The driver cancelled the ride did not give a call nor the app mentioned that the ride was cancelled it just disappeared from the my ride in the mobile application.

Driver details : dilip dhotre

Auto number : mh 14 hm 1375

The had to call back the driver back to know if he was coming or not and the driver refused to come. Stated that he is not going to come and has cancelled the ride.
No prior information.
No call
Not even the app showed that the driver cancelled the ride
And the user is in an limbo waiting for the auto.
Which is unacceptable.
We were dependent on your ride and this is really an unprofessional behaviour on your drivers end.
Also why did the application not show that the driver has cancelled the ride.
Are you trying to hide your own mistakes ola.
By making this app such that it does not show any of your drivers or your mistakes
So mean and unprofessional.

The way you charge your customers atleast you should maintain a fairness in the business you do.

I need to file a complaint against this driver and the company for this behavior
Completely unfair baised and hideous way to do business.

    On 03/07/2019 first i had book a ola cab to ride from shalimar garden to kashmiri gate then before ride i had pay 294 rupees through google pay
    On ride of ola cab and my money was deducted from account. When ride was completed still drive said pay 294 rupees in cash then i pay 294 in cash. So, please return my 294 rupees.

      I was booked a cab from ola on 03 jul 19 for jodhpur to delhi vide crn [protected] which was confirmed for 02.30 am on 04 jul 19 with a caution that ride detail will be send before 1 hour. Also fwd details of two person to me by ola (Ashafak mob no [protected] and rameshwer lal mob no [protected] veh no rj 19ta 6532) with otp of both veh to start the journey. On connecting with above indiuals one not pick up my phone and another denied to providing the service. Dear sir at 2.30 am on 04 jul 19 i was feel helpless and my trip was missed. Due to missing my trip i have lost my 1.5 lakh rupees as missing my flight from delhi onward.

        I paid for the ola cab through google pay before completion of ride as it was mentioned that if ride ends i have to pay by cash. After the ride ended driver said that he didn't receive payment by google pay and demanded cash.
        Money was deducted from bank account and it is clearly seen in the transactions in google pay. So, i was charged two times for the same ride.

          At the start of my ola ride.. I paid the full amount of 221 via google pay (Payment was shown as successful in google pay).. But due to some reason again at the end of the ride it was showing pay the driver cash. So i paid the driver 277 rupees!!! (Became more)... So at the end i ended up paying two times. I checked the google pay transaction history and it's showing successful. So now my concern is how to get my 221rupees back???

            I booked ola cab from my college to hyderabad airport. On reaching the destination, i paid the driver rs. 656 (The trip was in cash mode). Moreover, i had no other mode of payment set on my ola app. However, after 15-20 days when i wanted to book a cab again, my app asks me to clear the fare of my previous trip. So i am not able to book my cab from the cab until i clear my dues.

            On contacting the customer support, they say that we will confirm it with the driver. Then they reply to me stating that the driver cannot recollect the trip and so i need to pay rs. 656. Now, the trip was in cash mode and there was no other mode of payment set so it was obvious that i paid in cash to the driver. Moreover, ola does not have an option for the customer to pay later.

            So, i tried to reopen the issue with their customer support. So after a dozen calls and a request to talk to their supervisor, they finally hear my complaint. Now the supervisor says that the customer was contacted within 72 hours to inform about the outstanding payment.in my delight, he was contradicting his own support team which had, in my earlier conversation, confirmed that there was no attempt at reaching me by sms/email/phone. On further defending my case, he says in his argument that i should have checked my ola app again and why did i reopen the app after 15-20 days of the trip, i should have checked it the very next day. Now, obviously, no one would just open the ola app and check the status every now and then. So, i made my point that i would, of course, open it only when i need a cab. Leaving that thing aside, now he says that there was a technical issue with the application which resulted in this. So, that was clearly a mistake/error on ola's side and the customer should not be expected to pay for the trip again.

            I am very dissatisfied with ola customer support. I don't know why they have it in the first place. Every time you call, "they are just sorry for the inconvenience caused", they don't attempt to rectify the issue.

              I had booked an ola Auto on 3rd July, 2019 at around 6.30p.m in Bangalore from manyaga tech park to Sahakara nagar.
              The CRN number is as follows:CRN[protected]. The ride got allocated to driver named
              Channappa NA,
              Auto number: KA04AA4374.
              The driver arrived in just 2 minute as he was nearby. After we started the ride, he asked me how much is the amount ola is showing, as it had shown me INR 145, I told him the same.
              He said me" Madam, these ola people charge a lot so u cancel the ride, il drop u to the same location.
              I asked him i[censored] charge me less than 145 il surely cancel. He was like infact u have to pay me more than 145.i said no I won't cancel.
              Anyhow he dropped me at my destination, but when the ride was over, it showed me message of 118, but yet he charged me with 150.
              This was complete cheat.
              Please take some action.

                  I swear I have never seen such a worst service in my career, on wat basis do u charge when I haven't opted for a ride n driver denies arriving to the pick up point.more over in spite o[censored]r ### service I have paid 252 RS and still get notifications and calls intimating payment, if the same continues I will reach out to consumer court and file a legal complaint

                    Today I took an ola from Ranchi Veterinary College to Ranchi railway station. After reaching my destination the driver told me there may be some extra charges due to the traffic. The bill was a bit high but I thought it is due to traffic and paid him the ammount. I also have him a five star rating as per his request. After getting off from the cab when I checked the bill details I noticed a additional ammount of 45 has been added for toll/parking charge. Now there is neither any toll in the course of the road or any parking. I simply got off from the car near the railway station. So why this additional charge is added without any prior information.
                    I would request the authority to take adequate step against ola and give me a refund.

                      I booked a cab from my phone on 29th june, 2019. The destination was delhi international airport terminal 3. On the arrival, the bill totaled to rs. 291. The guy felt genuine enough so i decided to give him a little extra. I paid rs. 295. After getting out of my flight i saw two messages. The first one said paid rs. 295 to anil; updated balance: rs. 767.82. Then, i saw another message which read, paid rs. 295 to anil; updated balance rs.472.82. Then i opened my paytm wallet to confirm if the messages were true. I saw the same deduction in my account as well. I immediately called the ola customer care via app's support option. They picked up and i told them the issue. They issued a complaint number, i. E.[protected]. They told me to make this as my subject and give them details and a screenshot as a proof. I did as i was told and they assured me that the issue will be resolved within 72 hours. Today it's 02.07.2019 and it's way far than 72 hours. Between this time i called them again and again but the customer care doesn't pick up. I called the driver anil at [protected] and the guy is now full of abusive language. He threatens me and says that come to delhi and i'll kill you. Haha absurd! I've mailed them thrice asking about the status of my refund but no response has been issued.
                      This is my last option. I've tried everything to keep this between me and the company. But now the limit's been crossed. Never have i ever experienced such terrible behavior. Never have i been cheated like this. This issue is serious. An appropriate and immediate action is necessary.
                      I seek justice and an end to this problem. That's all!

                        This is with reference to crn[protected] dated june 28, 2019. Today, i have booked a cab, during cab booking the amount i have to pay was rs 375. But the cab owner has charged me rs 735 in place of rs 375. If you will see the distance on google, it is only 22.3 km but he has covered 32.8 km and also travel time is only 45 minutes but he has taken 67 minutes. Also he has charged rs 4.86 as waiting fee although he came late to pick me. Here, i have attached bill.

                        I have already lodged telephonic complain in this regard.

                        I therefore request you to kindly pay the difference amount i. E. Rs 360 as soon as possible.

                          On 30 june i took auto with crn [protected] with mobile number [protected] from venice mall to sankalp society, greater noida.in spite of knowing that i mentioned right destination driver took me to the wrong route. He tried to fool me into believing that he is following the route as mentioned in the ola app. He said to me that there are two sankalp societies in greater noida and i mentioned the wrong one.
                          He had done fraud with me and asked me to mention pari chowk as destination again in the app. He took 136 rupees from me whereas app showed 59 rupees as charge from venice mall to sankalp society. Please take appropriate action against him.

                            Wb 73e 0494 driver has misbehave with me on 3th july 2019 at 8.40 am when i booked the ola to ride till s. I. T. And he also denied to go destination by saying that he have returned empty. And being practising advocate of siliguri court i thought it will be appropriate to inform ola consumer care forum first, if not then i have take legal action against your company agent as it have caused great loss and hindrance to me by taking other modes of transporation after its denial.

                              I booked a ola ride for 5.45am today from borivali west link road (Suyog society) to domestic airport t1. Two drivers cancelled the rides one after another. I wish these drivers must be fined heavily.
                              The third one accepted the ride but for double the cost. This is clearly cheating. Ola organization is not trusted any more. I shall not book rides with ola anymore and shall travel by company car. Horrible experience with ola.
                              The cab driver of vehicle KA41B454 has done rash driving and hitted my vehicle from back, damaged the car. Initially he told that he will amount for the repair, then he escaped from the place. Now he doesn't even receive our call.

                              Please take severe action on this person, I spent almost 60, 000 for the repair.

                                30th night 11.50 i booked that got canceled by driver because he wants cash payment... Again i booked when reached again got canceled by driver because he got other ride but you guys charged 50rs i have already paid in upcoming trip... Useless wasted time and money... Only madam and child was their... How can ola be so care less... It's very difficult as only ladies and child was their... Kindly check and get back...
                                I travelled for 46kms, i got the final bill for 1116/-, which is really shocking.. i was charged very much unnecessary. I really felt bad about it. I was using OLA from a long time but they dnt have any fair ethics about money. They simply charge extra.
                                I hv been using ola since past 1 year..one fine day they deactivated my account. I called up CS and they dint know the reason. They said they will call and resolve the issue. My wallet money they hv not returned back. I hv stopped using ola and uber instead ..but my money still with them

                                Fraud people...bad service..

                                  I have book cab for 30 km distances.
                                  Estimate amount was show ₹537.
                                  But once complete journey tatal fair applied ₹1313/- it was shocking.
                                  Earlier i was travelled on same route but that time i was paid ₹550/- including taxes.
                                  This time ola has charge more than double charges.
                                  Travel detail mentioned below.

                                  Distance29.8km duration 46 min.
                                  I have paid full amount to driver by google pay.
                                  I need my money back which was wrong billing by ola.

                                  I have booked a cab on[protected] where base fare was extremely higher than actual base fare due to which more money was charged.
                                  As the base fare was higher than usual, there is some problem in billing.

                                    See even i don't know why they changed cash to post paid even without my permission or u can inform me through the message or in ola app, but what happened you know u also took cash from my ola post paid account and without knowing this i also paid cash from my hand to the driver, that fldriver also didn't said anything.. So this is whose mistake,? See everyone are not educated okay so you people should not cheat like this🤐 middle class people only affecting this badly so please.. 🙏

Intimated by ola does verification within 7 days till date matter not solved. I am unable to use my wallet. My contact number [protected]. Name harisingh b rathod.                                         Dear sir/ma'am,

                                        My wife usually travels from vivek vihar (Delhi) to max hospital (Vaishali) via the route of anand vihar. There is no toll while going from delhi to vaishali (While returning there is mini collection centre of toll).

                                        As there is no toll from delh to vaishali route via annad vihar, ola keeps charging mcd toll tax. I have written many complaints but they keep saying, our team is working on it and never ever replies back with a solution to it. Also on replying on their previous complaint mail they have made an arrangement in such a way that the mail states : reply above this line /mail" and this never ending process continues.

                                        Kindly look into the matter as the charges are collected in vain and customers shed out more money and ola or their travel partners keep the money in the pocket whcih has never gone to mcd and has been shed out by customer,. Pleas ask ola to do the needful and remove such enforced error in their billing.
