I had booked an ola car from Kalina To Andheri (Amboli) oneway on 4th November. The normal taxi fare is Rs.192 to 200 for this route. While booking it showed Rs.196 and accordingly I booked. However, when I sat in the car and while submitting my OTP the fare changed to Rs.453/- which way too high for that distance. Since I had already sat in the car and the driver had started the cab, I did not cancel the same. However, on completing my trip I raised a complaint on OLA support about the high fare charged. Since I have option of postpaid, I did not pay the amount. I had repeatedly raised complaint with OLA for reviewing the fare charged and to charge me according to normal fare. They have failed to respond and now they have added Rs.50+Rs.50 as penalty for late payment and now they are asking me to pay total Rs.553/-. they are now also threatening me with legal consequences. In the past OLA cabs have history of charging me high fares after completing trips. PLs. take action on this and help me.

    Charged too much more from estimated fare

    I have booked a fare to Durganagar from Howrah. The estimated fare was 538 rs but at the end of ride it charged me 744 rs. Resolve this issue ASAP....

    My CRN no. is [protected]. This is regarding the Ola ride I took on 12th Dec'22.

    Driver name: Jhakir Khan
    Pick-up location: Quilla Mohalla, Rohtak-124001
    Destination: Indira Gandhi International Terminal-3, New Delhi
    Total fare at the time of booking: 1200 Rs.
    Final fare after the ride ended: 1788 Rs.
    Distance between pick-up location & destination as per google: 78.6 km.
    Distance between pick-up location & destination in my Ola ride: 136 km.

    There is a "57" km, difference between my ride and the google result. Because of this extra 57 km, my fair price increased from 1200 to 1788 and I was charged 588 rupees extra. A variation of 4 to 5 km is justifiable, but a 57 km difference is unacceptable and unjustifiable.

    Since it was an outstation ride, so we paid toll tax of Rs.100 also. So, in total we paid Rs. 1888 to the driver through Gpay & Cash.

    When we asked the driver how the distance increased so much, he wasn't having any answer. He clearly took a long route in order to charge extra money and fooled us. And the driver was threating us that if you don’t pay extra money, he won’t give your luggage.

    I want a refund of the money I was charged extra and that strict actions should be taken against the driver & give negative / Zero rating. It was overall a bad experience in outstation ride.

      On (16th November) around 09.49 am, I had booked ola. For this ride, I paid money through cash to the driver. But in the app the status showing pending. Regarding this I called the driver and ola customer care several times but they didn't pick up my call. Pls do the needful.

          I had booked a cab on 2nd December 2022. The total fare was Rs.373. Rs.128 was paid through ola money wallet. Balance Rs. 245 was paid in Cash to the driver. Still in app it is showing as pending. Please resolve the same.(Refer the screenshots attached)

            I booked a ola with payment option to pay on the Ola app only using Google pay after ride.

            But after the ride on drivers mobile app, it showed that i have to pay in cash hence i paid to the driver on his Google pay thinking that i might have selected payment by cash

            Later i am shown outstanding payment on Ola app too. Why should I pay twice when I have already paid.

            My ride details of that ride are not accessible on my mobile app too, page stuck on loading, must be a bug with that ride, and not any network issue on my end as all other ride details are accessible

              I took a trip from Delhi airport to Pratapnagar on 27th oct 2022 and the bill amount was 767. After the ride driver told me that he will only take cash so I paid him the bill amount in cash and he told me that he will complete the trip from his end as paid. But now I can see that OLA has charged that 767 amount in my ola money postpaid which is due on 4th December 2022.

              Why should I pay late fee for the amount that got debited again even after paying through cash?

              I am trying to raise a complaint on the app but it always says an error occurred. please see the attached screenshots.

              I ask you to verify this soon and waive off 767 rupees of my postpaid wallet as my time is running out.

                  Have purchased the car on4th June 2022.The policy said if the customer is not satisfied with the car within the 7 days from the date of purchase then they it back.As per the policy i have drafted a clear mail on the 5th day of purchase i.e, on 9th June. From the day i have mailed i haven't received any proper response.By the month of July i was handovered RC from them. Many calls and mails done by me to them but i haven't received any response .whenever i get a call they tell that RETURN IS REJECTED BY MANAGEMENT.The reason they give is, as name is transferred to my name. How can they transfer it to my name when i raised a request for return??
                  [protected]-im following up through this number with the company no proper solution i have received from them.when i told them that i will go for consumer complaint they are responding easily to go with it.As a middle class man i came with second hand cars which costed me around 6.70lakh and its a huge for me.Not sure how many people are going through with this company.

                    I have booked a Ola mini cab and the amount shown at the time of booking was Rs. 591. After completion of journey the fare charged was 1260. I have called & complained to Ola multiple times and their routine reply is 'Dynamic Fare'. Meanwhile the Ola money is harrassing me to clear the dues which is an inflated amount.

                        Payment Made in cash because of strike in the month February 2022, No cab drivers are willing to accept the Ola money payment so they have to pay in cash actual amount was Rs350 however the driver asked for Rs400 to drop off to the New Delhi railway station on 2 February 2022.Here is the CRN number
                        CRN[protected]. After that I have spoken to Ola executives related to that and they said it will be taken care ASAP. However till date I am receiving the emails and calls that your payment is due and they threatened over the WhatsApp with their scripts which is I am going to share below.
                        Just take care of these kind of consumer harassment I am fed up with these messages and calls please do something about it.

                          I had book an ola cab for my sister on Nov 08 2022 at 1.00 PM. Driver was rude throughout the trip and when my sister reached her destination then this guy argued about the place he is going to drop as my sister's drop location was just little away.
                          he argued and then locked my sister in cab. then my sister called me and then i called driver to let her go and take this matter to ola. so he let her go but started abusing at road and try to physical harass my sister. then my sister threw the fare to him and ran away.
                          after this driver called me and abused me for 10 mins.
                          I raised this complaint as this is against women safety and what kind of criminal minded drivers they are hiring.
                          I have rented the cab from ola and its their responsibility that women should feel safe and their drivers are not trying to abuse or harass the women. I am raising the complaint to understand why my complaint is not been taken seriously and also what kind of hiring OLA is doing that criminivcal activity is not a big deal.

                            I had booked outstation ola for to and fro journey in the morning of Sunday 16th oct from chandigarh sec 44A to Baba balaknath temple, Garhkal, near kasauli.

                            The estimated fare shown was approx Rs 1600.

                            It started at 9:50 AM and was completed at around 3.10 pm at sector 7 panchkula and the total distance covered was 120 kms as confirmed by driver also.

                            When the journey stopped, the total bill generated was for Rs 11111, 1059km, 320 min. I.e 200 hrs travelling per hour in wagon R. Rs 5099 was automatically deducted from my ola post paid and 6111 was shown as payable. I was stunned after seeing the invoice.

                            The invoice shows covering 1059 kms in 320 min on hilly area. How the GPS system of the company calculated the distance is also beyond imagination.

                            In top of it, I had to catch train and then this event happened.I tried Ola customer care no 50 times but it was not getting connected.

                            The driver support of ola was also clueless when driver explained the whole scenario to them and had no resolution.

                            After making numerous calls and writing complaints, I received a mail on 25th October 2022 that Rs. 3383 will be refunded in 10 business days. Now almost 15 days have elapsed but I have not received the amount. The customer care has no answer. I am attaching all the relevant mails and invoice.

                              I booked an auto ride on 27th Oct 2022 with payment mode as cash. The trip cost was Rs.585/- and I paid Rs.600 as cash at the end of trip. Driver received it and went away. However, now the driver is denying cash received and marked it as due against me.

                              I called the driver, he picked up the call once & when i asked about the trip/payment, he disconnected and never answers my calls until today. Atleast 50 calls made until today.

                              Raised complaint multiple times with Ola since 29th Oct'22 and they keep closing the support tickets without proper investigation & resolution. It's extremely frustrating to see Ola support team blindly believes the driver statement, simply denies responsibility and asks me to repay again for the trip.

                              I called Ola again 4 days ago but I was told to produce evidence for cash payment. I asked following questions to Ola but did not get any satisfactory response.
                              1) I have not seen any Ola driver providing on-the-spot evidence/receipt/confirmation for cash paid. How is it feasible to produce a receipt for my payment? The auto driver fraud is not picking up my calls.
                              2) how is Ola believing the driver and not the customer. The basis of Ola believing their driver partner is said to be based on their internal policy/procedure.
                              3) if its a cash payment mode selected, will the driver go without collecting cash after dropping me.
                              4) how did Ola allow immediate next booking for me and I made cash payment without any hassle.

                              When i create this post this in Ola facebook page, they keep deleting the post! I keep raising the issue and the support team keeps closing it by simply asking me to repay the trip fare.
