I booked ola Mini - white Xcent cab on 26 /05/2019 from Mansarover Park to IGI airport terminal 2 at near to 4'o clock . Although there is no traffic jam at all during the journey and cab is not even parked in parking, the bill I received is for Rupees 514 however when I booked the cab it is showing 328 rupees. Hello ola administration,
This is valarparithi a regular customer of ola. What i dont understand is some cab drivers never accept share booking. After i book for share i get the driver details and when i call they say they havent accepted it and ask me to cancel. What's the purpose of having share for ola partners? What will the regular working class do if they reject pickup? Will any action be taken in this front?

I did a transaction on suprdaily app using ola money. Overall amount ₹2668 of was deducted out of which ₹668 was from my credit card and ₹2000 from ola postpaid.
Yet again a transaction of ₹2668 happened and it was deducted from my credit card to olamoney.

From past few trip, ola cab drivers are denying to take to the destined place and forces customer to cancel the rides, or they cancel the rides themselves and ask them to pay the decided amount offline in cash. So that it goes to them. They either switch off the mobile or pretend as if the device isnt working.

When i booked the likely fare it showed was rs220/ where as when i got down it showed rs 600/ and i had to pay! This is atrocious! Some technical issue!
