Hi,
I am sandeep and my email ID is : [protected]@gmail.com. Ola cabs has the worst support team and they are not responding through calls/emails. The moment my amount captured I raised a complaint so with that email conversation when I am trying to contact ola support they had worst email trigger like sending an email with request resolved message multiple times. Pathetic experience and worst OLA support and their team.

    I filed a complaint on 3 June at 12 PM at Ola support via call regarding the above ride in which the driver didn't end the ride at the destination & left from there and continues driving with so final bill was 463 instead of 215. No resolution - 7 June.

    Response Ola Support -
    Post validation, partner confirmed that upon riders request partner dropped the rider back to the station. Hence, we regret to inform that we will not be able to make any changes to the fare charged.

    My Reply
    The Driver partner said and you believed it and not believing on customer's complain without any technical analysis that what was my app's location when he was driving back to station and if this was the case why didn't he requested to change the destination to me. I am really surprise that Ola didn't consider such cases and resolving issues just on the basis of driver's words rather than data and technical analysis to identify the glitch. For future take on, please enable end ride OTP for all rides as well.

      On 25th of may 2019 i have booked my cab from ola in punjab for law gate to phagwara railway station at 3:20 am, the cab driver arrived pick point by 3:10 am he called me down and started asking me 300rs as my fair is 213rs as i rejected to give, he left me by saying to find an another cab. He also said that he won't get any person from railway that's why i need to give him 300. Then i have booked another cab but they kept their phone on busy and it looks like a plan. At that time it was heavily raining and i was totally dependent on ola and this is what happened. Now it's seriously my time to take action by sharing this situation with every single ola user.

        Today i booked one ride and when i call that driver to come nearby where i standing then he refuses to come and he also refuses to go to my destination and when i said to him to cancel the ride then he talk in very rude and abusive ways .And he also said that i am not going to cancel your ride do whatever you want to do.Riding in an Ola driven by Ritesh Verma [protected] .please take strict action against him.
        #MeToo Discriminatory Impolite services, I had to walk from where the cab dropped me till Cognizant Office. Will OlaCab own any responsibility? Poor governance & regulations.

          Date 04 june evening i booked ola from Indira Nagar, Thane west to Shivaji park. CRN[protected]. Received multiple calls from the Ola Driver asking for destination location . I refused to disclose. The ola cab came in .Driver again asked for destination. Gave him the OTP and asked to check on his app. He logged in and when he found the location he said he was going to chembur and would drop us till chembur. We had booked the Ola cab till shivaji park . Why would we want to be dropped at chembur? He refused to drop till shivaji park. We got down..
          For your driver refusing to drop us till our destination and for us refusing to accept the half way location where he would drop us - do we pay a penalty of Rs.135? Is nt this a con job by Ola ? Is it that we will now have to accept destinations as per drivers choice ? and if we refuse to accept his choice of destination we get penalised? Please take immediate action and refund the rs.135/-. Driver is Abdul rauf shaikh should be reprimanded for giving false information to the Company and refusing a ride. Am awaiting your feedback and action

          Hope that you do not show this complaint as resolved and add the Rs.135 /- which you may now cancel and add to the next trip that i may book. Consumers are discussing these malpractices taking place . Ola team - these practices will not keep you in business for long

          Complaint not yet resolved.reminder. will send legal notice for this. I Demand an explanation for these malpractices. Maybe ola management is working hand in glove with these drivers. Have they squabbled their funding and now resorting to fleecing public? Imagine even if they dupe 150 -200 customers daily of rs.150+ someone is making atleast some amount of money. Daily.we need to have this published in leading newspapers. Uber is much better.

            Driver Shiva Kumar CRN [protected] driving silver etios took RS. 1500 extra for paying petrol charges.. The driver took us from Mahatma Gandhi, bus station to manikyamma ashramam road, srisailam. He asked to pay the bill of petrol on the way... And he will cut the cost from the bill... Which was 1500rs but when we reached to our stop we did the full payment shown by the ola ... And lost our 1500rs.. we remembered it later on... And then called the driver.. but he did not accept that so we kindly request you to please don't appoint persons like that in ola membership and kindly get us our money back.

              I have taken a Rs.239 ola cab ride pass on jun6, 2019 and the amount has been deducted from my bank account to ANI technologies Pvt limited.

              But it doesn't appear in my OLA pass list.

                Dear Sir,
                Yesterday I booked Ola cabs for traveling from Bally Railway Station to Kolkata Railway Station (CRN [protected]) with the ola driver Shri Shivpujan Kumar at around 11.10 AM. After 10 to 15 minutes of waiting with my sister, the ola cabs arrived. We got into the car and shared OTP. At that time suddenly he asked about payment method. When we told him about ola money wallet payment, he refused to go. He told that he can go only if cash is paid. As we are in hurry to go kolkata station and there were no ulternate option at that point of time, we agreed to pay cash. Barely one to two km of traveling, the ola driver stopped the trip and immediately Rs 423/- got deducted from my ola money wallet. After reaching of Kolkata station, the driver charged Rs. 423/- in cash. He did not provide any formal receipt however, I managed to obtain a cash receiving in white paper. The payment of cash Rs 423/- by me may be confirmed from the ola driver Mr Shiv Pujan having mbl no. [protected]. From my ola wallet also Rs. 423/- got deducted. In view of above, i request to the competent authority to make refund to my ola wallet having mbl no. [protected], of Rs. 423/- .

                  Today at 12 pm my ride got completed I paid the amount through Google Pay and then the driver also asked me to pay the amount in cash as for him it is showing that he has to collect the money in cash, O tried to convince him but he misbehave d so I gave him the money in cash but it is not acceptable such behavior and such bug in app .I am highly dissatisfied with this kind of service

                    I have booked cab on 1 June 2019 around 6:30 p.m. On arrival, the driver asked me the drop location. When i told him that it was "Rohini". He was reluctant to provide the service and was cribbing that he has selected the duty nearer to his home location i.e. "Dwarka". After exchanging few statements, he consented to start the ride.

                    During the ride, he stopped the car at fuel station to take the fuel. Thereafter, on reaching district centre, Janakpuri, He turned the ride off saying that car was not working.

                    The above stated issues caused me mental agony. Further, I feel that i was charged incorrectly for that ride as the charges shown to me earlier till Rohini was comparatively lesser than I was charged on leaving the cab midway.

                      I am complaining since March 16 to Ola for over charging me Rupees 200 in my last trip on 15th March 2019 stating parking charge but my cab was not parked in parking lot and driver dropped me on road near Howrah Railway station. Infact driver advised me to raise complaint as the cab was not parked in parking lot. After sending several emails I never get any response and now I have been threatened by Ola company for not making payment.

                        This is ridiculious to see there is no any contact number of OLA .I had an issue twice with OLA Cab, where i booked and after a wait time of 15 min still the driver was not ready to come .Both Driver gave me the same excuse Last booked passenger is not yet got down /. he went to Medical shop / ATM etc ..
                        i had this issue on 26 -May & one on 5-June

                          I journey from howrah to park street on3rd June, whick total fare was 259 including 71 rupees parking charges, but that driver name Bapi Dey tooks from me extra 71 rupees, means total 330 rupees. He was cheated me, so dear Ola this is my request plz takes strict action about this driver and return back my money.

                            Today I booked an OLA from Dombivli to Jupiter Hospital, Thane at 2:15 pm. I was assigned car number MH-47-N-5459, driver Nilesh Ashok Wagh.

                            I had a doctor's appointment for radiation at 3:30 pm. It is 4:20 pm and I am still in the OLA cab.

                            The driver took us to the petrol pump to fill fuel. There was a big line, as a result of which, we had to wait for quite sometime. I will miss my treatment today and will have to suffer till the next appointment..

                            This is totally unprofessional on the part of OLA.

                              Sir, I booked a cab from HQ DGBR to Nai Sarak Chandni Chowk vide CRN [protected]. During the journey, the cab driver cancelled the booking and ask to drop down. I requested him to drop at our destination but he behaved rudely and went away from there by leaving us at Dhaula Kuan bus lane. For this journey from HQ DGBR to Dhaula Kuan (Appx 2 Km), Ola Cabs charged me for Rs. 112.00 (Rupees One Hundred Twelve only). However, I dropped a query at Ola Cabs app to return my amount as there was no fault of me. Moreover, due to dropping us at Dhaula Kuan I had to bear difficulty to reach my destination. Hence, it is requested to take necessary action for returning my amount to my ola postpaid account. Regards

                                Hi Good morning,

                                My name is Balasubramanian A and i am from Chennai, I have booked a ride for my relative on Sun, May 05, 09:40 PM with OLA cabs and the payment they have charged for the ride was 490 rs. Once the ride was completed the driver has charged with cash of 490rs with my relative, My relative has paid the amount as they did not know that the amount was paid through OLA postpaid from my account. 1 week later i got a message from OLA stating that you need to pay the postpaid balance to avoid the late fee and till date they have charged around 510 rs with late charges fees. I have spoken with OLA customer care and they have confirmed that the complaint should raised within 3 working days to get the refund amount. And my question here is: I know that the amount has deducted from my postpaid account and driver also know the same, But how could he collect the amount from the passenger since the amount was already paid. Passenger has thought that the amount should be paid in cash as driver asked them for the money, At the same time i thought the amount was paid by the postpaid account. The issue was from the driver side and he gave the false statement to the passenger and looted the money from them at the midnight. There is no proper response from the OLA side and no action taken to the driver side. Why should i need to pay the charges twice with the late fee amount?

                                  Your driver vinay kumar, pick me and my family at 4:40 am in morning from gopal sadan in jabalpur mp on[protected].
                                  I was seating on the front seat with driver. When our ride was over my mobile fell on my seat and i got up and paid fare of the ride. He quickly take his car
                                  From there. I touch my pocket and did'nt find my mobile. I quickly try to call my mobile phone with my moms number but he had switched of mobile then...
                                  I call him back but he lied that he didnt have the phone. I had train from jabalpur
                                  Railway station within 15 minutes so i had to leave.
                                  Please catch the culprit as ola hire such bad driver with no values and ethics..

                                    I has written to ola support and am really disappointed and was expecting a little more help and understanding from a brand that’s in the service industry in today’s day and age, perhaps you can help by escalating the matter to someone even more senior. I am sure you do understand that the double payment has happened by mistake ¬ done intentionally, no one would like to lose their hard earned money. Kindly refund the same.
                                    I have effected fund transfer from my account with Canara Bank to Ola Cabs for adding to Ola Money. Even though my account is debited, Ola wallet is not reflected and amount not credited to ola wallet on[protected]. Amount involved is Rs. 300/-

                                      With my today's experience with ola share, i have decided to never ever used ola. Specially ola share, where driver will take you for the never ending ride to 'bangalore darshan'. Drivers keep on take bookings and doesn't matter who boarded first, they keep on take bookings and you can see who boarded last getting first drop on opposite direction. If you raise issue, driver refused saying it's not in his hand. Pethatic service, no customer satisfaction. Ola just want more n more money without thinking about customers. So for me no ola anymore.
                                      In Jodhpur city of Rajasthan, cab driver ask passenger about estimated amount of journey and force to change the location of nearby place.
                                      But after drop at destination, he ask passenger to pay estimated amount.

                                        We booked a suv to periyapalam which was abt 110 km round trip with estimated fare of 1750 but i was charged 31000 where they have added extra km in the trip and when i got the complain then compensation came as coupon which i have no use whatsoever as we are not frequent with cabs the compensated amount is around 1150 and its almost like a rip off and they wont refund the cash and i have to go an another dumb trip for their mistake it not fair and. I need the money as i had to put in the money as it came over the estimation it a total loss for me
