Ola scheduled it. The vehicle was expected to come at 2 am. Promptly, the schedule released the available suv vehicle. Picking from manapamkam. Drop at international airport.
The driver after talking to us cancelled. He stated, to pick you, i need to drive 4 plus km. It's not beneficial for me. Midnight, a vehicle planned and booked is being cancelled just like that.
Is it fair to leave your customer, in the middle of the night.
This complaint is written to ensure that "any airport booking shall not be cancelled by the driver". If you care for your customer, please ensure this through your software. The privilege to cancel for airport, railway stations, hospitals shall be removed immediately.

But, i foresee a change in your cancellation privileges. This needs tuning in the software.
