I booked a ride yesterday by ola, from rithala to sarita vihar. Here the fare was showing approx 350 inr but after dropping the bill became 687 inr, which i have to pay and i paid it in cash. There was no response from the driver side though. Now there's no complaint logged by ola too. I don't know where to go for this. It such pathetic that i've been robbed upfrontly by ola. My money rs.191 got deducted twice from bank by riding cab with crn no. [protected].. Kindly look into it as soon as possible.. I had paid it through my hdfc bank account. We have deselected the insurance option while booking ola taxi, still we have been charged us 49.00 towards insurance.

This is unfair trade practice. They should not make automatic isurance selection option. They should leave it to customer whether he/she requires insurance or not.

I am getting threatening calls from ola that legal action will be taken against me and i am not sure why. I always pay cash when i use ola cab services. But from last 2 weeks daily 3 to 4 call come telling i have not paid money and i will be prosecuted by legal for non payment of money. They do not verify whether it is correct no. Or really any amount due. If you see my trip rides, there is no money due. I was using this service from past 4 years and till now no problem was there....

Cab driver took vehicle to highway for shorter route without asking us and then ask us to pay toll amount. Nit only this when we asked him to take back, he stopped vehicle in highway and threaten to drop us on bridge and this bridge was 10km long.

All documents have been submitted and physical verification also is done.. Inspite of hundreds of email, ola team has not been helping me to get my kyc done. Today, i. E. On 30.05.2018, at around 2.00pm, i booked a cab from rbi layout, puttenahalli, jpnagar, bangalore to reach my destination at kumaraswamy layout, bangalore. I booked an ola cab from my place to a destination which is just 9.2 km away from my place on 30th may 2019 at 10:24 am. I was charged for 26.1 km plus the fare increase.
Initially when i booked the cab it was 292 rs including a stop in between. But when the money was deducted, 674 was deducted from my account.

I want a refund of 382 rs in my ola account....

Your driver masihuddin mohammad did not report to the pickup location (Hotel mumbai house, chakala, mumbai) on the morning of 23 may. And without any warning he cancelled the ride. My mom and my friend's whole family (Father, mother & sister) were on their way to Ahmadabad Railway station in Ola cab. They met with a car accident on the way which happens due to the complete carelessness of OLA driver. On 11/may/2019, i traveled from pune to thane (146 kms) & was charged rs. 1903. Just after reaching thane after an hour or more i booked ola cab for heading to airport (Distance not more than 27 kms). However to my shock i was charged rs. 2931 & subsequently refunded rs 853. Still i have paid rs. 2078.

When i spoke with them they said it was prime time & we show the fare before you confirm. I don't think i ever seen the rs....

It has been more than 3 years now and i do not understand why my number has been blocked by ola. I am not even able to login using my own phone number. I have been blacklisted for no reason. You people do not even reply to the emails that you receive. Why don’t you unblock me? Atleast let me know the reason for blocking me from using the ola cab services....

Today 29 may 2019 i book a ola for my family for rs 526 but after the complete my trip it show fare of 1140 i was shoked how it can posible so much fraud by the campany the driver said that ur last balance was wrongly aded but ola custermer care said fare incread due to hight demand in the end custmer was facing so much problm by this. Bad experience by ola....

I had taken an ola ride on 13th april 2019. I was charged rs.147/- twice for a ride. Even after paying via google pay the driver asked me to pay in cash. I need refund of rs.147/- from ola.

I have proof of paid in cash and also via google pay. Screenshots attached.
I tried calling ola support, raised a support ticket #[protected] but did not get any refund. The transaction was successful....
