I'm a tourist and I used ola in india.
One of the Ola driver is spamming me with inappropriate content on whatsapp and he tries to call me often! His text content is sexual related!
In the first place he is making use of customers details which is very very wrong!
I will never recommend OLA to any Malaysia users as it is very unsafe.
Kindly take action before I make this an issue to the police!

    Hi yesterday i went sadashivnagar to devanahalli akash hospital through ola indica car when i was booked it shows estimated cost of rs.553 dropped there and again i have rebooked in the same cab return to same place.. So final bill shows rs.1789. How it possible this is too much of cost.. Plss can u people give clarity.. Also i tried many times for customer care it's not connected.. It very difficult plss we want clarity.. Don't give customer these type of difficulties..
    I booked OLA cab on 1st Sept 2009.when we asked to driver to drop the destination point he denied and stated misbehave with ladies & start arguments, very bad experience i ever seen with OLA, take action against him.

      I have travelled by ola having crn[protected] and invoice no. Divlugzzd156766 date 30/aug/2019 (Bill attached your referance). Bill estimate amount is rs 212 and pay amount is rs 492. I have travelled from nicco park to charnock hospital having distance approx 15.8 km but bill showing 28.1 km.
      Please refund my money in ola account wallet. This is for kind information and necessary action.

        I'm not able to reach ola customer care number in my support section and it comes busy all the time i try.

        Ola gave me an offer discount but i didn't get it back.
        Also, inorder to add google pay account it debited refundable amount of rs..1 however that was also not credited back.

        Ultimately ola is cheating in india.
        It cheats both the customer as well as drivers.
        We are all suffering with ola. Please ban ola.

          Dear team, i am venkatasubramanian from coimbatore and my contact no. [protected]

          My crn is [protected], in the early morning the driver came was not reflective in the app. Some other person came with unwanted audio in the cab loudly in 6.00 am, he not behaved properly and with long beard and he was not looked like a driver and weared an ear phone. By request of me he not lowered the volume and even not removed the earphone to entered the otp told by me.

          He was doing some other things instead of continue to raid, even though i had to catch my bus. Asking to put otp, he used bad words without any respect.

          Is ola using rowdies to operate a cab to threatened customers with burglary and robbery. This is highly disgusting, if ola won't take action of this issue and confirm with me, otherwise the issue will escalate various levels to resolve.

            I have lost close to 700 rupees on the whole by paying trip amount via cash and postpaid option. I have booked for my relatives all the 3 times so they didn't know its postpaid option and they paid via cash mode. Such intentions will results only loose in dignity. As last option submitting my complaint here. Show loyalty to regular customers.

              I had booked ola bike today at 2:15 pm and had an issue with the driver after i reached my destination the issue which i had after reaching my destination is that he was not having change and also he was arrogant and secondly he was arguing with me.

              How u guys send such drivers to the customers who dont have change and dont know how to talk to people properly is this your way u guys send your drivers?
              Also he charged me extra money when i booked ola at my pickup point it was 40rs

              I have lodged a complaint against u and the driver also i request u to check with the drivers before they start their duties to pickup the riders i request u to take severe action on each driver to ensure that they have exact change

                This is shubham anthwal, from delhi, india. I am fed up with ola.
                On 22nd june i booked a cab from cannought place to shalimar garden (Ghaziabad) and i paid rs 474 via cash to the driver. Suddenly a few days back, i get a message from ola that i haven't paid my amount and they'll barr my services and will charge me extra.
                What kind of behaviour is this? This is so rude and unprofessional. I am mentally harassed because everyday i get a call and mail from them, asking to pay again.
                I had a word with them on call and mail both, but they are not ready to understand and now they have added penalty charges and now asking for rs 574.
                I want to sue ola for this and i am tired of their calls and mails.
                Please help me out!!

                  Its very pathatic service by ola driver who driven the car from aband vihar to my place without ac. My wife felt very bad as she was not well and felt very discomfort is very very very pathetic service.. Hindi me bata deta hu

                  Dimag ki dahi kr di pata nhi in ola driver ko koi track krta bhi hai ya nahi ki ye kasi service de rahe hain koi hai jimmedar person sb k sb kaamchor aur rishwat khor hain har jagah yahi milta hai duniya k samne toh itna achha dikhate hain jaise inke jaisa koi nhi. Public ka paisa khate hain inhe sharam bhi nahi aati service k naam pe sb kamchori dikhate hain

                  Is driver ne toh hamare luggage ko bhi gadi me nhi rakha khud mujhe utha k cab k uper rakhna pada kya yahi service deti hai ola company apne driver ko yahi sikhati

                  Hum chahte toh metro me aa jate lekin cab kyun book kiya aisi bekaar service k liye driver ne pure raaste ac nhi chalaya puchne pe petrol kam aur cng khatm bataya
                  Ola company itna garib hai jo customer se paise leti hai fir inke driver petrol ya cng bharwate hain
                  Sharam karo kbhi groundlevel pe aake check karo ola company k kaamchor working people

                  Sharam aani chahiye kbhi on cal feedback nhi mangte ho
                  Maango customer se direct feedback tb samajh me ayega

                    I booked a cab today from a cafe. First i thought that i am in the front of the cafe and he came in the back and said that your location is so showing back so i told him to come in the front but then i realised that it is the back side of the cafe so i requested him to come on the back. He denied to come to the back and said that i come to the front or else he is not coming so, i cancel the cab and booked another one it was all fine but then his cars pull up and he comes to me and threatens me that "you give me hundred rupees right now or i am not leaving and i am going to follow you wherever you go" i refused to do so and argued back but he didn't leave and continued to threaten me. I ignored him and started walking inside the cafe. He left eventually but not before saying "you just see, what i do next" he used the word "kanyadaan" also. I was extremely afraid of what could have happened, you need to take action agaist this driver

                      My app shows a high amount some times during a short distance and sometimes ₹100/- extra what r you doing ola cabs trying to make us beggars or what please take care of your app otherwise i will surely do a case file on it as fast as possible!!! But i must say they take a very bad step to charge ₹50/- for instant cancel of a cab and that also adds last to the total amount of total money example - total charge = ₹360/- cancellation charge = ₹50/- and extra little ride = ₹50/- so total = ₹360 + ₹50/- + ₹50/- = ₹460/- what the # please solve this problem as fast as possible...

                        Dear ola team,

                        We have booked an outcity cab for pune booking no: crn[protected] (Driver details: shabbir; cab: white etios mh48 f4672. Our driver is creating a problem to us. We have called him at time but he came late by 20mins. Check the location for confirmation.in morning at the time of leaving he has shouted on my client and saying cancel the ride if you don't like. Is that what we are relying on ola for cab service?? Because of the urgency & important meeting we did not have other options.

                        In such case when we are traveling with our clients how can we rely on ola for good & genuine cab driver?

                        Request you to resolve this issue and change the driver for sure. We can not drive with this driver for returning.

                          I booked SUV Prime RefCRN[protected] on 29/8 from Int Airport to South Mumbai(Bhatia Hospital). Upon reaching the destination I requested the driver to take the car inside my building compound. He refused to go in and made me get down with 6 pcs of large suitcase weighing 70kgs, and I had to pull them about 500 meters to reach my house at 2.30am midnight. The compound is fitted with tiles and the road condition is very good. Such drivers should be banned by Ola. The car condition was not very good and the driver kept chewing pan and tobacco while conversing which is very irritating. Take action against this driver

                            On 24th aug i have taken an ola ride from delhi airport to greater noida and the the charges were shown as rs.1074 the driver requested otp and he started the ride and drove me safely to the destination and i paid rs. 1074.

                            Till now i have not received the invoice copy for the ride that i took recently. Kindly review the situation and send me the invoice as soon as possible.

                            It is strange that the booking is still open as if the ride is not taken.

                            Pls. Resolve. I am very unhappy with this service from ola cabs

                              I booked a cab from Vaishali Sector 1 ghaziabad to IGI airport terminal 2 at 9:24 am. I had to catch a flight at 11:50 to kochi on 23 aug, I had my friend and his baby with me. I booked a prime sedan car and the driver confirmed booking the wait time was 4 minutes I saw the cab driver from my balcony and waved but he did not stopped and later cancelled my booking because of which I had to book another cab which took more then 15 minutes to arrive and we left for airport 45 minutes late then due to traffic I missed my flight. As it was an urgent requirement I had to book the tickets again and had to pay 9700 extra. I want OLA to pay my extra money that i had to spend as it was the drivers fault who cancelled the cab and the whole issue started.

                                I booked a ola bike on 28/08/2019 1:34 pm to reach asansol station from girls' college road, asansol. The ola bike driver asked on phone, "where will u go?" when i said him about my destination, he did not come. I had to catch a train from asansol station, but due to non arrival of ola bike, i missed my train. This type of service is quite unexpected. The crn no. Is [protected]. Finally i had to cancel the ride.
                                I paid ola fair by cash but all time ola send emails and massages to me for ola money postpaid is due... How I pay twice ...

                                  On 28 August 2019, I booked a micro variant of Ola near NLIU, Bhopal and my Pick Up Location was Flamingo Campus, Aakriti Ecocity, Bhopal.I reached the pick up point after 8 minutes, so the driver demanded rs.20 extra in the fare and he told me that Ola impose penalty on waiting charge if driver waste his time, so I paid rs.173 to him (rs.153 original fare+rs.20)but nothing is mentioned in terms and conditions of Ola about penalty and no waiting charge is imposed in "Micro" variant of Ola.
                                  The name of the driver is Neeraj Suryavanshi and CRN no. is CRN[protected].
                                  On 25 Aug I booked ola for sanchipatti hajipur from patna boring road at 826 rs
                                  The cab driver named pramod kannojiya asked for double payment if I want to go to destination and his behaviour was the worst I have ever experienced. Please take some action against him.thanking you

                                    I had been operator for a the vehicle ka01ag3130 since 22nd june'19 till 12th aug'19 as my driver couldnt get the expected revenue out of it.

                                    We were committed that we will be given with trip bonus of rs 8000 which was not even looked in to even after multiple calls & requests to our rm.

                                    The daily average operator bill was around 1500 in which the lease amount would be 1100 & rest will be for diesel. Post the vehicle was dropped back to you im trying to get in touch with the person who had processed the lease agreement at the initial stage. He was the one who had ensured best revenue post agreement.

                                    We have been trying to understand the reason for low revenue no body at ola helped us. They just use to call the driver & tell that we will activate the vehicle & start the job so that he will get good trips & revenue. Nobody tried to help us in knowing the actual reason for low revenue. The increment in revenue was not even found.

                                    The outstanding at the end became around 10, 000 so we didnt want to run the vehicle anymore with which we may have to end up in taking loans to clear the same which is not we expected from this business.

                                    Now we had paid sd of rs 30, 000 & wanted to know the status of it. What is the process to get it back. Also how about the trip bonus post 70 trips (More than 150 trips completed). Attaching is the screen shots for vehicle returned acknowledgement

                                    Awaiting a reply on this.

                                    I am from Bhopal & frequently ola cab user but last few months ola cab drivers are creating problem by doing cancellation of drive after knowing destination. This is very problematic for passengers & we are not expecting this from a repudiated cab company.

                                      I booked ola cab on the 25th evening
                                      (Driver name - ishtikar - [protected]) and received driver and car details. Supposed to be reaching in 8 minutes. Did not arrive for 15 minutes. I called the driver who said he is 3 minutes away. He asked me my destination and after that to my surprise the booking was cancelled by the driver. On top of it i was charged rs.50 on my next ride which i booked after this cancellation? Where as i did not cancel the booking. Infact was harassed.
                                      I had to wait ion the rain. Landed up paying rs.50. No fault of mine.
