I have booked an ola auto to my grandmother.
And while sending off i asked her not to pay the money as i have checked in for ola postpaid. However, the auto driver demanded for the money again from my grandma.
And she is helpless and have to pay the money.
Thus i got the money cut from my postpaid balance (52 rupees) and money from our pocket as well (70 rupees).
Hereby i demand my money back and punish the driver for wrong doings.

    I have booked the ola cab on 25.07.2019 from rohini to bawana (Delhi). The cab has arrived at the location at 9.40 a. M.. The driver has asked me where is your destination. I told him it is bawana. The driver mr. Rakesh kumar has denied to start the ride and told me he has not willing to go to bawana. The car is beat and crn number is [protected]. I am getting late for office. So i have booked another ride but on next day rs.50/has been added in my bill as cancellation charges which is wrong. Kindly refund the same.

      Maine customer ko thane se pick up kiya tha aur viman nagar me drop kiya customer ne bill diya nahi to maine partner care me complaint registered ki mera bill 1845 + toll charge 265 aisa huva tha but customer care se much bhi revert nahi mila hai abhi tak maine 20 ko complaint registered ki thi muje 72 hrs ka time diya tha abhi 5 days complete no gate hai mai har din partner care ko call kar raha hu lekin o bol rahe hai ki abhi tak kuch revert aya nahi hai concern team ki aur se so plzzzz meri complaint solve kijiye mera paise muje dijiye.

          The estimated fare shown on OLA app was 148/- for cab. but after the completion of ride the amount charged showed 322/-(there was no traffic, route was not changed by driver, no delay on our part)so it is not acceptable to pay amount, Which is even more than double.
          We requested an online bill. Bill breakup showed fare increase by 141/- which is excessively and arbitrarily charged. How can you charge such a huge amount of 141/- extra even though the ride mentioned 148/- only.if you had clearly shown the 322/- as actual price we would have not taken the cab. But this action of charging extra amount is completely arbitrary and non-acceptable. this clearly shows that you lack transperancy with your customers.

          We even tried to call the costumer service Centre but there was no response.
          it was really disappointing that when he did pick up the call he was unprofessional and impolite.

          we are regular customer of Ola, it was not expected that you would indulge in such deceptive techniques of charging more in the name of fare increase and there was no rational reason given by your consumer redressal.

            On 24.07.19, 1.16pm i started my trip. I need to go chepauk pwd office so i asked him that in mount road more traffic is there. So i asked him to go by cathedral road. The driver didn't respond. I asked once again. Immediately he ended the trip and forced me to getdown. He behaved very harsh. With in 0.2 km i was forced to get down. Is this the correct manner? Then the invoice for 97 rupees is coming to me. Without riding, i was forced to get down and i was insulted how can i pay for invoice. Plz do the needful for me.

              I have booked an ola auto from sector-51, noida to golf course metro station when i stepped out from auto after giving money then i realised that i left my cell phone in auto. i immediately borrow a cell phone and called on my number it was ringing and after 5 minutes it switched it off. ola auto number ( UP5528 named raja), immediately called on ola customer care but they refused to help me out.

                I had booked Ola at 6. 33 am. He said he will be there in 6 min. I waited. He asked me where I have to go and I told him the place. I asked him if he is coming and he told me yes I will be there. I waited and I saw the eta time going up from 4 min to 18 min. I called him. Several time. He didn't pick up the calls. I have screen shot of the timings as well. I had to reach my destination at 8 and he didn't come. Neither he canceled nor I could book another cab. And this is not the first time it has happened. CRN [protected].he could have told me he is not coming. I would have managed something else. I will try to take as strict action against you all as possible. You people are here to solve the problems given by auto walas. You are worst than them.

                  I have booked ola mini from l and t south city bengaluru to kial international airport vide crn[protected]. The driver name is thimmaraju at 1355 on 23 july. Normally the fare is around rs 720 but the driver charged me rs1933. He told me that due to traffic congestion he will take us through nice road. The distance normally is 46 kms but he took us 76 km. The journey time was 90 minutes. The route was circuitous and we were cheated. I am a regular user of ola and this time the driver cheated me. Please help me. Regards.

                    I had hire a cab from puducherry to chennai airport on 22nd july, 2019. I was iinfirmed that i have to pay rs. 2129.00 plus toll tax and oother exxppenses at an actual as receipted.

                    As car started iin ten minutes driver demanded rs. 1500.000 for fuel and toll tax, when i told i had ola money
                    he says he haas no mmoney to buy fuel so, i advanced him rs. 1500.00.

                    Now, the vehicle registered iin tamilnadu when. Enters in tamilnadu there is no tax. In puducherry, they charge. Rs. 500..00 for 300 days. However, i am not suppose to pay entry tax legally as i am coming. Out of puducherry and not
                    entering in puducherry.

                    When i demanded refund of rs.. 1500.00 paid extra and ola have refunded only 942.00. Why? why we pay tax of 1 month? and there is no tax on vehicle registered in tamilnadu and the same vehicle entering tamilnadu. Your driver is lieing. He is taking permit charges of punducherry, which i am not suppose to pay. The entry tax of punducherry is already paid by the last passanger who travelled in his taxi. Puducherry has monthly tax of only 500.00 and no daily tax. So you cab drivers are collecting this 500.00 rupees from every passangers. We are being cheated by ola. Your driver taking advantage of your wrong policy. You ask driver to submit the copy of tamilnadu entry tax of the date of my travelling. He is not able to produce the same. He also refuses to give me the same. If i am paying for the tax, it is all my right to ask for receipt of the payment, as i am suppose to pay at an actual and not as per the demand of driver or ola management. Ola is taking undue advantage of our trust on them and pappering drivers with our hard earned money.

                      I had booked ola mini (Cab no. Mh03 ch3777, driver name – pandhari yadav) for my parents to commute from thane to kalyan on 23rd july. On calling the drive, he insisted to provide the drop destination which i mentioned that he may get to know after the otp is given to him. He immediately asked me to cancel the cab booking saying that in case i do not disclose the drop destination, he will not take this ride.
                      I informed him that as per the cab policy, driver cannot insist on the drop destination before starting the trip and deny the trip. I requested him to consider the ride to the drop destination as my parents who are senior citizens with physical disability were already waiting on the road.in spite of informing him, he cancelled the cab at his end.
                      It is highly disappointing to see such a rude and impolite nature of ola driver. I immediately booked uber as such service provided by ola was completely unacceptable.
                      Going forward i may think twice before booking any cab thru ola. I request you to take immediate action on the driver.

                        Dear ola,

                        I booked a cab on saturday 20th july 2019 from rajiv gandhi international airport hyderabad to gayatri hill boduppal. The distance is 35 km and according to that amount showed to me was 770. When driver started journey he took me from other route not from route which is shown in ola aap. When i asked why your taking from this route he told this route has less traffic and i told him i don’t know about this route then he said he knows and not to worry. After reaching half a distance there is toll naka and he told me pay amount, i asked him why i should pay the amount he started arguing with me and started shouting to me. When i reach home the amount it showed to me is rs 1234, travelling distance is 65.3 km, reaching time 72 mins. I want to raise a complaint against this driver for misbehaving and overcharging.

                          Some days ago an ola cab hits my swift from the back and damaged my car i stoped the driver and ask him to pay for the loss he told me that he will pay after some time and gave me his number and i have video, audio and picture proof that that was his number car and his confession. But that day i have to leave my city so i told him i will come back and collect the payment for damages. Now i am calling him and he is totally avoiding the call and the person is telling me that he is not the one whom you are calling.
                          Plz him me with the details and find the person.
                          I know that person on the call is him so plz help with your employees or i have to file a case against the vehicle number which is registered in the name of ola private limited.

                            I paid 58rs through UPI online payment and that didn't show in the driver's app and he said that i didn't receive the amount and you need to pay 58 in cash. I paid him extra 58 rs in cash. I want my 58rs back which I paid through UPI money transfer online.

                              Dear ola support/team ola money,

                              In an earlier email, i've explained my issue that i am unable to login to my ola account as i've lost my mobile through which i set up the account. You guys "resolved" it without ever sending me a link to log in to my account. I've been patient and even reminded you for the link in the same email without no response.

                              Please do the needful as soon as physically possible or i'll never clear the due along with whatever "late fee" you guys immorally add on.

                              They say they will send a link to login and never actually do!!
                              In the meanwhile my due is increasing due to their policy of adding fine every day as late fee!!
                              They just resolve it on their end without actually solving any issue.!!!
                              Your request (Ticket[protected] has been resolved.

                              I'm never paying them back if they never send me a link to log in. I mean, i want to, but how can i if i can't even login!!!
                              I have not subscribed for OLA postpaid . But I have incurred Rs 750 charges and my account is locked since I did not pay the same.

                              And there is no OLA customer contact no to resolve or talk about the same. Even if there is a contact no, nobody picks the calls
                              I have faced the worst experience with ola cabs. There’s no management as well as coordination. Pathetic company. I hope ola gets shut down super soon.

                                Someone in my colony got dropped through an ola. That ola driver parked his car right infront of my residence. Its od 33k 4801. When i asked him to get his car out of our parking space. He started to abuse with vulgar words. Ola should pick up drivers properly. It's really irritating to get annoyed through this ola service everytime. They don't hire trained drivers.
                                The journey was from Conossa Hospital at Oxley to Sunnybank Hills. I have been charged twice. I was charged $24.40 and $16.45 for the same journey on 16July 2019. As you are offering 50% discount for two weeks I presume the $16.45 is the correct charge. This is the first time I have used Ola as I usually use UBER.

                                  On 6th april i had reserved two cabs in thiruvananthapuram airport for one complete day. Both the cab drivers refused to start journey on ola post paid as they complained that they are getting delayed payment from ola and they want cash. Since i had booked return flight on the same day and had several things planned i had no option but to accept their conditions. Journey ended around 7.45pm and i paid both the drivers cash which was 2699 and 2771 for both the cabs. Now since i had paid in cash i raised tickets clearly sharing both the references and requested the same to be waived off in my postpaid bill. Unfortunately only one was reversed which was for the amount 2771 and in the same call i reminded ola representative who had called me that there is another bill which needs to be waived off. I was told that another person would call and resolve the issue. But it never happened i kept raising tickets in ola app and they just kept saying that issue is resolved. I got another call may be on april 26th and 27th and for both the representatives said they will look into the matter and resolve it. Even i asked them to contact drivers so that this can be verified.

                                  But nothing happened and ola kept adding penalties on my account the worse part is that they don't have nodal officer number, their corporate office number listed on website never answer my call. Over and above the tickets raised in app are just closed without proper information.

                                  Now they have added 395 inr for the no fault of mine, i would like this to be compensated as i have gone through lot of stress for the not fault of mine. The postpaid bill of 2699 along with penalty should be waived off immediately.
                                  I have booked an ola from moula ali to noor khan bazar the driver is in malkajgiri near about 30 mins far from me i have waited for him for 30 minutes after 30 minutes he cancelled my booking not responding my cals talking rashly with me irresponsible driver im not happy with ola services

                                    Last night, that's 21st of july i tried to book a cab at 10 in the night but there were no cabs around of ola but at last found an ola auto so i booked it. The auto driver came and then asked that are you going to pay cash or online transaction. I had cash so i said i would pay by cash. I was with my mom. The driver started and then instead of taking the main road he was taking us from different routes and was going on staring at me from the mirror. We were feeling weird and uncomfortable. I rang up to my brother and said him to track us by sending him our ola booking id. So he then stopped staring at me and then when we reached after 45 mins we gave him the cash of 500 rupee note but he said he dint have change. I said him yo wait for 2 mins so that u could get the change but he then started abusing me. So i some how send my brother to get the change from a near by shop. He followed him and then in a distance reached my brother and said he would give him the change. When my brother gave him the change he just drove away with 500 in such a speed that we couldn't catch him. From elements mall till byrathi is hardly takes 15 mins. But it was the worst service i ever got from ola. I want you to take legal actions against him and suspend him so that he doesn't do that to anyone else. He dint even enter the otp and canceled out ride from his phone. I need actions taken against him.

                                    The driver was intoxicated and was very rude towards us. I have lost 500 because of him and I want that amound back online or cash. That's my harden earned money so I want a resolution and as well as a compensation for the lost I have faced and also the harrassment

                                      My cab driver kept asking me about my drop location. He came near by my house and started the waiting thing. When i called him, he still asked me about the location and refused to come. Also he told me to cancel the ride from my side and refused to cancel himself. Now app says 50rs will becharged to me when i book next ride. Also there is no proper way shown by the company to call for it and get it solved quickly as this is a small matter. I had to waste my 30 mins to do all this stuff

                                      Yesterday I had Booked OLA from Delhi Airport Terminal 2! After a considerable time, the driver was not coming and I had a lot of luggage too, then I cancelled the OLA! But now your OLA driver is being abusing me those screen short I'm sending! Notify me by taking action as soon as possible otherwise I will complain against OLA!

                                        I had booked a cab today and i pay from my debit card so i payed from my debit card and the amount of 142 has been deducted from my bank account but the in driver's device it was showing that i have to pay in cash. The driver informed as it was showing in cash i will have to do so and to complaint in ola about the money that got deducted by ani technologies from my account so please refund my 142 rupees that i payed online as i have already payed in cash too. This is really pathetic, the driver was rude too because of this, never expected this kind of service from ola.
