Unnecessary ola postpaid auto enabled ruined my account, which I never wanted- on phone number [protected].

They did not have option in software to Deactivate also Post Paid.

Daily in and out, misbehaving calls in odd hours which are threatening to disrepute by downgrading Cibil scores, or send police to house or take neighbours sign if not at Home.

This isso so very very uike OLA.

Shame on OLA. Shame on Bhavish and Team.

Kindly penalise OLA severely and order to refrain from such anti customer tactics.

    We were about to travel to Yashoda hospitals on urgency. Auto arrived but rejected to drive us to Yashoda secundrabad, just it was post paid. I was wondering what is the problem and how old manages these auto men. We were really in emergency.

      Booked an ola auto ride 8/1/2021, driver called via ola for 135 rs. and asked for extra cash only then he will come, I said okay, after completing ride I paid 150 rs.bit in app it is not updated, I am unable to book another ride, ola resolve this, I am experiencing such issue 3rd time from ola

          I, Kailash chandra Sharma, booked a ride on 29.09.2021 and the total bill for the ride was 222/- and i have paid the same in cash. But later when I was booking another ride I came to know that the earlier bill of Rs.222/- which I have paid in cash is showing due. I informed the same to the customer care through email on 24.11.2021 against which I received a call from OLA that they will rectify the mistake in the app. But now more than one year later also the Bill of Rs.222/- is showing due in the App. And that is the reason I am unable to use the app for booking ride.

          Hence I request the authority to take action against OLA for deficiency in Service and direct the OLA to rectify the mistake and clear the same.

              Ola Cabs as been calling to ask for outstanding dues for a service that i use when i travel to the city in which they operate. I pay the driver on a proper QR code or in Cash or gpay and yet i suddenly start getting calls saying i have outstanding due and topped up with late fees.

              the kind of response on phone support is "Ma'am we will send you a link...u just need to click on that and the back end team will know that there is a technical problem because of which they will put a stop to the outstanding dues..."

              when i get this email it states a support email id. What a joke. Everytime i write to them...new tickets get genrated, ppl call back saying that will have someone else call me and then mark resolve to the ticket then and send confirmation which they have done by mere acknowledging that call in return of the email. Ridiculous.

              even in this forum for similar complaints... same kind of behaviour.

              this is a full blown scam why should i pay for a service i have already paid for when i finished my ride.

              more so! the agent calls only to tell you that dues are 30 days up so he cant do anything and that i should have called 30 days time frame. I don't live in the city i used the service... i delete the app and didn't even have the knowledge that i am being wrongly charged

                Sir I have a car up16et5909 my car toggle button on / off i press button apply then I show sever error outstation audit is pending I tell problem customer care but he is denied and tell me wait long time I have all india permit car i didn't receive 2 month outstation ride I have many problems face and I tell I want to talk your superior but customer care can't talk superior plz solve my problem I have many problems face & money problem

                  I had a ride with Ola on 30.11.2022 from airport. Amount charged ( Rs 1609/-) instead of Rs 922/- which was the fare estimate when we checked. After many emails and calls explaining the issue Ola has been refusing to resolve the issue.

                  The amount I got while booking was
                  Rs 922/-. The reason for booking is the amount, driver has rerouted and has misguided us. How can there be a difference of Rs 700/- almost close to double the fare I was displayed at the time of booking (Rs 922/-).

                  Such bad behaviour by the driver side even after asking him which route be was taking us through with rash driving and Ola as a service is extremely poor not concerned about the customer even after raising complaint

                  Can I know why the customer is charged Airport parking charges? Is it even acceptable, totally absurd.

                  Terrible service by OLA. Very high prices, they are fraud.

                  On their application they say that no parking or toll charges but they levied charges on every customer.
                  Preparing for a trip is very important in my opinion. It is clear that it is impossible to prepare 100%, but it is worth planning a base. This is a hotel reservation, air tickets, car rental if you travel by car. By the way, you can rent it right at the airport, link here and learn more about the service.

                    Ola has been charging extra money in fares to the customers and it’s unfair. I was charged 193 rs for 7 kms wheresas, Uber was charging only 150rs for the same distance. Recently ola has been doing it very often in PUNE and is chal eating with its customers

                        I had booked cab at 12:10 pm on 28th Dec, 2022 from Mahadevapura to Nrupathanga Road, the initial fare while booking the cab was Rs316. I was charged Rs1084 since the driver didn’t end the trip. On raising this issue with Ola they said that the customer requested for destination change which is not true. Again the Ola customer care chose to believe their driver instead of customer. PS. I have been using Ola from past 5 years.

                            On 26th Oct'22, I booked a Ola Cab for Bengaluru Airport drop vide CRN [protected]. Initially the fare amount was shown as 908/- at the time of booking the ride but eventually I had to pay Rs 990/- after reaching the airport, a surge of Rs 82/- . But most importantly the complaint is regarding the deficient services as the AC of the cab was not working, the cab was not clean (as they always claim) and the driver was not wearing the mask properly. For more than one hour, I alongwith my family travelled in that cab with the window glasses in rolled down condition, this getting exposed to the polluted air of Bengaluru City. After starting the ride, the driver informed us that AC was not working as we requested him to roll up the window glasses.He refused plainly.As we had to rush to the airport we continued with the ride thinking that we will complain against such deficient and unhygienic services to Ola. However on complaining to Ola, they only have a coupon of Rs 82/- towards the compensation of excess fare and didnot refund the entire fare amount which we had demanded considering the deficient services which their driver partner had rendered to us.It has been more than one month now but still the refund is awaited from them.They not only have to refund the entire amount, which they charged us through cheating but also pay the compensation to towards the harassment meted out. Further, due to exposure to pollution, my family (wife and son) took ill and suffered from fever, severe cold and cough for which I had to spend on their medication. I demand justice, in the form of a refund ( Rs990/- ) and compensation (Rs 5000/-) towards mental harassment & medication charges, to be done with me by Ola for fraudulently taking money from me, deficiency in their Cab service and unhygienic condition of the cab.

                                    I had booked an ola car from Kalina To Andheri (Amboli) oneway on 4th November. The normal taxi fare is Rs.192 to 200 for this route. While booking it showed Rs.196 and accordingly I booked. However, when I sat in the car and while submitting my OTP the fare changed to Rs.453/- which way too high for that distance. Since I had already sat in the car and the driver had started the cab, I did not cancel the same. However, on completing my trip I raised a complaint on OLA support about the high fare charged. Since I have option of postpaid, I did not pay the amount. I had repeatedly raised complaint with OLA for reviewing the fare charged and to charge me according to normal fare. They have failed to respond and now they have added Rs.50+Rs.50 as penalty for late payment and now they are asking me to pay total Rs.553/-. they are now also threatening me with legal consequences. In the past OLA cabs have history of charging me high fares after completing trips. PLs. take action on this and help me.
