra. Which you have agreed but refused to refund.
                                  Now I dowloaded OLA money app on mobile and request you to credit the amount to it so that I can use it according my convenience. I am uploading the mail received from you confirming extra charged to me.

                                    A driver bikas deka, guwahati, [protected], car number as25cc 0113 booked 2 full cab bookings at the same time and then took double money from both passengers which would be actually wrong and against the rules. When we agreed before the ride on different amount after the ride he was arguing for more amount and as we were getting late for flight and that # wasn't bulging therefore we had to pay at that time, therefore its necessary to give him necessary punishment so that he doesn't repeat this in future to anyone

                                      I am writing this as suggested by the support team from ola. There was a problem with the ride that i took on the 24th of august. The driver took the otp as soon as we got into the auto and said that he changed the payment mode to cash. Also he said that he would let us know the amount once the ride was over.

                                      Once the ride was complete, he told us that the amount was around 850 rupees or so, which we paid him in cash. As soon as he left, i see a message on the ola app that 457 rupees were also deducted from the ola postpaid account. This was absurd and so i raised a request on the very day via support and nothing was done. After a couple of days, i had raised another request explaining what happened and there was no response.

                                      Now i keep getting calls asking me to clear the dues and messages that this non-payment would result in further actions. Let me be honest - i don't give a damn about these messages.

                                      I had done my part by raising the requests on the same night, even though it wasn't my fault in the first place. You guys carry on with whatever actions you love. Again, i am only writing this upon a request from a gentleman from the support team whom i spoke with earlier today and again, i only picked the call as i had time to do so, it would have just been another missed call if i didn't have time to answer today.
