Dear team,

I had been operator for a the vehicle ka01ag3130 since 22nd june'19 till 12th aug'19 as my driver couldnt get the expected revenue out of it.

We were committed that we will be given with trip bonus of rs 8000 which was not even looked in to even after multiple calls & requests to our rm.

The daily average operator bill was around 1500 in which the lease amount would be 1100 & rest will be for diesel. Post the vehicle was dropped back to you im trying to get in touch with the person who had processed the lease agreement at the initial stage. He was the one who had ensured best revenue post agreement.

We have been trying to understand the reason for low revenue no body at ola helped us. They just use to call the driver & tell that we will activate the vehicle & start the job so that he will get good trips & revenue. Nobody tried to help us in knowing the actual reason for low revenue. The increment in revenue was not even found.

The outstanding at the end became around 10, 000 so we didnt want to run the vehicle anymore with which we may have to end up in taking loans to clear the same which is not we expected from this business.

Now we had paid sd of rs 30, 000 & wanted to know the status of it. What is the process to get it back. Also how about the trip bonus post 70 trips (More than 150 trips completed). Attaching is the screen shots for vehicle returned acknowledgement

I am from Bhopal & frequently ola cab user but last few months ola cab drivers are creating problem by doing cancellation of drive after knowing destination. This is very problematic for passengers & we are not expecting this from a repudiated cab company.
This is your kind of information & necessary action.

    I booked ola cab on the 25th evening
    (Driver name - ishtikar - [protected]) and received driver and car details. Supposed to be reaching in 8 minutes. Did not arrive for 15 minutes. I called the driver who said he is 3 minutes away. He asked me my destination and after that to my surprise the booking was cancelled by the driver. On top of it i was charged rs.50 on my next ride which i booked after this cancellation? Where as i did not cancel the booking. Infact was harassed.
    I had to wait ion the rain. Landed up paying rs.50. No fault of mine.

        I had a pre-booked ride to a school at 6:35 am this morning. But the ride was not allocated to me even at 6:35 am, when there were cabs around!!! Is this a joke!!! Or do you guys have no idea how to handle pre-booked cabs??

        Anyhow, booked a new cab again. The cab was just 2 mins away!! But it didn't arrive on the pickup location till 11 good mins!!! Called the driver and told him the drop is at a school so please if he could hurry up!! And the driver was soo irresponsible!!! He just didn't move from his place!!! For 11 mins!!! Nor cancelled the ride!!! What kind of service is this!!! And sadly, this is not the 1st time this kind of thing has happened!!! My brother was late to school and he missed a day, just because if you guys!!! Do you understand the importance of time??? If the driver has to wait for 2 mins, we customers are levied with heavy charges!!! What is your action on this?

        And sadly, i am itseems getting a priority cab allocation and pick-up service from you guys!!! #!!!

        Earlier, i have even had an experience on ola of the driver taking me to a wrong route without my consent and then i was charged an extra amount for the irresponsible (Maybe heinous) act of the driver!!! What else is left!!!

        Good to hear about the actions on the driver. However, is the issue only with the driver? I don't think so !! What about your own policy of charging customers when we cancel a cab at the last moment? What about the charges you levy on us when a cab is kept waiting for even 2 mins?? Very conveniently the driver is punished, what about you??

        Do you assure me that anytime henceforth I cancel my cab or keep it waiting for 10 mins, I will not be charged a penny?? Then why shouldn't I get the same benefit from you guys when you have failed as an organisation !! And that too not just once, but multiple times !!! I have spoken to so many people today to realize I am not the only one to have faced this issue !!!

        This issue is not going to be resolved until the cancellation charges that you apply to a customer for cancellation and waiting are added to my account. I have already raised the complaint with consumer forum. Will not take me much time to start up a complaint against you when so many people like me have faced the same issue multiple times, but no resolutions yet !!! You guys still function the same way !!!

        Expecting a quick resolution, not a mail stating the same thing over and over again !! We work in corporates as well. We do know how work is done !!!

          I booked the below attached cab today as mentioned for safety measures i was not allowed to let the driver my address so i said it's already mentioned in the app when driver asked me but when i got in to the cab i said the driver about my location and then he asked me to get down from the cab and said that he will cancel the drop.. I said why is he doing that after i got into the cab as a female customer should not be treated in this manner so i said i'll sit in the cab and book the other vehicle which he resisted and asked me to get down then and there i said to call his manager otherwise i will complain about him he called someone and later took the otp.. I was about to call your customer service but as usual you won't have number which is pathetic so as the service.. I'll definitely go to consumer court and complain about your service as this whole incident has caused me mental agony... I will take necessary action about this matter and will inform all my friends and friends that if they want to travel safe opt out of ola and also will publish in all the social services..

          At the end educate your worst drivers as not to ask customer drop details before picking them up... And i need a call or reply from your superior who is capable enough to answer my question and give value to my money.

            I have booked ola auto on 26/08/19 from mylapore to birla planetarium. Driver asked me otp to start ride i have said otp to him after entering otp driver asked me what was the payment option you choosen. I said ola money, after that driver has ended my ride at starting point it self and ola has charged me rs.51/- for same i have raised complaint on auto driver, ola support replied me disciplinary action will be taken on auto driver and your money won't be revert to my ola account.in above case i didn't do any mistake even though i have charged rs.51/- unnecessary. I just want to tell ola that remove ola money payment option for ola auto so that like me others can't face such situation when they book ola auto

            I paid bill amount as cash 165 on 21/08/19 to driver and ended the ride. But later it is showing as not paid, pending payment. I received calls from Ola desk within 2 hours asking related to payments and I said the payment was made by cash. But still it is showing as pending payment
            I booked an Ola for my mom.I had already made payment of 321 rs via gpay.but the driver again charged my mom 350rs.On calling him .he told me that he will come and return the money then he stopped receiving my calls.On informing ola they informed me that the driver had not received any money and they refused to refund.

              My name is rachana and my registered mobile number is [protected].

              I have been receiving recovery and threats calls from ola cabs asking me to pay the due of rs 360. I have been using other cab services as well, apart from ola but ola cab services is the worst cab service provider.

              I use to pay instantly to the drivers for all my rides and never opted for post paid service.in spite of that, i am now receiving frequent calls from ola automated call service team to pay 360 immediately and if not legal action would be taken on me.

              The calls literally spoils the day and irritates a lot. I tried searching for the nodal office details of ola and could not get any info in the internet. Even the customer care numbers mentioned are never reachable.

              Please let me know on the process of taking this legally on the customer forum.

              I have booked a cab by 6.50.. driver called n told like he is arriving.. I waited for 30 min and called back.. he is saying something I have clicked and it got cancelled.. how can a person wait for such a long time and finally what he does is cancellation.. how one can cheat in that way??

                This has happened many times to me and also with almost everyone i know. You book a ride, the driver picks you up, then asks you to cancel the ride saying he’ll take the same amount ride. Lately, you’re charged an even higher rate (Nearly double) to go the same distance.
                Today, i called an ola and the estimated fare was rs. 386/-. The driver saw my drop location and knew i had to go to the airport. He asked me to cancel the ride and said he’ll take 500/- instead. Despite of me showing him the ride fare on my phone, he refused to go for anything less than 500. I was running late and didn’t have the time to book another ride. Which is exactly what he took advantage of. Plus on top of all this, i was charged with a cancellation fee of rs.50! Which of course i got rid of though the app reporting the driver asked me to cancel to ride.
                Recently i feel this has been happening with every ride i book and it just doesn’t make sense use ola’s services anymore.
                The company isn’t going to make any money like this and neither are the customers going to be satisfied with paying double the rates!
                I never thought i’d say this but right now, it’s cheaper, easier and more convenient to get an auto.
                Driver cancelled the trip why i will pay I will book again so please reduce 100 because your side faults thank you and then yesterday Avadi to maraimalai nagar fair is 714 same car and today you charged 911 same place same time same way why you charge is very high? CRN [protected]) first that driver not come at my location he ask me to come his location and while driving he had talking on the phone continuously even he droped my parent to other location and he did misbehave with us along with he asked me to extra money which i given by phonepe .He abused us also.

                    with reference to CRN [protected], i have booked ola cab thru Ola apps having price shown Rs. 130 for the trip . Before the ride I have asked the driver too that I am not going to pay/cancel the trip i[censored] have asked me to pay the parking charge of Rs. 71 which is absolutely unethical. The driver called me to come to the parking location and u need not to py any amount . after the ride the bill shown Rs. 220 including the parking charges, Why should I pay the amount ? Are you forcing us to pay the amount ? Like the driver threatening me to pay the amount or else he will not leave us even after talking to ola customer care representative . Its really worst experience . After the end of the ride, I was forced to pay the amount Rs. 220 with having fear that given by your driver. Why should i pay the parking amount where i am not there/ ? Also extra claim was happened, if you have check there is differential amount . Please refund my money . The driver behave was so bad, I have seen in life .

                      I just finished a ride on ola cab. As my grand maa had boarded the cab the driver took advantage of her age and knowing he took a longer route and i had to pay the bill for bigger amount. Estimated amount was 138 where as bill amount was 207. Over that he has fought with my grand maa to pay what's shown in the bill and not as was shown earlier.                       I (Dipankar Bose, Mob No.- [protected]) had a ride on 12.08.19 from Esplanade Metro to Birati which was estimated of Rs. 323.00. But I was requested to pay Rs. 373 via google pay including Rs. 50.00 cancellation charge. I paid the amount via Google pay. But when the ride end I was charged Rs. 156.00 extra and it cost Rs. 529. Please refund Rs.156.

                        I always pay my bill through ola money or cash, never used post paid ever since using ola. But now my post paid bill to be paid is showing 978/- in my account where did it came from, what do i do? I can't even contact customer care. We are never able to contact customer. Ola need to provide better customer care service to progress. We can never contact.

                          I, col surya pal singh rawat, had booked ola cab from pocket -3, sector -8, rohini on 25-08-19 at around 4: 00 pm. The vehicle driven by mr rashid, contact details are +[protected], came at around 4:09 pm. The vehicle was required to go to my destination sector -56, gurugram. After having crossed dhaula kuan and before getting over the first fly over, rashid had received a call from his comrade looking for assistance. He requested me despite being being told that i've a meeting. But, i thought, might as well help his friend who's in a dire need. He steered his vehicle towards rao tula ram marg towards shantipath. I asked him what about the extra damages likely
                          To be incurred. He politely said that we'll adjust. Anyways, the vehicle almost took 45 minutes, the place from where he had steered his vehicle towards rao tula ram marg towards shantipath and back to the place from where we could resume our journey. On reaching my destination, the total fare was rs 1128/= and i handed him rs 1000/=. I was expecting a return but instead, he politely said "thank you sir" and drove off. Now, if you see the fare from rohini to gurugram doesn't go beyond rs 800/= and if at all it goes then it is most likely due to traffic congestion but not that extent. It was shock to me when your customer care contacted me today stating that i didn't pay the complete amount. Perhaps, you aren't aware how regular i'm on ola cabs and why would i stop paying balance amount rs 128/=. Please guard against these thieves. I'm from mumbai and i'm scared to hire any taxi in delhi but beggars can't be choosers. Please treat matter seriously or if possible stop this character mr rashid before he maligns the image of ola completely. He's not attending to my call ever since this anecdote.

                            Ola outstation (Crn - [protected], vehicle no.- ka109175) was assigned for trip for 250+ kms. The cab quality was very bad and was not hygienic at all.ac was not working that too in today's hot weather. Also, car window's controls were not working.

                            The cab broke down in onward journey which was around 100 kms from bangalore and it took around 1 hour to get it repaired. But again it broke down in our return journey and almost took the same time to get it functional.

                            We paid around 3k for this journey, suffered in hot weather plus it wasted our time as well.

                            Ola customer care denied for a refund and said they have monthly checkups on cab quality but it was very evident from car's condition that it was clearly not the case.

                            I have uninstalled ola a d also complained on twitter ola to stop the sms like your balance wallet is low etc. i am being told on twitter that these kind of smses like wallet alert can't be stopped. what do you mean even after uninstalling ola and not using ola

                              A driver rode my family to the destination but forced them to cancel the ride... As they had less knowledge about using the app they canceled it and now ola charged us extra fee for cancellation... I am totally dissapointed cause instead of helping people reach safely to their destination... These drivers need opportunities to deceive them... If this continues it is better to use public transportation rather using ola and uber.
                              I paid 254/- for ola cab on 12:06 A.M of today (23/082019)through googlepay account no:[protected] to [protected]@axisbank, but due to some problem to that payment didn't appeared on driver phone.so that I paid for cab by hand Cash to that driver of amount 306/- .please refund my amount immediately as soon as possible.

                                  We are 4 members and today we booked for an auto in ola, the driver came and after we told the top, he told that he was supposed to charge ₹50 extra if there were 4 members and that's a rule. It wasn't mentioned anywhere that 4 members should not travel in a single auto. After that when we decided to cancel the ride, we weren't able to do so as the otp was given and he told that ola would debit extra money when we book for the next ride. Before this incident we have travelled as 4 many times and none treated us this way, also when we approached the ola customer care, they responded in a way as though the driver was only right. So, i find it completely disrespectful and arrogant, as we didn't find any such disclaimer that we would be charged extra if we travel as 4. This spoilt our good mood and it wasted our precious time.

                                    And i booked the cab around 6:14
                                    Micro: white dzire tour
                                    That person said he will be coming to pick me up. So i did not cancel the ride and i waited for almost 20mins. And later he cancels the ride so now im being charged with rps 50.
                                    I clearly asked him if he can come. Seriously he wasted my time and money! And if the cab driver cancels the cab, he should be charged for it. Not the customer. Seriously you guys have stupid policy!

                                      On[protected] at 02:17 pm booked ola cab from sri vijay nagar colony, visakhapatnam to gnanapuram railway station, vishakhapatnam.
                                      The driver kallepalli sandeep kumar car no. Micro crn[protected] cancelled the ride without prior intimation and rude in behavior for asking the reason of cancellation.

                                      We book ola transport for a hassel free and comfort ride to our destination
                                      You suppose to hire people well mannered and experienced not only in driving but the way in handling customers as well.

                                      Am a female and the ola driver left with no prior intimation this how you serve your customer from you are making out money?

                                      More over am charged with rs.50 for cancellation which i haven't done.

                                      If this driver is not asked to send a apology this complaint will be straight going to consumer court.
                                      Be prepared for that.

                                      Being polite is not being weak.
