auto drivers

This is to inform you that your auto drivers do not accept Ola money, neither do they want to come to the pick up location. Why do you say you provide such facilities when your drivers don’t abide by it, AUTO DRIVERS precisely. If I’d to walk up to the vehicle, I wouldn’t book your auto, I’d find myself an auto by metre or get on a bus! Hopefully you’d take care of it!...

extra charges

Ola in its app have stated that toll charges are included in the fare and still collect toll from the passengers apart from the airport toll charges. Further an issue stating that the ac issue in the cab was raised with ola for which no action was taken from the company's side. The customer service executive also didn't provide a solution to query about fare when contacted....

kyc verification

ola cab and driver

We booked for a prime play. Vehicle is in very bad condition with sand in mat and broken glass front. Driver is very rude. We increased(because the driver was over phone) the ac fan speed from 1-3 for which the driver yelled at us. Ola service is the best but this one particular driver and car is not good. Please see to this. Thank you.

charged 70 kms extra for a ride due to driver/company's fraud

This is regarding the ride my parents took from Ravet (PUNE) to SHIRDI SAI TEMPLE. The distance, if calculated from GOOGLE maps is 180 kms and is a straight road from PUNE TO SHIRDI.

My parents are old and new to the city, so they were not aware with the route, what driver took them to.

ola postpaid money

Today i booked an ola auto from mg road metro to brigade road. He told he wants cash so i paid him cash and told him kindly cancel the ola postpaid. He said okay but then after getting down i paid 60/- rs and also 48/- i got deducted from my account. Same happened even yesterday. I paid by cash but then cancellation charges of 15/-rs has been deducted....

my phone got lost in the ola auto

[protected] i had my phone when i got into the auto in shantinagar, bangalore at around 12.40pm but when i got down in koramanagala, bangalore at 1pm i realised i didn't have. I have booked a cab at 11.30 pm for my old parents... Driver has asked me the destination and cancelled my ride... It is a serious issue... There is no professional attitude. I got this experience three times in a day. This is very annoying. I hope you will teach lesson to this type of bullsheet drivers. ola credit clearance when account is blocked

Ola has blocked my account on january 2019 permanently and they generated a bill of 190 rs on the month of febuaray. Now they have been constantly sending me messages to clear my dues else legal action will be taken, but i have no option to make the payment since my account is blocked permannetly. fraud transaction report

transaction issue

Hello,
Today i added rs.300 to ola money via upi (Google pay) and the amount got debited from my account but wasnt credited to my ola money account. Later i added rs.20 via upi and it got credited to my ola money account but rs.300 arent yet added to my old money. misbehave driver and terrible experience

Just wanted to share an incident with you all... Yesterday i booked an ola cab around 12 o'clock to go back home from kalyan to powai... When i called the driver to ask till where he has reached the very 1st thing the driver asked me that madam kaha jana h aapko?? It was strange as they are not supposed to ask these to customers.. I had been asked to clear dues of Postpaid by Ola on January 18, 2019. I had asked them to deactivate my postpaid as i did not want to use that facility. The Ola person on Jan 18th, ensured that he would deactivate my postpaid account once I clear the dues and I did the same.

I want to pay cash instead of ola wallet money

asking for cash even if ola money is selected

I use ola cabs frequently. There is a option in ola to select the mode of payment. I select ola money as i always add money to my ola valet.
But the ola driver always ask if i can pay in cash?. This has happened more than 10 times with me.
Because of which i have to cancel the cab/or ask the driver to cancel and search again.

payment issue for vivek raj (9606622903)

I have a pending payment issue -
I took a cab on March 19th and paid the driver in cash. Ola didn't register it as payment and my services are blocked. Plus I am getting daily automated calls and messages for payment.
I talked the Ola customer service (reached them after 3-4 attempts), but they asked me to pay again as they can't stop the automated calls and messages....

disappointed with ola services

I had taken a ride with ola cab and paid in cash to the driver but after few days i get a message from ola stating i need to make the payment. When asked they said by default the app takes ola postpaid payment and they can't help me with it. I had even suggested then to contact the driver but all they could say was we can't help you. Ended up paying double and uninstalling the app....
