Today i have gone to company office they asked me to lodge the FIR then only they can give driver address so I lodge the FIR and then they have given me the address then I searched driver address and taken my phone back from him.

    Hello,
    Today i added rs.300 to ola money via upi (Google pay) and the amount got debited from my account but wasnt credited to my ola money account. Later i added rs.20 via upi and it got credited to my ola money account but rs.300 arent yet added to my old money. This has happened many times but until now ola money used to get credited within 15-20 mins even if the transaction had failed but money got debited from my account. But today its been hours and still the amount hasn't been added to my old money.

      Just wanted to share an incident with you all... Yesterday i booked an ola cab around 12 o'clock to go back home from kalyan to powai... When i called the driver to ask till where he has reached the very 1st thing the driver asked me that madam kaha jana h aapko?? It was strange as they are not supposed to ask these to customers.. After that he came at the pick up point after reaching 7km he stopped his car at a petrol pump to fill cng... I was like why didnt you informed us before boarding we would have canceled the ride. He was like madam 20mins me hojayega but actually it was going to take more than 45mins.. I told him that we are getting late that's why we have booked a cab otherwise we would have gone by train. Instead of apologizing he was saying mujhe abhi samjha ki cng khatam hua hai.. *oh really!! Am i a fool who don't know anything about the cng or car (If your cars fuel/cng is going to finish the car indicates you very early)* then on top of that he was saying us that i will drop you till thane. How were we supposed to go home he was quite and not responding to my questions... Then i called customer support to complain about him as they were the right authority to take action on him or advice on what is to be done next.. They called him talked with him ask the scenario he was like i came from ambernath and all i can drop them till thane the supporter told him to immediately end the trip and told me that he is arranging another cab for us... After canceling the trip he was behaving very rudely as if we have done anything... The time was 12.30 and we were standing on road after 2mins another cab came and we reached home safely😊 *thankfully my parents were with me what if i was alone???* now where is the safety of the customer?? This is how ola treat their customers? Car no. Mh 46 bb 0453 in case anyone ever gets this car kindly decline it n book for another i do not want another family/person going through all this again.

        I had been asked to clear dues of Postpaid by Ola on January 18, 2019. I had asked them to deactivate my postpaid as i did not want to use that facility. The Ola person on Jan 18th, ensured that he would deactivate my postpaid account once I clear the dues and I did the same.

        I started using my Ola Money wallet for the rides, however, for two rides they have deducted from Postpaid balance even though there was balance in my wallet . This is because the Ola person did not deactivate the postpaid account as he had ensured even after I cleared the dues.

        I am really disappointed with the service. I will pay the dues now and request Ola to please deactivate my Postpaid account.Will definitely file a legal notice if they do not deactivate my Postpaid account and irritate the customers with unnecessary calls and messages.

          I had booked ola lux (Mercedes, bmw, audi, accord) rental for 2 hours two days prior to the travel date through the ola app. It showed a message that the booking is confirmed and scheduled with crn - [protected]. It also showed that the driver details will be shared 10 mins prior to the travel time. However, there was no cab details provided to me on the travel date and time. There is no way the customer can contact ola for grievances. Poor customer service and highly unprofessional behavior from ola to confirm the booking and provide the services. The ola rentals cannot be trusted after such a bad experience even with the luxury car booking. How can a customer trust for the normal suv booking.

          The numbers provided on the site are not the valid numbers. There is no way that customer can complain for the unprofessional services that Ola is providing for high luxury cars...

            The reference number for the crn[protected]. I had engaged ola cab from airport to my residence on 10th may 2019 and i had chosen the airport package.. While booking the cab, ola mentioned that the fare for the airport package would be rs.799 with advance booking charges of rs.100. However on completion of the trip, they have added airport hub charges of rs.60 which was not informed to me in advance before the trip. The company i. E. Ola has surreptitiously charged extra rs.60 without informing the customer which is equivalent to cheating the customer. When i asked ola customer services for the reversal of rs.60, they admitted that they did not inform me in advance but they refused to reverse the amount. Ola has been charging customers extra and fleecing them. I am sure that they have been charging extra for many of my trips. I have been using ola for many years but found out now only that the company is charging extra without informing customers in advance. I am also raising a formal complaint if the amount is not credited. Further if the amount is not credited, i will stop using ola for ever.

              I booked a cab for outstation trip and then had to cancel it in the last minute. I was charged cancellation fee, which is fine with me. I'm willing to pay the cancellation fee because the driver did show up at the pickup location on time. However, I expected to pay the cancellation fee as cash on my next trip to whichever driver will pick me up since I use Ola (auto, cabs and share) everyday for all my local commute. Instead, Ola insists I pay by Ola money by filling up KYC details or debit/credit card details, and will not allow me to book autos and cabs until I do so. I have no intention of filling up KYC or debit/credit card details just to pay the cancellation fee. If Ola does not allow cash payments against cancellation fees, as they do for regular fares, I will have to say bye-bye to Ola services once for all. Here I am perfectly willing to pay the cancellation fee, and yet Ola is making it difficult for me to do so with their irrational rigidity. I tried calling their customer service number/call center, but that ended being a joke. I don't even think they have anyone on the other end.

                I use ola cabs frequently. There is a option in ola to select the mode of payment. I select ola money as i always add money to my ola valet.
                But the ola driver always ask if i can pay in cash?. This has happened more than 10 times with me.
                Because of which i have to cancel the cab/or ask the driver to cancel and search again.

                Please look into this matter and come up with a solution

                  I have a pending payment issue -
                  I took a cab on March 19th and paid the driver in cash. Ola didn't register it as payment and my services are blocked. Plus I am getting daily automated calls and messages for payment.
                  I talked the Ola customer service (reached them after 3-4 attempts), but they asked me to pay again as they can't stop the automated calls and messages.

                    I had taken a ride with ola cab and paid in cash to the driver but after few days i get a message from ola stating i need to make the payment. When asked they said by default the app takes ola postpaid payment and they can't help me with it. I had even suggested then to contact the driver but all they could say was we can't help you. Ended up paying double and uninstalling the app.

                      Ola support] #[protected] billing issue : wallet deducted and cash paid too

                      I got the bill of about 1500 to be paid as it got deducted from ola money.
                      When raised complaint no one from ola is ready to accept it. They did not even check with driver and they say next check your bill when you pay that's it.

                      A ola cab was booked by my cousin who took the ride from airport on 24th apr, as they came from abroad they gave my number as reference i just have to say otp and everything wa taken care by ola people sitting at airport counter. My cousin paid driver 1600 and 1500 olaa amount wa deducted. A total bill of 1598 was generated. So now driver took total of 3100.

                      When raised complained they resolved it saying they cant help. If they want to resolve they can do many things, they can debit form driver account as well after confirming form him.

                        Today my daughter (3.5 years of age) and my wife has taken a ride with ola (Crn [protected]) at around 1:20 pm. They went to doctor's visit for stomach infection of my daughter.

                        The ac of the car was damaged. When my wife requested to ola driver to turn on ac, he had done misbehaved. I cannot find out any customer care no where i can complain against the driver.

                        So requesting you to treat this incident on urgent basis, and i want some monetary action against ola for this non-sense activities

                          My experience was hilarious, yesterday the driver supposed to drop me at dumdum airport and its approximately 20mins from my house and when i booked that cab its bill was 248rupees. But he was a untrained driver he was unable to drop me there only because of wrong routes so lastly i changed my location to charnock hospital from airport. He drove me all the rajarhat area for 1.5 hrs and its was harrassing. My total bill was 798 rupees. This was my worst experience about ola. I'm very disappointed about ola sevice. I really want my money back.

                            I am so frustrated because of drivers behavior.. I was getting late because of his delay and he was not ready to come at my pickup point. He told me to come as per his convenience. Not also he cancelled my ride when i reached where he called me. This is not right.

And she has to booked ticket in tatkal quota with extra amount which was already paid by her. Now, please ola will tell who will responsible for this and also who will pay for this loss and the most important thing that she will not attend the interview. I have all proofs about this.

                                Please check the above ticket number i have raised a query long time but i have not received any response and no one is not bother at all to help the customer complaint when they want money they will call us and keep texting us but as soon they got money they show there real faces such a worst worst worst support ola they won't keep up the words and not respond to mails
                                Worst i asked them a refund so they stopped responding stealing money from customers

                                  I would require your help on getting resolved my ola post paid unauthorized access by ola driver.

                                  My ola account (Ending with 67) is get unauthorized accessed by ola driver (Driver mobile number 879
                                  *85) on 17th april 2019 09:29 am and received message from ola saying “your accounts was logged into from a new device” also got email your email account has been changed for the account (74*81). I never had mobile number with 74*.

                                  I have immediately reset my ola account and also raised to customer care with ticket number[protected] and also called to ola customer care. Associate said we have already reset the account. Post reset my account, i have not used ola postpaid from april 27th but also i am not able to add my account details.

                                  I also keep on following up with ola team on for the confirmation on emails, but no response from the ola. Request numbers[protected],[protected],[protected].

                                  On a sudden, i have received call stating that ola postpaid bill 5000/- rs is due and harassing me to pay the bill by calling every hour.

                                  Could you please help me in this issue resolved?

                                    I have charged rs. 746/- instead of rs. 308/- from madangiri, delhi to vaishali, ghaziabad. (Crn : [protected]). I have traveled through micro - white dzire tour dl1zb-7742 but on my app it was showing prime sedan. When i booked it was showing micro but when i reached to my destination they charged according to prime sedan and the same showing in the app.
                                    Regret that very excess charges have been levied.At the time of booking the total fare was show at Rs 1328/-.I had told the driver very clearly that I will not taxes of Rs.106/-.inspite of clear understanding, I had to pay excess fare as demanded.This is very bad practice on the part of the company, liable for deficiency of service.

                                      This is the second time in two months this has happened. Two cabs get booked at once and I get Notifications and details for both. Both cabs end up coming at my address. The main ola page still shows searching for cabs. This is ridiculous. So much of an inconvenience.
                                      Previously when the happened both cabs arrived at my place and it was such a hassle.
                                      KA 41 A 8848 Grey Toyota Etios his name is Ramesh D I wanted to go the airport after getting into the cab and entering OTP he said he can’t drive till the airport and cancelled on me. Such unruly behaviour. Very disappointed OLA.
                                      Estimate bill 371 but 702 received it is cheating from ola cabs
                                      CRN [protected] was booked by me from naubasta to sankarpur. In mid off way driver says that his son is ill so plz book another ride .he stop the ride while he talked in phone ..he has booked his taxi for private for auraiya ..I have listen his talk .he was telling a lie .I suffered in mid of jaurny also payed much..plz take appropriate actiin

                                        I have booked a cab on 5th may 2019 for 6th may 2019 at 4.45 am. I havre got a confirmation that says your ride has been scheduled for 6th may 2019 at 4.45 am and the cab driver details before 10 mins of the pickup time.

                                        (I also attached the screenshot which is taken on the day of pickup.)

                                        However while i'm ready and waiting for the details in the morning, i have not received and such details for ola and also my booking has been disabled from my your rides tab.

                                        This is such a worst customer service i would say. I was fully dependent on my scheduled ride but at the end none came back to me on the cancellation and i even i don't know till now what happend.

                                        If i were a fool believing that i will receive the details then i would have missed my train.

                                        I need a propèr response anyways this is late but need a proper reply for this.

                                        I have provided my feedback to all of my friends and my follwers on the disappointment which i faced by ola.
