While doing my recharge for Ola Money wallet on 8th July 00:40 hrs worth ₹599/-, the amount was debited from my account but wallet is not recharged. I have not received the refund yet. I am a regular customer of Ola and use it on daily basis. A timely resolve would help me to continue using its services.

    This is regarding my booking on March 20 at 11:42 am, from Ola Zone, Behind BMTC Bus Stand, Kempegowda International Airport to Aspen Garden, 8th mile (Towards Tumkur Road), Maheshwari Nagar, T. Dasarahalli, under the CRN [protected]. The amount due was 917/- and I paid it after the trip end. Although I'd paid it, but Ola has been harassing me continuously since April that I hadn't paid my trip. I mean how is it even possible for non payment of a trip? And I'm not able to book rides as it is showing payment due and on booking it charges me with additional 917/-.
    But checking it again today, the amount has been increased to 996/-.
    I mean how did the amount increase?
    I feel liable to sue Ola for harassing a woman under some false allegations and also for treachery with a customer.

      Dear sir
      This is in reference to the ride i had taken yesterday crn no. [protected].
      The bill of rs. 624 was generated and was deducted from my ola money. But when the driver (Mobile - +[protected] swiped the clear rs. 334 was shown on the screen which i had to pay.
      That means extra rs. 334 was charged from me. Why is this so??? The same can be confirmed from the driver.
      This happening was reported on ola app also but no response has been received.
      Moreover, ola's customer care no. Never seems to work as i had dialed this no. Several times[protected].
      Kindly refund extra amount charged and compensate for this unethical activity of yours and for my precious time lost.

        First of all my account was blocked for no reason and due to that postpaid which was due was unable to pay after some days they started sending message for fine and the link which was given was useless showed error tried many times to call then after 60rup fine one link was given was working through which i paid unnecessary fine have already paid postpaid due on time with unnecessary fine still no follow up is taken and i have screenshot of the paid money again and again robotic recorded call and messages are coming saying legal action will be taken if dues not paid and no number exist to call customer agent strict action to be taken against ola company for deficiency of service and customer care i feel it's time for me to take legal action against ola and earlier ola care was good know it's more than worse one more horrible issue is there trip from pune to lonavla 76km it cost at last transaction receipt i have it was written travelled 476 km from pune to lonavla and cost 5300rup for which i want compensation
        I booked a cab CRN[protected] mini White indica driver Ranvir Ramashankar Yadav and travelled a distance of 5.3 km in 22 minutes. He charged me Rs 249 after giving him money I got a bill of Rs 162 in my phone. He got away as I was going to ask him.Help me out of this and return the money.

          This is utterly shameful to see the kind of services that's been provided by ola. I'm sure a lot more must be facing the kind of problem i go through on a daily basis. As per the above subject, none of the autos accept the ride request even if they are close to the pickup vicinity. Request you to kindly take some action. This causes a lot of hindrance to public like us who solely depend on public transportation.

            I had booked an auto from Chickpet to Akshyanagar in Bangalore. The bill came up to about ₹230. I put it on my card but later when the ride ended, the driver demanded I pay him the amount through Google Pay even though ₹230 had been debited from my card.
            I tried telling the auto driver that I had been debited but he forced me to send him ₹256 through Google Pay. Now I am left with ₹486 rupees worth of money debited from my account just because of some technical issue and staffing. Please resolve this as ₹400 rupees is not a small amount.

              As on 19th june 2019 i booked ola (Mini crn [protected]) at 7:10am from vithal wadi singhgad road pune to lavale sibm hill top actual fair was rs.306/-. I paid rs.306/- cash to driver (Baikar samir sakharam phone no. [protected]) and i received rs.98/- bill. I required rs. 306/- bill to submit in accountant department, please give me proper bill. I call the driver on his mobile several times he can't pick up my mobile. I required proper bill of rs.306/-.in feature i this will be not happen by your driver. Your driver take rs. 306/- from me and bill given rs.98/- this is your company loss.
              Kindly look into this matter and take strict action against the worst driver. This is my second complain
              The Ola cab driver (TS05UB8653) has not followed lane discipline at Durgam cheruvu road leading to scratches on my car, as the taxi had hit my car. How to get recovery from the driver. And how can he be discouraged from irresponsible driving.

                Yesterday on 7/7/2019 at 12:15 AM i booked a Prime SUV for a Outstation trip from T3 Arrival Rd, Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi, 110037, India to Scf 14, Block C, Sector 27, Chandigarh with CRN [protected].
                The estimate received was Rs 4588/-.However in early morning around 5.30 am i was shocked to see a non conversant route, after stopping cab & inquiring Local people it was learnt that we were on G.T road towards Rajpura punjab. Driver took us to a wrong route even he was insisting us to get down stating that destination has arrived.
                After reaching he produced a bill of Rs 5792/- I tried my best to reach customer care for speedy resolution of issue but failed, Two banglore nos remained unanswered.ultimately we paid the amount.
                The difference amount may pls be refunded.The travel time was exceeded by 3 hours despite unnacessary harrasment.

                I have booked ola cab. I have paid amount of rupees 117 from my google pay account(UPI transaction id and google transaction id is in photograph attached) but driver has taken extra cash of rupees 117 by arguing. I was in hurry that's why i paid him by cash too.
                I had cancelled a ride last week ... Today when i took a ride ola charged me 50/- for the ride i had cancellled last week ... Cancellation charges so much can i know the reason????

                  My ola account has been permanently blocked. I don't know the reason why. And it's troubling me alot. Please rectify it as soon as possible. It's a humble request. I am not well. And i need to go to far away places regularly and ola was a big help. But now as my account is blocked i totally feel helpless about it. Please help and sort it out as soon as possible. With regards.
                  Pls look into this matter, a Ola driver aanad cheated us, he only drive us to only half a way to destination and took full charges. Pls take this matter in consideration, or we have to take this matter to RTO/MUMBAI POLICE all the information is provided in the attached file. YOURS SINCERLY, COSTUMER.
                  I am continuously trying to reach ola, as to get duplicate invoices of my rides for April 2019 but there is no response.

                  company has provided a customer ticket no 1100092 dated 26.06.2019, but after that even after writing four mail, they have not responded till date.

                    Ride says pay by Google pay but not accepting payment. Worst part is on the OLA app there is no any complaint option at all and even if you go to Payment option it doesnt have Google pay option at all.

                    When there is no any such payment offers, dont encourage consumers to use. Even you search for Complaint in OLA Web there is no such option, please have that in place very difficult to reach out in case of any issue.
                    Hi I khushboo chaudhary wants to complaint regarding the unwanted message coming from OLA, my no. Is [protected].. This no. Was previously with hemang agarwal nd now its with me.. He is no more having this no. So its my request to stop sending the messages regarding due balance..

                      I have used ola service from Nizampet to Santoshnagar. I was shown a certain amount and a certain route. But the driver denied and took me from a long route which costed me an extra amount. Why will that be my responsibility to pay the amount??

                      Now, they keep on reminding me about the bill payment. I will just pay what ever has been shown to me. Why will that be including in my postpaid account when I haven't asked the driver to follow that route. It is seriously ridiculous and worst part of the service.

                      I spoke to many teams from OLA. I have immediately raised the concern for that as soon as my trip is completed. Since, march I am discussing with them. Recently they have called me saying they are waiving off the amount but now I am continuously receiving messages and calls from them again asking me to pay the outstanding amount.

                        I booked the ride by phone pay on 26 June, 2019 at 4.00 am CRN[protected]. I was not aware the payment method. The driver asked me to pay in cash and also said he only takes in cash. I said ok. I paid him cash but from my phone pay account it was charged. I called him and informed him about this. He said me to refund by paytem but after 10 day he not refund me and also not take call. Please resolve the issue. If it is not resolved I not use ola in future and not recommend to other.

                          On 4th july 2019, i booked an ola auto ride from my home to akshay patra foundation, vasanthpura, bengaluru. As usual, ola gave a pre-ride estimate of rs. 452 for the ride. I noticed that there are two routes from my home to this place. One is via orr/nice road and is 32 kms, the other is from within the city and is only 21 kms. Google was suggesting the longer route due to a 2 minutes time difference. It was clear that ola, which uses google maps api, was estimating the price based on the longer route. Here's the calculation:
                          Rs. 13/km * 32 kms = rs. 416 + ola access fee

                          I booked the ride. Using common sense, i asked the driver to follow the shorter route since the time difference wasn't much. He followed the 21 kms route for which the fare should have been in the range of rs. 320. My understanding was, as per ola's pricing rules, the fare will be updated based on actual route taken. However, at the end of the ride, ola charged me rs. 452/-, the full amount that they had showed in the estimate!

                          I contacted their customer care (#[protected], but was informed that they only charged me what was shown at the beginning of the ride. They also tried to give me various excuses like, i changed the destination later (Which is not true) or that fares are updated based on route only for cabs and not for autos (Again not true). They finally closed my ticket without processing the difference amount.

                          I understand that auto fares in bangalore are regulated by government and ola cannot charge such exorbitant amounts for auto rides.

                            Today (06-jul-2019 around 07:40 pm) we have taken ola cab from noida (Dlf mall) to delhi[wagon r driver no. [protected]). Unfortunately i left my mobile phone (Apple i6).

                            I tried my no. Several times (It ringed 03-04 times then it stated out of coverage area). Thereafter i tried to contact several times — only once hi picked and stated that next customer / rider might have took the same. We requested to provide their contact no. But he refused.
                            Thereafter we tried to contact him (Driver) several times but he is alos not picking up phone.
                            We tried at ola customer care[protected] but same has been changed.
                            Then we tried[protected] — it si only ringing and no one picking up phone.
                            We also tried [protected]- after stating — welcome to ola — phone get disconnected.

                            Pls. Accept our complaint and take appropriate action.

                              This is to inform you now a days most of the ola driver are call and ask for location where to go?? Then after knowing location they are cancelling ride themselves.
                              I am the regular customer of ola and facing difficulty to reach my place due to this.
                              Please do something regarding this otherwise ur ola service will be in problem like meru.
                              Similarly they refuse trip once they payment is by ola money.
                              Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                                  Today on 6.7.19 at 12.12 pm i booked an ola cab from 2a, motilal basak lane to j. K. Millenium centre, jawharlal nehru road

                                  When it was showing 2 min, i called a driver (Manoj kr seth - contact no. [protected]) theta where are you?

                                  He replied that he is having lunch right now and it will take around 40 min

                                  I got so much tensed that i am getting late for an important appointment and he is saying that he is having lunch right now so it will take 40 min. I have a proof for this and i can show you the proof of recorded calls where he was saying that he is having food right now

                                  I scolded him that if you knew already that you are going to have lunch then why did you accept my booking. You should not have accepted that time itself. Then he cancelled the trip (Crn no. [protected])

                                  I have an very important appointment with the client place which i was not able to reach in time and after reaching late, i lost the contract and incur huge loss.

                                  Sir pls let me know who is going to bear the loss. I am really frustated by ola company as because this is not the first time of harrassment

                                  In so many cases they left us not at the right destination, they took the fare at the staring and then left us in the middle and said my gps is showing the address till here only. Even though my booking was done exactly as per buiding no area no but they wont take us to right destination

                                  They sometimes wrongly charge the cancellation fee even though the fault is of driver and 5 min not yet expired

                                  They started charging cancelllation fee as means of their income. Instead of doing rides after booking they harrasss the people in such a manner that after getting frustated the passenger himself cancelled the trip and then they charge cancellation fee

                                  I have lot of complain against them for harrassment

                                  Kindly look into this matter and take strict action against them

                                    To get the driver details i tried to login to the app using other phone but cannot since its asking for an otp which is sent to phone only, not getting the otp on email. And sent out an email to the ola support,

                                      I booked a cab yesterday for my exam. I am in a hurry because i have to reach on time. When i told the location to the driver, he cuts my phone and was not receiving when i again called. Then, he cancelled the ride. Then i book the other cab, he also cancelled my ride saying that because of heavy traffic, he won't go there. Then when i go on my own, some ola driver called me after 15 mins that your cab is booked. Then i explain him the whole story and told him to cancel the ride. Then i got the message that i will be charged 50 rs for cancelling the ride.

                                      What kind of service is that. Please explain. And please resolve my issue asap. And it is the second time this is happening with me.

                                        I booked 3 cab 2 cancelled of their on... And i waited because of that i missed my train... And then i booked 3rd one of which i called the driver too and asked for when is he coming... He said extra paise lagenge for 7km only... He charged 360 still i said ok when ur coming.. He said within 5 min... He cancelled the booking and switch off the phone.. I want to know is this how u work... And how can u pay for such driver... Morning me 5 bje b cab ni milegi to hope ni kre koi aaplogo se... It's better u close the company... I'll never hope trust again atleast on ola app
