Double demand for the rides taken on ola cabs.
I am giving below the chronology of the incidents which we are currently going through because of worst understanding of the problems by ola support team and their stereo type responces.
1. We hv used ola outstation and domestic on 8th may 2019. From pune to ghatkopar in mumbai and international airport to ghatkopar with the differance of 2-3 hrs.
In pune no outstation ola driver come for pick up unless it is cash hence we booked a cab on cash payment and travelled to ghatkopar mumbai. The ola server was not responding at the drop point in ghatkopar and the network was not reachable, hence we paid to driver rs. 1797.00 as per the estimate on booking..
We used another ride from international airport to ghatkopar on the same day and at ghatkopar drop point the same experience of server and network. The driver advised us to pay as per the booking estimate and hence we paid him rs. 307.00 in cash.
For us the ride account was squared off.
2. On 9th may we recd a call from ola call centre stating that there is pending post paid invoice for rs. 2145.00. When i enquired with the caller he said that this is as per the facility given by ola to me since i am a regular customer.
I hv no knowledge of such facility being operative and ola has never informed me earlier also.
I have been using ola for some time now but all the time by cash payment only.

My communication was attended by various ola executives such as mayur mahendra bhanushali, kishor kumar 1, ayaz ahmed, amitkumar seth, vinayak vishnukanth kathare, and chintan girish mistry,
I only recd two standard replies as follows,
Our team is looking into the issue.

Your issue is resolved
I had written total 29 communications to ola support team and the grievence cell but after 48 hrs only this responce from them.
4. My submission to you to look into this matter and sort out the same at earliest, since i hv paid all my ola rides in cash only.
Secondly, ola has never informed me before and now that there is any facility called post paid facility for the rides and they hv sanctioned such facility to me.
I hv requested ola support to call the drivers for confirmation about the payments being already made. But as of today this request has not been accepted by the concerned people.
5. Ola informed me that my account is active and i can use the services of ola.
But on 20th aug i recd a telecon from mr devraj (Mob. No. [protected]) of banglore office stating that ola wants to resolve this issue and hence i should make the payment and on verification my payment made to drivers will be reverted back to me.
I asked for the written confirmation from him, but next day he informed that he can not do so because my mob. No is blocked in the system.
Now a days i am continuously receiving the threatening messages and telecons from ola that legal action will be initiated against me.
While writing this mail i just recd call from mob no.
[protected] with the same threat to make payment or face legal action.
For what???
Ola wants double payment for the ride.
6. We are senior citizen of age group above 70 years and does not have attitude of cheating somebody for the filthy sum of rs 2000 and odd.
Looking forward with great hope that the issue will be sorted out and i will be relieved of the harrassments from ola staff.
