16th may 2019, i have booked a cab from financial district to mgbs, the driver was relucted to come to the pick up arguing don't know the address. Several times we have called the driver. Some times it was not reachable and when we reached him he was not showing interest in picking up. We waited for 30 mins and finally cancelled the ride and lost 50 rs. It's not the fault o[censored]s to make the ride cancel. It was the driver who made us to cancel the ride. We hadnrerrible experience with ola cab. We never book the cab again.
In my mobile phone i have uninstalled the ola application but someone is using my ola account. Everyday i am receving a mail that i have gone for a trip. So kindly solve my issues as soon as possible.

    Hello OLA,

    I was driving back home on 14 May, i was crossing DSO crossroad at Hazratganj Lucknow.

    Suddenly a white OLA cab UP32 KN 5486 Wagon R came from right side at very high speed and hit our car from front right side badly then it continues driving and damaged our car right side completely and ran away.

    Due to high impact our car got damaged badly, also we were able to retrieve number plate of Ola Cabs which fell down at accident spot.

    We have given a formal police complaint at Hazratganj police station Lucknow for same, requesting same from Ola to take strict action against the driver and pay to us for the damages.

      I took a ride in ola in the last year cost 305 and made a late payment of 305 on November 14. Attached is the proof of payment that i made. Still, i am receiving calls, messages to clear dues which is a mental torture for me. I asked them sevral times and share the screenshots of payment but still they are not ready. They are saying that they refunded the amount but i don’t receive it and bank statement is a proof of the same. Moreover i didn’t receive any message regarding refund. My complaint is that i already paid the amount then why they are keeps calling and texting me for clearing dues. I highly irritated with this. They are seriously a pathetic company with extra pathetic services.

        I travel to T3 IGI very frequently, but was never charged of toll or parking during departure but I knw parking or toll is charged during arrival booking.
        But my driver smartly charged me toll charge of rs 150 which I think is a fraud or cheating case under ipc 420.

        I request you to take action against this incident and refund my 150 rs ASAP.

            After a long overnight bus journey, i got off and booked ola.

            The ruthless driver stood right infront o[censored]s and said will pick, after asking regular repetitive questions what is mode of payment, where is u r drop etc etc...

            To my surprise, the cab didn't even moved. So we have walked down and found driver was missing. At last after 15 mins he showed up.

            Very ruthlessly he spoke sitting in the car. More over when i asked reason, he simply cancelled and said i won't come.

            I don't understand why they are behaving like this despite of paid trip, that too at premium cost...

            Phew... Just another stupid driver and ola as usual...

              Ola driver number [protected]. At 8.42 am on 15/5/2019 i booked ola.
              Pickup from ar hospital.
              Dropping place bharathi nagar krisnapuram colony. Ola show the charge as 32rs. I called the driver his name was registered as vairakalai mokkaraj. Crn is [protected]. He asked for extra 10rs. I said then why we are opting for ola. He replied rudely then dont book ola. Call some one else. How a driver can rudely talk like this to a regular ola customer. Take action immediately.

              Most of your drivers enquire about the destination and end up cancelling after making us wait for a long period of time because of the completion of another trip.                 What the hec us postpaid y shld I pay to avoid some sensless latepayment...first mistake was to load money in ola n could nt use as all the useless so called ola drivers..auto n cab want only cash...once even being a lady travelling with my mom was forced to getdown frm the auto travelling for 500meters as we re using olamoney n not cash at night around 9pm heartless scumbag...upon that I m receivibg msgs continuosly for some pistpaid ### which I never opted for...such unprofessional cheats...

                  Ola auto driver Mr. Sachin Gulabchand (MH12QE4784) Mobile no. [protected], OTP (8477). Has confirmed the pick up and dint reach the destination. Kept calling several times but purposely kept his phone busy to ignore. My mother has keen problem therefore we had booked a cab . Nor the auto drive came nor he rejected the pick up so that I could book another one. Request you to take strict action against such drive's who spoil you company name by treating passengers so badly..

                    On 13th may 2018 at evening. Ola driver refuse to receive payment through ola postpaid wallet. He ordered me to paid through cash on telephonic conversation and tell me that if you will pay through ola money then i'll not come to pick you...

                    This is the actual condition of ola. They are treating people just as there servant..
                    So please give justice...
                    I have all the relevent recording and screenshot of the driver...

                        This is to inform you that your auto drivers do not accept Ola money, neither do they want to come to the pick up location. Why do you say you provide such facilities when your drivers don’t abide by it, AUTO DRIVERS precisely. If I’d to walk up to the vehicle, I wouldn’t book your auto, I’d find myself an auto by metre or get on a bus! Hopefully you’d take care of it!

                          Ola in its app have stated that toll charges are included in the fare and still collect toll from the passengers apart from the airport toll charges. Further an issue stating that the ac issue in the cab was raised with ola for which no action was taken from the company's side. The customer service executive also didn't provide a solution to query about fare when contacted.

                          I booked ride using ola on 12/05 at 12:15 pm and driver not came till almost 30 mins as he was busy in his previous ride so he suggested to cancel ride and book another. I booked another ride and I got 304 as estimation. But I have been charged 730 rs.

                            It’s been over a month since i submitted my kyc & is waiting for in person verification. However, ola kept restrictions on wallet - where i’m unable to transfer funds which is causing lots of problem & making it numb. Despite of multiple calls & fake promises by ola, i’m helpless now seeking for help. How can ola restrict its users to use their money despite of submitting online documents? If there is a delay from service provider or company end why end user should be made suffer? To contact ola it takes immense pain to wait in long calls and also no professional respect they give.

                              We booked for a prime play. Vehicle is in very bad condition with sand in mat and broken glass front. Driver is very rude. We increased(because the driver was over phone) the ac fan speed from 1-3 for which the driver yelled at us. Ola service is the best but this one particular driver and car is not good. Please see to this. Thank you.

                              My Wife has boarded an ola cab TS10 UB 6872 Driver name Ahmed but it was showing Akhter this driver “ahmed” is very harrased my wife and no sence of humor at all.
                              Ola is a brand don’t spoil it with worked with these kind of Drivers.
                              Please take a serious action on this.

                                This is regarding the ride my parents took from Ravet (PUNE) to SHIRDI SAI TEMPLE. The distance, if calculated from GOOGLE maps is 180 kms and is a straight road from PUNE TO SHIRDI.

                                My parents are old and new to the city, so they were not aware with the route, what driver took them to.

                                When the ride was completed, OLA charged a bill of 250 kms, which is no where closer to the actual route distance, i.e. 180 kms.

                                OLA is charging 70 kms extra for a ride. Is this some kind of fraud they are doing with every customer.

                                I need a full refund for that along with the WRITTEN apology from the company.

                                  Today i booked an ola auto from mg road metro to brigade road. He told he wants cash so i paid him cash and told him kindly cancel the ola postpaid. He said okay but then after getting down i paid 60/- rs and also 48/- i got deducted from my account. Same happened even yesterday. I paid by cash but then cancellation charges of 15/-rs has been deducted.

                                      I have booked a cab at 11.30 pm for my old parents... Driver has asked me the destination and cancelled my ride... It is a serious issue... There is no professional attitude. I got this experience three times in a day. This is very annoying. I hope you will teach lesson to this type of bullsheet drivers.                                         Ola has blocked my account on january 2019 permanently and they generated a bill of 190 rs on the month of febuaray. Now they have been constantly sending me messages to clear my dues else legal action will be taken, but i have no option to make the payment since my account is blocked permannetly. I have written repeatedly about the issue to their customer support but every time they close the ticket without any resolution. This is harassment
