Today i book my ola ride and chose payment method by google pay when i confirm my payment driver argue bcz it show payment not received then i done payment by cash so that's why i done my payment twice now i'm trying to rufund money so they they creat huge problem plz take some suitable steps as soon as possibl.     Today i lost my phone in ola cab no 4610 while returning from bihar vidhan sabha (Patna) to kamat inn.
    I tried to call the helpline no but none was the reachable also mailed the detail to [protected]@ola.com but not getting any response from their side.
    Request you to please help me out as the phone has my all the documents.

      I went ola drive on 27/6/2019 morning at 10 am... I took one hour package... I told my destination while starting cab... But before time is finished driver stop the car inbetween and started talking that i can't go afterthat... He taken diversion from the main road to fill the gas though i booked for one hour package... He taken tool for return also without asking me... And he asked to pay for that apart from ola cash i paid... After reaching destination ola amount was coming in the app is 733 rupee... I given 1000 rupee... When i asking for balance of 233 he didn't given the balance... He started asking me to pay double the amount... He wasted my half hour... I want my balance back.. And i also want to take necessary action for these people... Thanking you

        On[protected] at about 1430 hours the driver of ola cab car bearing no. Ts10ub6170 gave dash to one auto as a result which auto driver received injuries. The old cab driver fled away from the spot. The above incident registered a case in crime no. 137/2019, u/sec. 337 ipc of police station chandanagar cyberabad commissionerate. The case is ui for arrest of the cab driver.
        The concerned are requested to direct the driver with cab for taking legal action against him as per law.

        The Ola cab driver (TS05UB8653) has not followed lane discipline at Durgam cheruvu road leading to scratches on my car, as the taxi had hit my car. How to get recovery from the driver. And how can he be discouraged from irresponsible driving. My contact number is [protected].

          Despite of booking cabs and then waiting for almost 10-15 min in sun for the drivers - they cancel the rides after we contact them to know about their where about and that too after we have waited for almost 12-14 min. At the very last minute we get a notification about the cancelled ride that too without a genuine educate of booking a second ride for the rider which is least expected by the organization.
          Even not that after that if we try to book cabs for the same place the prices they hike like anything.
          Do something about your drivers, this in not at all a professional behavior that we expect from organization like you which were once the top in these services and now after it's not hard to believe why the others are prospering well in the market.

            We booked outstation ride with ola.
            Arvind ([protected]) with cab up16ft8506 was assigned for the ride. He intentionally came late despite we calling her m multiple times so that as soon as we board, ride will be cancelled by pla and after that he can make the ride private. He with this strategy converted into private and as my family was already late, they took the option. He on return charged extra, instead of 2100 he charged 3000 my making them fool through wrong calculation.
            A strict action is required against such drivers

                  I booked a cab approx 11 o' clock yesterday (28/06/2019). Your driver came and asked me about how i would pay for ride i told him, "i'll pay by google pay" he refused to go because he wanted cash payment that time i had no cash with me. He took my phone and cancle the cab and booked another cab by himself. At late night he left me alone and my ola account was blocked because of canceling 3 rides. Actully 1st ride was mistakenly booked because i am a new user. Second ride i booked but your driver cancel it and third was booked by your driver but i didn't want to go anywhere in your cab. It's very condemnable and very irresponsible behaviour by driver.
                  Now i am going to rate your app with 1 star and uninsatalling the app because you all are bussiness minded, cheapest, and irresponsible towards your customer.
                  Thank you for gave me my first ride experience i am very greatful to you.

                    This happened on monday i. E. 24th june 2019. I had booked a cab with my friend from jaswant tuli mall nagpur to some place in nagpur. We got a micro ola and soon boarded it. As soon as we sat in the ola, the guy asked ola money or cash. I said ola money. He said he wouldn't be accepting ola money and told us that we have to pay him cash. I said my ola money would be deducted as soon as we enter otp, so he should take the ola money now. As soon as i said this, he said you can take other cab and told us to get out. I said we not getting out as we have booked it and boarded it according to rules. As soon as we said this he started you sing abusive language to me and my friend (Female). He also said he would call people from his side to beat me and my friend. I had to get out as i couldnt risk my friends honour for a fight with such a guy. I am not able to trace the guys number and name. Ola has removed it from my database. Please help as i am fighting for a girl's pride

                      The ola driver named pujari sharanabasappa drove over my leg while i was getting off the cab on purpose.
                      He is having some mental problems and when i told the ola customer care they have not even considered my compliant and they did not take action against the driver or have considered giving me compensations for my losses.
                      My leg is injured because of such bad service from ola, please take action against this company.

                        A day used ola service from kudlu gate to majestic railway station, paid by cash to the cab driver but after 3 day's i got message saying that ola postpaid money deducted for the trip and need to pay back the same.

                        Is the way ola cheating customers?

                        Now am getting calls and messages saying that need to clear the ola due rs 250 otherwise legal action will take.

                        Informed to the respected agent on call to take an action but not taken and disturbing from calling again and again

                          Today 28 june 2019 i booked my cab from my office gurgaon udhyog vihar phase 2 to guru dronacharya metro, while i was booking cab the amount was showing 75rs approx. But when i get down on gd metro auto driver said it is showing 135rs.

                            Hi ola team,

                            This is royal pradeep a very loyal customer of ola services. I am raising this concern on one of the horrific tragedies i faced by one of the ola service provider last sunday i. E.[protected] who happened to flick my new samsung phone and flew.
                            To get into the details i was travelling to bangalore from mysore on sunday night or you can call it as monday early morning. The bus arrived at the satellite bus stand around 11.15pm and i was using your ola service for in of search of cabs. I happened to get a prime and it got cancelled eventually. Later i happened to get an ola auto for the ride and vehicle number: the auto driver name and phone number is: mahadev, [protected], as soon as i happened to get into the auto he said his phone’s ola app gps was not working and hence asked me to help in route. Later in a while he asked me to give the phone to him so that its easier for him to take me to the prashanth layout i. E. Near to prestige shanthaniketan whitefield. The trip charge was about rs.560. All these details you can check through my name on the history.
                            Since i had luggage i told him to wait and got down from auto went just 25mts away from the auto to keep the luggage to the gate. By then the auto driver started and flew from the place with my phone.
                            The phone was in ringing condition till half hr. Time from the time he left. After which it was switched off. Please note the phone was 50per battery charged and there is no way where it could have got switched off due to battery drain.
                            I tried calling the ola customer care to report this incident the same time, but it was not connecting to any representative at that time and, i happened to walk up to the near whitefield police station but there was no writer to take the complaint. The next day morning i happened to go block the sim card for number. Meanwhile contacted the ola customer care for the details of the auto as it was all in phone and i lost it. The e-mail address was not updated on my profile on the number. So, explained all this your representative and he gave me all auto details and guided me to lodge a complaint and call back to ola customer care to move this incident to legal department for further investigation on the issue.

                            Please note: the whole time whenever i tried calling the driver on his phone number he always kept false promise on his family to prove he dint take the phone which is completely lie. He is said the same to the ola customer care representative as well. I have always been a loyal customer of the ola services and i really feel very bad to say that this was least expected with other cancellation of trips problem that usually i face.

                            It was a new phone and it was just month old and auto drivers doing all these so bravely to the customers is bad for the human kind and company. If your service providers start doing this to the customers tell me which customer will use the app? Where is the safety of the customer? Is this what the company stands for? If this is happening to the localities only then to any other state or country ppl when they visit us? No value for our money? No value for human kind? Is this how your function is working? Are customers supposed to give phone for gps not working on driver’s phone? Is this not the technical problem with the app which needs to be fixed by you guys?
                            Is this the loyal customers need to face at middle of night? This is what i get for being a loyal ola customer? Is this what i get for referring your company services to be used? I am ashamed where our country is leading and through which services and company name! All i need is justice

                            I really want immediate action to be taken on this and get this fixed at earliest. Please know we want to trust our very own indian company and not lead to such situations to legally go against them.

                            Make this a priority to fix the issue. I don’t want any fellow indians to face ever an issues like this in middle of night. I was stranded with cost of my phone. Kindly help me in getting this resolved.

                              After documents submitted into ola app, physical verification not yet done, now i have urgently need to go out of state but i observed after called to customer care no proper response keep on transferring call to next level, they are telling to verification will be done after 7 days only, like that 3 months over but no solution, now i cant load ola money and i cant use ola app with out soft cash load, no having seriousness, about customers complaint very difficult to me to continue with ola, customer satisfaction of mine is very low

                                Yesterday evening I picked up a auto ride in ola. I tried paying through google pay but my transaction was pending at that time so after that I tried again and paid through G-pay itself. But the auto man insisted me to pay in cash also as his system was showing the payment was due though I made the payment already. He started arguing that I need to pay in cash. I was on hurry to my office at that time so paid the cash again to the auto driver. That to he charged extra instead of Rs.72 he charged Rs. 80. I want my money back. Please do the needful

                                  We book ola micro cab no crn [protected] the driver came to pick up point. We are 3 ladies and one of my mother is a patient we have 2bags but that driver was very rude and misbehave with us. When we shouted then he cancelled our trip and now in my account 50 rupees cancellation charge is showing. I have prove also if you are not taking necessary action as soon as possible then i will definitely file police complain.

                                    This is a complete exploitation of customers . They charged me today Rs 453 for 15km rude frim sanat nagar railway station to Chintal ring road, Hyderabad . It’s almost thrice which an auto charges ( Auto fare Rs 150.) If the customer is in need that does not mean that you will take advantage of this and charge anything you want. This is not a peak time also 5.30am. I want ola to check n refund excess amount charged
                                    I had already paid the payment still Ola app states that money is due and this is the third its happening with me.Inspite of paying the money ola app says the money is due and blocks the account too

                                      I had booked Ola on 27th June 2019 from kakurgachi to bowbazar.o e Ola cancelled on own and updated the ride to another.the updated one was on its way.after a long wait of around 20 mins...the driver asked where I was going and cancelled the ride.also a fine of 50 rs. Was imposed on me. Can u tell me why?do I have too much money.a d I did not cancel the ride.the driver did.the worst Ola experience. Bull ### olA.

                                        Sir, on saterday, when i book a ola kalawati hospital delhi to noida, they told me that i have no permit for noida so you canceled the ola. I told if you have no permit why you accepted. You canceled the tip. After that driver come with ola stay before me 5 minutes and canceled the tip. Ola charged rs 50 for cancelation. Fult by driver and wear by client why? On that time i book uber to come noida. What is the system of ola disterb the client. I am very frustrated with ola. Wasted my time, money and trust.
