Subject: case o[censored]nprofessionalism and theft. Need immediate action!
Sir,
I want to lodge a complaint against a particular ola driver. I am disappointed about the fact the ola support team also did not care for customer's satisfaction.
Please find below the description of the exact incident that happened to me.
On 18/04/2019 evening, i had booked an ola cab from bangalore airport to key’s hotel, whitefield, bangalore. The ola personnel standing near the ola prime queue at bangalore airport ola zone helped me to book the ola cab as the internet in my phone was not working properly, hence i missed out on checking my mode of payment. After reaching key’s hotel, whitefield the driver partner told me to pay rs. 952/- by cash and till the time when i paid him cash i didn’t receive any message or email regarding ola money ola postpaid deduction.
I paid rs. 952/- by cash to driver partner (Rs.200/- x 5 currencies & one 2 rupee coin i. E. Rs.1002/- and driver partner refunded me rs. 10/- x 5 notes i. E. Rs. 50/-) in front of my spouse and security person of key’s hotel, who are the witnesses of the cash payment. Also cc tv footage of key’s hotel is another strong witness of my cash payment.
After some time (After the cab left) i got a message saying rs. 15/- has been debited from ola money & rs. 937/- from ola money post paid account. I immediately tried to call the driver partner and he picked up the call as well, but the moment i began to describe him the situation he disconnected the phone call and did not pick up my call thereafter. After that several times i tried to contact the driver partner from different phone numbers but the fraud and dishonest driver never responded. The very fact that the driver partner is not responding to my calls is a testament that he is at fault. If we were in a position to retrieve his call history, we would get to know how many times i tried to contact him and he disconnected the calls. Being a senior citizen and a loyal customer of ola, my earnest request to you is to please go for a proper investigation and refund the amount of rs. 952/- to my ola wallet or post paid. It will be really unfair to me if i have to pay the amount (Rs. 952) twice for the ride that i have taken only once.
I did inform about the incident to ola support several times but am extremely disappointed about the fact that ola support team could not resolve my genuine issue. I am upset that the dishonest driver partner is getting away with it and still driving ola whereas i am being penalized for trusting him and giving cash to him when he demanded so. Rather than penalizing me, i really expect you to enquire the situation properly and punish the fraudulent driver as such person being associated with ola is bad for ola's brand image. I need proper justice from the authority. Also i request you to take the necessary legal step against the driver partner as in my opinion this is a clear case of theft.

Updated by sujit1957 Not resolved and I am very much disappointed with Ola support team because they are not investigating properly. The support team is biased for supporting the fraud and dishonest driver partner who can cheat other passenger also. I need proper inquiry for CRN [protected]. Fraud & dishonest Driver's name- ASHOKA S V, Mobile No.- [protected].
And now he cancel the booking my number is[protected] and time is approx 11.00 am 29 April 2019 and now the time is 11.34 I requested to Ola campany to a good justice..
