We had taken a ola cab on july 25th from sion west to mahim, unfortunately left a belonging in the ola cab. We had called the driver within 5 minutes and asked him
If he can tell his location and we can come and collect it from there, however driver izhar ali did not inform the correct location and said he would be in the airport.
After calling him many times and the customer care, he first informed he would let us know in the evening where he was – then he informed he goes to thane my home location every second day and he would give it over there. Nothing happened its been more than 10 days, i have not got the belonging, neither ola has done anything to
Get it back. I have called the customer care many times, they call up the driver and tell him to submit but he has not done that for last 10 days. If thane is too far in the second call, which we made after 2 days had informed to submit at any of the ola offices, driver was rude to me and to the ola agent, inspite of the ola agents informing him to submit the driver has turned a deaf ear, every time he gives a excuse of the distance. For past 10 days someone can check how many times he has come to thane & mulund area or for that matter andheri. Ola is not able to do anything and have no control on their driver partners. This is very poor service from ola.
I wanted to speak to one of the managers in ola about the disgusting services, however they connected me to some one called sanket who assured that he has spoken to
The driver and the belonging would be submitted by the driver to the sanpada office. He also informed that he would give me a call before 5.00 p. M saturday 03/08 and keep me informed about the status. However no once called and i am following up a simple thing for more than 10 days. I would never go with ola again as they don’t know about
Customer service is. Can someone provide a resolution on this. Its not a matter of the belonging however a matter of principles. Its going to be 2 weeks now

Updated by brij.nin Once again the issue has been closed without any resolution from Ola end. The issue is not at all resolved, Sanket who claims to be a supervisor in Ola said he would give a call before 5.00 p.m on 02nd August, his call never came. After that on 7th August some one named Vikram again a supervisor I believe in OLA gave a call and informed that he has spoken to the driver and he would be submitting the belonging by tomorrow 08th August as the chakala office ( after so much inconvenience also OLA does not have the courtesy to get it to Thane office which is my location), once he gets a confirmation that the driver has submitted the belonging, he would give a call . Again I have not received any confirmation from him nor I know what is the driver doing, sitting with the belonging for past two weeks.
Don’t have much hope with the Ola services, they don’t have any control on their driver partners or else it would not take 2 weeks to get the issue resolved.

Updated by brij.nin Its going to be 3 weeks however no update about the belonging. I have received calls from OLA, apologizing however the fact is there is still no resolution. Sanket had called stating he has again spoken to the driver and he would give the belonging to ola office on 09th Aug. Sanket had informed he would give a call to me and confirm they have received it . However i haven't received any follow up calls, I assume the driver has not given the belonging to ola office, like previous instances. Now the question here is what action OLA has taken against such a driver and when can a resolution be expected. Poor service from OLA, never expected it

Updated by brij.nin Its exactly 3 weeks. Sanket was supposed to give a call last Saturday. I haven’t heard anything from OLA after the Friday call from Sanket.
So now you understand how pathetic your services are where in a simple issue can’t be resolved in 3 weeks.
How is OLA going to compensate for all this inconvenience.
