I (Fino id: 3454zmn) taken a cab from ola on lease and become ola partner. My cab was breakdown in april'19 and my driver took that cab honda service center peeragadhi. Honda service center incharge told us that there is problem in engine so it will take around 2-3 months if ola gives their approval in time so you people go to ola and ask for other cab. We met mr. Amit an ola employee in sector 18 gurgaon office however, they haven't answer our query and we are still waiting for new cab to be alloted and start working. When i asked amit to refund our deposited amount he said that your rs.11000 would be deducted as your are cancelling it earlier than the agreed lease term. We are very annoyed as they are not able to provide us the new cab in place of the breakdown one and also deducting rs.11000 from security if we talk about cancelling the cab

We also raised the request o[censored]nauthorised dry run charged on us. They told that they will be refunded within 20 days however it's around 2 months and we didn't received that as well.

Please help us on this at the earliest

    Today i hv booked ola with mini ride. The driver had cancelled the ride. I have to go station. Instead of accepting when i hoti book new ola it shows 50 rs cancellation fees. It's the fault of driver. This is ridiculous behaviour 2 nd tym. Fist tym i haven't complaint but this tym it is very absurd behaviour and response without any mistake instead of ola driver complaint you are charging customer. This is so much stupidity to gain money from customers. Pls solve this issue otherwise i would ban the ola app.

      I booked Ola ride from Satyam apartment vasundhra enclave to Laxminagar Metro Station. I got confirmation msg and got the no. Of concern driver, I talked to him and told about the exact location.
      He told me he is coming within 5 to 10 minutes, I waited there for 20 minutes, called many times but he didn't receive my call. After sometime I checked my ride details, suddenly got that my ride has been cancelled without any reason...i m actually mentally harassed by the act as Ola driver did with me...           This complaint is towards unethical cancellation of share ride in Ola. Yesterday I have book a ola share ride at around 10:55 am for my office. The driver name was Md Shabbir (+91-[protected]) having white Xcent. After booking the ride I called the driver which he picked up but he was just telling hello hello might be due to call error. The pick up was showing to be around 11:17 am and as he car was moving to my direction I thought to wait at my pick up location. As I was ill I called the driver 2 more times but he didnot pick up the phone. At last I found that after coming nearby to my location driver cancelled the ride.

          This practice of driver was highly unprofessional that too when the temperature is around 40 degree celsius. Then I call at support, the Support team made a complaint against the driver, but when I asked how will I get feedback of such complaint he replied that action are taken internally. He further said he will try to book share ride for me which after trying he said that no share ride is there at my location. He then asked me to try to book Ola Micro or Ola Mini which when I tried showed a fare of Rs. 483 as against rate of Rs. 137 in share ride.

          I could not understand what kind of support is provided to customer who are aggrieved by such unprofessional drivers on daily basis.
          If customer care is taken by the service provider, then why couldn't a ride in Ola Mini or Micro could have been provided at normal fare rate instead of such 2x 3x surge.

          These kind of problems are recurring on daily basis and no action are taken by Olacabs.

            1. Please peruse the Table submitted herewith. Note that I have credited money Rs 1999 in November 2018 and once again Rs 1999 in December 2018 into my wallet maintained my OLA taxi company. Total money deposited ny me in 2018 in my wallet is Rs 3998.

            2. Total money spent for taxis from my residence at Vikas Puri, Delhi is Rs 2426.

            3. Balance of money in my wallet should be Rs. 1572.

            I have spoken a number of times to staff of OLA taxi company when they contacted me by phone at Bengaluru explaining that I have still Rs 1572 in my wallet with OLA.

            Complaint or what is wrong with OLA

            Their accounting wrong. The staff members are not caring to refer their data available in internet given in the form of Table by me here. Ola Company has created a figure and forcing me to pay Rs 1290 along with interest. They say, you (me) have not paid post-paid amount for the taxis used. They do not provide a list where I have used their taxis. Frankly speaking, every time I used their taxis, automatically the amount due was deducted from my wallet. Otherwise, I have paid in cash.

            They argue that I have to pay for post- paid, which is NOT TRUE. I have argued that no taxi driver will allow leaving taxi without paying the fare. But they do not listen. And they continue to harass me by e-mails and phone calls.

            My money Rs 1572 in my wallet under OLA is seized illegally by OLA.

            CONCLUSION: 1. My money Rs 1572 is seized by OLA and is not being shown by its staff. 2. In addition, OLA is asking me to pay Rs 1290. That means I have to lose my money of Rs 1572 in wallet and I have to pay extra Rs 1290, making a total loss of Rs 2862. THIS IS CLEAR CASE OF CHEATING BY OLA.

              I am facing issue with OLA cabs continuously for 3 times.Initially when I hired OLA, the driver came requested OTP and then refused to go to my destination.2nd time the driver requested OTP on call telling that he is near to my boarding point.I gave him OTP and he asked me to wait at the boarding point.Later on I received a message about completion of ride and requesting for money.But the driver did not come.Now Today again(21/06/2019), I booked the cab and the driver called me and said he cannot come to pick up.

                This morning my husband booked an Ola cab to satellite bus stand from Rajajinagar. While leaving, he forgot to take the Nike shoes and left it in the cab. We contacted the driver of the Ola cab and informed him. He said whenever he comes to that side of the town he will give it.

                  Today I booked OLA cab to go to airport i.e. from Thane to T2 terminal. waited for car for long time. When I called driver he said he is in Goregaon and can not come. I was very upset with the driver and driver cooly said "sir kya karu nahi aa sakata" then he said "Aap ride cancle karo" that means I will pay cancellation charges? on top I had to book another OLA waited for new car for 40 minutes in this process I got late and missed my flight form Mumbai to Ahmeadbad. on top I had to pay Rs. 2000 more for new flight booking.

                  Since morning I am trying to call your call center no one is picking up my call its almost 8 hours I am trying to reach to you.

                  I need compensetion from OLA. and need OLA management should look into this matter and get it resolved as per my satisfation.

                      Ola customer support is totally inactive. Recently i had an issue where i was travelling in Kerala, The driver that was appointed for my pre scheduled ride asked for extra money and threatened me, he was neither leaving nor cancelling the ride. Being at outstation i felt really insecured with my family. I tried calling in all there customer sevice numbers but came to know they have blocked all these numbers now. So, only option left for me was to report about the incident through app, which is a mess. Eveytime it is showing error. Till now i am unable to report about the incident. If this is the case then how am I supposed to feel safe while the company itself doesn’t want communicate with the customer???
                      @bhash I cancelled all these rides due to your network drivers talking rude to cancel ride, asking extra money, making us to wait and irritate all these things they doing. I[censored] want money dont do public relation buisness by having this type of drivers.What your managers r doing?
                      I have booked ola cab at 8.31 am @Rs.134 and ride arrived at 8.51 am on 14.6.19. i reached my desitation at 9.12 am. I am getting late to office. I paid Rs.190/-. I am a regular customer of ola. Now my question is why my fare is increase than booking fare. Kindly answer.

                        1. I booked a ride through OLA App from Hotel Sivaranjani, Hosur to State Bank of India, SME Branch, Mookandapalli at 9.37 on 20.06.2019. The driver just called me and cut the call. Though I tried back he didnot pick up my call. When I was trying to contact him again and again, at 9.48, I received SMS from OLA reading "Rs. 50.0 will be charged for the cancelled ride. In case you are charged incorrectly, tap to go to support section and claim a refund".

                        As I have not cancelled the trip, sure, I am charged incorrectly and hence please refund the amount.

                        2. On cancellation of the above trip by the Driver I have again booked another ride with the Company at 9.59 am . Now the present Driver contacted me and claimed Rs.50/- more than the bill amount. I told him that I will pay only the bill amount and requested to come to take me and he came. At the end of the journey he insisted for extra Rs. 50/-. I told him that I will complaint to the Company. He told that there is no problem. At last to avoid any clash I paid Rs. 180/- (Rs.84/- for this ride plus Rs. 50/- for the unaccomplished ride cancelled by the previous Driver and Rs.46/- additional amount claimed by the
                        Driver for this trip)

                        The incidents are very humiliating. I request that:
                        1. Please refund Rs.50 charged by the Company for the trip cancelled by Driver. This has to be recovered from the Driver who cancelled the trip.
                        2. Instruct your Drivers to charge only the amount which appears in the bill.

                        I have not received any response so far. Today also one driver (from the bill it is observed that he is the same driver who cancelled the trip on 20.06.2019: MR. PAZHANIMUTHU SAMUDI) claimed Rs.30/- more than the bill.
                        If the drivers are behaving like this it will be very difficult to depend on OLA or any similar rental services.
                        Please refund me the amount of cancellation which was done by the driver on his own will.

                          I have been using OLA to a fixed destination on a daily basis since 13.05.2019, wherein I travel from home to office and back.

                          I have two cell numbers – [protected] & [protected], and usually I use the first number.

                          On 07.06.2019, as there was some issue with my first number, I used the second number to book the cab from office to home. Whenever I book a cab, I first check the fare and then book the cab.

                          On 07.06.2019, I checked the fare, which was Rs.346 and confirmed my booking, but when the cab was allotted to me, the cab details were displayed but not the fare, which is never seen before, and hence, I immediately called up the customer care, and when I enquired, the executive informed me that the fare is not displayed and would be displayed once you complete the trip. To my shock, when I completed the trip, the fare was shown as Rs.1080.00, instead of Rs.346, which was shocking, and as I did not want to penalize the cab driver, I just paid the amount displayed and let the cab go. I immediately called up the customer care, and the executive informed me that the information provided by the earlier executive regarding non-display of fare is incorrect and you should have cancelled the trip, but as the cab had already arrived, I just rushed, as I NEVER THOUGHT THAT OLA WOULD CHEAT ME.

                          Please go through the synopsis of this case and check all the facts and arrange to refund the amount of Rs.730.00.

                            The trip booked by me on 20.06.2019 was cancelled by the Driver. He just called me and when I picked the phone the call was cut. When I tried back my call was not accepted. Immediately I got the message from OLA that Rs.50/ will be charged for the cancelled ride. The I had to book again for my intended journey. This jorney I have completed by 10.08 AM (CRN[protected]).

                            As I have not cancelled the ride please refund the amount.
                            On 9th Jun 2019 I travel in udaipur and I pay the amount 82 rupee by google pay but I had to paid 61 rupee in cash because of ola cab application and I was charged twice. And now ola cab is not returningy money.

                              On 18 th June i booked an ola cab from EC road to mohkampur dehradun at 3.30 p.m. .CRN [protected], Driver's name Manoj Gaudiyal. The app showed the pickup has arrived..I called him several times.he didn't pick up the phone, finally at the fourth call he said his car has puncutered. He won't be able to go.                               TN11AD7285 - Driver is sakthivel. He used abusive language today when we booked his cab through Ola. We asked him to wait for few seconds in the pick up location. But the driver shouted at us using abusive languages in Tamil and disconnected the call. Ola should not hire such impolite people in their organization which affects their reputation.
                              Drivers rejected my ride 4 times today. Unprofessional. Please find my phn no [protected]. Please deactivate my account.

                                I ordered an Ola cab at around 16.15 on 18/6/2019. I immrdiately telephoned to speak to the driver as I realised it would arrive too early. I cancelled the taxi and told him I would book one later.

                                A few minutes later I received a message stating that my taxi had arrived. I called the driver and asked why he had still turned up after I cancelled. It was only then that he told me that he wad unable to cancel and it was down to me to make cancellations. I have been charged a 4 pound cancellation fee and would like that put back into my account as a matter o[censored]rgency.

                                Also, I have booked taxis with Ola cabs and received messsges stating that the driver has cancelled... Really???!!!

                                  I've booked the ride on 12th June from Mumbai to Pune.And after giving the start OTP I asked him to close the AC but he wasn't ready for that for the whole journey.After having a discussion for about 35 min with him and Ola customer support i decided to pay the amount without taking the ride to him as driver was too stubborn and rude as well.I paid the whole amount to driver and inform ed the same to your customer support guy as customer support was on call with me during the whole incident, and ask the support guy to raise a complain that ola will refund my amount to me which I've paid to the driver just to get out of that toxic situation. But the driver is now denying that I've paid the amount to him and because of that ola is not refunding my money..I request you to please look into the matter and refund my money
