I lost my phone in ola cab on 5th july around 10:50
To get the driver details i tried to login to the app using other phone but cannot since its asking for an otp which is sent to phone only, not getting the otp on email. And sent out an email to the ola support,
But still have not got any response
The phone got switched off as soon as the trip finished

    I booked a cab yesterday for my exam. I am in a hurry because i have to reach on time. When i told the location to the driver, he cuts my phone and was not receiving when i again called. Then, he cancelled the ride. Then i book the other cab, he also cancelled my ride saying that because of heavy traffic, he won't go there. Then when i go on my own, some ola driver called me after 15 mins that your cab is booked. Then i explain him the whole story and told him to cancel the ride. Then i got the message that i will be charged 50 rs for cancelling the ride.

    What kind of service is that. Please explain. And please resolve my issue asap. And it is the second time this is happening with me.

      I booked 3 cab 2 cancelled of their on... And i waited because of that i missed my train... And then i booked 3rd one of which i called the driver too and asked for when is he coming... He said extra paise lagenge for 7km only... He charged 360 still i said ok when ur coming.. He said within 5 min... He cancelled the booking and switch off the phone.. I want to know is this how u work... And how can u pay for such driver... Morning me 5 bje b cab ni milegi to hope ni kre koi aaplogo se... It's better u close the company... I'll never hope trust again atleast on ola app

        Case history: as emailed to ola support service between 10th may to 27th may 2019.

        1. On 10th of may 2019, i booked two ola cabs to go from my home at balkampet, hyderabad to rajiv gandhi international airport, shamshabad.
        2. First booking - fri may 10th, crn [protected], driver name: v venkatesh, prime sedan white dezire, start time 10.59 am, end time 11.59 am. Bill rs705/-.
        3. Second booking from another mobile - fri may 10th, crn [protected]. Driver name : malyala narsimha, prime sedan white swift dezire, start time - 10.59 am, end time - 11.59 am. Bill rs606/-
        4. Both the drivers were paid in cash. Full payment was made immediately on reaching the airport.
        5. Subsequently i received a request from ola to pay for the first booking as it was a cashless booking. Immediately i replied explaining the fact that i did not realize it was a cashless booking and have already paid by cash to the driver. My emails are enclosed in this reply for record.
        6. Point to be noted here is the other ola driver mr. Malyala narsimha is a witness to the fact that cash was paid to mr. V venkatesh.
        7. Why mr. Venkatesh accepted cash payment for a cashless ride?
        8. Why mr. Venkatesh has not reported to ola about accepting cash payment for a cashless booking?
        9. Why ola has not taken him to task after learning from me through several emails that i have paid through cash?
        10. Is this the service ola gives to a customer who has been endorsing the brand for years?
        11. There is no customer service number of ola to which i can call and explain what has happened. And why in your mail my earlier responses are missing?
        12. So what is ola's intention? To charge a customer twice for a single ride?
        13. Why has nobody from ola bothered to call me and understand the details after so many emails?
        14. Given below is a collection of my earlier mails which you have carefully removed from your mail.

        Case history update : as emailed to ola support service on 28/05/2019

        1. Yesterday at 4.45 pm i have spoken with mr. Karthik, ola representative in [protected], 628221*.
        2. Mr. Karthik spoke to ola driver mr. Narasimha (Witness of cash payment made for this ride to ola driver mr. Venkatesh), keeping me on line.
        3. Mr. Narasimha has clearly confirmed to mr. Karthik that cash payment has been made to driver venkatesh for this ride. Mr. Kathik has confirmed the same to me.
        4. Further mr. Karthik has escalated the matter and has promised issuance of receipt to me for payment already made at the earliest within 24 to 48 hours. And disciplinary action on driver venkatesh.
        5. I had also called driver for this ride mr. Venkatesh yesterday and have messaged him the ride details asking him to intimate ola that he has received cash payment immediately on completion of this ride. But his intentions are different and he has not responded to my message and is avoiding.
        6. Driver for this ride mr. Venkatesh has pocketed the money and is lying. And you are too eager to believe him for reasons best known to you instead of trying to find the truth and taking disciplinary action on venkatesh.
        7. I find it rather surprising that after using ola for so many years this is the hopeless service am offered by your company.
        8. You are obviously not aware of my discussion with mr. Karthik and the progress on the issue yesterday, because there is no coordination or internal communication within your team.

        Zero service by ola so far. Even after 6 days of making the payment i am still receiving fraudulent messages from ola to pay again. For details see the trailing mails. Very cleverly you have kept your company incommunicado and there is no number to call and speak to one of your representatives. What you have lost during this period, because of your lack of interest to update your records is new bookings from my side. Expedite and send me a receipt for the money that i had paid on10th may at rgia, hyderabad to the ola driver. And stop sending fraudulent messages saying money is yet to be paid. If you have any professionalism left in your company do have the courage to call me.

        Why are you replying without reading my earlier mail. Is this the seriousness with which you work? Very clearly i have written in my earlier mails that cash was paid to the ola driver on 10th may at rgia, hyderabad.

        So who is this idiot at your end expecting a bank statement for a payment made by cash. Why have you not checked with the driver so far? Tell your team to stop acting smart and be man enough to speak to me or give me a contact number to call back. Your service standards are the worst. I have been a customer of ola for years and if you expect me to continue using ola then first provide a receipt for the money you have already pocketed from me. This is a clear case of cheating by ola / ola cab driver.

        For record the issue stands unresolved. And ola team continues to avoid sharing their customer service number with me to facilitate communication and solution. Call me if you have the good intentions of providing a solution, which i think is not the case.

        I demand a receipt for the cash payment already made immediately after this ride to the driver mr. V venkatesh.

        It is pathetic to notice the customer service standards of ola. Any way for record i feel it is better to create a case history in detail along with the witness of cash payment, who was also an ola driver.

        The below facts were communicated to ola support service in a very timely manner starting from 10th may 2019, i. E the date of travel till date. Even witness of payment was confirmed by ola driver and ola support service as mentioned below in the case history update and case history.

        Still ola has failed to provide the receipt of payment or to issue a letter of apology for the inconvenience it has caused to me.

        As a result of which i have stopped using ola, and am quite happy about it.

        Request to stop sending fraudulent emails, sms and all other forms of communication as a minimum professional courtesy from your end.

        Appended are my earlier mails relevant to this incident. (All the emails mentioned above)

        Nothing is outstanding from my end.

        Verified and confirmed by ola representative on 27th may 2019.

        Your mail today and other similar mails from ola, establish the malafide intentions of ola company.

        And this is the reason why more than 6000 complains are there online against ola.

        Stop sending fraudulent mails.

        Issue the receipt for this payment along with your letter of apology.

          With reference to the subject cnr, i would like to inform that the same issue was raised to ola support couple of weeks ago is yet to be responded.

          Inteially my trip amout to be paying was around rs.145. However, i paid rs.229 when i asked driver he said it might be the traveling duration, it seems to me he also doesn't know the exact reason of this huge cost variation or probably he took the long route so he justified in anyway.

          I simply don't understand if its really about the time duration then its kind of scam cause we also have uber who doesn't charge like this ever.

          Uber charges extra only if any long route is taken otherwise same as shown initially.

          This is really unprofessional tactics to make money.

          I would urge you to take an appropriate action by asap.

            I took a ride on 14th sept 2018 and paid at the front desk at the domestic airport RS 412. However due to some network error the executive told me that he needed to book my ride for me through my phone. He didnt refund my money and i was asked to pay at the end of the ride too. Moreover I keep receiving msgs and threats regarding legal action. I am so disappointed with the kind of service I've received.

              On 12th june, i made a payment to ola for purchasing the ola membership of rs. 1299- this payment has been deducted thrice - the hdfc netbanking site showed that the payment is unsuccessful but the rs. 3900 has been deducted from my account. Hdfc is claimining that ola has received this payment. However, ola money balance is zero and the select membership is not activated. Moreover, the payment is deducted thrice. Please send confirmation of non-receipt of payment which i can submit to hdfc for a refund.

                Sub - driver misbehaved on call and denied to come to pick.

                Car number - hr55ae0752.
                Driver's number - [protected].
                Driver's name= ram kumar.

                With the reference to the subject cited above, i would like to drag your attention towards the misconduct behavior or an ola driver named ram kumar, car no - hr55ae0752. I booked an ola cab from my home address to udyog nagar metro station. I contacted driver and located my landmark. After 10 minutes of waiting when i made a call to the driver, he deliberately says that you have cancelled the ride, i again assured him that i havent cancelled my booking and already late for the office. He disconnected call and then stop responding on my call.
                Due to his unprecedented behaviour, i was fined in my company.
                My advocate will gonna file a legal notice in favor of ola company and his driver.

                  I booked a cab at CMBT metro station but the driver Arif went to Koyambedu metro station so I called and enquired politely. He was not aware that there is a metro station called CMBT so I insisted him to follow the map. He started cursing me for that rudely as if I made the mistake and when I spoke back he started using bad vulgar words. I am deeply hurt by this activity and I need to the company OLA to take action against him

                    My last ride driver misbehave with me and rate himself by scratch my phone and physically violence also so plz kindly give me justice and ur driver asking for extra money too from the meter crn number [protected] plz give me justice this is how big tech convenience company work.. That y bhavesh aggarwal made ola.. This is the way to work.. My number [protected].
                    The account I have through my number [protected] is not accessible I have been complaining about it for over 2 weeks now. Some one texted me back and gave me links which did not help. I have been emailing them regularly but no one is getting back to me.
                    Today I book my ola ride and chose payment method by google pay when I confirm my payment driver argue bcz it show payment not received then I done payment by cash so that's why I done my payment twice now if I had to pay to the driver so where is my money deducted from Google pay ?

                      Fraud charges - CRN[protected] really upset with your cancellation fee.
                      Driver said he won't go to my destination bcoz there would be traffic. So what do you all expect? Shall I wait till infinity?

                      And this is the beginning of the month and I am getting error message that you have exceeded this month quota of waiver.
                      Please refund my money back

                      Mr Ramesh your support executive was not at all helpful like a parrot he was repeating he cannot refund my money back

                      Disgusting service.

                        Hi team, 

i booked a cab from haware infotech park (Vashi) to reach padmashree hospital (Dombivli) after driving 0.2 km driver saw the location and said he wants to go home and he has opted for “go home” option on the app, still he got this drop. However, i already paid through a g-pay of rs275, since the driver ended the ride i got charged 103 rupees for no fault of mine. The request is raised for the remainder but what about the 103 rupees. I have tried to get a resolution on twitter but they refused to reply about the 103 inr reversal. Please refund it asap, or else i will be forced to go legal.

                          One of my friend had an exam on 12th december 2017. I booked a ola for him to reach exam center unfortunately he met with bad (Immoral) driver in that trip he roamed around center extra 10 kms and dropped at exam center finally before 5 mins of exam starts, for this trip ola charged rs. 630 but my friend was not able to pay cash because of his late ride and he was in exam hurry he didn't paid. Driver called me from phone no. [protected], [protected] & [protected] (Around 10 times) and requested me like sir please do paytm transfer i will update your payment in ola, i believed him and then i done transfer of rs. 630 + 56 total rs. 686 through paytm to given ph no. [protected]. Still he did not updated in my ola account and he is giving free suggestions like don't use your ride account.
                          I searched to raise a compliant in my ola account but there no option to raise a complaint against driver
                          As per ola ride his name is arun s and his ola service ph no. [protected], [protected] & [protected] my ride no. Crn[protected] on 12.12.

                            Have been a customer for ola for many years and have been making payments through ola money account. On 16th june 2019, booked a cab from home for reaching chennai airport. When the booking was confirmed, called the driver. He informed that he is nearby and asked what is the payment method. Informed him that is is ola money, but he insisted to pay cash as he was not having cash for refuelling his vehicle. During the trip called up ola customer support and informed the problem. The guy informed that since the driver is asking for cash for fuel and that i am willing to pay cash, i can do that and inform ola customer support after the trip, so that any amount charged to ola account will be reversed. However, ola money is charged with rs.733, which was the exact amount paid to the driver.in spite of making several complaints through email and telephone, they keep saying that driver partner has denied taking cash and hence they cannot help it. Have decided to go to any level till i get justice.

                              The driver cancelled the ride did not give a call nor the app mentioned that the ride was cancelled it just disappeared from the my ride in the mobile application.

                              The had to call back the driver back to know if he was coming or not and the driver refused to come. Stated that he is not going to come and has cancelled the ride.
                              No prior information.
                              No call
                              Not even the app showed that the driver cancelled the ride
                              And the user is in an limbo waiting for the auto.
                              Which is unacceptable.
                              We were dependent on your ride and this is really an unprofessional behaviour on your drivers end.
                              Also why did the application not show that the driver has cancelled the ride.
                              Are you trying to hide your own mistakes ola.
                              By making this app such that it does not show any of your drivers or your mistakes
                              So mean and unprofessional.

                              The way you charge your customers atleast you should maintain a fairness in the business you do.

                              I need to file a complaint against this driver and the company for this behavior
                              Completely unfair baised and hideous way to do business.

                                On 03/07/2019 first i had book a ola cab to ride from shalimar garden to kashmiri gate then before ride i had pay 294 rupees through google pay
                                On ride of ola cab and my money was deducted from account. When ride was completed still drive said pay 294 rupees in cash then i pay 294 in cash. So, please return my 294 rupees.

                                  I was booked a cab from ola on 03 jul 19 for jodhpur to delhi vide crn [protected] which was confirmed for 02.30 am on 04 jul 19 with a caution that ride detail will be send before 1 hour. Also fwd details of two person to me by ola (Ashafak mob no [protected] and rameshwer lal mob no [protected] veh no rj 19ta 6532) with otp of both veh to start the journey. On connecting with above indiuals one not pick up my phone and another denied to providing the service. Dear sir at 2.30 am on 04 jul 19 i was feel helpless and my trip was missed. Due to missing my trip i have lost my 1.5 lakh rupees as missing my flight from delhi onward.

                                    I paid for the ola cab through google pay before completion of ride as it was mentioned that if ride ends i have to pay by cash. After the ride ended driver said that he didn't receive payment by google pay and demanded cash.
                                    Money was deducted from bank account and it is clearly seen in the transactions in google pay. So, i was charged two times for the same ride.

                                      At the start of my ola ride.. I paid the full amount of 221 via google pay (Payment was shown as successful in google pay).. But due to some reason again at the end of the ride it was showing pay the driver cash. So i paid the driver 277 rupees!!! (Became more)... So at the end i ended up paying two times. I checked the google pay transaction history and it's showing successful. So now my concern is how to get my 221rupees back???

                                        I booked ola cab from my college to hyderabad airport. On reaching the destination, i paid the driver rs. 656 (The trip was in cash mode). Moreover, i had no other mode of payment set on my ola app. However, after 15-20 days when i wanted to book a cab again, my app asks me to clear the fare of my previous trip. So i am not able to book my cab from the cab until i clear my dues.

                                        On contacting the customer support, they say that we will confirm it with the driver. Then they reply to me stating that the driver cannot recollect the trip and so i need to pay rs. 656. Now, the trip was in cash mode and there was no other mode of payment set so it was obvious that i paid in cash to the driver. Moreover, ola does not have an option for the customer to pay later.

                                        So, i tried to reopen the issue with their customer support. So after a dozen calls and a request to talk to their supervisor, they finally hear my complaint. Now the supervisor says that the customer was contacted within 72 hours to inform about the outstanding payment.in my delight, he was contradicting his own support team which had, in my earlier conversation, confirmed that there was no attempt at reaching me by sms/email/phone. On further defending my case, he says in his argument that i should have checked my ola app again and why did i reopen the app after 15-20 days of the trip, i should have checked it the very next day. Now, obviously, no one would just open the ola app and check the status every now and then. So, i made my point that i would, of course, open it only when i need a cab. Leaving that thing aside, now he says that there was a technical issue with the application which resulted in this. So, that was clearly a mistake/error on ola's side and the customer should not be expected to pay for the trip again.

                                        I am very dissatisfied with ola customer support. I don't know why they have it in the first place. Every time you call, "they are just sorry for the inconvenience caused", they don't attempt to rectify the issue.
