I have taken a pre-booked ride with ola on 16 april 2019 at 07.00am from ghaziabad railway station to rama medical college. Bill amount generated was 470inr, mode of payment i selected as ola postpaid.

When i have taken a tried, the driver has denied the duty if i won't pay cash amount for the taken ride. As i was early morning and i supposed to reach my destination on time. Without any argument with the driver, i agreed to pay the cash. As soon as the ride got completed, i raised the complaint ticket to ola as adjust my ola postpaid amount as i have already paid this in cash.

After the complaint also ola has not taken any action on this. I have raised a complaint almost 10 times. After a month ola postpaid bill got generated and that bill was having the amount which i have already paid to ola cab driver in cash.

When i denied paying the extra amount, they threaten me to take legal action against me, even though i was not at the wrong end. Ola has added late fee payment amount as add-ons and mentally harassed me by calling 10 times in a day.

One fine day legal team on ola named nitin - [protected], assured me that if i pay the due ola postpaid amount they will refund me all the amount in my ola wallet.
I have done the payment of int 758 on 8 august 2019 against the postpaid bill and expecting a refund from there end. Still, i didn't get a response back, i tried calling that number again and he has blocked my number.

When i contacted ola support for the same, for almost 1 hour they have been transferring my call from one department to another stating this is not our department issue and ended up the call stating will call you back in 24hr.

    I stared my journey from barasat colonimore around 8:20 pm. After 10minutes driver told us that he couldn't go now due to some technical problems. And he claimed us to pay full money but we didn't agree with him and then he started to misbehave with me. And he touched me badly.
    Your authority deducted the full payment rs.435.
    I request you to take necessary action immediately against him.

      Ola is not approaching the customer complaints in a professional manner.
      I have made complaint on a driver that he got extra amount from us and left.
      We traveled from delhi to agra on 13th august 19 night. Actual bill is rs. 2300 but the driver asked us rs. 3725. Breakup of that
      Rs. 260 for up tax
      Rs. 500 for gas filling
      Rs. 665 for agra toll
      Rs. 2300 for final bill.

      I have paid because everything becuae it was a night ride and he should not be tensed while driving and he will be deducting then from the final amount. Also he was speaking in mobile continuously while driving. He told us no online payment and took us to near by axis bank atm at 12.30 am and got it in cash.

      As soon as he dropped us he told me the rs. 2300 and my network was not working properly. He got my mobile to check and gave 5 stars to him. I scolded him. He got the money and left immediately.

      Again next day we spoke to him for the excess amount but he accepted to pay only rs. 500 through paytm. I send him the paytm no also. I have recorded this.

      Ola is very worst in customer service.

        I never received such a worst service from ola cabs. The cab driver was very impolite, rude and harsh with us. When we asked him to drop us in the pinned location he refused rudely citing some other reason which is not true. I am very much disappointed with the service of ola.           Dear sir,
          With all due respect, i’m writing this to express my experience with ola cabs.
          This is the first time i have been forced to write to you in this regards, as i’m not getting the support i was supposed to be.
          Following things happened with me from the day i have been using ola cabs.
          I have raised one complaint long regarding the behavior of the driver for which they called and said sorry i also didn’t say much as they called me after 5 days from the day the incident took place in the midnight.
          In this driver asked me to share otp and he will returned the amount through paytm which he never did and i was charged for the trip which i never took.
          The experience i have narrated in the above 2 lines are happened couple of times but i didn’t raise always and continue using the services.
          Nowadays i’m not using ola just bcoz of the recent experience with them where driver has asked my sister to pay at the time of arrival wherein, it was already paid through ola money. He still asked my sister to pay.
          As soon as i heard that the driver collected money and the ola money also deducted i got furious and i called the driver that why did he ask money from my sister despite of knowing that we have already paid for the trip but he didn’t answer a single call.
          Later, i emailed to support team and i received a reply that they will not be able to establish any fact where driver has collected extra money from my sister and refused to refund.
          Therefore, i stopped using ola cabs since then and i didn’t pay the bill also and kept on asking for resolution and till date i have been receiving calls where they are following up with us to pay the bill.
          However, none of them assisted me to close this dispute and as soon as i asked them about the bill they disconnected the call and some other call again every next day and asked the same question.
          I’m fed up now after hearing the same again and again.
          I have been raising the same on twitter and facebook but no one is helping me to close this.
          I’m willing to pay whatever i have used but not twice for one trip bcoz you driver cheated me.
          Even though i kept 1844 inr in my ola wallet to pay the bill but will not pay the late charges which they added against me bcoz of there mistake it should be for them not me.
          Help me close this.

            I am trying to pay off five hundred rupees credit offered by ola as per their prestigious customer policy.
            However if i try to pay it back, the message pops up saying "we are unable to process, please try again later." but each day ola is increasing it by 1 or 2 rupees.
            I am just fed up of ola!!! Trying to reach via phone, app and email.
            Absolutely no revert from support teams, worst customer care i have ever experienced.
            First of all ola team will not respond and are imposing extra money as well!!
            Why should i pay extra for each day if ola teams are not reachable on phone and on email.
            Ola is just degrading it's services day by day.

              Sir i booked an outstation ride with ola four days before in expectation that i will get a confirmed cab on 14 august at 6:30 pm. Crn no. [protected].
              I got confirmation at 5:30 that the driver is coming and he had a talk with me that he is coming. But after 5mins i found out that he had purposely cancelled my booking. I tried contacting him but he did not pick my phone. I felt totally helpless at this moment. No ola representative was ready to take any responsibility. And in so much pressure i had to book a ride by paying 3000 rs extra to another cab facility. I am really frustrated with ola. Therefore i request you to please ask ola to pay me the compensation of 3000 rs for the fault that i have to suffer due to ola's careless and useless attitude. I sincerely request you to help me with this issue. I hope that you may take my request seriously and take a strict action.

                While booking cab on 13/08/2019 between 8:45 pm to 9:30pm from niloufer hospital redhills to mathrubhuumi's pearl mahadevapuram the fare was shown ₹249 but after finishing of the trip fare was shown ₹834 and paid rs.834/- it may be server issue.                   Bought ola share pass the moment i bought share pass i was not able to book share cab. Am not st all getting share cab now. Even if i get share cab, the drivers are cancelling the trip. If drivers accepts my cab is 15min away from pick up. When i book ola mini or ola micro, it is working fine. The moment i bought ola share pass, am not getting share rides. I believe ola is cheating with share pass. Kindly consider this
                  I booked a ola cab today but before a booking it's show 510
                  And after a completed a right he charged 910 and he said you have to pay. I tried a lot to contact ola customer service but he was not answering my call.

                    At 4.30 my ride was booked ola driver called me by 4.10 he asked how many people are there in your ride i said 3 after 5 mins he called me again n saying that is that okay my brother is also along with me i said no we don't want any another person he said ok then he called me again saying if no then cancel your ride i said y should cancel you have your personal issues we don't want to deal with it at urgent moment he cancelled the ride and cancellation fees was applied to me this ain't fair y would i pay the cancellation fee

                      I had done the booking at 10pm and i was waiting for almost 2 hr in night and the ola driver cancelled the ride after 2hrs just for no reason

                        I booked ride perungalathur to virugambakkam. We had toll on the way. Driver told me that toll was not part of bill so i need to pay it. I paid it out of pocket 40 rs. After my ride i paid my bill with 12 rs extra since driver did not have change. I missed to read by itemized bill which had the toll amount added in it. When noticed it only later. Is there a way i can raise complaint against the driver since he has intentionally cheated

                            My driver received an booking at the time of booking i received details for booking is 104 km driven nd total fair is rs. 2550+150 rs daily allowance it means total ammount is 2700 but after booking my car is driven 106 km nd bill of customer is only 2165 rs before taking money from customer i told him that his bill is not right late me talk to partner care than customer told me that ya it's right i was also booked at 2500+ estimate so he gave me 75 rs extra for tip but he complaint that driver takes extra money from me. Nd company added that money to there account nd fine my driver performance to 9 to 3 stars. After that my driver got call from ola nd he said that problem which is about estimate. Nd executive told him that it's customers first booking with ola nd all the rest ammount is an offer for customer. So my concern is that why i pay an offer ammount of ola customer. Ola should pay that ammount from there own account. There are many kind of problem with ola.

                              I booked ola for my pick up location at nabanna region, howrah to bentink street, kolkata, w. B (A total of 7+ kms' journey) crn no. [protected] on 09.08.19 at 11.03 am. When i tried to contact the driver, due to net work problem we could not talk to each other. When i was frantically trying to contact the driver, to my utter surprise the ola app automatically picked up showing my pickup location as '1, ecopark', kolkata, w. B. (Extreme east of kolkata instead of my residence at extreme west) under crn no.[protected] at 11.04 am. During this point in time also the network problem persisted and no contact could be established. The pick up location shown in the latter case (I. E. At 11.04am) was more than 25 kms away from the former pick up location within 1 minute from the time of earlier booking (I. E. 11.03 am). How within one minute two pick up locations are shown that too away by 25 kms from each other!! Is it not fault on part of ola app!! In the evening, i find ola has debited rs.50/- from my ola money showing cancellation of booking under crn no.[protected] which is de facto punishing customer for faulty app of ola cab operator. Therefore the app cab operator/authorities have wrongly debited cancelation charge of rs. 50 from my ola money and are requested to credit the same. Thanks in advance.

                                My bill was 444 and 50 was paid for toll fare total amount was 494. However ola driver charged me 550. When i called ola customer care they didn't had any reason. They don't check their drivers are their drivers are cheating customers. I will be going to complain this thing in consumer court for cheating. 50 is not a big amount but cheating a customer is a big deal.

                                  I booked a cab on ola cab. As i was travelling with the family. The driver picked up the phone and confirmed to arrive at the pick up location.

                                  The driver stopped responding after some time and then cancelled the ride and charged me the cancellation fees.

                                  Ola has a pathetic way of making profit. I am surprised to know even the ceo of the company equally irresponsible as i sent the email to him which he conveniently ignored.

                                    Hope you are doing good.
                                    I would like to report to you of an unfortunate situation that i underwent courtesy of the ola cab drivers who showed no sense of responsibility and were annoyingly rude to say the least.

                                    My flight was scheduled for departure at 8.50 pm and i tried to book a cab from attapur to rgia at 6:30 pm, which was almost two and a half hours prior to departure.

                                    Below, i have described the situation in detail, which almost led me to miss the flight.
                                    1. Ola mini and micro drivers accepted the booking and then asked for the mode of payment. When they realized it wasn't cash, they addressed me in a rude tone and cancelled the booking. This is the plight of a numerous customers and the drivers continue doing this.
                                    If cash is all they need, why does ola still have cashless modes of payment listed?
                                    Isn't it hypocrisy?

                                    2. Next, the ola driver enquired on the estimated charge showing up in my application. Being a regular customer, i had a few coupons and i used one rightfully so. Knowing of the discounted amount, the driver denied pick-up stating that the amount paid would not even fetch him the fuel for his car.

                                    3. Due to the disgraceful act of ola car drivers mentioned above, i was forced to choose an ola auto-rickshaw.
                                    As the autos are not permitted into the departure gate premises, i had to alight at the auto stand, about 1 kilometer away from the airport.
                                    With all my luggage, it was a real tough task to reach the airport on my own.

                                    It is a known fact that several customers go through all of this and more, but only a few report them.
                                    I had 3 ola cabs cancelled today for no fault of mine.
                                    On top of it, had to be on the receiving end of mistreatment by your drivers, again for no fault of mine.

                                    The question is, will you step up and ensure that such incidents would not happen in future and the customers would enjoy a pleasant ride?

                                    Hope you read it right, and hope this effort does not go in vain.

                                      Booked a ola cab (Od-02 ad 1814) from my home to kims hospital at bhubaneswar. I am pregnant and needed to go for a check up at the hospital.
                                      I wanted to do the payment through ola money but the driver in the middle of journey started shouting aggressively and threatened me to drop in the middle.
                                      He said he needed cash payment. Is this how a driver behaves with a pregnant woman. No manners.
                                      I want money back frauds... It's making angry and I'm losing my patience...
                                      And get ready for facing problem if I don't get my money back...And don't take my words lightly...FRAUDS OLA CAB SERVICE, LOOTERS...

                                        I am writing because i have been at the receiving end of manipulation of payment by ola. On top of it they have been giving me harassing calls and it is coupled by poor customer service.

                                        The executives have been calling me saying that i have a ending bill of rs. 1000/- for 20th feb'19, which is completely untrue. The rides taken by me on 20th feb'19 have been paid for.in fact, none of the bills that i had been generated that day were a total of rs. 1000/-. Every time the executive had called, they have given me an email id on which i am unable to send mails and screenshots of bills as a proof.

                                        No solution has been provided to this problem by the ola customer service executives.in addition to this, i am unable to even cancel my postpaid because the emails have been bouncing back from the email id given. On top of this, i am fine doubly now.

                                        The calls from legal team are harrowing. It is a clear case of harassment nd wanting to mint money from the customer without offering any solution to the problem.

                                        Despite having paid all the bills, i have been getting the caharrowing calls. Please look into this horrible and disgusting customer service by ola.
