I boarded the cab today and the ac was not working. Despite telling the driver that ac not working, he said ac is “kharab”

Do i pay inr 293 for a cab without ac???
This has been regular habits of ola to annoy the passangers

I want the full refund for the ride as i am not paying ₹293 for a non ac cab

When i called them for this complaint and asked them for refund they completely refused to process refund and told me that we cant process refund.
If they are not able to provide adequate service and refund on their mistake then what is the use of such company.?

Please ask them to process the refund immediately

    Ola
    I don't know how is this going to work, I did not link my ola app with my email id, and on 18th July that is tomorrow, I lost my mobile in ola cab, I tried to call every customer care number but no contact number I can contact and give a report about tomorrow's incident. I don't know what kind of person OLA hire to drive ( before giving them work you should verify properly ) that so much of phone robberies were happen in ola and no customer care is there to help us. Tomorrow at around 5:30 PM I have done my ola booking from [protected] number, I just remembered the last 4 digits of my ola cab number and the name of the driver. Cab number was WB***6152 and driver name was Raj Nandy. He was picking up us from Mohiary Majumdar Para, Andul, Mouri, Howrah ( near Majumdar Para, Balak Sangha Club ) and drop us in front of Tanisq, Shibpur, Howrah at around 6-6.30 pm. I already had reported an FIR about my lost phone. After trying so much, ultimately I can call one ola customer care number and gave all the details they have asked me to gave and even send them the copy of my Fir report, after then also they did not track the driver and asked me to wait, because they could not do anything, till they got return mail from head office? I mean seriously what is this service? OLA should have made proper security, if someone has lost something in-cab they should have returned it to head office, so that who lost their thing they can find it properly, and if a driver does rob then they also should have punished him or ceased their license so they do not drive anymore. You should have taken some responsibility OLA! Report this Complain, Track the Cab and contact me at [protected].

      Booked an Ola cab from my location to asansol. Estimat price was 3645 for 6 hours and 230kms. After applying a coupon the estimated price got reduced to 3400.
      The total kms from my current to asansol is max 206 kms let's consider it 210. On the way to asansol I took an hold in Burdwan which is on the way itself. Still I am considering 20 more kms. So in total it should come across 230-240 kms.
      But when the bill got generated then the amount displayed is 4895 (approx) and the distance was 331kms.H ow come extra 100kms. Moreover I have to pay toll for both up and down even when I have booked for a single way trip. It means I have to pay 1400(for trip)+225(toll)= rs 1625 extra.
      When launched a complain then just asked to wait and keep on giving tats.
      Please take action against such fraud cab services. They are looting our hard earn money. Please please help.

        My account is blocked by ola without stating any reason. I sent so many mails asking the reason but they are least bothered to revert back. There is rs595 ola money balance in my account and they are not responding. Very poor customer service of ola. They neither have any specific complaint number not do they respond to the mails.           I had booked Ola cab and opted for Google pay as paymemt mode. Before the ride completed I did the payment. Once the tide completed driver asked me to pay cash as app showed him to collect money. I paid the amount in cash as well assuming there was some technical glitch and I will be refunded. Same did not happen. I called and spoke to the customer care they said it will refunded to bank account in 7 working days. It is already 12working days. I had emailed the concern but no solution provided. Reference CRN [protected].

            Frequent cancellation of share rides by drivers in greater noida area. Almost everyday this is happening on my route to office. Company pays no heed to it. It looks like ola is only concerned about their profitability and doesn't have any sort of concern for its customer nowadays.

              I was a loyal customer of ola cabs and referred all my friends and relatives ola till december 2018. When i want to urgently book an ola cab, a pop up regarding ola postpaid appeared. Since i coudn't continue my booking without clicking it, without any confirmation message, i converted as post paid customer. The actual cost of my journey was rs 200. I had mailed two times and tried to call ola twice or thrice.
              The people picked my phone never tried to understand actual problem and keep on forcing to pay rs 1500 +fine for delay. I tried to convince, i want to pay rs 200 which was bill for my usage.
              If you can understand me as a loyal customer, i request you to allow me to pay rs 200+its interest which was outstanding for my last usage.

                Ola - the so called "non-professional" company run by non-professional customer support along with buggy software to support their logics to customer on their services.

                Here is my story to add to their business ethics and we can debate as long as we want without having any intention to resolve the case.

                Travel date – july 17th 2019, travel distance – around 17km, price charged – rs 820/-

                Ola application first showed the price of rs 250/- for the distance, family boarded the cab while getting down at the destination the price got increased by 200% to rs 820/- the explanation was given as high in demand. I understand the concept of high in demand and have seen vendors add 10%-20% to top of the fair which application was highlighted initially while booking adding 200% additional to the earlier selected price is unacceptable, ola did not took responsibility to let customer know about the addition of 200% charges.

                The so called “customer support” is helpless, manager named – rakesh (No sur name) called its me who should have waited for a minute to change the price on the application, ola application showed 250/- thus confirmed the cab how in earth a customer may expect after boarded the cab the application will 200% additional to earlier communicated fair.

                This is the way ola is bluffing customers under the name of “high-in demand”, will surely bring this infront of consumer court and ask for the explanation on this case.

                  I (Housewife) took ola cab to the airport on jul08th, as usually happens the cab driver called to check where i was going to, once he realized i am headed to the airport, he arrived immediately. The cab wasn't in good condition, the front of the car had smashed dents, inside the car was dingy, the driver didnot turn on the ac. The driver was talking to someone at all times. Near the toll he asked me to pay the toll, when i refused, he insisted i paid saying its a ola policy, i didnot want to waste time due to travel and paid rs.150. The driver kept the change saying the change was all coins, in fact it was not true. When i insisted he returned the change, he did with a frown. Then i asked the driver to provide the receipt, he said he lost it. At the airport he again charged me rs.970 without sharing any details, when asked he said he will share it shortly but sped away soon after i alighted. My husband booked the cab for me, he received the receipt for rs.904 including toll. The driver cheated me by charging over rs.200 more.
                  My husband immediately lodged the complaint with ola, they said they would resolve the query within 72 hours. He has called them multiple times, and also spoke to their supervisor. All complaint management is eye wash (Based on the interaction). They don't care, also rude on phone. He has sent several emails, there is no response. I would advise travelers to take precautions, not let women travel alone (The drivers usually can take advantage of this by charging more, also you are at their mercy) as you may not get any assistance from ola just in case if you are in trouble or get cheated. If to the airport, there are plenty of ac buses to the airport, who charge about rs.200 and safe. I have not had any issues with other cabs like u*r so far, they are slightly expensive, but i see far safer than ola. I will advise all my network and family to avoid ola, not only because of drivers but lack of support from ola when you really need them. Terrible experience with ola.

                    Hi,

                    On 7th june i have booked ola which was showing me rs.721.00/- for that trip, which i paid via google pay while i was in the cab. After asking me the drop location the driver said that he will not go to that location and he ended the trip without moving the cab just by changing the drop location and took rs.105.00/- for that too.

                    Now i am chasing ola support from that very day they took both the payment's screen shot without a resolution. They are even closing the ticket and replying was the ticket is resolved.

                    Now i don't have their customer care number, only they provide is mail id which is not resolving the issue.

                      In the year 2018, my husband booked a ride (Crn[protected]) on ola but ola cancelled the ride by himself. Then he charged rs. 50 more on the next ride (Crn[protected] for the previous cancellation which is against the rule. On that time, due to situation, we were not being able to contact ola within some days. Now when we are contacting ola, they are saying that they can see the account details of just 60 days earlier only. Now when i am asking for waiver, they are denying it. Now i want a waiver of this rs. 50.

                        The driver upon arrival cancelled the journey mentioning the drop location was not reachable for him. Without any discussion I got down the cab. The driver left after a while of this but then I found that there was a cancellation fee charged against my account soon after he left.

                        This is so improper because I didn’t cancel the ride nor was a late to board the vehicle.

                        I don’t find any method to complain against it in their app, I think they removed this option.

                        I wasted my precious time complaining against this stupid incident to the consumer forum.

                        I need the refund of my money and this company should be warned about such issues, which wastes our time and money.

                          On 23rd november, 2018 i had booked a cab at jaipur and fare was shown as rs.123 for a journey of less than 4km at around 22.45. The driver took a circitous route and when the journey finished the fare came out as rs.214. There was no traffic jam any where and neither i had asked him to make any diversion.
                          I took it up with ola and later on 1/1/2019, i received a mail from ola support that matter stands resolved and there is no outstanding against my post paid ola money account but i continue to get sms & mail to clear the dues and threatening legal action in case it remains paid. I have even forwarded the mail to both zip cash & ola support stating that against my account there is no outstanding. Still trail of sms & mail does no stop.

                            I booked a cab on 16/07/19 at 10.50am under crn [protected] from my residence to thirumudivalkam which is a regular trip amd i come under select member.
                            The fare shown to me at the time of booking was 304 rupees and it is a higher fare and due to urgency i prefereed that. But to my surprise the fare display got disappeared, which i found on my way and i told this to thedricer also. But to my surprise i found at the closing it was rs 538 and i paid. This type of fares hiding after my booking is happening often, i preferred ola since my closing was th same. I think it iis an organised cheat with ola replying cancellation charges for a long time and i have got back the cancellaton charges back.
                            Pl investigate how it has happened as i feel not to prefer ola in future k mohan [protected]
                            most of th taxix are not equipped with workimg acs and the derivers never bother to put in no 2 and they stick ti no1 and some drivers oblige for a few yards, but their changing back to no 1 remain unnoticed .
                            some people are not at all putting, in the pretext of fuel less .
                            ola not worried about the condition of the vehicle and they worry only about the money since most of them are attached. THEY play the radio and never allows our opinion, where as some drivers request us whether the customer can allow to play,
                            your ola money scheme no body wants because they ask us after our booking is confirmed about the money status and refuse to ply or some drivers keep quiet in one and stayput in one place so that we cancel on our own .
                            as a regular customer, you should invite us to share our views so that ola is doing a good service or otherwise

                              I am daily getting messages from olamny to upload documents and complete kyc to add money in my ola monet wallet.
                              This sms is very very irritating. I am not interested even in continuing my services with ola. Please deactivate my account and stop these reminder sms. If you do not stop this i will take up this complaint with telecom regulatory authority of india
                              No KYC allowed since a month for OLA Money. I have been following up over emails ([protected]@olacabs.com, [protected]@olamoney.com, [protected]@zipcash.in), however, they are reverting back with standard replies since a month. Even they say the same over the call. Very poor services from OLA Money.

                                Hi,
                                Today 16th jul19 myself and my family made a tour to Ramoji film City, Hyderabad. Reached there by OLA but trouble while retun. Booked car (CRN: [protected]) and wait 15 min but driver asked me about drop location and estimated cost (estimated Rd 593) asked me to give extra money (Rs 800) for accept the trip otherwise not possible and behavioral was too rude. Finally he cancelled the trip and throw me some slang word.
                                I was in trouble with my little baby and aged parents in rainy time at evening.
                                I need a proper action against the driver (Sreenu) that he can remember for his punishment.
                                I will help to share all details.

                                  Am a ola driver it's very tough to drive in ola with taken lots of conditions/rules like dry run, charges, extra run charges and limitation of kilometers, and more daily rentals, more commissions again if it's in at least for -1rs negative balance at 12 pm they put us in off road till late evening so on this case if i try to call customer service to request for onroad the vehicle n will clear the balance by getting ola money it's waste of time with them they will say not possible n please visit the ola office, so if i start moving towards ola office again i'll be charged for the dry run like this they have so many options for fine the drivers i've already suffuring so much with not to tell any one even we don't have any option instead of driving but ola has encashed with drivers problems, so i dont know what to do like in this conditions please help the drivers because drivers also human being so please if their anybody to look into this matter please try to solve the ola drivers problems,

                                    As advised i called up many times to the driver but he is not willing to return my belongings to me.

                                    You are requested to please intervene, as i know ola for its services but do not want to bring bad name to ola and do not want to go in police.

                                      I ordered an ola cab today at king george square at 4:07 and my driver never turned up and i was still charged 7.15. Even though the invoice says i was charged 3.68, my bank statements says 7.15. I want a refund.

                                        I had booked ola cab on 17th of may 2019 at 2 am in the night from khar, mumbai to kalyan. The fare estimate it showed me was rs 620. However, when i boarded the cab, the driver informed me that he was out of gas and he would need to fill it. I suggested him to fill it from the station on the way, however, he said that he won't be able to reach there and took me to another gas station which was off the route. At that gas station he was waiting for more than 25 min for his turn. When he dropped me at my destination, ola charged me rs 800. When i saw the bill they had charged me for time taken for this ride (Which included his gas filling time) and above that surcharge and tax on the amount. Now why am i responsible for the cab being out of gas.

                                        However, i also tweeted and also file complaint with customer care, they didn't help me out, didn't even bother to verify the time taken for the distance.

                                        Crn[protected] is the ride code.

                                        I decided that i wouldn't pay the ola postpaid bill till the matter is resolved, however, now they are going on adding fine for non payment and also harrassing me by calling me to pay it.
