I have taken a ride on 01.4.18 and paid the driver in cash of Rs.531 but for the past 1 year daily am getting around 4-5 calls from ola asking me to make the payment by credit card and getting messages like they will raise a legal complaint against me.. and torturing like hell with their frequent voice recorded calls and messages and taking away my mental peace..When I paid my due cash why the hell Ola is torturing me like anything.. I booked an outstation OLA cab from Bhopal to Jabalpur on June 3, 2019. Driver calculated wrong distance and charged me more than estimated amount. Bil was around 6000 and driver charged me 9800 Rs. I complaint to OLA but no action has been taken from last ten days. Kindly resolve the issue and ask the company to refund my remaining amount as early as possible....

On 2nd June, I am travelling from silk board to domlur. Driver own self denied to drop me on my location due to bad weather. He said kindly cancelled the trip. So I cancelled it with mention. But after that whenever I tried to book my next trip It started to show me I have to pay cancellation charge rs 50. I had a big objection of that. Please take necessary action against [protected] - CRN number. Named shashikumar CP we have booked at 5:20 to majestic Railway Station. He did not pick the call after doing 6 to 7 times and we had train at 6:00a.m. ph:[protected]. Atleast he could have cancelled or attended a call. Literally it was hopeless. Make sure he is penalized and give proper instructions and not repeated with other customers. Instead u ola people will penalize customers...

I booked a OLA cab on 08 June 2019 @ 10.15 pm from Musrambagh (Hyderabad) to Hyd international airport. from my place to destination hardly will take 40 mins, but the OLA cab drive took 1 hour 20 mins to drop. I took a ride on Aug 12 2018 to airport and added card payment...it did not directly deduct from my card. So, I am back to India recently and I got a msg on May 28 to pay the bill. Hence, I paid it. Again on June 5, I got message again to pay the bill and when I opened the app it asked for payment to book another ride. Hence, I paid again. A total of 2 times money was deducted for a single ride. On 11th june i booked ola cab at around 7.15 pm thru app from bpcl colony chembur to dadar west. I got a confirmation of a cab MH 43- 2498, hundai xcent car with driver named Yusuf. I called him he said he is nearby and will reach my location in 5 mins, he asked me where i want to go, when i told him Dadar he said ok... but he didnt come for some time so i called him again, he disconnected the call. This happened 4-5 times n then his phone...

The Driver took longer routes. Misbehaved with me and spoke abusively.The rate clearly showed 345 whereas he was trying to charge 607. He took money from me and did not return change.

Kindly handle such issues with care and i was delayed to my office by 40 min which he takes advantage...

A) 12th June - cancelled booking by 2 drivers after 20 minutes of waiting during office time (CRN - [protected]/[protected])
b) 11th June - cancelled booking by driver after 15 minutes of waiting (CRN - [protected])
c) 8th June - Driver was so unprofessional that he wanted to pick up his next booking during my ride. was repeatedly requesting ti allow the next passengers (CRN - [protected])
d) Rides are getting rescheduled...

Usual practice with OLA drivers,
They call you after accepting the ride, to ask for destination. If they do not like to continue on the ride they cancel it keeping you waiting.
This time, I called the driver as I was waiting 15 mins after the scheduled time to meet. Driver asked where was I going as usual.
I declined to tell him the destination until the pin was entered by him ... then my ola app says the driver is here...

HELLO, THIS IS PRASHANT FROM BHIWANDI, YESTERDAY I WAS BOOKING CAB FROM T1 AIRPORT (ARRIVAL) MUMBAI to BHIWANDI. I HAVE STARTED BOOKING FROM 11:30PM (10/06/2019)

ISSUE

1. 1st cab which was booked first said he is coming then asked where we are going so I told him my destination and then after 15min he cancel my ride. nothing deducted from my account. (CRN [protected])

Case - We took an out station trip to Patiala. At the end of the trip there was a delay in the payment as Ola App was not working and driver could not end the trip to generate the bill. Later he made us speak with the car owner (Ola Partner) and generated the bill.

Total trip was for around 600...

I have cleared all my Ola postpaid dues including penalties (INR 516) on 10 June 2019 through PayU under reference number OLA-ompp[protected]dhr-105 and netbanking ref number [protected]IGAGIDRBT1. However, the payment is not updated yet. Last day, I got an sms stating that they will initiate legal action against me. However, payment is now paid, why this is not updated. Even they still charging late fee on daily basis unfairly...

I booked ola on 31st May, before completion of the ride i paid for the ride through oniline(debit card).After completion of the ride driver asked me to pay in cash again as he told payment successful is not reflecting at his end.

Tried contacting customer support no luck.

On 7th of May 2019 at 11.34 am I took OLA auto CRN [protected] from 2nd main road kurunji nagar Ramapuram Chennai to Murugesan Naicker office complex Thousand lights, Chennai The charges shown was Rs 159. The driver took long route and charged Rs 268 When I asked him he said the meter showed Rs 268 I could not do anything please complain to OLA. I paid Rs 268 and complained to OLA. OLA has shown a refund voucher of Rs 109 in the OLA app.....

this is regarding ride on 26th May'19. i booked a cab from vashi to Mumbai airport, i paid 571 for the ride through my card and it was showing status as paid. after the ride my driver showed that fare amount was 852. i paid extra 852 to my driver through google pay. Ola is not resolving the issue even when i have given them every proof and screenshot of the transaction, just because driver denied it. You can clearly see the name...
