I booked this ride quite a while ago for my mother from Mumbai airport to khargar navi Mumbai. I booked at the fare rs680 but when it stopped it unethically showed rs1125 without even adding stoppage or changing route other than shown by their app.

When i opened my history, the invoices got disappeared from 14th May 2018 to 23rd May 2019.

I had booked ola cab from Secunderabad to Rajiv Gandhi International airport Shamshabad on 10/01/2019. Driver has cancelled ride without informing me about it and for the same reason I couldn't book further ride over ola mobile application because that incorrectly charged cancellation fee. This is not ethical way to charge customer without any reason. Your customer care executive could not able to solve this issue...

Hi, it's not the 1st time is happening to me, every time I book a cab I have to go through at least 5 6 booking as the driver cancel the rides. Also I get charged for cancellation, that Jenna I don't even travel but I still pay the cancellation charge, I have tried contacting Ola customer service multiple times, but nothing happens.

14 June 2018, I booked a cab from Radio colony, Delhi to Anand Vihar Isbt.
At the time of booking, the charges were estimated to be 267 Rs. So the ride was completed, and I was charged 937Rs. For the same. This is Namrata, from New Delhi. I have been a regular n happy customer of Ola Cab service, but in my last to last ride, an amount had been debited from my Google pay and also had to pay cash to the driver.
Therefore requesting you to look into this n by when can I expect my refund.
