I am a senior citizen aged 75yrs with leg problem. On 8/8/2019 at 4am i booked a cab from ksr railway stn to go to yellenahally main road, dlf. Driver manjunath responded but didn't come, after 5mts my phone indicated another driver shivabasaiah name, who also didn't come but he was very impolite on phone and cancelled my booking. Again i made another booking and made my trip with 3rd driver. My phone indicated cancellation charges rs. 50 for no reason. This is not the first time. Before i take the matter to senior citizen office in police com office, i wish to hear from ola c c service. Thanks, h v s moorthy

      Hi,

      My ola account blocked without giving me any intimations, i sent an emails to [protected]@olacabs.com and [protected]@olacabs.com from 3 to 4days i'm trying to send emails after emails asking them to provide proper answers regarding my account blocked issue. Till now i don't know why my account is blocked? No explanation and they sent email stating, my raised reference was closed by stating as under.. `your request (Ticket[protected] has been resolved`, they are not given proper explains and also my account still shows as blocked? No one responded properly, can you help me to unblock my account and take necessary actions against ola team?

        I am holding credit card of hdfc and sbi card. Just found many unauthorized transactions in the name of citrusp*olacabs. I haven't checked any of the transactions do far. But this unauthorized transactions has been made in my card from the month of march 2017 in my sbi card and from the month of jan 2019 in my hdfc card.

        Why is this happening and request you to settle the issue asap.
        Hereby attaching dispute transactions done in hdfc bank for your reference.
        I will raise a seperate complaint for the transactions in sbi card.

          Everytime i prebook my ride for early morning train to catch but everytime either driver cancels the ride or makes fool of me and doesn't come for pickup, as i know that i don't get a taxi in that early morning so i prebook.
          This same happened today.
          I missed my schedule train.
          Previously i also complained and customer care executive also makes fool and just can't solve the problem.
          Now will either ola takes steps against the driver and should sent in my mail as a proof that strict has been taken.
          Or compensate for missing my scheduled train.

            The ola driver spoke bad language and stopped the car in between and asked me n my kids to get down by knowing that we very urgently need to reach the destination. I begged him to take the car but he refused to do. Finally he asked four times more the fare and i had to pay it since it was very urgent. He was speaking bad language n seem to be a drunken.

              I took ride on kolkata at 10 a.m for 3 hour rental . At first it showed 799 for sedan which booked by airport ola booking point. When I completed ride it shows more than double amount 1869. Because of my flight time, I paid hand cash 1000 and paid half in Paytm to driver but he still asking it's not coming and demanding for more money. And they are doing cheating like this according to situation of people.

                Yesterday morning i booked a cab from burari to sahibabad around 22kms for which crn is [protected]. While booking cab the fare shows around 380 or 390 something for mini, while in prime it is around 500 and in uber it around 400 something. I booked ola mini and opt for gpay. The cab booked is having registration number as hr55aa2353.

                Problem 1. Rs.2 has been requested by ola to pay for the ride by gpay.
                Problem 2. The final fare goes to rs. 726 which is around 85% higher.

                After checking bill i found the rebate of rs. 390 and fare increase of rs. 624.

                My last to last ride is having the same issue for which they refund rs. 71

                  This ola cab hit my car though it was parked in my parking. The cab no. Is mh12qg9008... The driver has zero knowledge of reverse.. He was driving on high speed that too on a reverse gear and too in a society. We had no role in that incident as our car was parked in the parking. We want all our damages covered from the driver or owner whoever it maybe as soon as possible.

                    Hi, I have been charged wrongly for a ride on Ola please find the ride details

                    As I have booked a cab at Tirupati, from Tiurpati Bus Stand to Srivari Mettu which is around 19KM and when I have booked the charges shown as around Rs.190, however after completing the ride the total fare is showing as Rs.989 and I have not made the payment as the option choosen is UPI payment and raised a complaint with OLA cusotmer care
                    and even driver was surprised with the pricing and the drive status showing in drivers mobile is still the destination was not arrived but I have get down at my stop.
                    I have raised complaints on this many times with Ola customer care, however I could not find proper response they are not even calling on my mobile just sending emails and messages stating that I need to pay the payment.

                    While booking cab the rent showed Rs 383. After completing the trip it showed Rs 714 for a distance of 18.6 km. I feel it is cheating and extra amount should be refunded.

                      On 16th april i took a ride, as i was unaware of post paid after completion of my ride, driver asked me to pay by cash and i paid through cash, and money got deducted from post too without any notice
                      After 10 days post paid bill got generated, after raising the complaint no one is looking for resolving this issue, now i am getting daily calls for payment

                        We had taken a ola cab on july 25th from sion west to mahim, unfortunately left a belonging in the ola cab. We had called the driver within 5 minutes and asked him
                        If he can tell his location and we can come and collect it from there, however driver izhar ali did not inform the correct location and said he would be in the airport.
                        After calling him many times and the customer care, he first informed he would let us know in the evening where he was – then he informed he goes to thane my home location every second day and he would give it over there. Nothing happened its been more than 10 days, i have not got the belonging, neither ola has done anything to
                        Get it back. I have called the customer care many times, they call up the driver and tell him to submit but he has not done that for last 10 days. If thane is too far in the second call, which we made after 2 days had informed to submit at any of the ola offices, driver was rude to me and to the ola agent, inspite of the ola agents informing him to submit the driver has turned a deaf ear, every time he gives a excuse of the distance. For past 10 days someone can check how many times he has come to thane & mulund area or for that matter andheri. Ola is not able to do anything and have no control on their driver partners. This is very poor service from ola.
                        I wanted to speak to one of the managers in ola about the disgusting services, however they connected me to some one called sanket who assured that he has spoken to
                        The driver and the belonging would be submitted by the driver to the sanpada office. He also informed that he would give me a call before 5.00 p. M saturday 03/08 and keep me informed about the status. However no once called and i am following up a simple thing for more than 10 days. I would never go with ola again as they don’t know about
                        Customer service is. Can someone provide a resolution on this. Its not a matter of the belonging however a matter of principles. Its going to be 2 weeks now

                        Once again the issue has been closed without any resolution from Ola end. The issue is not at all resolved, Sanket who claims to be a supervisor in Ola said he would give a call before 5.00 p.m on 02nd August, his call never came. After that on 7th August some one named Vikram again a supervisor I believe in OLA gave a call and informed that he has spoken to the driver and he would be submitting the belonging by tomorrow 08th August as the chakala office ( after so much inconvenience also OLA does not have the courtesy to get it to Thane office which is my location), once he gets a confirmation that the driver has submitted the belonging, he would give a call . Again I have not received any confirmation from him nor I know what is the driver doing, sitting with the belonging for past two weeks.

                        Don’t have much hope with the Ola services, they don’t have any control on their driver partners or else it would not take 2 weeks to get the issue resolved.

                        Its going to be 3 weeks however no update about the belonging. I have received calls from OLA, apologizing however the fact is there is still no resolution. Sanket had called stating he has again spoken to the driver and he would give the belonging to ola office on 09th Aug. Sanket had informed he would give a call to me and confirm they have received it . However i haven't received any follow up calls, I assume the driver has not given the belonging to ola office, like previous instances. Now the question here is what action OLA has taken against such a driver and when can a resolution be expected. Poor service from OLA, never expected it

                        Its exactly 3 weeks. Sanket was supposed to give a call last Saturday. I haven’t heard anything from OLA after the Friday call from Sanket.
                        So now you understand how pathetic your services are where in a simple issue can’t be resolved in 3 weeks.

                        How is OLA going to compensate for all this inconvenience.

                          I have been overcharged for a ride rather than estimated fare as the driver took the long route and added the state toll charges. Ola cab drivers are driving on their own route and adding state toll charges if i want to take a ride within delhi only they are driving through noida route for which i have to pay toll charges (Inr 100/- for entering noida and other 100/- for exiting noida) total inr 200/- as well as for long route and if stucked in traffic they are adding waiting charges also.

                          When i contacted to ola support number it is always busy whenever i tried to call.

                            Hi... Recently i had booked a cab from hyderabad to nizamabad according to the ola gps showing. And have been waiting but time was increasing drastically. After that i decided to cancel my ride and i had tried to contact them about details. But they were not contacted and got busy on phone. So i cancel my ride and they did not call me or mail me. But they charged about 150/- without intimation. I had tried to ask them but they were busy at that time.

                              I was cheated by the driver. The app showed he was there in the pick up point and he never was there and after sometime he cancelled my trip.

                              He called me initially and asked where about and i informed. This is a betrayal since i was going for a short distance but cost of around 200/-.

                              Ola please check your app they are cheating the software.
                              The driver did not pick up the phone.
                              The driver is a cheater and required punishment to be given and you have to remove his attachment from ola this should be a lesson for others as well.

                              Please remove my rs 50/- cancellation charge.

                              Kindly call me this is a punishable offense due to this i have to book another cab and i missed my major deal because of this driver.

                                I booked a ola post paid cab twice once on mar 17, 2019 - 119 rs and on mar 18, 2019 - 285 rs to try out the feature and i have paid the pending amount - 430 rs by wallet after 1 followup on may 01 2019. But post that, till date they have been sending me threatening text messages saying legal action will be taken. One of the executives called me even on 13 may, 2019, when i explained the situation he asked me to share the screenshot of the payment done which i did within 10 mins. There was no response on that, i followed up on the same email on 21 jul, 2019 and there is no response yet. But i am still receiving text messages once every 10 minutes till today. This is plain "harassment" to the customer for some dysfunctional system ola has created. To top it, i cannot find any customer support to express my query all there is just faqs. To add to that i am not allowed to book cabs either. This is a horrible customer experience.

                                  Here is my case:

                                  I tried to book a ride from hotel allahabad regency to airport on 17th feb'19. However every driver kept on calling me and asking me to pay 900 rs. Instead of 650 and they asked it in cash. I called ola same time to file a complaint (Please refer to recorded call from my #). Finally one driver agreed to pick me for rs. 650 in cash and i agreed. Please understand that i didn't know i had ola postpaid activated on my account because i never applied for it or consented for it.

                                  I paid approximately rs. 650 in cash to the driver and ran for my flight as i was getting late due to this fiasco. I didn't get chance to notice that same amount has been debited from my ola account as well. I started getting collection calls from ola about 2 month after the incident.

                                  Since then i have been trying to get help from ola customer care to resolve the issue. However, i am being harassed and blackmailed into paying this amount. Ola has blocked my account, preventing further rides, causing me to be stranded in a hotel in indore on 8th jan'19. Upon talking to multiple 'escalation supervisors', all i here is that they can't do anything and i have to pay this amount because ola is incapable of verifying if i paid to the driver in cash or not. They are not taking in account the call that i made on 17th feb'19 to file the complaint about same issue. Their only way to verify it is asking the driver if got paid twice or not. Also, they are blackmailing me by forcing legal actions if i didn't the amount that i don't owe to them.

                                    I took ola ride from t nagar to chromepet vide ola cab micro white alto 800 tour h1. Crn [protected]. Estimated charge shown was rs. 276/- i was dropped at my destination at 6.50pm. But driver has closed trip t 8.47pm only and charges shown as rs. 433/- which is too high. This is not acceptable and driver has cheated me. I need justification and refund. Otherwise i will be forced to go to consumer forum for justice. Though the money may may be small the trust is most important which is lost now.

                                      Hi,
                                      I have just traveled by ola cab from noida to delhi airport. Its 113 min teavelling and diatance was 62.4 kms. During the run, driver has spent time of 17 min to fill the cng. My bill is 1417 rs. (@22.7 rs/km). They had added extra charges in invoice, which is totally unknown to me. Vishal is my frisnd (Invoice person) travelled with me.

                                        Im from allahabad and was crossing my way today (6/08/19) at around 7:30 and an ola driver with a wagon r came in between and started abusing that cant you cross properly and used really bad words, and threatened me i only remember that its registration number started with up65 and the front number plate was half broken, i would request ola to atleast track down the vehicle and the driver as there might be very few cabd with the up65 number operating in allahabad else can you please help me in tracking down the up65 registered cabs running in allahabad? So that i can track him down and lodge a complaint, it would be really helpful.
