I travelled from thiruvanmiyur to alwarthirunagar by ola auto. Please note the ola mobile of the driver showed rs.220 and he demanded that. This itself takes one or two min. S to show the amount in the mobile. After that only he will information. Drivers will be hurry to go away after getting the money. We also have to see his mobile and pay. If we verify it in our mobile it will take more time and both the driver and we have to spend more time. When we are in urgent travel, it may not be practicable.

Moreover, for postpaid raids, the driver's mobile will show only zero amount. Same day while returning, (Crn [protected]) we noticed this, in the drivers mobile, it showed zero and post paid account was debited which we noticed later. Before booking this ride we booked a raid crn [protected] and the driver refused to come ola prepaid and then only we booked the ride crn[protected]). Generally drivers refused to come with ola money or olaprepaid.

This double entry (One payment and one debit) was noticed after two more rides and i raised the concern over ur app itself.

Then again i raised the concern over email. Now you are saying it is our mistake and i have to bear the double debit. How come we beat the amount? This is because of our system mistake.

The post paid facility is given to ease the burden of customers and you are saying that we have to perform time to time accounting also before releasing the driver and go to attend our work.

It is your own facility offered, your own app and ur own driver got the money. Now you demand and insists that we have to incur loss because we preferred ola. It is not acceptable. You are also indicates some delay as a reason, it is within the same month itself, and my query and ur reply took place within the period.

If it is the case, no use of preferring postpaid and ola

Whenever we are taking time and efforts to write to you, you simply replying that matter has been resolved and i am being asked to pay the limit total of rs.500 + penalty amount. I am ready to pay my genuine due for which i am struggling hard.

As i was busy on tours, i could not reply immediately to ur last mail.

Please reverse the amount and the penalty for late payment. I was not able to pay my genuine due of rs.280. Allow me to pay the amount of rs.280/- and get rid of my debt burden.

I have seen such kind of complaints against in the websites like complaintboard.in.

Hope to have early redressal.

I transferred 1000 from [protected] to [protected] . It hasn’t reached yet to my ola ac plz help
My phone was left in the ola cab. No help provided from the company's end.They did nothing against driver. Im sure he has my phone. Since he didnt pick his phone after the theft for two hours then refused to find anything on his cab

    My ola cab booking as per crn [protected] has been cancelled. This was a ride which was confirmed first, fare of rupees 119 got deducted from my mobiquick vallet, but later the ride got cancelled. Got a message from ola as below:

    Sorry. Your ride with crn [protected] has been cancelled. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please check the ola app again after few minutes to find nearest rides available for booking.

    It appears from my balance in mobiquick vallet that the amount has been refunded ...but there was no message (sms) in this regard...😊

      I used ola noida services for the first time today on 19-5-19 and i have a serious complain. The driver was named shahrukh crn [protected] and the ride was taken at 2:52 pm. I paid the double amount of a total of 728 rs to him through ola wallet and through paytm - account name was naushad ali. I was travelling for the first time with ola and i had no idea that ola automatically deducts money from the wallet. I also paid rs 364 extra again. Now ola is saying it is not their issue and they cannot help. It is ridiculous that i had to pay over 700 for not even a ride of 1 hour.

        The driver did not fill up enough gas before starting the trip and wasted almost an hour going back and forth looking for gas filling station.

        My ola money was deducted for full amount even though the trip was not complete.

        Please process immediate refund or I will lodge the issue with consumer forum for fraudulently charging for a service that's not provided.

          I had booked a ride from ola kali peli ac from dadar to bandra and fare estimate was shown as 157. Post ride i am now asked to pay 243
          Entire ride was smooth without any traffic.
          Why such cheating. Even micro mini were showing estimate as 180.
          Ola is looting ppl it seems
          There is no proper support to register this query.
          I have my debit card linked and i don't not going to pay a re until i get true value.

            I have visited from ghaziabad to noida sec 62 on 7th may. The estimated fare was shown as rs.185. When i have completed my journey it costs me rs.380 which was more than double the amount which was shown earlier. When i enquired the driver he told me to get connect with the customer care. I got connected and they said our executive will call you in next 6 to 8 hours now, its more than 10 days i have not received any call from them. Also, the executive was unable to sort out anything and when i asked to pass the call to some senior he asked me to call within 12 to 3 pm only without giving any reason.

                My parents were travelling from dombivli to nallasopara & the driver dropped them midway at thane & denied going further around 7- 7.30 pm on 20.10.17, so i did not make the payment of the said ride, later i got calls & messages to clear the dues of the whole ride in which my parents were dropped mid way, later they even threatened to go legal & also got the call from their escalation team & they confirmed that once i clear the payment they will post the same amount in my ola wallet as refund of the said ride & i made the payment of rs. 1352 on 27.04.2019 & after that there is no call from ola neither have they posted the refund. Its just that they & drivers both are cheating the customers. This kind of business acumen may not help in growth ever at least not in our country. Hope to get the refund immediately.

                  I had to pay around 60/- extra for a small trip around 6.1km. The search amount was 126/- screen shot attached. And the billing amount was 182/- without any extra charges which is nit right. The driver has no explanation for same and behaved rudely and forced to pay the billing amount. There is no way to check the reason of the extra amount in bill. No customer support. This is a fraud case and company is also fraud. No security no transparency can be provided to customers. Such com pant with no policies should be banned.

                    I booked a ola in siliguri on 13th may 2019 from rashbehari sarani hakimpara siliguri to neotia het well healthcare matigara with crn [protected], drivers name was dipon biswas. My wife was suffering from drug allergy and needed immediate doctor attention. But he simply refused to pick up due to unknown reason. His tone of talking to my wife was very rude when contacted over the phone. If he was unable to pickup he should have said the same politely. But instead he abused my wife.
                    It's my earnest request to you to kindly take some steps against such drivers or else your company's reputation is at danger due to such drivers.

                      So i'm the frequent user of ola since long time, i'm facing the issue from the drivers is when after booking ride's the driver's call and forcefully get to know about the drop location from us and then after knowing about the drop location the driver's literally cancel the rides for no reason being waited for the driver to arrive at the pick up point for such long period of time.

                      Yesterday when i was in urgent need of a ola bike for going to hospital as an emergency i booked a ride and then waiting for the driver to arrive, in this moment the driver called me from his number and got to know the pick up point and drop point, after knowing details the driver have directly cancelled the ride for no reason, at that time i thought it was troubleshooting problem and then it got automatically booked the another ride and here also there was a same issue raised from the driver and he also cancelled the ride for no reason for waiting such long time and i waited literally for 1 hour because of this ola when i was too urgent to go to the hospital. At that i have booked 3-4 rides from ola all the cases were same and have been cancelled for no reason.

                      And the question is if the ride has got booked why are the driver's asking for the drop locations and cancelling the rides for no reason? And the other issue is if the ride has got booked and cancelled from our end you people charge us the cancellation fees from the coustemers & and what if the ride got cancelled from your end then why won't you people pay us the fee as credits in ola wallet? It's my serious question to you people.

                      You people should definitely get regret regarding this issue and what will you do if it happens again with me or any other coustemers? And what guarantee will you people give us regarding this issue that it won't occur again?

                      I could have done this mail to ola as personal, but it is happening with so many coustemers like my friend's, family's & realatives. That's the reason i brought this issue on stage. Hope a early reply from your end regarding this issue.

                          I book a car micro car at 7'o' clock. 7 minutes distance for driver to our home. Driver pickup my first call and said wait will come with 5 minutes, we wait half an hour driver wasn't pick my call and car was not reached, so i cancelled my trip. I applied coupon code on that ride, kindly refund my coupon and help next trip for my cancellation money. Kindly help.

                            Me and my wife have booked a ride on 15th may around 11:30 am. The ride fare as shown before the trip was around 200 rupees. The distance for trip is around 11kms.

                            Post completion of trip amount of 573 rupees is deducted from wallet. And when this is highlighted to support they say it's variable charge, hence justified.

                            How on earth, on account of zero delay in pickup and very minimal traffic, you can post a charge of 573 rupees. This is unacceptable, unethical and a very fraudulent way of doing business. This is very unacceptable to take away customers hard earned money this way.

                              On 2nd of may 2019, i was at kolkata for an interview. I stay at delhi and belong to bhubaneswar, odisha. My trip after my interview was planned for bhubaneswar via flight which got cancelled because of #fani. When i came back from interview in the evening, i got the information that all flights/train had been cancelled from kolkata to bhubaneswar. I with one of my colleague took an ola outstation trip which cost around rs.14000/-. As there was no other alternative we left kolkata at 9.30 pm as to reach bhubaneswar before the cyclone. The ola driver started the trip saying that the vehicle had a punctured tyre which he had to repair on the way. At the same time he disclosed that he had not having the step in too. For one hour, we go on searching the tyre shop which were closed by that time. Then i got afraid to travel in that vehicle the whole night in the high way expecting some danger. There we planned to shift to a bus which were moving to bhubaneswar. The driver agreed to cancel the trip saying that he will take rs.9000/-. We argued and called help line of ola. They discuss the issue for half an hour without any solution. The driver cancelled the trip and we shifted to osrtc bus at around 11 pm of night. It had started raining. The charge was rs.2357/- which was exorbitant. But there was no time for argument. We paid the amount and left. Immediately i post the complain in ola site. No reply recieved till date. I demand the refund as the vehicle was having issue from the beginning. Being a lady, i didn't have any alternative at that scary night of ensuing #fani.

                                My name is vijayan nair, my registered number is [protected] and i had booked an outstation trip from vasai (West) to nashik.
                                Exact address as mentioned below:
                                Start point: mirchandani gardens, sun city, vasai (West)
                                End point: asha kendra, ramdas swami nagar, nashik

                                The start odometer reading was 261.3 km
                                The end odometer reading was 457.6 km
                                Total distance travelled: 196 kms

                                His odometer has a button which when pressed showed six digit reading also. When i commenced my ride at around 9.25 pm the reading reflected 261.3 km

                                On the way to nashik, from thane as we were crossing bhiwandi on the highway, a traffic policemen indicated our driver to stop, our driver moved the vehicle close to the traffic policemen and when our vehicle was close to the traffic policemen, our driver accelerated the vehicle and ran away. I along with my wife and our two year kid was in the vehicle, i asked him to stop the vehicle but he said i need not worry and he can take care of such things. He was not wearing a dress code as required for vehicles plying outstation. He not wearing a white shirt as mandated. The police man along with his senior drove behind us and caught him after a chase close to 3 to 4 km and we had to travel back to police station, we had to return 3 to 4 kms back. They made him pay a fine and we had to wait till he was released and reprimanded by the police in charge.

                                Apart from the above incident, i have charged for 227 km which as per odometer is only 197 km, the 197 km also includes 6 to 8 kms to from we had to go back to the police station.

                                I would request you to please take action against ola.

                                  Driver has stolen my belonging that i left in the auto. He had the item when i called him. But he is refusing to return it. It is an expensive item and ola is taking no action against him. I reached out to ola and the driver. Driver said he has the item every week and that he would return it. Now suddenly he has kept the item himself and is lying about it

                                    16th may 2019, i have booked a cab from financial district to mgbs, the driver was relucted to come to the pick up arguing don't know the address. Several times we have called the driver. Some times it was not reachable and when we reached him he was not showing interest in picking up. We waited for 30 mins and finally cancelled the ride and lost 50 rs. It's not the fault o[censored]s to make the ride cancel. It was the driver who made us to cancel the ride. We hadnrerrible experience with ola cab. We never book the cab again.
                                    In my mobile phone i have uninstalled the ola application but someone is using my ola account. Everyday i am receving a mail that i have gone for a trip. So kindly solve my issues as soon as possible.

                                      Hello OLA,

                                      I was driving back home on 14 May, i was crossing DSO crossroad at Hazratganj Lucknow.

                                      Suddenly a white OLA cab UP32 KN 5486 Wagon R came from right side at very high speed and hit our car from front right side badly then it continues driving and damaged our car right side completely and ran away.

                                      Due to high impact our car got damaged badly, also we were able to retrieve number plate of Ola Cabs which fell down at accident spot.

                                      We have given a formal police complaint at Hazratganj police station Lucknow for same, requesting same from Ola to take strict action against the driver and pay to us for the damages.

                                        I took a ride in ola in the last year cost 305 and made a late payment of 305 on November 14. Attached is the proof of payment that i made. Still, i am receiving calls, messages to clear dues which is a mental torture for me. I asked them sevral times and share the screenshots of payment but still they are not ready. They are saying that they refunded the amount but i don’t receive it and bank statement is a proof of the same. Moreover i didn’t receive any message regarding refund. My complaint is that i already paid the amount then why they are keeps calling and texting me for clearing dues. I highly irritated with this. They are seriously a pathetic company with extra pathetic services.
