Whenever i trying to book ola from hsr to madiwala (Bangalore), no is accepting request where more auto ride's available. Especially when it is raining they are at all helping ppl. Then why the # they are in ola app if they are not ready to help people?. I am facing this issue all the times not only once. People are trying to take auto due to some emergency r some urgency. But i don't understand why this auto ppl's are showing...

Driver has charge for rs. 740 extra and the distance showing after completing trip is 215 km which is 70 km more than approx distance....

Ola driver charged cash of rs 210 and 162 from ola money saying that he doesn't want online transfer as he needs cash for cng. Now ola app is not even accepting my complaint. One ola driver refused to go, and other went only with the condition that he needs cash. We had no option as we would have missed our train in that case.
Now will ola refund or we need to give complaint...

We booked an ola auto and the driver name is Hemanth Mallick in Bhubaneswar.
We called him thrice after the booking and he said he doesn't know the pickup point.
So, we cancelled the ride.
Just then he arrived at the location but we booked another auto.
He was making a huge scene on the road and charged us extra money for making him come.

I cleared my dues but my account is blocked and i keep receiving messages to clear my dues. I sent multiple mails and i get a reply saying issue is resolved. I don't know what resolution is given. Today at early morning I booked a ola from Kanpur railway station to Shyam Nagar. Driver misbehaving and impolite during the call. He screaming over me . I travelled in ola on 25.04.19 (Crn [protected]) from kidwai nagar to kanpur rly station. The bill amount is rs 157 and driver charged rs 60 extra for toll tax paid. The bill bifurcation in ola app is inclusive of toll tax for rs 30 whereas toll tax was paid by driver for rs 60 which he collected me extra. On 27/4/2019, the driver asked me to pay toll n parking which i paid but i was billed again in my bill for too n parking rs 150/= and the cab was booked for 8 hours 80 kms pack but the driver rode without my knowledge upto 20 kms when it was supposed to be in parking area of seasons mall at that time (Because i tracked it in my app i came to know about it) ie it means cheating on us customers by ola or their drivers why cant ola just ban....
