Booked ola auto for my son and mother to drn colony palace gutahalli today. Had to reach destination in 15minutes for some important appointment. Driver destination booked was sanjay nagar. Myself over phone and my son in the plleased so much that our destination is in gutahalli not sanjay nagar as he was claiming. Took them to sanjay nagar for we paid rs.120 and again from there to our desired destination rs.100. Reached an hour late for the appointment. My mother who is new to bangalore had very bad experience in ola auto. Atrocious. Return journey in normal coated only rs.85. We need proper explanation for the entire episode.. And refund our amount which was collected more than what was actually due from us.

    Hi i had booked cab today from chakan pune to katraj area pune. While booking charges was showing 618 rs. When i confirm the booking and after travelling system showing me to pay 826 rs. It was worst service i ever seen from ola. There was no toll or anything even though it charged for that. I can see in the bill.
    Please find my ride details.

      Dear sir /madam
      I had taken a ride on a cool cab through ola on 31st may 2019 08.47 am. The fare was rs 469. Upon reaching destination i paid cash of rs 505 as driver demanded extra 35 rs for toll tax. As i was in urgency i left and he told that combined bill will be received through mail..
      I followed up many times for the gst invoice but received mails that invoice cannot be generated for xyz reasons.
      This is not accepted....

      This is with reference to my yesterday ola ride. While booking the cab the estimation showed as rs 375 but after completion of ride i was surprised when cab driver told me that bill is rs 1364/-. When i contacted the customer care they told me that peak hour charges are rs 900/-. While booking the cab i didn't get any pop up that charges are high.

        Hi,

        My name is piyush ranjan dani with registered mobile number:

        I had a postpaid bill of rs 1757 to be paid by 19th may 2019 which i had already cleared on time with the link sent to me by ola customer care with the proof in the attachment with
        Transaction id : ola-ompp[protected]om.

        But still i am being billed rs 2.00 for late payment fees everyday for last 9 days and everyday i am getting harassed by your collection department. Also i am unable to use ola app for booking rides because, as per you guys, i have not made the payment at all.

        One more issue which i am facing from last 3 months is that i am unable to make payment through the ola app. I had called your customer care multiple times with multiple tickets registered for the same to resolve the issue but its not been resolved till date and time.

        If this is the service you provide to such a premium loyal customer who has invested and used rides worth close to 5 lakhs till date, i will simply stop using ola and go to social media for all sorts of complaints.

        Even your, ola app doesn't work properly for kyc.

        I have had enough. I think, i need to speak to my lawyer and register a fir and sue ola for harassing and not allowing me to use ola and loose out my business for lakhs. Even i had spoken to your representatives by calls and emails and no one is bothered to help and disconnect calls on my face.

        I have attached all possible attachments.

        I hope i will get a proper resolution and compensation worth this time, else it will be really bad to ola.

          I arbind booked ola for bus stand in patna bihar. But, surprised booked ride of ola cap patna ignored by cab driver. It is repeated again with in 2 minute.

          Rs. 50/ charged by ola without our foult.

          This time i was too need for cab. But not service provide by cab driver.

          Realy it is my great mistake to book cab by trust on time

          you can easily make it report via ola app itself, report as the driver canceled the trip, the fine amount will remove right away.

              Ola is charging false information and don't update the information as per current situation. I have paid all the dues which driver requested as the payment mode was postpaid. But instead of changing the status in the apps, ola has started asking money after more than 30 days of payment. They are harrasing me by calling and sending messages even after i made a written note to ola for all my clearance.

                I had my ola post paid bill generated and it was 11000 inr!!! There had been a transaction made to agrrepay of inr 9000 and i wasn't aware of it. My credit limit was always 3000 inr and i dont understand how it changed to 12000 inr automatically. I called up the customer support of ola and they did not register my complain saying that right now the ola money team is busy! What the hell it is... I have de acitivated ola money in the past and still it got activated on its own with whose permission i dont know. Fraudulent company with third grade customer support system!

                  Even despite me having booked a cab and selecting my debit card as the mode of payment, when i booked a cab for my husband, the driver insisted that a cash payment be made. He then proceeded with extreme verbal aggression and refused to let the matter go.

                  The amount to be paid was around 400, and although the matter is not about the money, it is about paying double the amount for a trip due to the dishonesty of the driver or some software glitch that i am not aware of.

                  Ola has then proceeded to block my account and is now threatening to take legal action against me should i not make the payment. I have tried to resolve this issue repeatedly with the ola customer care but all in vain.

                  I hope this issue is resolved soon so i may have my peace of mind.

                    I dont know how to reach the right person to convey my ugly feed back. My daugher hired a cab on 28 May 2019 at 0230 Hours from sector 93a noida to terminal 3 to board a flight. The driver misbehaved and black mailed her with nonsense behaviour. He charged 600/- over and above the meter charge for extra luggage at the destination. First of all he refused to do the duty saying too much luggage. He went away. We cancelled the booking and rebooked. He again came and said cancel the ola booking and pay me dirtectly. Total misbehavour and harrassment including black mailing. This kind of service is not expected and can be reported to higher authorities. This luke warm treatment from your management is not expected at all.
                    I am attaching a full video which is self explanatory. See the gunda type body language of your driver. He must be black listed immediately and we may be compensated for the suffering.
                    He used very rubbish language but we had to tolerate as we were leaving for Holland and had to catch a flight and it was mid night hours. The attached video is self explanatory.

                      I booked a ride yesterday by ola, from rithala to sarita vihar. Here the fare was showing approx 350 inr but after dropping the bill became 687 inr, which i have to pay and i paid it in cash. There was no response from the driver side though. Now there's no complaint logged by ola too. I don't know where to go for this. It such pathetic that i've been robbed upfrontly by ola. There must be strict actions must be taken against them or their existence must come to an end cos i might not be the first one to log this type of complaint. Also i want refund for this.

                      Now the OLA team member PRASHANT is claiming that, i am the one who did wrong and there are no any solutions. While they don't have anything to say what's the thing that was entered wrongly during booking a cab... OLA is now only after doing frauds upfrontly by claiming customer is wrong.

                        My money rs.191 got deducted twice from bank by riding cab with crn no. [protected].. Kindly look into it as soon as possible.. I had paid it through my hdfc bank account. I had taken ride today morning at 8:31 from madhura nagar, hyderabad to stork home, banjara hills.. I have received deduction messages twice from the bank but ola has not refunded so. Please do check in. My cab driver name 2as v. Venkata krishna.

                          Dear sir,

                          We have deselected the insurance option while booking ola taxi, still we have been charged us 49.00 towards insurance.

                          This is unfair trade practice. They should not make automatic isurance selection option. They should leave it to customer whether he/she requires insurance or not.

                          I remember clearly that i have not selected insurance. I have enclosed bill for your reference.

                          Hence i kindly request you to take strict action on this unfair trade practice.

                            Demanding double payments:rs 133.00 dated 25.02.2019 and rs 118.00 dated 13.03.2019 (Total rs 271.00)

                            1) i regret to say that these tickets regarding my complaints sent through my both emails are neither resolved nor i got reply from your side. Despite i am getting repeated calls and sms (It is one of harassment from you) to pay dues with penalty which i had already paid to the driver in cash and also deducted from ola post paid for which i had never given my consent.

                            2) in this regards, i again furnishings the facts for your perusal and quick action to resolve the issues promptly.

                            A) i never given my consent for your ola post paid service so i was totally unaware.
                            B) on 25.02.2019, i hired cab and made payment of rs 133.00 to the driver in cash as usual.
                            C) on 13.03.2019, i again hired cab and made payment of rs 118.00 to the driver in cash as usual.
                            D) after few days, i got the call and sms from you for payment of above dues which was already paid in cash and then i got in notice from you that you have given me this facility and i selected this option while booking cabs and it was also deducted from ola post paid service for which i was unaware.
                            E) during my conversation with your customer care personnel, they told me that dues of rs 118.00 will be reversed as it brings to notice by me to you during your timeframe but for rs 133.00, they will put note to appropriate authority for reversal. (Can check from voice record)
                            F) as the issue was pending and i was getting your calls and sms continuously for payment of dues with penalty, then i again contacted to your customer service. During conversation, they said to do kyc for refund and change email id as old email id of mine was closed due to my retirement from sbi. As per their instructions, i have done my kyc and changed email id. (Here you can check voice record).
                            G) here i regret to say again that despite my repeated emails you are given only ticket numbers with the message for updation without resolving my issues and keep to make calls and sms for payment of dues with penalty which is increasing by rs 1 daily.
                            H) in this connection, i have to inform that you can check the payment made by me in cash to the driver from your record and can reverse the dues of ola post paid. But you are not doing it purposely but harassing me by making daily calls and sms.

                            I again request you to do the investigation and resolve my issue.

                              I am getting threatening calls from ola that legal action will be taken against me and i am not sure why. I have not used your app in over a year and i have already sorted this payment out last year (My account is disabled). Please let me know what is pending and why. I want to get this cleared out once and for all. I have raised multiple requests with ola in the last few days and i am not getting an answer

                                I always pay cash when i use ola cab services. But from last 2 weeks daily 3 to 4 call come telling i have not paid money and i will be prosecuted by legal for non payment of money. They do not verify whether it is correct no. Or really any amount due. If you see my trip rides, there is no money due. I was using this service from past 4 years and till now no problem was there.

                                  How could u say that. I[censored] want to pay u r drivers pay from u r company profit . The biggest MNC ola. Why should i pay. How can u charge 55 rs /km. We r not owner of Big Apps and millionaires. We r just common people. U can't give u r drivers salary by us. And ur app show me 269rs estimation price. So tell me how much is peak charge at that time like 2x, 1.5, etc. U stop giving good service and started looting common people. No cab will charge 900rs gr 16 km. U just justify my question. And how can u say that u will encourage u r drivers by showing ower money. Ok if peak is 2x then bill should be 269×2=538. But u want me to give ur driver more double price. As per the correct ola charge 1st 5 km rs80 and rs 10 /km do total 16 km so i shouls just pay 190 +tax it should be 230. But u r estimation is 269 rs. Its ok but after drop u can't collect 3x from me without any notifications. Ant when i was booking there was no fare alert . U should think about it. Because of this incident my father stopped believing u and just uninstalled ur app with angry. I[censored] can't give any hop. We can't believe u for future use of app. "If there is fare higher u can't offer 900 rs for 16 km." Sorry if i mistaken. Prove me ola is for people not to loot people money.🤬

                                    Cab driver took vehicle to highway for shorter route without asking us and then ask us to pay toll amount. Nit only this when we asked him to take back, he stopped vehicle in highway and threaten to drop us on bridge and this bridge was 10km long.
                                    It was not about only money it was trust of ola, that we are safe whole driving. But it is not case now. You should take strict action against him. And provide me action taken, if this bot happen. I will lodge an fir against ola and quit using ola from now itslef.

                                      All documents have been submitted and physical verification also is done.. Inspite of hundreds of email, ola team has not been helping me to get my kyc done. And on top of that ola team has been closing issues without fixing them!! No one in ola cares about customers issues and helping in getting them fixed even though i am an ola select member paying 699 for membership. Can you please help!
