My account has been permanently blocked having no idea for what reason several months ago. Also want you to know that the auto driver from the last ride was very rude with me.
I asked the driver to ride the same route twice as i needed to shift and had too many luggage to shift at once in one ride, wasn’t aware that i had to order for the ride again, to which the driver asked for more amount for the payment compared to that showing on the app, as i asked to ride twice for the same route i was convinced to pay more (Let you know that i have always been paying the charges in cash) after which when i opened the app somewhere around 4-5 days later again to order for the ride it showed my account has been blocked, not thinking much about it i closed the app (Wasn’t knowing the account is blocked permanently). Thinking that the account might have been blocked temporarily i again opened the app after around a month or two (Reason why i complained so late) but realised it’s been blocked permanently.

    I have travelled from coimbatore airport to ottapalam on 19th april and paid rs. 2600/- which were appeared on the meter.
    I am getting call & sms on daily basis for an additional amount of rs.1500 saying that this is for postpaid charges. I am not a post paid customer & i never used ola money. I booked this travel thru your airport kiosk. I want you to stop calling me.

      With regret, i, the undersigned am to state that i have booked your cab from howrah station to uttarpara co-operative bank. The booking cost was shown rs.183. After entering the cab number 7901 (Crn [protected]) i have come to know that due to heavy rush at g. T. Road, the cab has to move via b. T. Road. After reaching to my destination i have paid rs.306 as stated by your cab driver (Sunny dey). It is my astonishment that after showing the tariff how an esteemed company like you can charge an excess amount for which i am not at all responsible. Under the above circumstances i had no other alternative way but to appeal your kind self to refund the excess amount charged by your company, the onus is of you only.

        The booking reference no. Is crn[protected]. I booked the cab till bhubaneswar airport. Instead of dropping me at the departure gate he dropped me at the back. He deliberately closed the ride and bill of 150 popped up. I told him this not the place he started misbehaving and started asking extra money and became aggressive and abusive too. I was horrified and got worried about my security

          Date of OlA ride taken - 01 Aug 2019
          CRN [protected]

          This OLA ride 'CRN [protected]' was booked by me around 8:55 a.m for which pick up location was near Vasant Kunj, New Delhi' & the destination entered was 'Sector-32, Gurugram'. I then rode the cab from my pickup location till the above mentioned destination. At the time of booking the approximate fare showing was around Rs 268. Payment for the ride was through OLA postpaid. I took the ride and got down at my detination i.e Sector - 32, Gurgaon. Next morning when i was checking OLA to book another cab i just noticed that for this same trip my charged amount was showing as Rs 1889, the total kilometers showing as 99 kms and the destination showing was Greater Noida.

          So accordingly I have raised this complaint via call at OLA support and was told the issue will be resolved in 72 hours to only get a mail stating that as checked by OLA there has been a change in destination on my part and ive been charged accordingly. After some more mails on the issue and after getting the same answer over mails i contacted again OLA support via call and was confirmed by the OLA support executive that i was charged for the ride incorrectly and the error was on part of OLA's driver partner who had from his end changed the destination causing the extra charge. Therefore as per the executive a refund of Rs 1600 (approx) was being initiated for the incorrect extra amount charged from me.

          But no refund has still been processed while this conversation was held nearly 2 weeks back. Now again when i contacted OLA support as to why a refund has not been issued i was told we will check on this matter and now they are claiming that the driver changed the destination on my insistence and therefore the extra charge. I was not even aware that a ride destination can be changed verbally which is actually quite silly and illogical if that is even possible.

          On top of all this I am now being sent reminded that my OLA postpaid payment is due and i will have to pay late payment charges.
          It is highly unprofessional by OLA that a complaint is not getting resolved for almost a month and a customer is being driven around in loops.

            In the month of may i had booked mini ola cab from hyderabad miyapur to airport. At the time of booking the ride there was no increased demand and the fare shown to me was 690apx after taking the ride in between the ride they increased the fare by rs 1003 and asked me to pay apx rs 1800 with taxes i had other options but i chose ola as i have been using ola from past 3 years. Generally if there is any increased demand it is shown while booking the cab like 1.2* due to increased demand but in this case there was nothing shown and also i had other options at the same price below 700 from others vendors. I have tried my best to convey to the ola customer support whereas they denied to accept the fault and correct the fare. I think customer should not be cheated this way i didn't stop vehicle anywhere neither directed the driver for any route still it shows increased fare 1003* on top of my existing bill. One week prior to the same incident my wife had booked ola suv from airport to miyapur for which we paid driver rupees 1400 aprx in cash whereas even though he collected the amount manually he didn't stop the trip, i complained the support team to my surprise it was ongoing for 4 days and for this i had called to support team more then 4 times so this is the control they have on their drivers. I believe we should not be using ola going forward because their policies are not streamlined and they feel proud while cheating their customers

              Driver made a false statement about to pay toll and took extra 50 rs on name of toll pay. Even after booking prime sedan driver refuse to start air conditioner and very bad and rough attitude and behavior. Car not stopped for buying a bottle of water. Here is the invoice details :1. Date of incident - 21/8/2019 2. Vehical number - gj27v3722 (Swift dezire). Pls pay refund for 50 rs and make a fine on driver.

                Regarding my ola ride on 18.08.2019 from juhu to anushaktinagar at around 19:00 hrs, the ola has charged me inr 356 however the estimated fare was 299.

                During the booking the fare of micro./mini/sedan was reviewed by me and then booked micro based on estimated fare. It may be noted that the estimated fare at the time of booking ola includes the dynamic fare that is why sometimes ola micro fares are shown as 500 inr even for 15 kms.

                After that if ola is increasing the fare that means it is simply cheating and money making process by ola..

                When i contacted ola customer service on 18.08.2019, ola put me around 15 minutes on hold (My charges on phone who will bear), after around 15 mins ola customer executives informed that your ola fare was dynamic and increased during your journey.

                I must say at this point that how fare can increase when the ride on same route (Anushaktinagar to juhu) cost me 260 inr on the same day. Ola is simply making money by cheating customers.
                There are two trips that were taken by me on ola.
                For which the driver had been paid in cash and also my walllet got deducted with equivalent amount for which i have been getting messages to pay out. This is problem at OLA end why penalize the customer.

                  Complaint no. 1:
                  On 21 august 2019, i was trying to book olausing mobile app from krims hospital, central bazar road, nagpur to dharampeth nagpur at around 8.30 pm.
                  It was repeatedly asking for destination for trip. So two to three times i had to enter same information in the app.
                  It was continuously checking the availability of micro taxi.
                  One confirmation was asked to me i confirmed the trip.
                  The cab came and dropped me to desired destination.
                  The cab charged me rs 65/-

                  Then around 9.20 pm or so, i booked ola auto from yash medicals to laxminagar, nagpur,. The autowala dropped me at destination and in my mobile charge was rs 47/-. I paid him rs 50/-.
                  But to my greatest surprise he showed me bill of rs. 97 which according to him rs 47/- of current ride and rs. 50/- for earlier ride.
                  My app was showing me bill of rs 47/- only.
                  He quarreled a lot. That was so irritating.
                  He called some cr number and the person at cr talked with me.
                  To my surpise, he told me that i had cancelled the ride from krims hospital to dharampeth, which i did not do.
                  As when i was trying to book, it was continuously checking availability, no intimation was shown on my mobile, as mentioned above in first paragraph.
                  The ride which was never booked by me nor i got any intimation about it, is now showing as cancelled in my ride history!!! And i will be charged rs 50/- unnecessarily for this.

                  Now when i checked my email, same ride cancellation issue is written in mail. And when i declared that this ride is not booked by me, it blocked my mail as well as my number.

                  This is unfair.

                  Complaint no 2:
                  Always initially the app checks availalbility of cabs and shows not available and if again we keep on trying within seconds we get it available but with higher tariffs.

                    I am complaining about the irresponsible behavior of ola driver john of ola car white gtandi10 and crn [protected]. I had booked a ride from ramanand bagh, amritsar to railway station, amritsar. When i called the driver after booking ola he sounded disinterested and said that he is unaware of the pick up location, i asked him about his location which he mentioned: golden temple parking. This location is at a distance of 5-7 minutes from the pick up location. So when the driver told that he is unaware of pick up location i told him to find it on gps. After that i called him 8-10 times but he didn't pick up the call. I had booked the ola on 22nd august 2019. At 4:30 a. M. For the railway station. I was fully reliable on this ride to catch my train but the irresponsible and unprofessional behavior of the driver made me to cancel the ride after 15 minutes of waiting. I had to hurrily opt for an autorickshaw which was difficult to find as it was early morning. When i was on my way while sitting in autorickshaw i saw the car and car driver standing idle at a location which was about 5-7 minutes away from the pickup location. The driver was sleeping in the air conditioned car. This was the location on which driver was when i called him i. E it was golden temple parking. I was really frustrated as i had to catch an autorickshaw at the very last moment inspire of having an ola cab being booked. If i had been unable to find any autorickshaw i could have missed my train. So i want a company like ola to hire professional and responsible drivers

                      Double demand for the rides taken on ola cabs.

                      I am giving below the chronology of the incidents which we are currently going through because of worst understanding of the problems by ola support team and their stereo type responces.
                      1. We hv used ola outstation and domestic on 8th may 2019. From pune to ghatkopar in mumbai and international airport to ghatkopar with the differance of 2-3 hrs.
                      In pune no outstation ola driver come for pick up unless it is cash hence we booked a cab on cash payment and travelled to ghatkopar mumbai. The ola server was not responding at the drop point in ghatkopar and the network was not reachable, hence we paid to driver rs. 1797.00 as per the estimate on booking..
                      We used another ride from international airport to ghatkopar on the same day and at ghatkopar drop point the same experience of server and network. The driver advised us to pay as per the booking estimate and hence we paid him rs. 307.00 in cash.
                      For us the ride account was squared off.
                      2. On 9th may we recd a call from ola call centre stating that there is pending post paid invoice for rs. 2145.00. When i enquired with the caller he said that this is as per the facility given by ola to me since i am a regular customer.
                      I hv no knowledge of such facility being operative and ola has never informed me earlier also.
                      I have been using ola for some time now but all the time by cash payment only.
                      3, i communicated to ola support and [protected]@olacabs and hv recd ticket nos[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],
                      [protected],
                      My communication was attended by various ola executives such as mayur mahendra bhanushali, kishor kumar 1, ayaz ahmed, amitkumar seth, vinayak vishnukanth kathare, and chintan girish mistry,
                      I only recd two standard replies as follows,

                      Our team is looking into the issue.
                      And
                      Your issue is resolved
                      I had written total 29 communications to ola support team and the grievence cell but after 48 hrs only this responce from them.
                      4. My submission to you to look into this matter and sort out the same at earliest, since i hv paid all my ola rides in cash only.
                      Secondly, ola has never informed me before and now that there is any facility called post paid facility for the rides and they hv sanctioned such facility to me.

                      I hv requested ola support to call the drivers for confirmation about the payments being already made. But as of today this request has not been accepted by the concerned people.

                      5. Ola informed me that my account is active and i can use the services of ola.
                      But on 20th aug i recd a telecon from mr devraj (Mob. No. [protected]) of banglore office stating that ola wants to resolve this issue and hence i should make the payment and on verification my payment made to drivers will be reverted back to me.
                      I asked for the written confirmation from him, but next day he informed that he can not do so because my mob. No is blocked in the system.
                      Now a days i am continuously receiving the threatening messages and telecons from ola that legal action will be initiated against me.
                      While writing this mail i just recd call from mob no.
                      [protected] with the same threat to make payment or face legal action.
                      For what???
                      Ola wants double payment for the ride.
                      6. We are senior citizen of age group above 70 years and does not have attitude of cheating somebody for the filthy sum of rs 2000 and odd.
                      Looking forward with great hope that the issue will be sorted out and i will be relieved of the harrassments from ola staff.

                        My name is aditya dutta from hyderabad. I have used ola to go to airport and paid in cash to the driver, but my postpaid got deducted (Please understand that i had put it to cash mode and not postpaid while booking). This had happened to me once before, that time my issue was resolved.

                        And moreover who asked them to give me postpaid? I didn't even opt for such thing, its a wrong thing from your side. I had called your customer support many times to take that facility off my app, nothing they did so far.

                        I am everyday getting messages to pay my fees. Ola is calling me everyday through voice machine and sending me sms to pay my fees, its very annoying.

                        I have called ola customer support and email them, number of times and explained my problem, but my issue is still not resolved.

                        Moreover now a days their customer support numbers are not reachable for long wait time.

                        I am very upset with ola services.

                        I hope that you will resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                            I booked ola for Jhirpani to Uditnagar and choose Google Pay paynent method when I started my ride I asked the cab driver whether I should pay now so he refused and told me to pay at the end of the ride and when my ride completed I was unable to pay through Google Pay.
                            So I just request you to give me my cashback of Rs.75 which I should get.
                            And further when I tried to reach customer care service I was unable to talk to your executive assistant.
                            Whenever I tried to call them always I get the answer as it was busy.
                            So please give me my refund asap.
                            Now-a-days Ola services are not much reliable.

                              The cab drivers number is [protected]. We booked from trichy pantaloons to trichy government medical college. The fare was 115. On getting in the taxi as the day was hot we asked to switch on the ac. The driver spoke is mannerless way by saying "u just got in the cab wats in a hurry, couldn't u wait for sometime". We didn't bother much on this. On the way we had change of plans and asked him to go to trichy lifestyle store by taking a u turn. He shouted at us by saying"i know wat to do. I have 10 years experience in this driving, don't teach me lessons" i got down at the stop and told him this is not the way u talk to your customer. He said me to mind my work and he wont listen to advises just for 115 rupee's. He asked me to place the money in the seat (Refusing to take it in hand) and yelled at us to leave. This was the first bad experience i had with ola. I didn't want him to act the same way with any other people and that's why i am asking to take legal action against him. Kindly do the need

                                I received a call today and the other people said that they are from ola kyc team.

                                they confirmed my phone number and email address attached with ola and then they asked to confirm the otp sent to my phone.

                                minutes later they took out 14000.00 ruppees from my ola account.

                                ola has no phone number on its app and i am struggling to find out a way to get this resolved.

                                ola is an india based company and it should make some efforts to fix this.

                                OLA is not trust worthy anymore.

                                  I was travelling from hyderabad railway station to npcil guest house today 3.00pm around when i forgot my mobile in the cab ts10ub0322 driver sapavat naveen, while paying the money to him.
                                  Now the driver has switched off his own mobile and also my no. Coming switched off. Called local ola office to complaint but they are not doing any thing as if the driver will not return with the ola taxi.
                                  Kindly look into the matter and ensure my mobile is returned and take action against the driver.

                                    Ola keeps harassing me everyday by several phone calls, emails and sms. As per them i have an outstanding amount of rs. 500 that needs to be paid to them. They have been harassing me since a year via all mode of communication to pay them rs 500. I paid ola during each ride i had taken. I never kept a single amount to pay later on the next ride. Hence, there is no outstanding from my end even of 1 rupee.
                                    I have attached all the copies of sms, emails for your kind reference. I cant send you the copy of phone call log as i receive many important calls a day so the call log goes down and gets disappeared. However i can give you the number from which i get the call everyday - [protected]. I have blocked this number. Then they call me from another number.
                                    Please help me as i am being harassed by ola umpteen times everyday.

                                      My ola account is [protected].

                                      I have booked cabs for multiple times in ola app, all the times driver accepted my ride, but after waiting certain time, they will not start the vehicle for pickup and after waiting 20-30 mins, if i call driver, the driver, they will not lift my phone and if he left the phone and they will ask me to cancel, if we dont cancel trip, they will not cancel trip, finally we have to cancel after waiting 30 mins and ola charging 50 rupees cancellation charges.

                                      This happened for me nearly 4 to 5 times and call customer care, they did not resolve the problem and its keeps on repeating.

                                      Cancellation charges not a problem here but they frustrating the customer experience. Some times we need urgent cab but these people are behaving like this, it will problem for every one.

                                        I have taken a ride during peak hours and the bill amount was of 514 rs. Actually during normal rush the amount comes of 164rs. But i want to complaint that the amount is taken too high and the amount taken 31% higher than normal charges. It was not understood that why ola cabs are charging this much high amount against of normal bill. Please clear my extra amount.
