Complaint no. 1:
On 21 august 2019, i was trying to book olausing mobile app from krims hospital, central bazar road, nagpur to dharampeth nagpur at around 8.30 pm.
It was repeatedly asking for destination for trip. So two to three times i had to enter same information in the app.
It was continuously checking the availability of micro taxi.
One confirmation was asked to me i confirmed the trip.
The cab came and dropped me to desired destination.
The cab charged me rs 65/-
Then around 9.20 pm or so, i booked ola auto from yash medicals to laxminagar, nagpur,. The autowala dropped me at destination and in my mobile charge was rs 47/-. I paid him rs 50/-.
But to my greatest surprise he showed me bill of rs. 97 which according to him rs 47/- of current ride and rs. 50/- for earlier ride.
My app was showing me bill of rs 47/- only.
He quarreled a lot. That was so irritating.
He called some cr number and the person at cr talked with me.
To my surpise, he told me that i had cancelled the ride from krims hospital to dharampeth, which i did not do.
As when i was trying to book, it was continuously checking availability, no intimation was shown on my mobile, as mentioned above in first paragraph.
The ride which was never booked by me nor i got any intimation about it, is now showing as cancelled in my ride history!!! And i will be charged rs 50/- unnecessarily for this.
Now when i checked my email, same ride cancellation issue is written in mail. And when i declared that this ride is not booked by me, it blocked my mail as well as my number.
This is unfair.
Complaint no 2:
Always initially the app checks availalbility of cabs and shows not available and if again we keep on trying within seconds we get it available but with higher tariffs.
This is unfair
