Some days ago an ola cab hits my swift from the back and damaged my car i stoped the driver and ask him to pay for the loss he told me that he will pay after some time and gave me his number and i have video, audio and picture proof that that was his number car and his confession. But that day i have to leave my city so i told him i will come back and collect the payment for damages. Now i am calling him and he is totally avoiding the call...

In an earlier email, i've explained my issue that i am unable to login to my ola account as i've lost my mobile through which i set up the account. You guys "resolved" it without ever sending me a link to log in to my account. I've been patient and even reminded you for the link in the same email without no response.

Someone in my colony got dropped through an ola. That ola driver parked his car right infront of my residence. Its od 33k 4801. When i asked him to get his car out of our parking space. He started to abuse with vulgar words. Ola should pick up drivers properly. It's really irritating to get annoyed through this ola service everytime. They don't hire trained drivers....

I am currently in a ola outstation ride from meerut to delhi. Its a white tata zest with no. Dl 1zc 4524. Driver's name is devendra kumar. I booked an ola cab, then the driver couldn't reach the required destination to pick me up, so he cancelled the cab.
Afterwards i booked another cab and i was asked to pay 50 rupees more because the driver cancelled the cab earlier.
If i had cancelled the cab earlier, i would have surely given the extra 50 rupees happily, but it was the driver who did the same....

They are asking money which i have already paid to driver and constantly calling ad sending masseages regarding money due. Its being a long time they are harrasing me please take a strict action against them. They have a new way to earn money from customers. I am very upset ad frustrated now. They are saying that you have paid money still you have to pay it online also else you will keep receiving calls and massages....

I had booked an ola bike on 18th july, 2019 morning. The driver arrived and at 10:38 am i shared the otp with him. He asked me where is my drop point, and then said there is no fuel in his vehicle. Showing zero balance. Same. I mailed the support desk received no proper assistance i updated again by restarting the app as suggested by the ola team but still not working. Now if i try to update my pan its not happening. I had around 1500 rs in my ola account. Please do the needful.

Do i pay inr 293 for a cab without ac???
This has been regular habits of ola to annoy the passangers

I want the full refund for the ride as i am not paying ₹293 for a non ac cab

When i called them for this complaint and asked them for refund they completely refused...
