Hi,
Ola is offered ola credit without consent. I don't want to use credit facility.
However, paid three to four times but it's still credit to my account. This makes my life difficult for next booking. Also, i need to share my financial details while making payments.
Kindly revoke this ola credit and let me make final payment of my bill amount. Remove the late fee and present the bill so that i can make cash payment.
Not want to share my financial details.

    This is really bad that you guys does not have any setup for our queries. No correct number on google, even unable to find any customer care number with your until unless mention complaint against Ola.

    Ridiculous, services is also i give stars riders benefits but for ola not good at all.
    Riders denied to duty after wasting so much time.

    please resolve the issue asap.

      The complaint is raised multiple times and a false assurances from ola.
      My ride on 20th feb crn[protected] was charged in cash by driver and also got deducted from ola money which had never opted in the history of ola era. A recorded voice message available that this matter will be sorted out and money will be credited in a weak time after inquiry. Thereafter have been shameless giving reminder calls and i land up giving the same info repeatedly to every one in ola. Ola is taking their goons above the general public have a clean credit record over and bloked the ola app. We are witnessing the downfall of ola indulging in cheating acts as like any auto vala.
      Please take up the matter to resolution or else an fir may surprised you soon.

        M keep on saying about an issue happend with ola but no one to resolve it
        Very worst experience n very worst company
        They are forcing me to pay the ola postpaid amount of rs 1000 which i have not used moreover my limit was 500 how can i use 1000 tell me
        Ola is such a fraud company seriously give a complaint

          I lost my spectacle in ola cab when i took a ride on 2nd january around 7:30 pm from credit suisse business analytics india pvt ltd, powai to bhaveshwar villa, sion east -400022. I took the ride in a white wagonr. Inspite of me constantly following up with the driver to return my spectacles, still he didnot return them. I kindly request to take action immediately snd make sure i get my spectacles at the earliest asap.
          Hi I lost my mobile phone in ola auto at 10:00 am in Horamavu, Bangalore. The auto no is. 0427 . I booked it with my mobile no and OTP .

          To contact the driver I don't have his contact number. Please help regarding this.
          I contacted some customer support but they didn't respond in a proper way

            Hi,

            This is to inform that i have taken three rides with ola dated and the bill as below.

            Amonut bill no date
            146 crn[protected] 20 feb, 2019
            71 crn[protected] 18 feb, 2019
            234 crn[protected] 10 feb, 2019

            Even though i had ola money enabled which i totally missed to check in hurry. I have paid the all the drivers in cash.

            I have lodged a complaint on this with ola but it seems there is no complaint number. I am getting call from them for the payment and if i explain my part they will not work on it.

            Instead of it i am getting continuous harassing calls and messages from ola for the payment without looking into the concern from their end.

            I have been a regular customer of ola for past 4 years and have alwys had my bills cleared.

            I am not using ola afterwards date 18th feb.

            Is this something you can have a look.

            Please let me know in case you need nay further details.

              I have been following up for a complaint id id: 2316246 since months and still i have not received any solution

              Please let me know if i am just wasting my time

              As i stated before i am getting stinkers from ola to pay rs 338/-
              And they have charged me rs 34 as a late fee (Screenshot attached) and have blocked my ola app for booking any new rides.
              The money has been deducted from the ola money which i have in the app.

                I have been using ola cabs for travel and have been paying in cash for my rides. Recently one of the ola drivers had extracted an otp from me saying that it was needed for making a change to the route. After i have shared the otp immediately my ola app was disabled. I again created the account with the same mobile number and have then rides after that which i have paid with cash.

                I had reported this issue to them via a mail to both [protected]@olacabs.com and [protected]@olacabs.com in april and no reply was provided on that and the ticket was closed without providing any comments.

                Now in 20/05/2019 more than a month after the issue was reported by me i am getting legal threat from ola saying that i have a postpaid account and need to pay dues to the postpaid account - which i have never availed.

                Someone please help me on how i can deal with this fraud

                The driver had a very bad behavior which was more annoying.
                I need to get my car fixed ASAP.

                I lost my mobile in a trip from HOWRAH to green field city. I informed the driver, but he did not help to get my phone back. After several calling, driver was telling I can not help you

                  I have booked a ride from gomtinagar to akash enclave vrindavan lucknow, the ride was cancelled by the driver, for which i have been charged rs. 50/- for next drive from the same location. So, it is very unfortunate to say that due to the fault of driver my time has also been spent & i have to pay penalty also.
                  So, please verify at your end and refund the cancelation charges to my account. The screen shot of the charge i have paid is enclosed.

                    I booked ola auto today, and i was waiting from last 30 min then i called the driver and he said the ride is cancelled from his side but it wasn't cancelled from my side and if i wouldn't have called.. I would've waited like anything which costed so much waste of my time.. This wasnt expected from ola.

                      I travelled from thiruvanmiyur to alwarthirunagar by ola auto. Please note the ola mobile of the driver showed rs.220 and he demanded that. This itself takes one or two min. S to show the amount in the mobile. After that only he will information. Drivers will be hurry to go away after getting the money. We also have to see his mobile and pay. If we verify it in our mobile it will take more time and both the driver and we have to spend more time. When we are in urgent travel, it may not be practicable.

                      Moreover, for postpaid raids, the driver's mobile will show only zero amount. Same day while returning, (Crn [protected]) we noticed this, in the drivers mobile, it showed zero and post paid account was debited which we noticed later. Before booking this ride we booked a raid crn [protected] and the driver refused to come ola prepaid and then only we booked the ride crn[protected]). Generally drivers refused to come with ola money or olaprepaid.

                      This double entry (One payment and one debit) was noticed after two more rides and i raised the concern over ur app itself.

                      Then again i raised the concern over email. Now you are saying it is our mistake and i have to bear the double debit. How come we beat the amount? This is because of our system mistake.

                      The post paid facility is given to ease the burden of customers and you are saying that we have to perform time to time accounting also before releasing the driver and go to attend our work.

                      It is your own facility offered, your own app and ur own driver got the money. Now you demand and insists that we have to incur loss because we preferred ola. It is not acceptable. You are also indicates some delay as a reason, it is within the same month itself, and my query and ur reply took place within the period.

                      If it is the case, no use of preferring postpaid and ola

                      Whenever we are taking time and efforts to write to you, you simply replying that matter has been resolved and i am being asked to pay the limit total of rs.500 + penalty amount. I am ready to pay my genuine due for which i am struggling hard.

                      As i was busy on tours, i could not reply immediately to ur last mail.

                      Please reverse the amount and the penalty for late payment. I was not able to pay my genuine due of rs.280. Allow me to pay the amount of rs.280/- and get rid of my debt burden.

                      I have seen such kind of complaints against in the websites like complaintboard.in.

                      Hope to have early redressal.

                        My ola cab booking as per crn [protected] has been cancelled. This was a ride which was confirmed first, fare of rupees 119 got deducted from my mobiquick vallet, but later the ride got cancelled. Got a message from ola as below:

                        Sorry. Your ride with crn [protected] has been cancelled. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please check the ola app again after few minutes to find nearest rides available for booking.

                          I used ola noida services for the first time today on 19-5-19 and i have a serious complain. The driver was named shahrukh crn [protected] and the ride was taken at 2:52 pm. I paid the double amount of a total of 728 rs to him through ola wallet and through paytm - account name was naushad ali. I was travelling for the first time with ola and i had no idea that ola automatically deducts money from the wallet. I also paid rs 364 extra again. Now ola is saying it is not their issue and they cannot help. It is ridiculous that i had to pay over 700 for not even a ride of 1 hour.

                            The driver did not fill up enough gas before starting the trip and wasted almost an hour going back and forth looking for gas filling station.

                            My ola money was deducted for full amount even though the trip was not complete.

                            Please process immediate refund or I will lodge the issue with consumer forum for fraudulently charging for a service that's not provided.

                              I had booked a ride from ola kali peli ac from dadar to bandra and fare estimate was shown as 157. Post ride i am now asked to pay 243
                              Entire ride was smooth without any traffic.
                              Why such cheating. Even micro mini were showing estimate as 180.
                              Ola is looting ppl it seems
                              There is no proper support to register this query.
                              I have my debit card linked and i don't not going to pay a re until i get true value.

                                I have visited from ghaziabad to noida sec 62 on 7th may. The estimated fare was shown as rs.185. When i have completed my journey it costs me rs.380 which was more than double the amount which was shown earlier. When i enquired the driver he told me to get connect with the customer care. I got connected and they said our executive will call you in next 6 to 8 hours now, its more than 10 days i have not received any call from them. Also, the executive was unable to sort out anything and when i asked to pass the call to some senior he asked me to call within 12 to 3 pm only without giving any reason.

                                    My parents were travelling from dombivli to nallasopara & the driver dropped them midway at thane & denied going further around 7- 7.30 pm on 20.10.17, so i did not make the payment of the said ride, later i got calls & messages to clear the dues of the whole ride in which my parents were dropped mid way, later they even threatened to go legal & also got the call from their escalation team & they confirmed that once i clear the payment they will post the same amount in my ola wallet as refund of the said ride & i made the payment of rs. 1352 on 27.04.2019 & after that there is no call from ola neither have they posted the refund. Its just that they & drivers both are cheating the customers. This kind of business acumen may not help in growth ever at least not in our country. Hope to get the refund immediately.

                                      I had to pay around 60/- extra for a small trip around 6.1km. The search amount was 126/- screen shot attached. And the billing amount was 182/- without any extra charges which is nit right. The driver has no explanation for same and behaved rudely and forced to pay the billing amount. There is no way to check the reason of the extra amount in bill. No customer support. This is a fraud case and company is also fraud. No security no transparency can be provided to customers. Such com pant with no policies should be banned.

                                        I booked a ola in siliguri on 13th may 2019 from rashbehari sarani hakimpara siliguri to neotia het well healthcare matigara with crn [protected], drivers name was dipon biswas. My wife was suffering from drug allergy and needed immediate doctor attention. But he simply refused to pick up due to unknown reason. His tone of talking to my wife was very rude when contacted over the phone. If he was unable to pickup he should have said the same politely. But instead he abused my wife.
                                        It's my earnest request to you to kindly take some steps against such drivers or else your company's reputation is at danger due to such drivers.
