1. I booked a ride through OLA App from Hotel Sivaranjani, Hosur to State Bank of India, SME Branch, Mookandapalli at 9.37 on 20.06.2019. The driver just called me and cut the call. Though I tried back he didnot pick up my call. When I was trying to contact him again and again, at 9.48, I received SMS from OLA reading "Rs. 50.0 will be charged for the cancelled ride. In case you are charged incorrectly, tap to go to support section and claim a refund".

As I have not cancelled the trip, sure, I am charged incorrectly and hence please refund the amount.

2. On cancellation of the above trip by the Driver I have again booked another ride with the Company at 9.59 am . Now the present Driver contacted me and claimed Rs.50/- more than the bill amount. I told him that I will pay only the bill amount and requested to come to take me and he came. At the end of the journey he insisted for extra Rs. 50/-. I told him that I will complaint to the Company. He told that there is no problem. At last to avoid any clash I paid Rs. 180/- (Rs.84/- for this ride plus Rs. 50/- for the unaccomplished ride cancelled by the previous Driver and Rs.46/- additional amount claimed by the
Driver for this trip)

The incidents are very humiliating. I request that:
1. Please refund Rs.50 charged by the Company for the trip cancelled by Driver. This has to be recovered from the Driver who cancelled the trip.
2. Instruct your Drivers to charge only the amount which appears in the bill.

I have not received any response so far. Today also one driver (from the bill it is observed that he is the same driver who cancelled the trip on 20.06.2019: MR. PAZHANIMUTHU SAMUDI) claimed Rs.30/- more than the bill.
If the drivers are behaving like this it will be very difficult to depend on OLA or any similar rental services.
Please refund me the amount of cancellation which was done by the driver on his own will.

    I have been using OLA to a fixed destination on a daily basis since 13.05.2019, wherein I travel from home to office and back.

    I have two cell numbers – [protected] & [protected], and usually I use the first number.

    On 07.06.2019, as there was some issue with my first number, I used the second number to book the cab from office to home. Whenever I book a cab, I first check the fare and then book the cab.

    On 07.06.2019, I checked the fare, which was Rs.346 and confirmed my booking, but when the cab was allotted to me, the cab details were displayed but not the fare, which is never seen before, and hence, I immediately called up the customer care, and when I enquired, the executive informed me that the fare is not displayed and would be displayed once you complete the trip. To my shock, when I completed the trip, the fare was shown as Rs.1080.00, instead of Rs.346, which was shocking, and as I did not want to penalize the cab driver, I just paid the amount displayed and let the cab go. I immediately called up the customer care, and the executive informed me that the information provided by the earlier executive regarding non-display of fare is incorrect and you should have cancelled the trip, but as the cab had already arrived, I just rushed, as I NEVER THOUGHT THAT OLA WOULD CHEAT ME.

    Please go through the synopsis of this case and check all the facts and arrange to refund the amount of Rs.730.00.

      The trip booked by me on 20.06.2019 was cancelled by the Driver. He just called me and when I picked the phone the call was cut. When I tried back my call was not accepted. Immediately I got the message from OLA that Rs.50/ will be charged for the cancelled ride. The I had to book again for my intended journey. This jorney I have completed by 10.08 AM (CRN[protected]).

      As I have not cancelled the ride please refund the amount.
      On 9th Jun 2019 I travel in udaipur and I pay the amount 82 rupee by google pay but I had to paid 61 rupee in cash because of ola cab application and I was charged twice. And now ola cab is not returningy money.

        I booked the ride from Mumbai International airport to Kalyan and used Debit card as a mode of payment and when ride start we have to make the payment before completion of ride else it will ask for cash
        I tried first attempt and payment was successful but ola was still asking to make payment SO I tried again (Since i don't has cash that much to avoid cash payment) and this time...

        On 18 th June i booked an ola cab from EC road to mohkampur dehradun at 3.30 p.m. .CRN [protected], Driver's name Manoj Gaudiyal. The app showed the pickup has arrived..I called him several times.he didn't pick up the phone, finally at the fourth call he said his car has puncutered. He won't be able to go. Neither did he call me nor could I l
        ocate the car.l waited for 45 minutes yet i was the one who was charged 50 rs as cancellation charge. Why I as a customer has to pay the cancellation fee when it was cancelled from the driver's side?
        TN11AD7285 - Driver is sakthivel. He used abusive language today when we booked his cab through Ola. We asked him to wait for few seconds in the pick up location. But the driver shouted at us using abusive languages in Tamil and disconnected the call. Ola should not hire such impolite people in their organization which affects their reputation.
        Drivers rejected my ride 4 times today. Unprofessional. Please find my phn no [protected]. Please deactivate my account.

          I ordered an Ola cab at around 16.15 on 18/6/2019. I immrdiately telephoned to speak to the driver as I realised it would arrive too early. I cancelled the taxi and told him I would book one later.

          A few minutes later I received a message stating that my taxi had arrived. I called the driver and asked why he had still turned up after I cancelled. It was only then that he told me that he wad unable to cancel and it was down to me to make cancellations. I have been charged a 4 pound cancellation fee and would like that put back into my account as a matter o[censored]rgency.

          Also, I have booked taxis with Ola cabs and received messsges stating that the driver has cancelled... Really???!!!

            Hello Team,
            I've booked the ride on 12th June from Mumbai to Pune.And after giving the start OTP I asked him to close the AC but he wasn't ready for that for the whole journey.After having a discussion for about 35 min with him and Ola customer support i decided to pay the amount without taking the ride to him as driver was too stubborn and rude as well.I paid the whole amount to driver and inform ed the same to your customer support guy as customer support was on call with me during the whole incident, and ask the support guy to raise a complain that ola will refund my amount to me which I've paid to the driver just to get out of that toxic situation. But the driver is now denying that I've paid the amount to him and because of that ola is not refunding my money..I request you to please look into the matter and refund my money

                  Hi My name is Ajinkya and i book a ola cab on 13th june 2019 for for malbar hill the charge shows 734/- rs. after reaching destination i paid 734 but the invoice given by your side is only 588/- what about my other money i have to show this bill in my company due to your incorrect invoice my company will not trust me further. i have already raised complaint against it but still there is no any response from your side, so i will suggest who is reading this dont go for ola its a worst service.

I didn't was informed by driver even when I called him just 5 minutes before when he cancelled the ride.I am at a loss to attend my office for one day. I should be compensated for this.                       It was 19th of May 2019, my family was planning an outing at Imagica, We were not aware that Rental Cabs do not go Imagica, we called at OLA Support and requested to change current rental to outstatton which they were not able to do and asked us to Cancel current ride. for this ride I end up play 3210. ts being approx 1 month till date amond is not refund, i am following up alternate day and I am assured that amount will be credited but nothing is happening Do we at this digital era take 1 month for refund Ideally this should have taken 7 days - which include approval from finance, Audit etc.. but yet no resolution serious disappointed

                      I am not sure if there are any rules, regulatory body were in we can complain these unjustified harassment.

                        This is to inform you that, myself the regular customer of OLA, If you think please track my traxn([protected]).now a days I am facing a problem after booking, only apps show prime car avail able 4 min but car reach 15-20 min when I am cancel then rs-50.00 is chargeable in my next ride.this is not acceptable..this is your problem for not avail able car.Because there have no log time in my hand for waiting a car.Please rectify the matter other wise we shall decide other cabs.

                          Travelling from Bengaluru airport to Hebbal. There was no traffic. Reached 25 min before estimated time. Was charged double the amount for toll. Toll is 90, was charged 180. The parking fee was also double. Bengaluru airport parking fee is 100 for 2 hours. I was charged 200. This is scam by ola. While going to airport also I was charged toll for both sides. Then they pick customer at airport and charge them twice as well. No customer support to help with this. Pathetic service. Why show fare when you are ultimately going to charge as you wish? Ridiculous service. Uber at least responds when we complain. Customer service is where the difference is tremendous. Ola customer support is the worst experience.

                            I have had a horrible experience with them just happened that I was quoted an estimated price and I had ti pay way above the estimated price without taking any detours and without heavy traffic !!! It is ridiculous !!! For a trip from pushp vihar to Oxy Homez is nearly a ride of 900-1000₹ max. But after that they are showing that I had to pay 1432₹!!! Not only that, when I complain on the ola app, , all I get is a message saying they cannot help!!! I wish the authorities bring these people to task for taking undue advantage of the public !!! I Would NOT RECOMMEND Ola to anybody ever !!

                              I booked this ride quite a while ago for my mother from Mumbai airport to khargar navi Mumbai. I booked at the fare rs680 but when it stopped it unethically showed rs1125 without even adding stoppage or changing route other than shown by their app.
                              Their driver was so rude and was in so hurry that he started yelling at my mother to pay rs1125 because its far from airport and 680 doesn't cover his costs. She suspected that there is some cheating done by them but she is not much aware of the technical things so because of the harsh behavior of driver she paid rs1125.
                              On my phone that was showing 680 and when driver stopped the ride and did something on his phone and it was showing 1125. This is unethically taking money from the consumer.
                              I reported the issue on the company's app couple of time but they are not responding to it and mark the issue resolved on their own without even solving it.
                              Such misleading practices are very DISAPPOINTING and heartbreaking. My mother came to Mumbai for the first time and this cheating happened which made her so reluctant to even again go in cab.
                              OLA cabs should be much more careful in treating the consumers.
                              Rather than reimbursement they are just saying they cant refund the extra amount because it was paid in cash.
                              So if paying in cash creates problems they should remove that option from their app. They cant even justify and rectify their own technical fault and just take money from the consumers because of their own mistakes and then blame it on customer that they paid extra.
                              Its their technical fault and they should resolve it rather than blaming consumers.
                              And must teach their drivers how to behave with the consumers.
                              Must reply to the issues reported rather than marking it resolved without intimating the customer.
                              I need you to look into the matter and help against such cheating practices.

                              I suppose this consumer complaint website is of no use no body takes it seriously to resolve the issues. India has always been this and will be like this only where government is just busy in finding ways to loot citizens and not a single service to give in return.

                                I booked a cab on 15.06.19 from Chennai Tambaram Station. To Rams habitat OMR Road around 4 am. Ola allotted 3 cars and they cancelled one car. Second car driver talked to me and came to boarding point. The third car driver talked to me and asked me to cancel the trip for which I refused as I have not booked that drive. The driver of third car on his own cancelled and I received a msg for cancellation charges of Rs. 50. Immediately on completing my trip I informed in the option box abt this and requested to remove the penalty of Rs50 for no act of mine. Unfortunately no steps were taken by you and for my trip from Rams habitat OMR Road to SAveetha pupil school on 17.06.19 I was asked to pay that penalty of Rs 50 and I also paid it. I request you to kindly consider that. 'for no fault of mine I was penalised by OLA for Rs 50. I very much annoyed and I request you to consider and refund Rs50 to me or ADJUST DURING MY NEXT TRIP.

                                  I booked an OLA cab on 16 June from Lal Kuan, Ghaziabad to Jawahar park, Sahibabad for my brother from my office and that time estimated price was showing 242 rupees in app. When my brother reached at his location after that he needed to go WSM Mall, Mohan Nagar, then i was trying to book another OLA cab for him and that time price was showing 143 rupees for another ride but OLA's driver suggested to my brother that same OLA cab can be updated for another ride and he can continue with the same OLA cab. As per the OLA cab driver's suggestion i added route in OLA app but when my brother reached at WSM Mall, Mohan Nagar then he said that you have to pay 743 rupees. My brother called me and informed about the same then i talked with OLA's driver and i said i will not pay this bill because total approximately amount was shows 242 and 143 it means i have to pay 385 or 400 in round figure but you are charging 743 for 30KM. It is more bill, so now i will pay only estimated amount otherwise i wants to talk with your any senior person than he said i don't have any senior person's contact and you have to pay the amount which is showing in my bill otherwise i'll call the Police. I called 2 times OLA's customer care but no one picked my call then I paid the bill in compulsion and for my brother's safety.

                                      I booked a cab for IGI T3 today and was shown 455 on my screen but when I reached my destination they charged my 794 for no reason. When I contacted them they didn't answer me and ignored my problem. When I called them they told me that it got increased but they didn't inform any of those beforehand. Then he kept me on hold to transfer it to higher officials which was waste of time and told me there is no one available for you. So We will call you after some 4 hours.

                                      This is totally unacceptable from them, if someone books a cab for 500, do they need to be prepared to pay 2000 also because the price might increased. This totally disgusting.
                                      After that also the Cab driver had some cylinder in the car because of which my luggage couldn't fix and we 4 members had a really conjusted ride that for 800. I really want this issue to be sorted out because this is against their policing of serving the customers for so called best.
