Thereafter i told cab driver you remain here me and my wife with laggage having acroosed the road and reach you soon. Me and my wife reach come soon to the cab but cab was not thair cab driver escape from the place with cab. I am not cancelled the ride. Cab driver has cancelled the ride so therefore fully responsible to cab driver i am not responsible for that act so please free me all encumbrance and charges. I will be highly oblize to you.

Driver was badly drugged he arrived picked up point 1 hours late and intentionally he miss behave with us and he intentionally drive very badly kindly take strick action as soon as possible cab no MH 02 CR 5226 wagnor .

    1) On 5th April i had reserved two cabs, from Thiruvananthapuram airport for one complete day to travel with in city of Thiruvananthapuram and pickup done at 7:30 AM from Thiruvananthapuram Airport. Both the cab drivers refused to start journey on Ola post paid as they complained that they are getting delayed payment from Ola and they want cash. Since i had booked return flight on the same day and had several things planned i had no option but to accept their conditions.

    2) Journey ended around 7.45 PM and I paid both the drivers in cash which was 2699 INR (CRN[protected]) and 2799 INR (CRN[protected]) for both the cabs. Now since i had paid in cash i raised tickets clearly sharing both the references and requested the same to be waived off in my postpaid bill.

    3) Unfortunately only one (CRN[protected]) was reversed which was for the amount 2771 and in the same call i reminded Ola representative who had called me that there is another bill which needs to be waived off. I was told that another person would call and resolve the issue.

    4) But it never happened i kept raising tickets in Ola app and they just kept saying that issue is resolved without even mentioning what's the solution offered. I got another call probably on April 26th and 27th and for both the representatives said they will look into the matter and resolve it. Even i asked them to contact drivers so that this can be verified and closed.

    5) But nothing happened and Ola kept adding penalties on my account the worse part is that they don't have nodal officer number, their corporate office number listed on website never answer my call. Over and above the tickets raised in app are just closed without proper information.

    6) Now they have added 395 INR for the no fault of mine and it's being added even now penalty is growing up for the no fault of mine

    7) I received another call on 25th July 2019 by a representative named Miss Vishaka vide phone number +[protected] to whom I explained in detail after which she agreed indeed this was an issue but she was unable to help so I requested the call to be forwarded to her superior and was connected to another person name Mr. Srijit, he did pulled in driver for call conference but due to language problem he couldn't respond immediately. So Mr. Srijit promised me that he will look into it and resolve it.

    8) After driver has taken the money it's his duty to inform the Cab Aggregator that he has collected money and this wasn't done.

    9) I want M/s Ola to compensate me for all the stress and agony I have gone through this and that should be 5X ( 5 times) the invoice value in the reference of booking id -CRN[protected]

    I haven't heard anything on this, please can i know the status M/s Ola has sent SMS that may take a legal action though no amount is due from my side. On the contrary I should be taking legal action against them, please can i know if this is really moving.

      I had complained previously also. And again I am complaining. Because of that driver I could not reach my work place and my pay was cut. How could you people be so careless. If you have an app for convenience of people, how could you be possibly an irritating factor to them. Trust me I am searching for a thing where I can file mental harassment case against Ola. This is not the first time it has happened. I'll write 1000 times if you want me to. But I want action to be taken against the driver and compensate for my loss as well. Mh 03 bc 2607. Brown waganor.         I booked ola, driver argued me to pay him extra over the phone, please check your recordings if you have, i refused, he argued and asked me to cancell the ride, i said i will not, after waiting for 1 hour driver arrives saying its not worth for me to go there i will be at loss, pay me 1200rs, i said no i shall pay my estimated fare, i have travelled to my destination by choosing same location several times, but this time gps ends trip 8km before reaching destination, driver suggested me to reroute the trip i did so which was showing very diffrent route and when we started on gps the actual road was diffrent and was taking ne somewhere else, after that again we stopped the car and rerouted the ride this time again some other location would have been the result if we would have taken the route, so me knowing the way came uptill our destination, to my shock when i got down fare was showing 700rs which was 400rs over than actual estimated price.

        I expect refund

        Estimated fare was 300rs

        Paid 700

        Rerouted as destination was not on gps to find the correct destination as road displayed on gps would have taken us to diffrent unexpected location

          I booked a cab from ola.. Before riding the fare shown to me was rs.515 after completing the ride it was rs. 885.
          I called them thrice they said there was high demand of cab so they charged extra fees.. But i was not shown or notified about this prior.. They said their supervisor will contact me within 4hrs but it has been 24 hrs i have called thrice but no one contacted me.
          They showed me fix fare cab n charged ne heavily.

            I on saturday ie 27 july took ola taxi..
            Driver name is ratneesh..

            I took a taxi from noida, rate was coming rs 275/- in the morning to drop at okhla.

            We want to 2 extra stops.

            Mine invoice came as rs 331/-, he took rs 470/- from me saying that he is paid mcd tax, i in fact told him mcd tax is including this fright estimate, we have never ever paid saperately.

            I want immediate refund.

            This person has cheated us..
            Hi my account has been permanently blocked ans and I have no idea why as I haven't used Ola before. So if you could unblock my account so that I can use it, it would be very grateful. Thank you

              I have been using ola since along time. I everyday take ola for my work and back. Today i booked a ola from my work place back to home and the driver is not ready to pick me from my location and he is asking me to cancel the ride which would charge me when i take an another ride. He is not ready to cancel it by himself telling that would make a loss of pay for him. I consider this as very unethical practice hence i request you to take a serious action against the driver.

                I am udit singh, a central government employee. I took a ride in ola taxi services. My ride number in ola is crn[protected] dtd 28 jul 19. I was shown amount 276inr before i booked the ride. After completion of the ride i was asked 554 inr.
                315 extra money was charged from me in the name of fare increase. I contacted customer care at 16:08 on 28 july 2019 but they did not give a befitting reply neither did they clear me about the price hike. This nature of ola brings disgust and defame to the consumer by keeping the consumer unaware about the facts. More over price hike was not refunded uptil now.

                  Hi opted for ola cab service where are the price shown at the time of booking the cab was 432 rs and there was no surge price aswell at the time of bopking and where as the price charged at the arrival was 902 which is completely unfair.

                  Tried reaching the customer care support contact numbers available in the web and also in the app the call gets disconnected after 3 to 4 beep sounds

                    Driver denied a pickup due to ola money payment and asked to cancel the ride. I canceled the ride giving correct reason but i was charged with the cancellation charge of rs.50. Tried in app support for refund and ended with technical error. Called the customer care for refund, without my acceptance they gave an voucher for 50 with one month validity. I am not a frequent rider hence i said that i can not accept the voucher and i need my money refunded in the wallet. They simply said that there is no option to refund the money other than the voucher with only one month validity. Also thay don't have any customer support email id to make the complaint. No help with their app support and their customer care support to get my money refunded. Public money is being looted in the name of cancellation charge for their fault and forcing to use their service by giving an voucher with very short time of one month validity. I need my money refunded.

                      I want to aware the ola company fraud with customers, when i book ola cab my fare was show rs-101 and they charge me 1.5 times rs-151, where i was not jam and same route by driver
                      Now i read in facebook most customers face this fraud by ola cab
                      Please take corrective action against this company to save from this fraud company
                      At this moment uber fare was rs-110 so i book ola they charge me rs - 151
                      When i talk at customer care they told price is dynamic ola can change any amount
                      At time of booking i mentioned proper pick and drop point and there was no change, same point i will picked and dropped and no jam
                      Please consider this

                        It is third time that i am penalized by the ola company for not turning up of their drivers. Shall a customer wait for two to three hours so that ola driver/ can come to pick him/ her. Even drivers refused to come as they are already serving a booking or were very far away. But ola company always penalize their customer by charging rs 50/- on next booking. It is unfair, unethical, immoral and illegal also. I demand return of this uncalled for penalty levied on me unnecessarily and illegally.

                          I took ola cab from delhi airport to hotel sun village. As driver requested for cash payment we paid cash 525 rs. At the destination. As payment was debit card i tried to change the payment method but couldn't do and 525 rs debited online as well. When contacted driver about the same he refused to agree about cash payment. Please check with the cab driver otherwise i will file a legal complaint against him as he is lying for small amount and talking very rudely over the call. I have attached screenshot from ola app about the ride.

                            I believe driver was pre-planned to cheat, evidenced below mentioned points.
                            1) driver was driving very slowing while return, so to make the trip delay and make extra money.
                            2) at around 7.15 pm stopped the vehicle at adyar location of chennai which is around 8 km. From destination (Palavakkam) and informed vehicle break down, refer the pic enclosed.
                            3) driver asked my parents to pay rs 4, 500 as bill amount and take auto and go home.
                            4) as i informed them to check the bill and pay cash to driver while starting the trip, my parents asked for the bill but driver denied to share the bill and argued that check with your son for the bill. Since booking was done from my mobile and i was not with them, driver started creating problem on road and forced for payment immediately.
                            5) while starting the trip i informed the driver that parents are first time to chennai and they are not aware of tamil language so please take care.
                            6) in bill break up additional distance fare of rs 390 and additional time fare of rs 120, these are extra charged without reason.

                              This is with regard to double amount charged to my credit card for a ride taken on 17th may crn [protected]. I was charged an amount of rs 677/- twice to my credit card and even after multiple mail reminders, sharing the screenshot of ctedit card statement, calls to ola support number, i have still not received any resolution.

                              I would want to raise a complaint to ensure reversal of excess amount charged to my ola account.
                              Ola cab charge 1.5 times on my cab and refuse to refund they told you do any mistake, I informed all Indian use Uber not Ola, Ola maximum times do this but Uber not do single times

Since last half n hour we both call on his no but he is not responding.. This is very cheap tenancy shown by ola driver... If ola seriously taken any action please do it otherwise i will promote my incident with others...

                                  I have booked a ride for my friend and paid the money before the end of the ride, and the amount was rs.1223.
                                  After the completion of the ride the asked my friend to pay the whole amount by mistake he also paid the whole amount.
                                  After that i raised complaint saying that this is what happened and they gave ne rs.90 coupon code and said thats all we can do.

                                    The driver canceled automatically my ride and when i asked him the reason he didn't gave proper answer. I was charged cancelation fee. The driver first agreed to come and when it was booked after sometime he cancelled the ride. When i called him and asked about it he did not gave any proper reason and i was charged cancellation fees of rs50. Kindly look into the matter.

                                      I booked an ola ride, then driver asked me how much fare i was getting, then i told him fare charges and he said that you have to pay double amount for booking and then i said i will report about you in ola cabs and he happily replied ok no problem and then i was angry so i told him to cancel ride.

                                        I engaged ola cab vide crn [protected] - 20 june 2019 ride from 416, old madras road to bangalore airport kial drop. Ola illegally charged & collected from me excess amount of rs. 180 + gst towards toll & parking fees, which are not applicable for bangalore airport drop trips. I raised a complaint to ola support team and they themselves agreed and accepted that toll fee & parking charges are applicable only for bangalore kial airport pick-ups i. E. Outbound trips from bangalore airport. I have again raised the issue and submitted ola invoice highlighting the inbound trip & illegally collected excess amounts of rs. 180 but ola is still silent. Unfortunately, ola has a history of skimming off illegal charges for several reasons and thus scamming trusting customers. Please help me receive refund of rs. 180 + gst from ola.
