    Today I have booked ola, appx rs.430/- was the expected expenses informed by ola app at the time of booking but I was charged 995 rupees, although there was not much traffic jam. He had intentionally taken a long way, when I objected then only he has taken normal way. My booking details is CRN[protected]. Since last 5-6 drives taken by ola apps including today's ride it's software is not working or not making active by the driver. It's not safe. Please resolve both the issues.

    This is the second time i'm getting threatening calls to my mobile number [protected] from ola taxi service [protected] date[protected] time 2.42PM. Taxi driver calling more than 3 times today and to threatening to me and my family.

I am residing at mylapore, chennai-600004.in the past, i used ola cabs for some time & every time when i used ola cabs, i used to pay the full amount to the ola cabs auto drivers. I never kept any thing pending to the ola cabs auto drivers. But now a days, some of the sms messages are coming as i have to pay rs. 530 as ola postpaid charges. On 23rd may, 2019, one lady from ola cabs ([protected]), talked to me and after hearing from me that i never had any ola money or ola postpaid account and i fully paid whenever i had the ride with the ola auto, i paid fully the amount to the ola auto drivers, she told that then after no body will be contacting me. But after then also sms messages are coming. Pls. Do the needful

        Me and my friends & family facing difficulty in booking ola cabs since last few months. Once booked the driver 1st asks where to go? Then depending upon his location preferences he cancels/confirm the ride. Behaviour of most the drivers are not good. Service provided by uber is 1000 times better than ola. I always try to book an ola cab as first preference since it is an indian start up and i want it grow bigger than uber. But unfortunately ola has managed to degrade its performance constantly throughout these days which has convinced me to uninstall the app as well.

          It’s very common in kanpur that we book our rides in the morning around 5 am to 7 am and every time ola drivers don’t pick up calls and they had told us to cancel the ride... Is we cancel it thrice then we have to pay cancellation... Last time i got late for my train just because 2 ola denied to come at 5:15 am.. Ola is not giving good service in kanpur... After that i uninstalled ola app now i am using local transport auto rickshaws to travel because they are more reliable.

            The driver was asked to drop a luggage of the customer to her daughter (Me). My mother bought a dress for herself from indian silks - a shop in bangalore and on her way to airport, she realised that she took the wrong size and wanted to return it to the store. She shared my stay details to the driver and asked him to drop that dress to me so that i could reurn it and do as needed and whatever extra charges the driver would have asked for would be paid by me. When i spoke to the driver, he said he would give it to me at 12 noon on 26th of may, 2019 that is today but when i called him at 12 his phone was switched off and later not reachable. I request you to look at this matter as soon as possible since the dress is very expensive and is special for my mother.

When i booked the likely fare it showed was rs220/ where as when i got down it showed rs 600/ and i had to pay! This is atrocious! Some technical issue! Not only i demand refund but pay me damages as well for overcharging me! Expecting ur quick response

                I booked an ola cab 2 days in advance for my ride using the ola app on my android phone.
                I could see the ride scheduled as expected in the app under my rides.
                On the day of the ride about 15 minutes before when i again accessed the app to check the otp and driver details, i was totally surprised to find that the ride was completely missing from the app. I was connected to the internet.

                I do not know what was this technical snag but as a result there was no otp.
                However the cab was scheduled by the system and the driver arrived at the starting point.

                Now the issue was, there was no otp and hence driver refused to start the ride as he hit a roadblock and then said that he will have to cancel the ride. He did so and after which the ride again stared showing in my app, now being shown as cancelled!

                I had some elderly people with me, so i finally negotiated with the driver and told him to convert it into a standard taxi ride kind of a thing. Take me to the destination and keep the money with you instead of giving it to ola.

                He agreed and took us to the destination and i paid him cash which went into his own pocket rather than to ola.

                I hope ola cabs reviews their information technology systems to figure out what kind of glitches can happen and prevent them from happening in future. If they find internet connection is not reliable they should use standard sms to send the otp.

                    I book one ola cab from wakad to pune airport.
                    My bill was ₹ 337/-. That time i am not aware about ola postpaid money and who selected this option i don't know. So that time i paid by cash and ola drive didn't inform me. He taken cash and go.
                    And after 7 day i show my generated ola postpaid bill. That time i shocked.in that bill they mention 337/- need to pay. Immediately i call to ola customers care and i told everything about this. Customer care executive told me. I am raising one complaint behalf of you so this problem will solve with in 48 hours. I wait 7 days they didn't respond and after that i called 7 or 8 time every time they are telling same word. This is third month still that problem is not solved and now i m not able to call because of my not reachable.

                    One suggestion to ola. Please don't change payment option without any confirmation after updating ola application

                      This is incident w. R. T to ola post paid payment.
                      The mode of payment in the ola app was default enabled to use prepaid ola money. I have made 2 rides from my residence to bangalore majestic railyway station.in both the cases, my wife and parents made the trip payment to the driver, while the same amount of money was deducted from ola money.

                      I did not realize for more than a week untill ola started sending messages about it. I then raised a complain [ola support] #[protected] on feb-18 and explained the situation.

                      Now the problem starts, ola starts calling me every single day and ask for payment. I have been patiently explaining the situation and asked to settle the issue as the drivers had collected money from me.
                      Crn[protected] - amount paid was inr 431
                      Crn[protected] - amount paid was inr 240

                      Though i was assured from couple of people from ola that issue will be resolved. To my utter dismay, the calls have not stopped till date. I was trying to find escalation point to settle the issue with ola but there is actually nothing on their site or app. Ola has customer care number which i have been trying to but no luck.

                      Is there way to address the concern with the right ola team in bangalore. I am sure many other customers would have faced the issue

                        I booked the cab for my relative on 30th apr 2019 & she paid the fare to driver.
                        After 15 days i saw a msg of pending bill under ola money of 466/-.
                        While communicating with ola concern team they said the complain is after 3 days so we cannot help.
                        They can send us reminder to clear the bill which was already paid, but they cannot ask their associate cab driver to return the fare.

                        We are using ola service considering the professional approach, so that if there is any issues it can be tracked & resolved.

                        But this incident has disappointed us. Which is quite an unfair attitude of ola.

                          Evey time we used ola there was cash payment done from our end leaving not pending for bill, still there was a bill generated for ra.540. So in order to check the same tried and reached their so called customer service (Where they treat customers worst) but everytime they promise call back but no one calls back. Getting reminder calls to make payment which is becoming disturbance.

                            We had booked an ola outstation ride to igatpuri two days in advance for our to and fro family trip to igatpuri from thane. The driver cancelled the ride without even intimating us minutes before the ride. He then called us and tried to fleece us by offering one way journey instead of return journey. When asked about return journey, he asked us to book again separately while returning. This came as a shock to us as we had planned the trip relying on the to and fro trip. We wanted to be safe as we had two aged persons with us. Time was running out and left with no option, we contacted him for the one way journey which he refused saying he already is far away from pick up location. We then booked through ola once again and the new driver was at a location close by but had switched off his phone. At the scheduled pick up time, we could trace his vehicle moving towards our pick up location and then driving past it without again intimating us. Since his phone was switched off, there was no way of contacting him. Due to this the second ride was cancelled by us.in both cases, we were not at fault and yet lost precious two hours by which time we could have reached our destination. We, especially the aged persons with us, had to undergo mental agony and unnecessary delay in our planned trip. Also, we had to book a tourist vehicle at exorbitant rate to go ahead with the trip as it was booked at the last minute. We have experienced that ola penalizes for cancelling even in these circumstances
                            Can anybody please take note of this and address our problem?

                              I booked a cab from rajabhoj airport bhopal to karond square bhopal, cab is booked but when i called driver, he asked me destination and the refused to go and said to cancel the ride. I booked next cab, this driver also done same thing. Again i booked cab, all 4 drivers did same thing. If all drivers refusing to go, why cabs are being booked?? No cab driver is ready to go from the airport, every one is looking for long ride, why?

                                I'd been charged rs244 extra in invoice as (Fare increase) for ride crn[protected], i took on 19/05/19 in chennai. The ride is about 9.6km & app showed me 196rs while booking, whereas after ride gets completed they charged rs437. I've not been notified about this extra fare. I was really shocked to see the bill amount, the driver insisted me to pay full amount & take up with ola support team. So i paid him full rs437/-. After, when asked to ola support team regarding this, there is no proper response. They say we're sorry for what happened & they can't refund for that ride. This is mistake on their part & how i can be penalized for their mistake. After this incident, i fear to take anymore rides. Anyone kindly try to resolve this issue or please share the contact/email of grievance redressal team/ombudsmen of olacans, for taking up the matter further...
                                There is no display of grievance redressal structure/framework in their website.

                                  Started completely harrasing and abusing
                                  I booked this ride for my wife and driver tried to try for rape and abuse.
                                  It was horrific accident i never expected this behaviour from a driver
                                  Take a strict action regarding this other wise i will file a complaint against ola for providing untrained drivers with a call proof.

                                    I had booked ola auto after about 30 minutes continuously trying on ola app. The issue is nearest landmark available on the ola app is sls apartment in vidyaranyapura which is about 2, 3 lanes from where we were waiting, it is about one minute away. When the driver called me, i requested to come to place we were waiting which is just about one minute where we were. He very rudely said, cancel the ola auto you have booked and disconnected the call. The driver's name is devaraj auto # ending with 9387. Such people should be fired and never given opportunity on ola or any other vendor.

                                      I booked a ride today and i live in the outskirts of indore. My ride was booked and as i called the driver for confirming my location, he said you will have to pay rs.100 more. Despite being firm on the subject that i will pay him the bill that ola will generate and no more than that he said "ok then i'll cancel the ride". This is not a good attitude and ola should check on their drivers, how they talk to the customers. If not, i have the recording of the respective call and i'll share it making sure that ola goes through a great loss as no ride has been booked for me also my other important appointments have been disturbed.

                                        Ola money postpaid is a feature which allows customer to pay later but when they want to pay it at that point they charge an extra amount and they not charge it by mentioning like any extra fare. The ride for which you might have paid it by cash and not ola money that they will showup as ola money postpaid and add it up to list. Many times complaint has been registered to their app and their customer care number is invalid. This is how they are cheating customers.
                                        Ok! I am ready to pay for what i used but not the excess amount they are demanding so i requested the same to be waved off from the bill and i will then make payment but they are not ready to do. They send messages saying due date has crossed and late fee will be added but when the mistake is their side, why do i have to pay and why do i have to pay late fee for not paying excess amount. I have attached the screenshot of their message in which the bill amount is wrong and its Rs.130 excess than the correct bill.
                                        There is no way to contact them also either through customer care or email id like uber and even they dont call. Is this a scam and fraud company that its hiding all its contact details from customer and demanding excess amounts, that too adding late fee.
                                        I request consumer forum to take an immediate action on this issue and i need my bill waved off to the correct amount.
