Rash driving of a cab driver - indica car no. - ts08ub6877.

I saw this vehicle driving very very rashly on its way from raj bhavan road to begumpet towards secunderabad and trying to overtake all other vehicles causing danger to other vehicles.

Request you to take necessary action and counselling of the driver as he appears to be insane by the way he was driving.
Was charged twice! Paid once through debit card and once again by cash to the driver. The amount has been deducted from the card.
When I showed the transaction completed message to the driver, he refused to leave without taking money from me.

The above mentioned ride was booked from Banashankari to Nagarbhavi and the driver's name is MR Mohan (CRN 3002978590)
I had used postpaid services wen it notified abt clearing the due i cleared it nd money from my acc is dedicated by the postpaid still shows dat the due is not clear...? Wen money is dedicated y it is nt clear...? I'm trying to call al de customer care but no response only... Kindly help me in dis case

    Ola driver was asked to come to the location marked and ge was not there so i asked him where he was bad to come to the right location and he said i am not going to move now. I asked him he is in wrong location and he said i will stay here. Then when we reached him he cancelled the cab in front o[censored]s and said now pay the cancellation charge and he left. This is how u treat your customers. If i don't get a proper assistance i will file a case in consumer cout against this.
    How can you mark my complaint as resolved?

      I booked, ola cab from bosepukur to exide more. Driver told he will pick by 5 minutes. After 30 minites he picked other passenger.. Infront of me... I also argued with him... But he did not care... Shoughtee with rubbish language.

        Hello today i booked a ola cab from chepauk stadium to annanagar. Called the driver he didn’t pick up the call after 5 minutes he itself call me back and asked for address and told me to wait there. After 10 minutes i got a message that my trip has been canceled from my side i didn’t do anything for your information.

        Is this the way to serve a customer?? Worst service and worst drivers and i vll pass on the message to my colleagues family and friends stating “do not use ola”

          My ola money account was hacked on 26/04/2019 late night and booked 2 package ride to consume approximate rs 4000.
          I lodged a complaint through ola customer support on 27/04/2019 and they replied me that they cannot do anything. It is really surprising that ola can't do anything on this cyber crime even after they have all the informations such as amount transferred to which account, vehicle number, driver details.

          Is ola responsible for the security of customer account?

            I can buy the ola pass of 89 rs. Subscription. But i did not use that ola pass. And u did not refund my money of 89 rs. Its hardly request to u. Plz refund my money.89 rs. Plz refund my money to my debit cart. Plz complete my transaction. Its very wrong. Plz refund my money. I did not use the ola pass. Its not comfortable for me. So i did cancel at that time..

              My name is gaurav nahta mobile no is [protected], i had taken a ride from green park to airpot in delhi on 29th april 2019. in crn [protected] in prime SUV. I was shown the charges of around 300 but i was charged Rs. 789/- without any reason. please let me know the reason. your app has no support system. It is the worst app seen . They dont responds to complaints, they dont have an email written there, they dont pik up phone, phn no is not updated. I am going to file an complaint in all forums regarding the non disclosure and cheating done by ola. The no which they have given on app does not responds.

                As mentioned in the picture, the fare charges for 8.5 km which took us 22 mins excluding the fare increase is rs. 172. Whereas all of a sudden their was a fare increase which was not notified during the time of booking and the amount we paid was rs. 455. When complained, a refund of 34 rupees was given but the actual amount to be returned is rs 281. I am unable to contact their customer support number as well. Kindly help.

                  I have create new ola account with phone number +[protected] and added INR 999.
                  But now when ever I am trying to use application it is saying your account is blocked contact to customer service.
                  I wrote to ola customer service like 4-5 time but each time got email that your ticket is resolved with no content in email body. So frustrated..!!
                  Now I am looking for either my money refund or unblock my account so I can use ola wallet amount.

                    Ola cabs driver vinod ramavata, vehicle number mh47n 6495 white hyundai xcent car, driver mobile number [protected] his behaviour is rude and language is abusive, requesting to take action against him, the ola cab should keep good track record drive's and not give trouble to the customers sometimes the driver tell lies to customers about taking longer route and the customers end up paying higher charges, all these issues the ola has to take responsibility

                      Whenever i trying to book ola from hsr to madiwala (Bangalore), no is accepting request where more auto ride's available. Especially when it is raining they are at all helping ppl. Then why the # they are in ola app if they are not ready to help people?. I am facing this issue all the times not only once. People are trying to take auto due to some emergency r some urgency. But i don't understand why this auto ppl's are showing this much attitude.

                          Ola driver charged cash of rs 210 and 162 from ola money saying that he doesn't want online transfer as he needs cash for cng. Now ola app is not even accepting my complaint. One ola driver refused to go, and other went only with the condition that he needs cash. We had no option as we would have missed our train in that case.

                            We booked an ola auto and the driver name is Hemanth Mallick in Bhubaneswar.
                            We called him thrice after the booking and he said he doesn't know the pickup point.
                            So, we cancelled the ride.
                            Just then he arrived at the location but we booked another auto.
                            He was making a huge scene on the road and charged us extra money for making him come.
                            But the app says there is no cancellation fee.
                            Please do take action.
                            It happened to many people.

                              I have a ligament injury. Took time to come to pickup point. Driver cancelled but when I called to ask where he was he abused heavily. I want immediate action regarding this. He could have left without the abuse and that wouldn't have been a problem at all. Dirty abuses. I want the driver to be taken to task you cannot talk to a customer like that. The company should get back to me with a reply. To whosoever it may concern,

                              I'm a frequent ola customer from Lucknow. I have always had comfortable and professional experiences with ola drivers prior to the most recent one. I had booked a cab at around 2:45/2:48 pm on 30.4.2019. He called and I confirmed the location of the pickup. I told him I would take around 5-7 minutes to come down to the pickup point. I had recently been in a major accident which left me with a severe ligament injury rendering me unable to walk swiftly. I, obviously, wouldn't be expected to run my way to the cab. I reached my pickup point only to notice an empty road. He was not there which meant he had left. Due to a slow network it didn't show me immediately that he had left or cancelled. I called to check with him and asked him politely where he was. He opened the conversation with heavy abuses - ones which I don't think I'd be able to write in this mail. I did flare at him and asked him to mind his language and tone but he snapped and cut the phone on me. I was angry and flabbergasted. Never had I ever come across such disgusting ola drivers. I've been trying to get in touch with the customer care team but can't find a number that can get me through to them. I want to get in touch with someone who can solve this issue for me otherwise I'm one step away from filing a legal complaint against the company as well as with the consumer forum.

                                It is not reflecting in my OLA app balance, I tried all possible method of connecting however not successful. What a frustration?

                                New registered customer, No way to connect to them, Shall I assume money gone??

                                  I lost belonging (Black colour spectacles) on jan 2nd 2019 in ola cab on my way back to sion east (Plot no :277, namdev koli marg, sion _400022) from credit suisse business analytics india pvt ltd, hiranandani gardens, powai. The car is a while wagonr. I unfortunately dont have the driver number and name. I called a couple of times to ola customer care and the driver still my spectacles is not yet returned to me back.                                     I had an booking on 28.4.19 from panvel to bombay airport 3 drivers on there own cancelled the booking. I was having emergency of reaching airport as i was having the flight. Because of there misbehaving nature there was chances to lose my flight. I am giving the details of those 3 drivers. I am requesting you to tak action against them. Whats the use of ola if they did not giving service to the customers.?. You should fire such type. Of drivers

                                      I ordered an ola for myself and it stated to be arriving in 15 min. But it never did!
                                      I ordered another ola for the same destination and the driver said to be arriving in 10 min but took longer, i cancelled the ride but the driver came to my location and started shouting, although i paid the extra amount, he shouted and cursed at me which was really offensive, i felt like he's trash talking to me and then he started following me! I felt extremely unsafe and really want ola to take action against him.

                                        On 12 th april 2019, i have booked a mini white wagonr crn[protected] from shatabdi vihar sector 61 noida to igi airport at 5pm. Amount was 630/- and we made the payment to the driver joginder in cash. But now its coming in app that it was postpaid payment and the payment amount of 630/- is due. When we have already made the payment in cash to the driver, why do we have to makeup the payment again. Is it that driver has tricked us and took the payment in cash although the payment mode was postpaid.
