Ola support] #[protected] billing issue : wallet deducted and cash paid too

I got the bill of about 1500 to be paid as it got deducted from ola money.
When raised complaint no one from ola is ready to accept it. They did not even check with driver and they say next check your bill when you pay that's it.

A ola cab was booked by my cousin who took the ride from airport on 24th apr, as they came from abroad...

Today my daughter (3.5 years of age) and my wife has taken a ride with ola (Crn [protected]) at around 1:20 pm. They went to doctor's visit for stomach infection of my daughter.

The ac of the car was damaged. When my wife requested to ola driver to turn on ac, he had done misbehaved. I cannot find out any customer care no where i can complain against the driver.

So requesting you to treat this incident on urgent...

My experience was hilarious, yesterday the driver supposed to drop me at dumdum airport and its approximately 20mins from my house and when i booked that cab its bill was 248rupees. But he was a untrained driver he was unable to drop me there only because of wrong routes so lastly i changed my location to charnock hospital from airport. He drove me all the rajarhat area for 1.5 hrs and its was harrassing. My total bill was 798 rupees. This...

I am so frustrated because of drivers behavior.. I was getting late because of his delay and he was not ready to come at my pickup point. He told me to come as per his convenience. Not also he cancelled my ride when i reached where he called me. This is not right.

My sister has ticket in train 22692 from gwalior to bengaluru. She has missed train because of ola company. And she has to booked ticket in tatkal quota with extra amount which was already paid by her. Now, please ola will tell who will responsible for this and also who will pay for this loss and the most important thing that she will not attend the interview. I have all proofs about this....

Please check the above ticket number i have raised a query long time but i have not received any response and no one is not bother at all to help the customer complaint when they want money they will call us and keep texting us but as soon they got money they show there real faces such a worst worst worst support ola they won't keep up the words and not respond to mails
Worst i asked them a refund so they stopped responding stealing...

I would require your help on getting resolved my ola post paid unauthorized access by ola driver.

My ola account (Ending with 67) is get unauthorized accessed by ola driver (Driver mobile number 879
*85) on 17th april 2019 09:29 am and received message from ola saying “your accounts was logged into from a new device” also got email your email account has been changed for the account (74*81)....

I have charged rs. 746/- instead of rs. 308/- from madangiri, delhi to vaishali, ghaziabad. (Crn : [protected]). I have traveled through micro - white dzire tour dl1zb-7742 but on my app it was showing prime sedan. When i booked it was showing micro but when i reached to my destination they charged according to prime sedan and the same showing in the app....

This is the second time in two months this has happened. Two cabs get booked at once and I get Notifications and details for both. Both cabs end up coming at my address. The main ola page still shows searching for cabs. This is ridiculous. So much of an inconvenience.
Previously when the happened both cabs arrived at my place and it was such a hassle....

I have booked a cab on 5th may 2019 for 6th may 2019 at 4.45 am. I havre got a confirmation that says your ride has been scheduled for 6th may 2019 at 4.45 am and the cab driver details before 10 mins of the pickup time.

(I also attached the screenshot which is taken on the day of pickup.)

However while i'm ready and waiting for the details in the morning, i have not received and such...

Hello i want to lodge a complaint on ola cab services. I don't know why they even have the cab services when they don't have professional drivers.. If we book the cab drivers will deny the duty.. It almost happened to me 4 times single day.. If they don't want to take the ride why will they even accept and why are they having this job?? This seems ola executives are not taking any serious action on drivers and they do whatever they want.....

I want to lodge a complaint against a particular ola driver. I am disappointed about the fact the ola support team also did not care for customer's satisfaction.

I booked an ola cab for my grandfather from preet vihar delhi to sector 63 noida. The driver picked him from location and as the moment he entered sector 63 he stopped the cab and asked my grandfather to pay and leave. My g. I am really disappointed by the response from ola regarding this matter. I booked a ride from noida to india gate with crn no: [protected] for my parents. After completing ride, money deducted from my postpaid wallet and my parents paid the cash to driver too as the driver demanded the on the spot cash payment.

Last ticket raised is 1590746- on the above crn no i travelled in pune dated 20 mar-19 at 10.41pm and at the end of travel, i paid the amount to rs120 to driver and at the same time there was deduction in ola money happened, which i did not realise at that moment as i had never availed the ola money. On 05 may 2019, at 0745h i had booked an ola cab at sarai rohila railway station delhi, drop destination was greater noida. The vehicle booked was rj32 ta 1913, driver name rajkumar dhanka. The driver was already in station parking but refused to take my ride unless i cancelled the ride and paid him the fare separately. I had to wait for 10 mins and my ride was automatically cancelled.

Next i again booked the cab around 0755h,...

I booked an ola mini to ride from mulund (Mumbai) to nashik about 180km approx (Not exceeding 200km). The estimated fare shown to me was ₹1600 but when i reached the destination the fare came out to be ₹2800, i was charged almost ₹1000 extra, and in the invoice and detailed bill it showed about 99km extra done by my ride which cost extra ₹1000 aprrox (1km cost ₹11). So ola purposely charged me extra 1000 rupees and gave it a reason...

I have booked ola rental for 1 hour for my wife and children. During the travelling cab got punchered and driver dropped my wife and children mid way.
When they ask for another cab he denied and say you have to book another vehicle at your own.
So i arrange another vehicle immediately i shared my experience through app.

Now ola raising invoice for the services which was not provided and charging daily interest....
