I am really disappointed to say that i had a very bad experience with old cab in coimbatore. I am even disappointed to know that i couldn’t find a customer care number to report my issue.

I reached coimbatore railyway station around midnight, i had done my booking for micro cab, as i approached the olacabs stand near platform one the driver asked me what is the billing rate.. He told me he cannot take the ride as he wouldn’t get return charges. He told me to cancel the booking, when i did not do it he took my phone and canceled the booking.. I was also made to pay for the cancellation charges. For about 20 min i was abused by the drivers. What if the same was a girl who reached the station at midnight. I thought ola was a safe and reliable mode of transport am very disappointed in yesterdays situation, the driver even challenged me to go complain to the authority and he said he doesn’t care. I am going to raise at issue with voxya, if the company don’t take action against this type of behaviour.

    I'm from coimbatore, yesterday I was booked a ola cab edaryarpalayam to gandhipuram. While riding started and after 3kms driver spoke unnecessary words against me and started argue with me. Finally he force me to get down at (Tatabad) middle of the ride. Its really ridiculous. Me and my girl friend were under depressed and you guys asking me to pay the ### amount for the incompleted ride why the hell i pay for you. Are you giving a proper service?? Your company deserves a complaint against this type of by this type of drivers . I sure, I gonna file a legal complaint against your company and that driver..

      I took a ride on 16.08.19 at 7.58 pm from kolkata airport to behala, the usual distance is 28-30 km but the driver took a longer route which was 39 km and there was slight traffic. But the ride fare was rs 2588 which is alarmingly and disturbingly high! This is not natural that within city the fare will come to be rs 2588 which is rs. 66.35 per km! This is highly unethical and inappropriate and i demand a breakup of my bill and to be duly refunded. Please respond.

        Ola scheduled it. The vehicle was expected to come at 2 am. Promptly, the schedule released the available suv vehicle. Picking from manapamkam. Drop at international airport.
        The driver after talking to us cancelled. He stated, to pick you, i need to drive 4 plus km. It's not beneficial for me. Midnight, a vehicle planned and booked is being cancelled just like that.

        Is it fair to leave your customer, in the middle of the night.

        This complaint is written to ensure that "any airport booking shall not be cancelled by the driver". If you care for your customer, please ensure this through your software. The privilege to cancel for airport, railway stations, hospitals shall be removed immediately.

        With difficultly, we reached airport, using fastrack.

        You may trace the vehicle and speak to the driver and warn him. The telephone number of the driver - [protected].;

        Any penalty levied shall be contributed to prime minister's relief fund.

        But, i foresee a change in your cancellation privileges. This needs tuning in the software.
        It could save a life. It could save someone missing a flight or train.

After booked we already call each other for depart time (11:45) after waiting for that time, we are trying his call but he is not answering our call. After waiting for 1 hr he said he did not getting any booking and asking for more money

          V experienced huge delays, cab didnt had enough c&g fuel and had to wait almost 2 hours for desired fuel.

          Driver didnt cooperate properly & denied to put in petrol instead of waiting endlessly for c&g to be available.

            I'm not satisfied with your service. Too much fare. Estimated show with me 254 -284₹ but end of ride amount 767.

            While i'm booking ola app service quit. Am tried so many times same issues i'll faced but one thing estimated show 282. I need refund.

            One thing call support is not good. So stressed and feel bad. I mind do something others because i'm middle class so many commitments this month. But ola service cheating with me.
            I booked a micro cab and the driver cost me ₹100 extra by calling it a tax and also haven't dropped me 3 km away from the dropping location he was not with his licence
            I have tried booking a ola cab through OLA APP through my contact no[protected] in Allahabad and they are askin for clearing a payment of Rs 150 for services I have never used. Secondly it is not taking any booking through the app. How can Ola demend money for services I never used and asking me to pay through Ola App

              This ola and uber cab driver hit my car near preet vihar area in east delhi and when i asked him to stop and get out of the car, the driver started using abusive words and started misbehaving.
              I request you to take urgent action against this car numbers driver and seize the vehicle to avoid such behaviour with other passengers.

                This cab driver was driving rash as we observed he was drunk and driving while using mobile as we asked him to keep the phone down he was aggressive and tried to stop us by over taking our car in a threatening driving attitude!
                We hope you would take some action against this driver this is serious because there could have some seviour accident

                  I had travelled thru ola on 26th and 27th of august and had made the payment tru paytm to the drivers post ride, however, still i have been charged and there is an outstanding debit in my ola wallet.
                  I have called them several times, have provided them with screen shot of the payment made, however, they are asking me to make the payment post which they would pay me back.
                  They have also started charging me delayed payment charges, no one seems to be bothered about the customer, have tweeted their ceo as well, however, even he doesnt bother to revet.

                    I had booked a cab to go to csmairport mumbai, on 9th august morning, tobe picked up from chembur 4.00 a. M.
                    At 3.45 driver calls up and says he is on the way and as usual asks for directions.. Then till 4.05 he does not show up and then nearing 4.10 he comes after we walk to the main road and when i sit in the cab he tellsme that my bookiing is cancelled.. This is atrocious.. As i had to catch a flight and he is asking me to get out of the cab... I would have dragged him along.. But for the fact that we were to attend a funeral.
                    Can you investigate and stop such a nonsensical technological harassment to the user.

                      Today morning i am book one's a car my house to airport hyderabad otp and all detels come to my number [protected] afters, i am contnivesly call to driver but driver not lift my call,

                      One's again i am book cab for my house hyderabad to airport hyderabad,
                      Driver visit my house he ask my drop point and otp after he cancell my ride and he say sir i am going some wear so please book other cab,

                      Then i am start my own car park in airport and catch my go air flight hyderabad to chandigarh,

                      Then ones more massage come to my number and you are meanson in that massage rs 50 penalty for cancellation charge,

                      You chek first who are cancelled ride driver or me.

                      I am not happy with your behavior,

                        I have taken a pre-booked ride with ola on 16 april 2019 at 07.00am from ghaziabad railway station to rama medical college. Bill amount generated was 470inr, mode of payment i selected as ola postpaid.

                        When i have taken a tried, the driver has denied the duty if i won't pay cash amount for the taken ride. As i was early morning and i supposed to reach my destination on time. Without any argument with the driver, i agreed to pay the cash. As soon as the ride got completed, i raised the complaint ticket to ola as adjust my ola postpaid amount as i have already paid this in cash.

                        After the complaint also ola has not taken any action on this. I have raised a complaint almost 10 times. After a month ola postpaid bill got generated and that bill was having the amount which i have already paid to ola cab driver in cash.

                        When i denied paying the extra amount, they threaten me to take legal action against me, even though i was not at the wrong end. Ola has added late fee payment amount as add-ons and mentally harassed me by calling 10 times in a day.

                        One fine day legal team on ola named nitin - [protected], assured me that if i pay the due ola postpaid amount they will refund me all the amount in my ola wallet.
                        I have done the payment of int 758 on 8 august 2019 against the postpaid bill and expecting a refund from there end. Still, i didn't get a response back, i tried calling that number again and he has blocked my number.

                        When i contacted ola support for the same, for almost 1 hour they have been transferring my call from one department to another stating this is not our department issue and ended up the call stating will call you back in 24hr.

                          I stared my journey from barasat colonimore around 8:20 pm. After 10minutes driver told us that he couldn't go now due to some technical problems. And he claimed us to pay full money but we didn't agree with him and then he started to misbehave with me. And he touched me badly.
                          Your authority deducted the full payment rs.435.
                          I request you to take necessary action immediately against him.

                            Ola is not approaching the customer complaints in a professional manner.
                            I have made complaint on a driver that he got extra amount from us and left.
                            We traveled from delhi to agra on 13th august 19 night. Actual bill is rs. 2300 but the driver asked us rs. 3725. Breakup of that
                            Rs. 260 for up tax
                            Rs. 500 for gas filling
                            Rs. 665 for agra toll
                            Rs. 2300 for final bill.

                            I have paid because everything becuae it was a night ride and he should not be tensed while driving and he will be deducting then from the final amount. Also he was speaking in mobile continuously while driving. He told us no online payment and took us to near by axis bank atm at 12.30 am and got it in cash.

                            As soon as he dropped us he told me the rs. 2300 and my network was not working properly. He got my mobile to check and gave 5 stars to him. I scolded him. He got the money and left immediately.

                            Again next day we spoke to him for the excess amount but he accepted to pay only rs. 500 through paytm. I send him the paytm no also. I have recorded this.

                            Ola is very worst in customer service.

                              I never received such a worst service from ola cabs. The cab driver was very impolite, rude and harsh with us. When we asked him to drop us in the pinned location he refused rudely citing some other reason which is not true. I am very much disappointed with the service of ola.                                 With all due respect, i’m writing this to express my experience with ola cabs.
                                This is the first time i have been forced to write to you in this regards, as i’m not getting the support i was supposed to be.
                                Following things happened with me from the day i have been using ola cabs.
                                I have raised one complaint long regarding the behavior of the driver for which they called and said sorry i also didn’t say much as they called me after 5 days from the day the incident took place in the midnight.
                                In this driver asked me to share otp and he will returned the amount through paytm which he never did and i was charged for the trip which i never took.
                                The experience i have narrated in the above 2 lines are happened couple of times but i didn’t raise always and continue using the services.
                                Nowadays i’m not using ola just bcoz of the recent experience with them where driver has asked my sister to pay at the time of arrival wherein, it was already paid through ola money. He still asked my sister to pay.
                                As soon as i heard that the driver collected money and the ola money also deducted i got furious and i called the driver that why did he ask money from my sister despite of knowing that we have already paid for the trip but he didn’t answer a single call.
                                Later, i emailed to support team and i received a reply that they will not be able to establish any fact where driver has collected extra money from my sister and refused to refund.
                                Therefore, i stopped using ola cabs since then and i didn’t pay the bill also and kept on asking for resolution and till date i have been receiving calls where they are following up with us to pay the bill.
                                However, none of them assisted me to close this dispute and as soon as i asked them about the bill they disconnected the call and some other call again every next day and asked the same question.
                                I’m fed up now after hearing the same again and again.
                                I have been raising the same on twitter and facebook but no one is helping me to close this.
                                I’m willing to pay whatever i have used but not twice for one trip bcoz you driver cheated me.
                                Even though i kept 1844 inr in my ola wallet to pay the bill but will not pay the late charges which they added against me bcoz of there mistake it should be for them not me.
                                Help me close this.

                                  I am trying to pay off five hundred rupees credit offered by ola as per their prestigious customer policy.
                                  However if i try to pay it back, the message pops up saying "we are unable to process, please try again later." but each day ola is increasing it by 1 or 2 rupees.
                                  I am just fed up of ola!!! Trying to reach via phone, app and email.
                                  Absolutely no revert from support teams, worst customer care i have ever experienced.
                                  First of all ola team will not respond and are imposing extra money as well!!
                                  Why should i pay extra for each day if ola teams are not reachable on phone and on email.
                                  Ola is just degrading it's services day by day.

                                    Sir i booked an outstation ride with ola four days before in expectation that i will get a confirmed cab on 14 august at 6:30 pm. Crn no. [protected].
                                    I got confirmation at 5:30 that the driver is coming and he had a talk with me that he is coming. But after 5mins i found out that he had purposely cancelled my booking. I tried contacting him but he did not pick my phone. I felt totally helpless at this moment. No ola representative was ready to take any responsibility. And in so much pressure i had to book a ride by paying 3000 rs extra to another cab facility. I am really frustrated with ola. Therefore i request you to please ask ola to pay me the compensation of 3000 rs for the fault that i have to suffer due to ola's careless and useless attitude. I sincerely request you to help me with this issue. I hope that you may take my request seriously and take a strict action.

                                      While booking cab on 13/08/2019 between 8:45 pm to 9:30pm from niloufer hospital redhills to mathrubhuumi's pearl mahadevapuram the fare was shown ₹249 but after finishing of the trip fare was shown ₹834 and paid rs.834/- it may be server issue. We request you please refund the difference amount of ₹585 in my bank account immediately. Details as below.                                         Bought ola share pass the moment i bought share pass i was not able to book share cab. Am not st all getting share cab now. Even if i get share cab, the drivers are cancelling the trip. If drivers accepts my cab is 15min away from pick up. When i book ola mini or ola micro, it is working fine. The moment i bought ola share pass, am not getting share rides. I believe ola is cheating with share pass. Kindly consider this
                                        I booked a ola cab today but before a booking it's show 510
                                        And after a completed a right he charged 910 and he said you have to pay. I tried a lot to contact ola customer service but he was not answering my call.
                                        The driver said to pay toll charges for me and even the destination amount has also exceded . First the amount was Rs.746 and now they have received Rs.902.So sir we needed the details the driver has received.
