Sir, I booked a cab from HQ DGBR to Nai Sarak Chandni Chowk vide CRN [protected]. During the journey, the cab driver cancelled the booking and ask to drop down. I requested him to drop at our destination but he behaved rudely and went away from there by leaving us at Dhaula Kuan bus lane. For this journey from HQ DGBR to Dhaula Kuan (Appx 2 Km), Ola Cabs charged me for Rs. 112.00 (Rupees One Hundred Twelve only). However, I dropped a query at Ola Cabs app to return my amount as there was no fault of me. Moreover, due to dropping us at Dhaula Kuan I had to bear difficulty to reach my destination. Hence, it is requested to take necessary action for returning my amount to my ola postpaid account. Regards

    Hi Good morning,

    My name is Balasubramanian A and i am from Chennai, I have booked a ride for my relative on Sun, May 05, 09:40 PM with OLA cabs and the payment they have charged for the ride was 490 rs. Once the ride was completed the driver has charged with cash of 490rs with my relative, My relative has paid the amount as they did not know that the amount was paid through OLA postpaid from my account. 1 week later i got a message from OLA stating that you need to pay the postpaid balance to avoid the late fee and till date they have charged around 510 rs with late charges fees. I have spoken with OLA customer care and they have confirmed that the complaint should raised within 3 working days to get the refund amount. And my question here is: I know that the amount has deducted from my postpaid account and driver also know the same, But how could he collect the amount from the passenger since the amount was already paid. Passenger has thought that the amount should be paid in cash as driver asked them for the money, At the same time i thought the amount was paid by the postpaid account. The issue was from the driver side and he gave the false statement to the passenger and looted the money from them at the midnight. There is no proper response from the OLA side and no action taken to the driver side. Why should i need to pay the charges twice with the late fee amount?

      Your driver vinay kumar, pick me and my family at 4:40 am in morning from gopal sadan in jabalpur mp on[protected].
      I was seating on the front seat with driver. When our ride was over my mobile fell on my seat and i got up and paid fare of the ride. He quickly take his car
      From there. I touch my pocket and did'nt find my mobile. I quickly try to call my mobile phone with my moms number but he had switched of mobile then...
      I call him back but he lied that he didnt have the phone. I had train from jabalpur
      Railway station within 15 minutes so i had to leave.
      Please catch the culprit as ola hire such bad driver with no values and ethics..

        I has written to ola support and am really disappointed and was expecting a little more help and understanding from a brand that’s in the service industry in today’s day and age, perhaps you can help by escalating the matter to someone even more senior. I am sure you do understand that the double payment has happened by mistake ¬ done intentionally, no one would like to lose their hard earned money. Kindly refund the same.
        I have effected fund transfer from my account with Canara Bank to Ola Cabs for adding to Ola Money. Even though my account is debited, Ola wallet is not reflected and amount not credited to ola wallet on[protected]. Amount involved is Rs. 300/-

          With my today's experience with ola share, i have decided to never ever used ola. Specially ola share, where driver will take you for the never ending ride to 'bangalore darshan'. Drivers keep on take bookings and doesn't matter who boarded first, they keep on take bookings and you can see who boarded last getting first drop on opposite direction. If you raise issue, driver refused saying it's not in his hand. Pethatic service, no customer satisfaction. Ola just want more n more money without thinking about customers. So for me no ola anymore.
          In Jodhpur city of Rajasthan, cab driver ask passenger about estimated amount of journey and force to change the location of nearby place.
          But after drop at destination, he ask passenger to pay estimated amount.

            We booked a suv to periyapalam which was abt 110 km round trip with estimated fare of 1750 but i was charged 31000 where they have added extra km in the trip and when i got the complain then compensation came as coupon which i have no use whatsoever as we are not frequent with cabs the compensated amount is around 1150 and its almost like a rip off and they wont refund the cash and i have to go an another dumb trip for their mistake it not fair and. I need the money as i had to put in the money as it came over the estimation it a total loss for me

              Driver don't have manner to talk with passenger talking very rude and bad words, better don't give appointment are ola licence to like this persons. Driver is telling go and give complaint he is challenging nothing can been done to me.

              I don't know how you people your giving permission to ola like this kind of driver. Take a interview first and teach how to talk with passenger.

              I opted the Service of OLA Money Postpaid and today driver also charged me the money and i got the Message of Money Desucted from my postpaid Account . Iwant to contact the Customer care but they are not responding please help
              The driver charged full cash from me. Whereas later ola informed me that payment was made by ola credit. The driver was also trying to charge additional money giving an excuse of toll which was not charged from the driver in my presence.

                This complain is regarding my friend name uday with product airpods which was lost in ola cab on 28/05/2019 between 11:40 am to 12:30 am when my friend was travelling to rajiv gandhi airport hyderabad.

                He was using his airpods while travelling to airport and he kept the box on ola seat and forgot to pick up after the completion of his ride.

                He immediately called the driver and asked him to search for the product which he forgot in cab

                The driver replied that there is no such kind of product in the cab and left from there.

                We dint find the airpods at home, in his bag nor his office

                My friend had departure so he has given me the contact number of the driver name dawood shareef

                I tried calling the driver immediately when my friend gave me the contact details

                I tried calling the driver n number of times and its switched off

                Few hours later the driver responded and said i cnt find any product in my cab

                If the product is not there then why the driver switched off his mobile immediately after the drop for atleast 2hours

                Need my product as soon as possible worth 15000/-

                Dint expect so worst suitation in ola cab

                I suggest the ola cab service to maintain good people to serve customers better.

                Need my product

                Waiting for quick reply of ticket raised to avoid police complaint against ola

                Refund of the product or the product

                Worst customer service ever seen and no proper updates

                Simply throwing words saying you can file a police complaint

                Police complaint should be filed on driver and ola company as well for worst service so escaping the issue.

                Need my product i will not leave this issue until i get my product or refund

                  We boarded the Ola from Salt lake AE block. The driver was really rude and unprofessional. Since the destination was 1 he away he denied us the drop and simpler said “I will not go to the destination . It is night and I don’r Want to take the risk”. The driver was asked also said “this is my car, I will do whatever I want”
                  And later almost drove us out of his car”
                  He used tremendous slangs when questioned about his conduct with his passengers. He was really really rude . My destination was given at Birati and since it was 1 hr ride away he threatened us to cancel it. Is this how Ola chooses their drivers? Incompetent and complete nincompoops? At first he tried to pursue us to take other means of transport but later when we said that we were willing to travel in the cab we booked from Ola only he simply told that he eouldn’t Go whatever the condition is .

                    I took an ola cab from kandivali west towards my home naigaon east around midnight 1.00 to 1.30 am on 4th june, 2109, i. E today where i lost my cell phone as it was connected with the ox wire in his driver seat, when i asked for my cellphone after paying the bill the driver ran away with the phone. Now he is not even picking my call, he has switch off his number and now he is not even active.
                    Such a pathetic services from old driver wasnt expected, i even texted him saying if he needed money then i can give him as that phone is very important to me where i have all my business contacts and files, but neither he picked my call nor he is reverting back my sms. This is very tolerance as how can ola hire such cheap people's.

                    Now how am supposed to get my phone back, i need solution and i need it fast or else am going to escalate this as bad as i can for the driver and the company.

                    With reference to CRN [protected] I booked a cab from RGIA to My home on 23.05.2019 till now I didn't received the Invoice copy and the ride is showing on going. Several times I tried customer care numbers also But there is no response and the call is auto disconnecting in 9 seconds.

                      Booked ola cab from bengaluru airport on 24/02/2019, around 3 am. Being direct pickup, i never got driver's name or contact no.
                      After reaching destination bill was 800. Driver took 800 cash and deducted 500 ola money as well. After few days i started getting notifications & calls from ola to clear my dues. I contacted customer care to clarify the issue, but they seemed reluctant to help.
                      Since then i have been getting 8-10 calls everyday. Seems they can't question their employees, but don't mind harassing valuable customers.
                      Shame on you ola. You guys really need someone who has actually done his/her mba and knows something about 'management'.
                      My entire family n friends have stopped using ola services. Uber is much better.

                        I am referring to the above subject payment demand - cheating customer my last two transaction was in the month of sep 23, 2017 ie ola auto ride one and the other was ola car i have cleared the money by cash and the money from the ola credit has been detected and the company now is demanding to pay the credit for which is not my fault why do i have to pay? Please don't have these kind of hidden charges and fool people to make your revenue.. I have very clearly raised an complaint through ola customer care center on this for which the driver demand for payment stating gprs services is not working in this case either the driver or the company has to be responsible

                        Note :- i have been getting message and calls to pay due that is mentally disturbing me i need a solution for this i have all proof to take you the organisation head - but you cant cheat

                          I took ola "2 way" ride on 18th march, where driver has to take me from destination a to b and return from b to a, returning was marked before 5 pm same day
                          I reached destination b on time driver dropped me and went to his sister home and work was done at destination b, i called driver he came and updated me that he was at his sister house. When i came back to destination a by 2 pm which was earlier then the time i have provided in ola app
                          But they charged me almost 700rs extra for that i called to customer care on 19th march and registered my complaint to which customer care confirmed from driver if he really went to his sister house to which driver accepted and i got a call back from customer care saying driver has confirmed that he went to his sister house inbetween the ride.
                          Then after 2 days i called them again i received a reply that's it in process and amount will be refunded then i called the again after 15 days.
                          To which i again got same reply then i called them after 1 month again same reply then after 1.5 month they said the issue is still in process it will take time don't worry then i called them after 2 month 15 days and i came to know the ticket has been closed without informing me. And they asked me to send an email ola support,
                          [protected]@olacabs.com they asked for the registration number of ride i provided the screenshot of it to which they closed saying request is too old.
                          I explained the whole scenario to them but they dint even bothered t look at it..
                          May ola you rot in hell, the mental trauma you gave it to me over a period of month will not go in vain.
                          Going back to uber (Ola made it believe why indian companies are worst)

                            The cab driver first made me wait and then abused me using all the filthy language. I have tried calling ola helpline no one picks up. I was stranded for half and hour because of him. Is this how you treat your customers???
                            He abused me so badly over the phone and then cancelled the ride. This is not how the company should let drivers treat women

                              If you care about your life don't use ola service. Met with accident which i was saved by god grace further they called up and ensured safety of life further.
                              My wife is pregnant but rather i travelled with ola ensuring safety..
                              Driver on informing pregnancy and to ride slowly he was harsh and was on his move and met accident at eastern express highway on top he informed us to get down from crashed cab on burning heat on highway and take another can which was not available at all situation was worse to explain further however i made wife stand in shade if tree and manage to take on cab.
                              Imagine after my death they will call my parents and will say sorry...

                              Is your life so cheap understand and act with these type of companies.

                                On 31/5/19 i booked a cab from majestic railway station, bangalore to bommasandra through ola cabs. While booking i choose cash payment and estimated cash to be paid is 445/-. After the i paid the said amount to driver and after 10 minutes 572/- deducted from my ola money. I asked ola to refund the 445/-. But they denied. I need my amount refunded as two times amount deducted from me.

                                I have the proof of 445/- to be paid is attached for reference

                                    Dear concern,
                                    I have experienced worst service of ola. High fare has been charged from old and no support from their customer support deppt. Fare difference was very high (1618 Rs for 34.5 KM while at the time of booking it had shown around 560.)
                                    Pls look into the matter if possible.

                                      My wife has traveled by Ola cab two times (home to examination center
                                      and examination center to home) on 09/02/2019. She has paid the bill
                                      amount by cash. Also the bill amount has been deducted from the post
                                      paid account which I have never used. Now a I am getting both email and
                                      SMS mentioning to pay the due amount around of Rs. 600/-. My wife has
                                      called the Ola customer care number many times and till now the issue
                                      has not been resolved.
                                      So I request you to kindly check the above mentioned reference numbers
                                      and resolve issue as soon as possible.

                                        I have no idea why I am due to Ola where in I always use cash payment. I am really fed up of this. You people say to ignore if paid then why am I getting the repeated msgs??? This is not any first time even before I had the problem and it was solved only after complaining in the forum.
                                        Stop sending the msgs and enquire with your particular driver and find out if the payment was done or not...then you send these msgs.
                                        Meanwhile stop bugging me...Once again if I any msg in my inbox I have to approach consumer forum...
