We booked an ola auto and the driver name is Hemanth Mallick in Bhubaneswar.
We called him thrice after the booking and he said he doesn't know the pickup point.
So, we cancelled the ride.
Just then he arrived at the location but we booked another auto.
He was making a huge scene on the road and charged us extra money for making him come.
But the app says there is no cancellation fee.
Please do take action.
It happened to many people.

    I have a ligament injury. Took time to come to pickup point. Driver cancelled but when I called to ask where he was he abused heavily. I want immediate action regarding this. He could have left without the abuse and that wouldn't have been a problem at all. Dirty abuses. I want the driver to be taken to task you cannot talk to a customer like that. The company should get back to me with a reply. To whosoever it may concern,

    I'm a frequent ola customer from Lucknow. I have always had comfortable and professional experiences with ola drivers prior to the most recent one. I had booked a cab at around 2:45/2:48 pm on 30.4.2019. He called and I confirmed the location of the pickup. I told him I would take around 5-7 minutes to come down to the pickup point. I had recently been in a major accident which left me with a severe ligament injury rendering me unable to walk swiftly. I, obviously, wouldn't be expected to run my way to the cab. I reached my pickup point only to notice an empty road. He was not there which meant he had left. Due to a slow network it didn't show me immediately that he had left or cancelled. I called to check with him and asked him politely where he was. He opened the conversation with heavy abuses - ones which I don't think I'd be able to write in this mail. I did flare at him and asked him to mind his language and tone but he snapped and cut the phone on me. I was angry and flabbergasted. Never had I ever come across such disgusting ola drivers. I've been trying to get in touch with the customer care team but can't find a number that can get me through to them. I want to get in touch with someone who can solve this issue for me otherwise I'm one step away from filing a legal complaint against the company as well as with the consumer forum.

      My Name is Sanjay Mobile -0XXXXXX6960, I added Rs 999 to try OLA money and money was debited from my HDFC bank

      It is not reflecting in my OLA app balance, I tried all possible method of connecting however not successful. What a frustration?

      New registered customer, No way to connect to them, Shall I assume money gone??

      Seriously disappointed.

        I lost belonging (Black colour spectacles) on jan 2nd 2019 in ola cab on my way back to sion east (Plot no :277, namdev koli marg, sion _400022) from credit suisse business analytics india pvt ltd, hiranandani gardens, powai. The car is a while wagonr. I unfortunately dont have the driver number and name. I called a couple of times to ola customer care and the driver still my spectacles is not yet returned to me back. Please help me with the same.

          I had an booking on 28.4.19 from panvel to bombay airport 3 drivers on there own cancelled the booking. I was having emergency of reaching airport as i was having the flight. Because of there misbehaving nature there was chances to lose my flight. I am giving the details of those 3 drivers. I am requesting you to tak action against them. Whats the use of ola if they did not giving service to the customers.?. You should fire such type. Of drivers

            I ordered an ola for myself and it stated to be arriving in 15 min. But it never did!
            I ordered another ola for the same destination and the driver said to be arriving in 10 min but took longer, i cancelled the ride but the driver came to my location and started shouting, although i paid the extra amount, he shouted and cursed at me which was really offensive, i felt like he's trash talking to me and then he started following me! I felt extremely unsafe and really want ola to take action against him.

              On 12 th april 2019, i have booked a mini white wagonr crn[protected] from shatabdi vihar sector 61 noida to igi airport at 5pm. Amount was 630/- and we made the payment to the driver joginder in cash. But now its coming in app that it was postpaid payment and the payment amount of 630/- is due. When we have already made the payment in cash to the driver, why do we have to makeup the payment again. Is it that driver has tricked us and took the payment in cash although the payment mode was postpaid.
              Kindly help in this regard. Thanks

                I cant see that the bill was generated and it was paid in cash to the driver, please check with the driver as to why was it not updated from his end.
                And do look at my history i always make payments through ola money.

This service was activated based on your acceptance. We request you to clear the due amount as soon as possible.

                2. Go to payment option

                La money in advance.
                How ever the last ride i took on ola was on march 17 (Ever since i am using uber coz of better services)

                Please check the images attached along with this mail and let me know where is that amount which is due?
                There is only 1 amount of 338 on march 7th and that too shows cleared due for 7-8 march

                If you still insist, i would pay the amount (Which i think is not valid) and remove the app from my phone
                Let me know how can i get the balance ola money back to my credit card

                Thanks for all frequent messed up experience with ola
                Please take it as a feedback that uber is highly professional and more clear with all sorts of issues

                Please be informed that the ola cabs booking with the crn [protected] & [protected] were paid from ola money postpaid. Ola money wallet balance was not deducted for the same booking. This service was activated based on your acceptance. We request you to clear the due amount as soon as possible.

                You can clear the ola money postpaid due by using your funds in your ola money wallet. Kindly follow the steps given below to clear the outstanding:

                1. Select ola menu option

                2. Go to payment option

                3. Select ola money postpaid option

                4. Clear the ola money postpaid dues

                5. Clear ola money postpaid with ola money balance

                We would request you to revert with the booking reference id or the crn number of the ride where you have paid the driver in cash so that we can validate the same.

                I cant see that the bill was generated and it was paid in cash to the driver, please check with the driver as to why was it not updated from his end.
                And do look at my history i always make payments through ola money.

                Am constantly getting msgs from ola to make the payments for the money which is not even due … check the history, there was no ride for those particular dates, due to ridiculous services i am not even using ola till there is a diehard need
                Though the amount is not too big but since i am not liable to pay i shall go to the consumer forum if this doesn't stops

                  I cleared my dues but my account is blocked and i keep receiving messages to clear my dues. I sent multiple mails and i get a reply saying issue is resolved. I don't know what resolution is given. Please don't bother me to call or send messages to clear my dues as i already paid. The worst customer service is ola customer service. My mob#is [protected]. My old service requests #[protected],[protected],[protected]. These are some of my complaint #.

                        Today at early morning I booked a ola from Kanpur railway station to Shyam Nagar. Driver misbehaving and impolite during the call. He screaming over me . And cancelled ride himself.. he don't know how to talk with their customers.. now what kind I expected with ola.. I want immediate action to that driver . please audit that call. Other wise I will spread the whole call on social media..

                          When booking a taxis from my current address. I waited 20 minutes for then the driver to turn up around the corner from my pickup which i tried to explain he was not at my address has he was adamant he was here. To which he then cut the call off and shouted down the phone he will not pick me up and cancel the taxi. Disgraceful service for first time users. Also i actually got charged for the cancellation of this taxi which i would like a refund.

                            I travelled in ola on 25.04.19 (Crn [protected]) from kidwai nagar to kanpur rly station. The bill amount is rs 157 and driver charged rs 60 extra for toll tax paid. The bill bifurcation in ola app is inclusive of toll tax for rs 30 whereas toll tax was paid by driver for rs 60 which he collected me extra. I have tried to lodge the complainant in ola app but the same is rejected again and again on ola and customer service number is also not responding. I am still unable to register my complaint with ola.
                            Am unable to use ola app. It says to turn on GPS. Even if I turn on and click next, its not going to booking page. This app is not working for me from 2days.before it was fine from past 3years.

                              Hi, this is the second time the scenario happened to me. I booked ola rentals 1 day before and the driver cancelled the booking 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
                              Never go for ola guys. Worst service ever.
                              Driver name is ajithkumar a. My order number is crn[protected].

                              I have also attached the order details.

                              They don't have a courtesy to inform me about the cancellation. I figured it out myself only after i checked in the portal. I called the customer care which they never connect immediately. After connecting, they are asking me to book an other cab.

                              I will never ever book ola cabs again. Because of this issue, i have to cancel all my meeting today and lost so many important things.

                                On 27/4/2019, the driver asked me to pay toll n parking which i paid but i was billed again in my bill for too n parking rs 150/= and the cab was booked for 8 hours 80 kms pack but the driver rode without my knowledge upto 20 kms when it was supposed to be in parking area of seasons mall at that time (Because i tracked it in my app i came to know about it) ie it means cheating on us customers by ola or their drivers why cant ola just ban. Such. Arrogant. Stupid. Filtlty. Cars n drivers. Cant understand.

                                  I am hitisha mehta. I booked a cab from dadar to kandivali. After reaching kandivali i asked the driver to take ahead two minutes more away from drop location. He dropped n asked more 100 rupess for it when i refused as ola receipt did nt show that addditional 100rupees. He misbehaved and and was rude and called the police for no reason and when the police came he said noyhing happened in front of the police. His worda were bad and behavior was worst. I want to take strict action against him. I even want concession against it. The cab details are mh03ch9757 cab driver's name is farid noor shaikh, his number is [protected]
                                  During my last ride extra Rs 60 was added to my total charge as toll/parking charge but during my travel I did not parked my ola anywhere. So please let me know why this amount was added in my bill.

                                    In their ola money app i clicked on kyc. First it asked for pan number. I keyed it. Next address proof: i clicked on voter id. It does not go forward and remains in the same page. I tried many times with no improvement. Thus i am unable to complete kyc.

                                    They do not disclose their email I'd or give a mobile number to which I can send complaints. Their support section allows only prefixed topics which does not include KYC.

                                        We booked a cab and it was showing around 83 rs but at the drop location we were charged 187 rs. The driver too was very rude... I didn't even pick up at the right spot and we had to walk more than 200 meters at 2 am at night. And then when we asked him to extend the ride he refused.
