    Sir,

    I want to lodge a complaint against a particular ola driver. I am disappointed about the fact the ola support team also did not care for customer's satisfaction.
    Please find below the description of the exact incident that happened to me.

    On 18/04/2019 evening, i had booked an ola cab from bangalore airport to key’s hotel, whitefield, bangalore. The ola personnel standing near the ola prime queue at bangalore airport ola zone helped me to book the ola cab as the internet in my phone was not working properly, hence i missed out on checking my mode of payment. After reaching key’s hotel, whitefield the driver partner told me to pay rs. 952/- by cash and till the time when i paid him cash i didn’t receive any message or email regarding ola money ola postpaid deduction.

    I paid rs. 952/- by cash to driver partner (Rs.200/- x 5 currencies & one 2 rupee coin i. E. Rs.1002/- and driver partner refunded me rs. 10/- x 5 notes i. E. Rs. 50/-) in front of my spouse and security person of key’s hotel, who are the witnesses of the cash payment. Also cc tv footage of key’s hotel is another strong witness of my cash payment.

    After some time (After the cab left) i got a message saying rs. 15/- has been debited from ola money & rs. 937/- from ola money post paid account. I immediately tried to call the driver partner and he picked up the call as well, but the moment i began to describe him the situation he disconnected the phone call and did not pick up my call thereafter. After that several times i tried to contact the driver partner from different phone numbers but the fraud and dishonest driver never responded. The very fact that the driver partner is not responding to my calls is a testament that he is at fault. If we were in a position to retrieve his call history, we would get to know how many times i tried to contact him and he disconnected the calls. Being a senior citizen and a loyal customer of ola, my earnest request to you is to please go for a proper investigation and refund the amount of rs. 952/- to my ola wallet or post paid. It will be really unfair to me if i have to pay the amount (Rs. 952) twice for the ride that i have taken only once.

    I did inform about the incident to ola support several times but am extremely disappointed about the fact that ola support team could not resolve my genuine issue. I am upset that the dishonest driver partner is getting away with it and still driving ola whereas i am being penalized for trusting him and giving cash to him when he demanded so. Rather than penalizing me, i really expect you to enquire the situation properly and punish the fraudulent driver as such person being associated with ola is bad for ola's brand image. I need proper justice from the authority. Also i request you to take the necessary legal step against the driver partner as in my opinion this is a clear case of theft.

    Not resolved and I am very much disappointed with Ola support team because they are not investigating properly. The support team is biased for supporting the fraud and dishonest driver partner who can cheat other passenger also. I need proper inquiry for CRN [protected].       I booked an ola cab for my grandfather from preet vihar delhi to sector 63 noida. The driver picked him from location and as the moment he entered sector 63 he stopped the cab and asked my grandfather to pay and leave. My g. Father told him that my office location is just 2 minutes from here plz drop me on location. But the driver insulted him, used abusive language and asked him to leave the cab immediately. As my g. Father didnt had any other option he paid him and left. Later when the incident came into my notice i called the cab driver just to explain him that whatever you did with an elderly person is very wrong.in return he abused me very very badly and also told me to go and file a police complaint as police cant do anything to him.

        I am really disappointed by the response from ola regarding this matter. I booked a ride from noida to india gate with crn no: [protected] for my parents. After completing ride, money deducted from my postpaid wallet and my parents paid the cash to driver too as the driver demanded the on the spot cash payment.

        If ola couldn't refund the amount due to their policy restrictions, in that case i also want to mention few things:

        Firstly, my parents were travelling in that cab who lies in senior citizen category. After drop off, the cab driver took the money by threatning them and stating that if they will not give the cash he wouldn't let them leave. This kind of harrashing behavior is not we accept from ola drivers.

        Secondly, apart from the inconvenience suffered by my parents, this might be the issue related to ola app. The amount deducted from my postpaid wallet and didn't show up in driver's app that the ride hase been paid already. So i request ola to process the refund for this ride.

        Thirdly, if ola is questioning about the cash given or not, there were cctv cameras all over the road near the drop off point. All scene would have recorded in those cameras.

        These experiences will definitely hamper the trust that we as consumer have in ola.

        I hope ola will understand my concern and will take necessary action.

          Last ticket raised is 1590746- on the above crn no i travelled in pune dated 20 mar-19 at 10.41pm and at the end of travel, i paid the amount to rs120 to driver and at the same time there was deduction in ola money happened, which i did not realise at that moment as i had never availed the ola money. After few days i got reminder from ola money to pay rs 120, i raised the complaint in 3rd april-19 after coming to now that such incident has taken place. Now they have inactivate my app and i am not able to use it. They are charging money on rs 120/-.
          Company is also not responding, they say i should have come within 72hrs.

            On 05 may 2019, at 0745h i had booked an ola cab at sarai rohila railway station delhi, drop destination was greater noida. The vehicle booked was rj32 ta 1913, driver name rajkumar dhanka. The driver was already in station parking but refused to take my ride unless i cancelled the ride and paid him the fare separately. I had to wait for 10 mins and my ride was automatically cancelled.

            Next i again booked the cab around 0755h, another cab dl1r tb 5263 driver name rakesh was booked. He lied that he is 30 mins away inspite of gps showing him in location, maybe he didnt want to go to greater noida. Then that ride was cancelled and i was charged rs 50 for cancellation!!!

            Ola your service in delhi has hit rock bottom. Drivers cancel rides, leaving passengers in lurch, drivers make you cancel the booking and pay them directly and they have no fear of any punitive action from you end. I missed my connecting train today thanks to your inefficient service. If thw issue is not resolved here, i will take you to court.

              I booked an ola mini to ride from mulund (Mumbai) to nashik about 180km approx (Not exceeding 200km). The estimated fare shown to me was ₹1600 but when i reached the destination the fare came out to be ₹2800, i was charged almost ₹1000 extra, and in the invoice and detailed bill it showed about 99km extra done by my ride which cost extra ₹1000 aprrox (1km cost ₹11). So ola purposely charged me extra 1000 rupees and gave it a reason of extra 99km. Hence ola is fraud and cheating us and charging unnecessary extra fees which we have to pay and have no other option.

                I have booked ola rental for 1 hour for my wife and children. During the travelling cab got punchered and driver dropped my wife and children mid way.
                When they ask for another cab he denied and say you have to book another vehicle at your own.
                So i arrange another vehicle immediately i shared my experience through app.

                Now ola raising invoice for the services which was not provided and charging daily interest.

                  I received a call from +91-[protected] in the morning saying it was from ola kyc dept.
                  He verified my email and mobile number and then asked for otp.
                  I asked why he needed the otp, from where he was calling and he said he is calling form ola kyc dept, and so i gave him my otp.

                  After this i got a message of transaction for rs.8502 on "nandabavesh tours and travels" using my ola postpaid money in my account.
                  I immediately called ola customer care and they informed that with the number i was calling, there is no account at all.
                  How could my account disappear from ola database since i have been using it from very many months now, unless its internal ola personnel who did this?

                  Now i have a transaction of 8502 on an account that does not exist anymore.
                  Pfa the mails showing the transaction, which was not done by me; change in my account related mobile number and email change.

                  I need clarification as to how my details regarding my account and postpaid balance is known to whoever called???
                  I need clarification and verification on this fraud transaction.

                    On my last ride, estimated fare was rs 252/- after i reached the destination, i asked driver to drop me to the same location where he had picked me up to which he agreed and i changed the drop location in app.
                    After the ride was complete, when i received my postpaid bill i was shocked to see that i was charged more than 200% of what was showing in the estimate earlier.
                    Ola charged:
                    For 1st 20 km - rs 120/-
                    Next 26 km - rs 305/-
                    Again fare increase charges separate of rs 98/-
                    Again 112 mins ride fare charged separately for rs 168/-
                    Taxes separate! Making total bill to be rs 788/-
                    I wrote my feedback on ola app on 29th april and 1st may but there is no response of any kind. Not even an acknowledgement mail. On top of that they are sending reminders daily for payment and charging ₹1/- per day penalty but not answering to my complaint. I am very frustrated at this kind of behaviour of ola. Kindly help. I demand to be charged fairly with penalties withdrawn. They are making fools of consumers.

                      Today i put location to mithran residency at chennai and rate was courted to me as rupees 441. Please refer micro crn:[protected]. But the driver took me in a wrong route and we reached to a remote forest area as per the ola location as he told and stoped the ola meter at rupees 497 and told that he will charge extra money to reach the location and collected from me 700. Please do the needful by which i can get back the extra money which was deducted from me.

                        I just want to tell you that your can service ruin my day. I book a cab today from hauz khas to nizamuddin railway station but it was showing 20 min waiting time and cab driver tell wait for 30 min i was waiting but he wasn't on time and at last he canceled the ride and i missed my train to surat. It cause me lost of 3000 rs. I want my money back. It's your fault i have screenshot of instant. My whole day has ruined because of your service because when i book another cab and same problem i faced again. I want my money of ticket value. I will file a fir against your company and driver.

                          On 21/04/2019 my friend got a fraudulent call from phone#:[protected] where she was take my debit card and she was informed about my debit card for which they needed a otp, it was unfortunate that she provided to them the otps and i lost my total amount 35000 and in that two transactions of rs. 19998 they added in ola cabs wallet. Then i lodged a complaint in the cyber crime cell hyderabad police. But they are delay my complaint. Please help me about providing that wallet details, iam physically disable i tried but i would not able to go to everywhere for my issue. Please help me. Please.

                            On 02/05/19 @ 12.30 pm i travelled from kolathur to chennai central rly stn by ola micro cab. The fare charged was rs 457/-. Later rs 36/- was refunded to my wallet. For the same distance of 15 km on reverse direction booked by my daughter the fare charged was rs 204/-. The component of "fare increase" under which rs 227.82 was charged as showed in below given breakup, is illegal. Immediate refund of rs227.82 sought.

                                Dear ola team.

                                Yesterday i booked an ola cab from kailash puri to old delhi rly. Station. The driver picked my guests (An army officer who was posted in faizabad and going to himachal with family) from my place at 9 pm. Driver dropped my guests at new delhi railway station and charged 255.00

                                My guests were not aware of this cheating... When they entered in rly. The station then they found driver dropped at the wrong place. Then they rushed to old delhi railway station and reached just 2 min before train departure. They again paid 300.00 for other taxi.

                                This is really very bad and if ola taxi having this type of staff. Not acceptable for us. I want the reply from you otherwise i will go to the police and will write fir and also will go in consumer court. Pls. Take the action against this driver and update us. Also, refund the money of my guests.

                                  I booked an outstation ola cab yesterday on 1st may 2019 for going to attend an official meeting on 2nd may 2019 (Today) at at farias resort, lonavla vide crn [protected].

                                  I (With other two colleagues) was supposed to leave at 8 am today to report at 09.30 am (The time when meeting was to start)

                                  A message was received that booking is confirmed and cab/driver details would be shared one hour before the ride time.

                                  When i did not receive details of any cab, i raised a ticket no.[protected] for the concern.

                                  I was very surprised by the information received from your representative mr siddharth who called at 07:55 am that presently no cab is available for your requirement and i should book this again.

                                  When i tried the option there was no information or surety about availability of cab again showing 1 hours waiting time.

                                  I had request my colleague residing near singhad road to book outstation cab, spend rs. 303 to reach her on the way.
                                  The whole process took extra time, i reached late by one and a half hours and had to face scolding, harassment & humiliation by my seniors due to missing major session of meeting.

                                  If the cab was not available why ola did not inform me well in time enabling me to make alternative arrangement.

                                    Sir,
                                    My ola postpaid money was due 869rs. Last month and i tried to settle it through netbanking on 26th april 2019. The above mentioned amount got deducted from my bank account but the same was not reflected in the ola account. Again i settled the bill by paying the full amount of 869 rs as there was late fee being charged by ola for late payment and the amount got cleared from the ola money account. The rs. Deducted from the first failed transaction has not been credited to my account yet though it has been 7 days from the event. I even mailed ola customer care thrice regarding the issue but they are not even responding. I am highly inconvenienced. Please look into the matter.
                                    On booking ola cab tgey had asked for advance payment n asked to download some other app n they have hacked my account to deduct the entire money from my account so i am going to seve a complaint in consumer court for hacking the account. It was ur call center number

                                      Rash driving of a cab driver - indica car no. - ts08ub6877.

                                      I saw this vehicle driving very very rashly on its way from raj bhavan road to begumpet towards secunderabad and trying to overtake all other vehicles causing danger to other vehicles.

                                      Request you to take necessary action and counselling of the driver as he appears to be insane by the way he was driving.
                                      Was charged twice! Paid once through debit card and once again by cash to the driver. The amount has been deducted from the card.
                                      When I showed the transaction completed message to the driver, he refused to leave without taking money from me.

                                      I had used postpaid services wen it notified abt clearing the due i cleared it nd money from my acc is dedicated by the postpaid still shows dat the due is not clear...? Wen money is dedicated y it is nt clear...? I'm trying to call al de customer care but no response only... Kindly help me in dis case

                                        Ola driver was asked to come to the location marked and ge was not there so i asked him where he was bad to come to the right location and he said i am not going to move now. I asked him he is in wrong location and he said i will stay here. Then when we reached him he cancelled the cab in front o[censored]s and said now pay the cancellation charge and he left. This is how u treat your customers. If i don't get a proper assistance i will file a case in consumer cout against this.
