I booked ola cab from mumbai airport to pune. The whole journey was expected to cost 2000 plus toll. However, at the end of journey i was made to pay 600 rs more for a ui flaw of the app. The call center said they do not have a refund procedure and receive lot of complaints for the same reason. My problem is i should be charged for km, wait time, parking price, toll and not for such artificially manufactured price.

I never had any due to ola cabs or autos...and your customer service employee are asking me to clear a payment of 300 rupees which they created...I here by don't need any disturbing calls. . instead I advice you to correct your servers give me full details and proofs showing any kind of due.
Some one called me from this no. [protected], asking me to upload my driving license and wanted PIN number to approve my KYC.
I had requested for physical verification of KYC and it is not done for more than 10 days as per the request made by me.

    Crn:[protected] on extending the destination from vikas puri to dwarka from pitampura, the initial fare of 176/- swell upto to 544/- how is it possible to charge 3 times more for lesser distance and time. Is it not unfair practices? No revised estimated fare was shown to me when i had to change my final destination. Upon raising the complaint, resolved without and proper explanation or refund.

      Yesterday, i had written about the behavior of the ola cab, number ending with 5406, driver shaikh mohammed with the lady passengers who caught it on 23-june-2019 from alpha-3, alpha market, irla area, mumbai-400056 at around 9.30pm for marine lines - maheshwari bhawan. The fare for the selected sector was rs.431/- shown in the mobile at the time of booking but it increased to rs.514/- after reaching the destination through sea link. The driver started abusing the lady passengers when they questioned about the fare hike and shouted using filthy language to them for not having change of mere rs.4/-.

      I hope, a company like yours of a repute will certainly take stringent action against the illiterate, rustic driver for his misdemeanor with lenient, literate lady passengers.

      i wanted to tell you that my ola account has been blocked without any prior information to me and its created problem for me to go anywhere ola account number [protected] and now ola app is also not working in my mobile phone also
      Added money to my wallet but not reflecting in the app. Could not find any support contact number or support mail or any other place in the app where thia iaaue can be logged. Are OLA doimg away with all contact points for OLA Money wallet issues ?

        I had booked a ola cab from delhi to jaipur on 23/06/2019 at 230 pm. At 1 pm, the driver namely mohit, crn[protected], vehicle no-hr 69 c 1894 had contact me and asked the ride details. I provided him all the details about the no. Of passengers, pickup address etc. The driver asked me if i can come right now, then i told him don’t come now and come at 2.30 pm only because i have also booked another ola cab for jaipur at 230 pm for my other guests also and they can also start at the same time. He told me to cancel another vehicle and told that he has another vehicle of his friend and they both can take us in two vehicles from delhi to jaipur. I refused him and told him to come down at 230 pm. At 2.30 pm, driver with ola cab namely mohit came to my pickup destination. There were only 3 persons to go to jaipur with small luggage as they came to my graha pravesh cermony for 1 day only. We asked him to open his car dicky for keeping luggage, and he refused to open the dicky and started arguing with us that you have booked a mini ola cab and its not allowed to put luggage in dicky. More over he had not having any carrier on his vehicle also. We requested him but he rudely told that you can cancel the ride. And also started threatening us that my sister is asi in delhi police and i will put you all in jail. By listening this i called pcr. Pcr came and her sister (Asi in delhi police) contacted the pcr asi on duty and started apolising to asi on duty pcr and ultimately apoliged me too and on her request i told pcr to let the driver to go.in between the ola cab driver cancelled his drive and penalty of rs. 150/- was imposed on me. I had not cancelled the drive of my own and how it can happen that penalty has imposed on the customer if the cab is cancelled by driver himself.

        In the mean time, i also approached to ola customer care also and narrate all story. A lady from ola customer care listened to me and told to investigate the matter.

        On 24/06/2019 at 2:31 pm, one person from ola customer care services namely mr. Suresh kumar (Tel no-[protected]) approached me and told that i am investigating the matter on the complaint lodged by you on 23/06/2019. I again narrate him the story and he told that its not mandatory that carrier is to be provided on the outstation ola vehicle and further advised me to lodge fir with police, and started taking the side of his own ola cab driver instead listening to me. I told him that i approached to the ola customer care and don’t advise me what to do or not and asked him what action he has taken on my complaint as ola cab service provider. As a customer i was harassed by the ola cab driver mentally as well as he tried to defamed my image in front of myr locality people stating that his sister is asi in delhi police and put us all o[censored]s in jail and also harrassed by the ola cab service by imposing the wrong penalty of rs. 150/- on me as the ride was cancelled by the driver but not by me. It totally seen that the ola cab service is trying to hide their own people instead punishing the defaulter staff and trying to prove the customers are wrong. This kind of treatment by the ola cab driver and the staff is totally injustice to the customers. I was totally harassed by the driver as well as staff of the ola cab service which have disturb my mental agony. I request the compensation of rs.2 lakh from the ola cab service as well as cancelling the driving license of the ola cab driver namely mohit. Vehicle no - hr 69 c 1894 who has not only harassed me but tried to threatened me in front of my locality people further defamed my image. I am enclosing the photo graphs of the ola cab as well as driver. Strict action should be taken on the ola cab service including the cab driver mr. Mohit and the investigating officer mr. Suresh kumar who is not doing his duties properly and mis guiding the customer. You are requested to give me the feed back at earliest.
        We were in hurry, way to Fortis medical center. After reaching hospital we paid to drive for ride and leave. But still he haven't stopped our ride. I called him again. He said ok I am doing, but still not. Driver's cell [protected]. Plz advise.

          I want to complain against ola or ani tech. I was in a situation today where i didn’t know how to address this! This car is ahead of mine and the driver brakes ahead of my car suddenly. Nothing happens but he gets out accusing me cursing me and showing me a broken bumper that was already broken (Nothing on my new black car suggests that i hit him) i told him to not use vile language but doesn’t matter to him.. He tirades in trying to extort money. Ola has no redressal mechanism no one picks their call.
          I was charged twice, one by Credit card & another by cab driver with cash. i want my card payment return. i was trying to call you so many times using support tab in ola app but getting no response. please find attached Credit card payment confirmation mail copy.

            I booked an ola cab, number ending with 5406, got the opt as 9607 and fare as rs.431/- from alpha-3, alpha market, irla area, mumbai-400056 for marine lines-maheshwari bhawan for my elder sister-in-laws (My spouse's elder sisters). After reaching at the destination the fare in my & driver's mobile shown as rs.514/- which is higher by rs.83/-. My the said relatives questioned to the driver why the fare came so high, then he replied, u have to pay what its showing in my mobile, then the said relatives said, had the fare shown rs.514/- at the time of booking, we wouldn't have booked the ola, then he started shouting at them then the relatives paid the fare short of rs.4/- since they dint have the change, then the driver started using the filthy language to the ladies relatively. How can a ola company's driver use this sort of language. He, the driver, should be booked for his misbehave with the lady passenger and the company should get the refund of rs.83/-excess paid to the driver.
            I expect, the company will take stern action against such inhuman illiterate guy who doesn't have this much of know how how to talk with ladies.
            I wont stop writing to the ola company until they take the strickest action against such drivers.

              Refer crn no [protected]. Dated 24 jun 19.
              The taxi was booked last evening for 7.15 am in the morning to report to yapral area in secunderabad... There was no intimation about the taxi for more than 12 hours.. The company cancelled the ride at the last minute and i could not get a taxi for one hour after that...
              Another crn no [protected] was given to me at about 7.50 am. Even this taxi driver cancelled the ride... This delay caused me a lot of embarrassment and loss of face.. Please ensure that in future the details of the taxi driver are shared with the customer at least 6 hours in advance or one night prior especially if the journey needs to be undertaken in the morning...
              I have similar past experiences as well with your company

                Lost a customer for regular vet visits. Had i known earlier that ola doesnt allow pets i wouldn't have booked a ride in the first place to the vet. Cab driver cancelled the ride after seeing 2 pet kittens with me saying pets are not allowed. That too they were secure in 2 cages. And they are persian kittens that are quiet by nature. I really dint get the logic. Better mention first itself that pets are not allowed. Anyway happily travelling in a non ola local auto to vet since then :)

                  I received swift desire and end of the journey i received bill amount 1258
                  I paid the same to driver because there was no error from driver side.
                  I was in hurry that time due to bus timing and tried many times to customer care but

                  Today i tried many times but no response from customer care help line

                    On 23-june-2019 i booked an ola cab for my sisters-in-law from jaipur, the ola number ending the 5406, driver's name shaikh mohammed, the otp i received was 9706, and the fare rs.431/- from alpha-3 shop in alpha market, irla area mumbai-400056 for marine lines maheshwari bhawan thru sea link. But after reaching the destination the fare shown in the driver's mobile was excess by rs.83/- i. E. Rs.514/- when my the said relatives questioned why the fare so increased then he said this is only fare showing in my mobile, then my relatives said, had this fare appeared in the mobile at the time of booking, we wouldn't have booked your ola then he shouted at my relatives asking for the full fare to pay, they paid the fare but they dint have the change of rs.4/- they the driver abused them using filthy language and moved from there.
                    I humbly request your high office to book the absolutely illiterate, untrained and rude driver and get the refund of the fare so excessively charged. I shall be highly obliged to get the issue resolved, teaching such non-sense drivers a lesson.

                      Sir, i booked an ola cab on 23-june-2019 at around 9.30 from alpha market (Alpha-3) of irla area to marine lines maheshwari bhawan for my sister-in-laws, who came all the way from jaipur, the last four digits shown over my mobile were 5406 (And the otp was 9706) with the fare as rs.431/- but at the time of reaching at the destination the fare increased to rs.514/- then i questioned the cab driver as to how come the fare escalated so high then he, in a very rude tone, said what i can i do the fare is showing in my mobile phone, that only i have to charge. Sir, as we all know, the fare shown at the time of booking is inclusive of sea link toll tax. But the driver added back the said tax in the fare which is strictly against the norms and rules of the ola company. My the said relatives dint have the change of rs.4/- of the total fare of rs.514/- so they paid 510/- only, on this the cab driver used the filthy language, started abusing them even they being the ladies. I request you to kindly book that rude driver and get the refund of the fare so excess paid (514-431=83/-). I shall indeed be highly obliged to get the issue resolved.

                        I booked a ride from central railway station to medavakkam but the ride was cancelled by the driver and ola money rs86 was debited and driver promised to return the money back the money and he gave his whatsup no [protected] and asked me to give the details of account no which i did. Several times i spoke to him and he promised that the money will be sent to me at the earliest. On 17th morning he said the money has been transferred and so far money has not been received by me. He has not given details of the transfer. For the fault of the driver i had to suffer and undergone the tension. Kindly do the needful for the return of my money. His mob no [protected]. Ride details is crn[protected] dt 14.06.2019 @8.02am. Kindly see that they type of mistake do not recur.

                          When i reached ola support for reporting my cab broke down, i was kept waiting for more than 40 minutes but none answered my call. Today again i followed up and neeraj and vikram from customer support answered my call, to my surprise they said, there is nothing they can do. Car was not in a good condition, barely functioning and finally stopped working, customer support wasn't responding, where am i at fault in this or driving with ola was my fault. Finally being on the call with them for 35 mins they disconnected my call without any resolution.

                            On sunday dated 23-june-2019 at around 9.30pm we booked an ola having its last number as 5406 from alfa 3, vile parle to marine lines, maheshwari bhawan. The amount shown as rs.431/- but after reaching the destination the amount to be paid shown as rs.514/- as the driver shaikh mohammed had added back the sea link toll amount too in it, when asked about the fare that it was 431/- at the tme of booking then he said you have to pay what is showing in my mobile and started shouting when we didn't have the change of re.4/- of 514/- then started using the filthy language to sisters-in-laws travelling in the cab.
                            You are earnestly, humbly & submissively requested to kindly book this arrogant and rude driver. I could have lodged the police complaint but since my sisters-in-law were in hurry, we have to drop down the idea and thought to lodge our complaint directly to your high office.

                            I am going to lodge a complaint with the jurisdictional police station against the Ola Driver Shaikh Mohammed for his misbehaviour with the lady passengers and charging exorbitantly that is charging higher fare of Rs.514/- then what it was at the time of booking that is Rs.431/-. The last four digits of his ola cab was 5406.

                            if the matter is not resolved by the Ola Cab company by booking the driver for his misbehaviour then I have to approach the higher authorities and later proceed to lodge a complaint with the jurisdictional police station.
                            I want a drastic & stern action against the driver by terminating him from the service instantaneously.

                            I, the undersigned, Anil Kumar Kucheria, request the Ola Cab Company to get the refund of Rs.83/- from the Driver Shaikh Mohammed got from the lady passengers by befooling them. Fare at the time of Booking Rs.431/- less Fare at the destination Rs.514/-.

                            The Ola Cab was booked from my Mobile Number [protected] and the amount should be received by me to repay the same to my relatives.

                              I had booked an ola cab at agra on 23 jun 19 at 09.55 pm, ola confirmed and msg me that driver's details will provide 10 min prior and they provided that vide crn [protected], driver-madan mohan, however, at zero time i. E 9.55 pm ola cancelled my booking without any call or reason, by which me and my family faced huge embarrassed to reach at railway station in time to catch train.
                              I need a reply and punishment to the person who us responsible for this.

                                I was charged twice for a trip once by upi and cash. Now even after providing all relevant documents like bank statement, transaction message and letter from my confirming that beneficiary has received money. Still ola people keep denying to refund states i never paid them which is not true. Now i have been chasing them but not getting resolution

Total charges came to Rs. 1700/- in spite of my request to Driver Mr. Mukesh Prasad for my postpaid account he claimed amount from me and asked to inform the same on OLA support.
                                  Accordingly within no time the same was put in the support option of OLA app. After few days I got a call from OLA executive to pay Rs 1700 due from me. On my explation the credited Rs 1000 to my account and asked me to pay balance amount of Rs 700 up-to 15th June. Now every day OLA staff is harassing me to pay this amount of Rs. 700. Along with every day penalty on it.

                                    Ola booking of car of mr shashi bhushan dube, driver of mh46bb4070 done on 23/6/19 at 12.02 pm, from kalyan to vikroli. On boarding of car, the driver demanded rs 600/- fare instead of scheduled fare of rs 482/-. My grandma who was to travel denied and had to cancel the ride. Kindly look into this matter seriously. This is very disgusting and will spoil the reputation of the services given by you. Thanking you in anticipation

                                      There was no post paid limit ever requested for. All payments were made by either cash or wallet payment. There was call to fund rs. 50 to utilized 650 balance in wallet and close rs 700 due in post paid. While wallet balance is zero post paid balance not cleared. Deactivate post paid limit immdtly after adjusting wallet balance rs 700 made available. Need an answer why at first place amount was debited to post paid account? Who authorised you to debit post load account?

                                      I am still awaiting revert. Ola is needlessly sending messages and blank calls. Please note this is unethical practice resorted to by company. I reserve my right to take appropriate legal action if my grievance is not resolved satisfactorily.

                                        I came from bangalore to delhi tonight and after reaching delhi, i tried to book prepaid taxi. I found their charges a bit on higher side, so i thought of booking through ola. Cab booked, the total amount shown in the app was rupees 140. After reaching my destination, the cab driver asked me rupees 290 (140+airport parking charges 150). I was stunned and was feeling like betrayed.
                                        I tried to find ola customer care no., but in vain. Ola lost their regular customer today. I will never book ola, they're are hiding the actual charges from their customers. Same is the case with uber. I used to be their regular customer, but same thing happened with me 3 yrs back and that day n till today, i didn't travel by uber.
                                        Ola, take a serious look at such things, otherwise sooner other cab service will come in the market and no customer will entertain you.
