I wanted to let you know and need clarifications on the below serious issues
CHARGING EXTRA MONEY- I wanted you to let me know whether OLA has approved charging extra money from customers for the cab drivers or not. Because for all rides, drivers are charging extra 30-50Rs. If I deny it, they are demanding it, mentioning that OLA HAS APPROVED to charge extra money.

I booked an ola cab on 13/10/22 for 4hrs rental towards indirapuram ghaziabad from sarita vihar new delhi. The charges it showed was 949 Rs for 4 hrs. After arrival started I saw severe traffic jam in Noida starting point so I requested to return and immediately cab driver took u turn and we reached back home. I was shocked to see that I was charged 1231 Rs. for no reason. When I asked the driver he said it is all made by ola company and...

Not delivered scooty after successful payment...

Reference is made to CRN [protected] vide which I have booked ola cab online through ola app and after dropping driver Mr Simran Jeet Singh has taken double charges of Rs. 194 as online as well as offline also stating that online payment not received however payment already done via Paytm wallet and screen shot of the same attached for your ready reference...

I booked a ride from Mahagum Mirabella Sector 79, Noida, till Film City, Sector 16 (Times of India office).

While my estimated ride fare was Rs 261, I was charged Rs 368. I am trying to get in touch with their customer support, but no help....

Please help, Ola is scamming its now regretting customer!

I booked a mini ride for around 170. Although this was expensive enough already, I decided to along with it anyway because I was not in mood for bargain.

Then the ride was ok, the driver was ok, and he dropped us around our destination.

BUT TO MY SURPRISE, this app charged me 284! I was shocked like wtf. I would have NEVER EVER booked any...

Booked ola cab on 18 October last year... At 4 am in morning... Paid a total of 320 rupees in cash to to driver... But stilll showing payment pending......

I've already paid my ride bill but on the app it's showing that your amount of 426 is still pending under Ola postpaid. Due to which I can't book any other ride.
Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible....

I booked a cab on 03.10.2022in the evening from Dmart Karol Bagh Delhi to my home Village Jharera Delhi Cantonment with my wife, and during the ride my wife is feel so unwell but we reached at home safely, we have a total 5 to 6 bags of groceries and household items and we kept 4 bags on the seats and the rest 2 bags I put in the ola cab boot and when we reached the home the 2 bags which were in the ola cab boot which was left by mistake....

I want to be a ola bike rider. But after registration i didn't receive the login OTP. Again and again ola executive mail me that verify the email then you can use the ola partner app. Multiple times i contacted with oka customer care. But they respond just like mercy on me one single day. And after that day. They are not interacting with me. Kindly help. And their help number is also invalid. While calling i listened it....

I was returning from JSS Hospital, Mysore with my senior citizen father after OPD...

I was charged 3510 instead of 2359 shown as estimated fare. Firstly the distance between the pickup and drop is not 333 kms by any means. There were no deviations taken from the path. The estimated fare was INR 2359 and the end figure was INR 3510. Ride also concluded in 4 hrs hence no extra hourly charges would imply.

Now coming to the calculation done by your team/software is illogical. Firstly 333kms distance can't be completed...

Hello, I booked a cab using Ola Cab services dated October 6th, 2022. The estimated fare being ₹405, I booked a Prime Sedan the same day. Upon the arrival of my destination, I came to know that I've been charged ₹366 extra, i.e. ₹771 as my total fare price. My Customer Reference Number (CRN) is [protected].

Hence I'm filing a complaint under the subject "I have been charged higher than the estimated fare amount". Please...

Estimated cost was Rs. 689, which I paid by UPI before the trip ended. however at the end of trip, I was asked to pay an additional Rs. 143 for reasons unknown to me....

Ola has charged me Rs 200 extra for the ride.The charge was shown as 655 rs initially.But the driver charged Rs 200 extra for the ride purposely taking the long route while the shortest route was possible

I want the refund for the ride...

Dear Manager,
I am a retired officer from the central government. I booked my OLA ride on 1-Oct-2022 at 4:34 PM from Sainik Colony, Sector-49, Faridabad to New Delhi railway station.
The OLA taxi number visible to me on my mobile was HR55 AA 1915, Driver name: Azim Khan, White Etios.
My Rs 657 was put on hold by OLA at 4:34 PM on 1-Oct-2022. The OLA app showed me that a taxi would reach me in 6 minutes.[i.e. by 4:40...

Ola cars opened ola.cars for selling used cars. I bought a used wagon r from Bangalore in Feb. Their agents took all the details and took the money and gave car within one week and told car will be under your name in 2 months as that much time it takes for RC name change. I said ok.

They made a mistake by adding someone else's name to the RC. Now nobody from customer care is replying to my emails. Actually there is no-one...

My driver asked to pay Rs. 71 parking charges in cash while i boarded the cab. When i saw the fare breakup afterwards, it was already included in it. Please refund Rs. 71 at the earliest and take proper action against the driver.

We 7 person booked outstation ride and driver accepted the ride.
We waited for 25 minutes and then driver cancelled the ride
If same done be customer he will be fined by cancellation fee
If it is done by driver ther is no refund to customer for waiting period
Need to take necessary resolution...

I have taken a ride which was costing me between 310-325 everyday usually price. One day they charged me 417 for the same route ride when checked what happen the drived did not end the trip at my drop location he ended the trip after 5 kms away. when complaint was raised for they did not even respond properly . they looted my 92 rs. when spoken to supervisor only 54 was refunded. they try to loot in possible ways.
