Hi sir,

I would like to log complaint against ola cab services.

I had made an advance booking for my parents on 31st may from home to railway station. At the last minute the cab driver didn't turn up for up for the pick up. This is such a big inconvenience as we had to make other arrangements to catch a train.

I booked another cab immediately and that brings to 2nd complaint. The cab driver has refused to drop at the desired location. He has dropped my parents away from station when it was still raining stating that cops are doing some checks for all cabs and he wants to avoid.

Both the booking details are attached.

I had shared my feedback on ola app but there absolutely no response from ola

Last more than 1 week I didn't not get any out station ride's from Ola company and its not good. So if you check my records I have very good performance but after that I didn't get out station ride's from your ola company...pls check and send me information on my WhatsApp number+91 [protected], , Jalandhar City, Punjab, India
Today I have booked ola cab and during booking it's shows 4 min timing.after that I was waiting for 25 minutes.then driver asked me to cancel the ride.it was so horrible experience.ola official should take strict action against that driver and update me also.

    Driver denied to drop us till doorstep stating roads are not in good condition. We informed him that new road has been constructed and now that road is smooth but driver denied stating go and file complaints against me but i wont go and stopped the car in middle of road and started misbehaving with me he tried to harras me. I am attaching his cab number. Request u to take action against me or else i will have to go to police

      I booked ola auto on aug 3, 2019 from noor khan bazar, hyderabad to banjara hills, hyderabad at about 8:45pm. Auto driver called ([protected]) and asked few (Convenience) questions. 1. Where is the drop? 2. Are u paying cash or paytm or ola money. My answer: cash sir. Will u come now, it's 5 minutes past booking. And in app it showed arrival of ride in 5 mins. Driver: i am coming in 5 mins. Ok. Another call to driver. Driver is on another call (Talking to whom).. No one cares. Not at least ola. And after 10-12 mins, the driver, ride and otp vanished from the app. (My parents in the meantime had to go out and get an offline autorickshaw across the road).. Still seems more convenient than ola isn't it. Well, i keep calling calling and after 1/2 hr driver says.. I am not coming, book another ride, my auto rickshaw met an accident and i am not coming.??? Ola where is yr support team???. Then i tried to pressurize driver to get another ride arranged for me by contacting ola from his side as there is no access to ola complaint or emergency for passengers or (So called partners).. Pathetic. A person by name rajesh/rakesh calls in from his personal no. ([protected]) and says he is manager at ola and asks me to book another ride. Rajesh, you should arrange an alternate for me. Rajesh says, how can i book another ride for u. U shud book it from yr mobile. Wow.. I mean i wud luv to work in such a company who revolutionized meaning of customer care.

        A sum of rs 9, 999.00 was fraudulently withdrawn from my savings account using my atm card [no. Ending in xx29] details. The amount has gone to ani technologies, bangalore 's wallet on 30.07.2019. This message is to request a charge back. A lady posing as sbi regional mgr was on line and i was duped of 9999. Bank statemen shows that the money has gone to ani technologies bangalore. T

          Ola policy is 20% as commission and 6.5%as gst collected from driver partners from cuatomers bill this is a very huge amt but still ola is cheating in the name of lean price like 10 to 20% we don knw how to survive no government is hear8ng to us dear modi sir plz hear to our burden stories aapke ache din ayega policy mei isko thoda dekiye plzzzzz varna is ola ka vishwas karke jo bhi driver log hau turanth kisan ka jaise khudkushi karne shuru hojayega plz show some mercy on us plz govt decide a fix rate for taxis and commission sir its my humble req

            Dear concerned,
            I have logged a complaint (#[protected] with ola cabs on regard to a rental trip i have taken in ola on 28th july. I have billed for a 135km ride where my actual travel was not excess than 50km. An excess of about 1000rs including taxes has been levied upon my ride. I was promised to have a resolution for the same by 72 hours during the telephonic conversation with their executive. Not only i have not received any resolution, the ola support team is not even bothered to respond to my mails.

            The map enclosed in their invoice shows an impossible route!!! I am seeking help because i have been an loyal customer to ola for years and now i doubt a out all the trips i've taken with ola.

            I am attaching a invoice for the reference and requesting you to take relevant steps to help me with this query.

              There’s no number to call ola so i wrote few emails to them stating i never opted for ola pospaid and have always paid using ola wallet paid by my credit card or cash to the driver. But i never recieved a reply. Also i got calls from ola, said they called from bagalore office and told me they will resolve it, but i keep getting messeges with ola pospaid bill with late fees added. I do not want to pay for something i have not authorized and used. Please help, no# [protected]

                I have been charged toll incorrectly for 4 of my rides. All the 4 rides have been taken from chankyapuri, delhi/greater kailash, delhi to surya nagar red light, delhi, and the route also does not include any interstate intersection where a toll can be charged.

                Please get all the rides sorted out urgently, pfb the crn of all the rides in question:

                  Hi Sir,

                  I have booked Ola cab from Bengaluru Airport and reached to Ola cab and provide OTP number to driver. But due to server unavailable code not accepted. Driver already started ride. after run 2 KM He asking to me sir there is server problem due to OTP not accepting. and inform to me that no issue I will drop to you at destination please tell me how much amount showing in you app. I show that amount to him (Rs. 700). I ask to him for bill. he inform to me that I will provide nope.

                  after finish ride I try to paid amount via Google pay. that time got error on Google Pay than I pay 700 cash. but after some time I have check 700 paid via gpay as well.

                  totally paid 1400 rs.

                  after 30 min I called to him that sir I have paid two time please return my 700 additional amount back. but he denied and block my number.

                  I called to Ola customer care. they also not able to help me for the same.

                  I have gpay proof and audio proof for the same.

                  can you please help me for the same

                  I booked cab today around 10pm.driver was about to reach me, so I called driver and told the landmark, Driver asked the drop location, after knowing the drop location he said that he ll not come and canceled ride, but ola put penality for me .is this the way ola will beheave?

                    now I am cheated 3rd time by Ola by charged Extra money

                    I took a ride in ola taxi services. My ride number in ola is CRN [protected] Dated 14 jul 19. I was shown amount 189 inr before i booked the ride. After completion of the ride i was asked 354 inr.
                    165 extra money was charged from me in the name of fare increase. I was sent contacted customer care at 16:08 on 28 july 2019 mails to ola support but they did not give a befitting reply neither did they clear me about the price hike. This nature of ola brings disgust and defame to the consumer by keeping the consumer unaware about the facts. More over price hike was not refunded,

                      I booked an Ola from Noida to Meerut on 21 July 2019 with CRN [protected].

                      The ride charge was deducted from the app 1129 the same day but the driver took 430 in cash, as I was not in the city and the ride was taken by my family, they were not aware of the ride summary till I talked to them but the driver was gone till then, when I called the driver to ask why he took extra money after I came to know this he said he was having a network problem and he got the message from Ola that only 700 is been deducted from the OLA app and he need to take the rest of the amount in cash ie. remaining 430 but I told him that the complete 1129 is been deducted from the app and there was no need of the 430 cash amount, he then told me that he will refund the money via paytm but when again I called him after some time and even the next day he diidnot answered the call.

                      I then complaint about the same to Ola via the app support and then I got the mail stating that the driver is saying the amount of 430is for the toll charges, ( can you imagine how smart he is trying to be here as there is no toll on that route second he committed to me over the call that it is by mistake and he is going to refund this. He stated different thing to the Ola support )

                      Then I dropped several emails to Ola Support with my response that they are been misguided by their driver but I got no response for 2-3 days then I received a mail stating I will receive the call from their support team in the day time but since then I am dropping them mails again and again and I have not received any email or call from anyone to resolve this issue.
                      Their number is not connecting.

                      Its been a long time now since the cab was booked, please help in resolving this problem.

                      I am closing this complaint as I have received the resolution ( refund initiated by Ola ). I got connected to the senior executive and got the resolution but I want to suggest Ola to improve their complaints resolution department to take care of the complaints in timely manner as here it was my effort only to get it resolved as if I have dropped them a lot of Emails and calls but for no resolution. if I would not have called several times it might not be resolved for years. But anyhow now I am happy that it is resolved. Thanks

                        Ola has harassed me so much that i gave up and paid second time yesterday for 1 ride. Attached is the screen shot of the payment made with penalty (Rs.398) yesterday. Despite of paying twice, i am still getting threat calls and msgs from ola. Got 1 call and 6 msgs so far today.

                        The Ola cab driver stopped the ride in middle as AC was not working and asked me to take another cab. I was charged Rs 112 for a usual distance of Rs 30- 40.
                        I have registered the complaint multiple times and the reply that I receive is that your complaint is resolved, without any actual solution

                          I booked the cab thru ola on 31/july/2019. I booked for 4:00 p. M. But after so many calls and requests the cab driver even not cancelled the cab, he reached at my place at 4:30. I got late by 1/2 an hour and missed the flight. It was in so much mental pressure and i was on no show in the flght, still i have to reach mumbai at no cost, so again i booked the flight and have to make the payment of rs. 8000/- and reached home by 1:30 a. M.in the night.
                          Kindly refund my amount of rs. 1000/- which i made to driver by cash.

                          This was a really horrible experience i had, will never use ola again.

                            Ola has been call me since last 1 year about a due amount, i have records of more than a 1000 phone calls and messages threatening to press legal charges. The link they send in the message does not work. Whenever i open the ola app i'm able to book cab normally. App does not show any dues. So please make them stop harassing me on an hourly basis. Every time i block there number i get another call form a different number within an hour. I have also received a call from ola legal team threatening me to pay, but once i explained my case to them even they were startled and didn't seem to have any solution. Since ola itself doesn't have the solution to this, i'm not sure what the next course of action will be.
                            Please make them stop.

                              I am absolutely disgusted with ola. I replaced uber with them and never again!! I booked a cab today which was taking its time, i watched it in app and then it came on my road parked down the road for 5 mins and then drove up 1mph if thag. When he finally pulled up he smirked at me. I asked him what he was doing whilst standing outside the car as he was not completely stationary, he then drove off!! I was so angry i could have cried. I always book my cabs in advance and despite driver taking his time and stopping randomly on his way (There was no traffic) i did not cancel as i do not find it fair on drivers so i waited. This resulted in me then getting late for work as he cancelled. I am now having to go to a formal meeting regarding my lateness. I then booked another cab which i cancelled straight away as i did not want the same experience. I cancelled and had no cancellation fee and the app showed me as having no job. 10 minutes later, i received a notification advising me of my fare for a ride i did not even go on!!! The app shows the fare and the ride but not even a destination! This app is scamming people. I am mortified and if this does not get resolved, i will be taking this higher. I am never using ola again as i have lost all faith in this company and i get cabs twice a day! I will also be deterring everyone i know from using them too. I expect a satisfactory resolution to this complaint as i am horrified with what happened today. It was totally unacceptable ; along with that, i expect a full refund amongst some redress to compensate for my distress and inconvenience.

                                I recently booked cab from ola and did payment using upi once trip ended. The payment was successful and money got deducted from my account but was showing confirmation pending from ola.
                                I did call in ola support and they said it will get resolved soon. It's been 3-4 days and i did call them 3 times, every time i got reply that will get resolved soon. It still hasn't been resolved and i am unable to book any cab ☹️

                                  This is for your kind information, I'm a customer of your ola cab. Today during a ride at Kolkata, the fare amount given to me was ₹320 when I booked it. After starting my ride I tried several times to make the payment via online banking. But your app wasn't proceeding the process till the end of my journey. Everytime the payment was showing failure.In the mean time other transition on same online banking was going smoothly and I was forced to pay ₹468 for that ride by hard cash.The same thing happened to me earlier also even with so many of my friends/colleagues.
                                  The driver followed a long route saying that it will consume time and distance. But the map route was showing different. At a result, I missed my train, had to give an extra amount.
                                  Being a smart citizen and having enough knowledge about computer science and engineering as I'm an employee at an MNC, feeling very disturbed. If such thing goes on then it would be a problem for people to take a ride because the amount is changeable.
                                  Why a person would bother such extra fare. We people are not reliable about the route, so if driver keep a long route and at the end if a person would forced to give extra money with hard cash(huge hard cash isn't available all time for a person because nowadays everything is payable via net banking)

                                  So it's a very serious concern, if ola authority doesn't resolve the issue, I would like to take further step including file a complaint on consumer forum, MHRD along with will spread such issue on social media. It's not a well business model. I know well, how it's internal function going on.

                                    I had a ride in OLA on 3 July 2019 and the amount charged for that ride was 279 rs and i have paid that amount through G-pay and that was not processed by OLA to the driver. After completion of my ride the driver show me the amount that by saying that i didn't get the amount i have called the OLA customer care immediately before giving the cash. Ola customer care agent said that to pay the amount in cash and he said has raised a request for refund for the online payment amount and ill get the amount in 7 working days.
                                    After that i have called OLA customer care more than 5 time regarding this issue every time i call they say will we will check and raise a ticket. and i also send the mail with attached paid screen shot and my bank statement to show that i didn't receive my amount. i would like complaint for fraud case against the OLA Company

                                      Yesterday i took ride from manjunath nagar to nelamangala. I booked through phone pay, driver name is manju, ka51c0916, transaction i'd no. S1907302341045384258274, payable amt was 370, it was already deducted from my phone pay wallet but he collected cash rs. 420.00 from us.
                                      He cheated us, pls do the needful asap. And revert the amt to my account.

                                        I booked ola rental on 28th july crn[protected], i started my trip but in midway when i take stop for some work and asked driver to wait for some time and park the vehicle and told will call once i finish my work, but after sometime when i tried to call driver he was not picked the call for more than 2hours when i called ola customer care they also tried to call him but their call is not answered by driver so they told me they will escalate the matter to concern but till today no one reverted after all, and now they are reverted like issue resolved but truth is different, ola deducted money from my account for the trip which i haven't taken, and ola support team just asking me to wait again but no tat, expecting some strong action against driver and these lethargic support team because of them i was stranded in midway on road during heavy rain and also lost some important work and event thereafter.
