In their ola money app i clicked on kyc. First it asked for pan number. I keyed it. Next address proof: i clicked on voter id. It does not go forward and remains in the same page. I tried many times with no improvement. Thus i am unable to complete kyc.

I ride tomorrow im ola cab. And when i pay money with phonepe then i think my phonepe is not working but its work then my money will deduct to phonpe then driver says to me you pay me by paytm i will pay him then i will check my money will deduct by phone nd also paytm. And now i call driver it can't received pls. Help me i tried to call the driver yesterday but je can't received...

We booked a cab and it was showing around 83 rs but at the drop location we were charged 187 rs. The driver too was very rude... I didn't even pick up at the right spot and we had to walk more than 200 meters at 2 am at night. And then when we asked him to extend the ride he refused. Then when we asked him about the charges he was very rude. The crn no of our ride is [protected]...

Booked ola cab on 26th april 2019 at 10.37pm, crn [protected], driver name - venkata ramana b n, once he reached the pickup point, refused to go to destination as his home was near the pickup point, we had to catch train but because of the driver we got late and he changed the destination to his home but ola charged 111/- from us. Why?? He didn't drop us.. Then why my money has deducted.. I want that charged money back... Because of your unprofessional...

We had pre booked a trip to international airport in chennai. After receipt of a confirmation and speaking to the driver who confirmed that he was on the way, cancelled the trip after confirmation. Then we rebooked another cab, confirmed with the driver who after saying that he will be arriving in 4 minutes cancelled. Very frustrating and disappointing....

This regard today journey from chandigarh airport to sector 42, chandigarh. While coming out of airport the driver asked me to pay rs. 85/- as parking charges, which i paid. After reaching sector 42, the driver charged rs. 310/- which also i paid. However, i received bill at my gmail address stating rs. 225 as fare and rs. 85/- as parking fee totaling rs. 310/-, which implies the driver has charged the parking fee twice from me. Such kind...

Initially, he took almost 1/2 hour to reach and wanting to know my destination. When he came he was given otp. He said that ~ do i have to go to gurgaon, when i said yes, he said he can not go as he has no permit.

I then requested him to cancel the trip so that i can get another cab. He then started suggesting he will drop me midway which i refused. While he was arguing he said someone is honking and he would take the cab...

Sir today after noon i booked a ola cab from virugabakkam chennai and the estimated cost was rs.439 after reaching my destination (Mittanamalle, avadi) the bill amt was rs.615 i want to know the valid reason why do you fool people by showing minimum cost and charge a high price after completing the ride

I don't have any problem with the cab driver he was decent i oly have problem with the ola and their facilities.

I took a ola ride today from mulund to kandivli and the fare shown to me was 370rs. After the ride i am being charged 522rs. The driver chose the route and i had no say in it. This is not the first time. This happens always. The driver decides the route and eventually i am charged extra and ola customer care says i have exceeded the limit of complaints.
The ride no is [protected]. The date of journey is 04/26/19.

Hi, i chetan, i have booked ola rides yesterday, first i have booked ola rides @ 125 rs, the ertiga 6 seater has been booked, few mintutes remains, ola driver has cancelled my rides. Again i have booked ertiga 6 seater, they have carged rs 185 by me. I have to go for party, i was already late due to cancellation of rides, again i have book ola, the same issue again occured by ola driver.

My ola app registered with mo. No. [protected]. I was asked to pay rs 239 cash by driver of ride mini crn [protected] at nagpur after deduction of rs 239 from ola money wallet. No customer care number is operative given on ola portal. For safety of passenger make all customer care number operative for passenger to contact for help in time.
Please remit rs 239 in wallet at the earliest....

Today morning we took ola cab from majnu ka tilla to rohini tibetan youth hostel delhi. While deboarding the cab, my friend accidentally dropped her mobile. After some time she realised that she didn't had her phone with her. I tried calling on her number but it rang, got busy and now switched off. Can number is 1313. Kindly get a hold on the cab driver.

We have booked a trip from Perungalathur to Teacher's colony Kolathur today the 25th April 2019 at about 18:30 hrs. But the driver asked to cancel the trip. Again booked and the second driver himself cancelled the trip.
Understand our difficulties. This is not the first time very often we are facing the same sort of problems.
There is a limit for patience. Mental agony of the passenger's must be realised by ola and it should...

First the driver refused to take short route suggested instead wanted to take long route. When refused charged higher when the trip was not even started. I need my refund back of the money i was charged for this trip. I even suggested and enquire with other ola drivers in the next drive itself that we can choose the route by which we can go and he agreed but the driver who was suppose to drop us refused and charged extra without starting...

I had booked an ola from "tilak school road, tilaknagar, dombivali east to manisha nagar near golden park society kalyan west.
The distance was 8.5 km., ride started at 3.19 pm and ended at 3.41 pm.

I was charged as below;
Base fare rs. 60.00; distance fare rs. 68.00, ride time fare for 22 minutes...

This is regarding the ola rental ride. The driver with whom i took the ride is not trained properly. He didn't stop the ride immediately after i told him to stop. The fare was ongoing till 5 hrs. The base fare is rs 229 and extra kilometer fare is rs 95. Total fare should be rs 324. But he has charged for waiting also. I didn't ask him to wait. The total bill was charged rs 745, but it should be rs 324. Please revise the fare on ola postpaid...

Crn [protected] fare charges are too high as compare to estimated charges.

I booked ola cab on april 20th 19 & ola shows the estimated charges arould 253 rs but after completing the ride fare charges are 978 rs. I don't know how they charged more than 100% from estimated charges & the ola customer service no. Is not picking up my phone.

Please help us to resolve this issue...

If i ordered a ola cab than ola should be present within 10 to 15 mins but after waiting long for 45 mins driver calls and asking me where to come, after waiting so long i reached my destination than he is firing on me saying vulgur words and misbehaving, here it his number [protected], if they are riding private passengers also than why ola hire them for ola cab/mini, they used to approach private passenger than ola passenger has to wait...

Kyc issue: everytime i login to ola app, it says your doorstep verification is pending and i am not able to select another option of in cab document verification as i already have selected doorstep verification option. From last many months ola is saying "our agent will visit you at given address within 1-2 working days". Now my 999 rs. Are blocked for more than 6 months. I requested ola by emailing but ola team members always say we are...
