Today morning we took ola cab from majnu ka tilla to rohini tibetan youth hostel delhi. While deboarding the cab, my friend accidentally dropped her mobile. After some time she realised that she didn't had her phone with her. I tried calling on her number but it rang, got busy and now switched off. Can number is 1313. Kindly get a hold on the cab driver.

    We have booked a trip from Perungalathur to Teacher's colony Kolathur today the 25th April 2019 at about 18:30 hrs. But the driver asked to cancel the trip. Again booked and the second driver himself cancelled the trip.
    Understand our difficulties. This is not the first time very often we are facing the same sort of problems.
    There is a limit for patience. Mental agony of the passenger's must be realised by ola and it should be sorted out.
    Otherwise we are forced to approach consumer forum. Take immediate step to compensate our valuable time and mental agony. My phone no. is [protected].

      First the driver refused to take short route suggested instead wanted to take long route. When refused charged higher when the trip was not even started. I need my refund back of the money i was charged for this trip. I even suggested and enquire with other ola drivers in the next drive itself that we can choose the route by which we can go and he agreed but the driver who was suppose to drop us refused and charged extra without starting the trip. I have attached the picture of the car driver along with the details hope the action would be taken, looking forward to it.

        Date of incidence april 21, 2019
        Client number / reference number crn[protected]
        I had booked an ola from "tilak school road, tilaknagar, dombivali east to manisha nagar near golden park society kalyan west.
        The distance was 8.5 km., ride started at 3.19 pm and ended at 3.41 pm.

        I was charged as below;
        Base fare rs. 60.00; distance fare rs. 68.00, ride time fare for 22 minutes rs. 27.50; fare increase rs. 295.45, taxes rs. 34.27, total rs. 485.00!

        This brings us close to rs. 57 per km.

        You would appreciate that this is an irrational charge and we expect you to refund the extra charge. There was no unusual demand at this small town in the afternoon.

          This is regarding the ola rental ride. The driver with whom i took the ride is not trained properly. He didn't stop the ride immediately after i told him to stop. The fare was ongoing till 5 hrs. The base fare is rs 229 and extra kilometer fare is rs 95. Total fare should be rs 324. But he has charged for waiting also. I didn't ask him to wait. The total bill was charged rs 745, but it should be rs 324. Please revise the fare on ola postpaid and give me justice. I didn't ask him to wait at all. I don't have to pay for that. It is his mistake.

            Crn [protected] fare charges are too high as compare to estimated charges.

            I booked ola cab on april 20th 19 & ola shows the estimated charges arould 253 rs but after completing the ride fare charges are 978 rs. I don't know how they charged more than 100% from estimated charges & the ola customer service no. Is not picking up my phone.

            Please help us to resolve this issue asap.
            My gf was in dehradun and she booked Ola cab first driver refused to drive and than abused her.this is the worst behaviour and not acceptable from Ola. Plz ensure that such things don't happen in future .
            Your driver is making me fool.i am waiting for him last 45 minut he is saying please dont cancle i am, coming i am very near to you and now he is not taking to me respactfully i hate ola and your service after this behavior.
            I want leasing car from ola mira road, i have paid all payments like deposit, processing fees etc.but till time i have not received car, as of now 10 days has been passout after payment, no any intervention for this daily same answer received from ola mira road dept.is that the today you received but till time process are incomplete..
            I have ola money in my account and and inspite of raising issue twice on mail with the company, complaint has not been resolved yet.
            Very poor and pathetic response

              If i ordered a ola cab than ola should be present within 10 to 15 mins but after waiting long for 45 mins driver calls and asking me where to come, after waiting so long i reached my destination than he is firing on me saying vulgur words and misbehaving, here it his number [protected], if they are riding private passengers also than why ola hire them for ola cab/mini, they used to approach private passenger than ola passenger has to wait so long, instead why we use ola, ola is nothing instead for cancellations ola is charging me 15 rupees fine. What for? Ola also has a fault in its website they are not tracing location correctly automatically. All the mistakes are done by ola and ola drivers and charging fine on customers. Bad service by ola.

                Kyc issue: everytime i login to ola app, it says your doorstep verification is pending and i am not able to select another option of in cab document verification as i already have selected doorstep verification option. From last many months ola is saying "our agent will visit you at given address within 1-2 working days". Now my 999 rs. Are blocked for more than 6 months. I requested ola by emailing but ola team members always say we are trying to resolve the issue as soon as possible. And after that they never entertain the issue. I want my money blocked by ola
                Driver refused the drive from Tagore Nagar Vikhroli east to lilavati hospital .They charged it from me at the time of return ride.Cancellation charges to be refunded.

                  My uncle got a fraud call saying that from bank & he is manger, his bank account will be blocked soon if he not update this details. Since he is from village & not much educated. The fraud call person asked for card number & details. After few minutes asked for otp pin to save his bank account from blocking. Later he realised that it is fake call and they deducted amount inr 9400/- on 20th april 2019.

                  He is from poor family condition. Kindly do needful and guide me further to take necessary steps to get my money back.

                    I met with an accident today in the morning, was travelling in an Ola auto from KAlyan to Dombivali .The most disappointing thing is that there is no specific complaint number or customer care number .None of Ola numbers are working.Being such a big brand there is no reponsibility being taken, later got to kno that the driver who was riding was a 17yr old boy with out lisence and the owner was smone else.Very bad service.

                      Hi Team,

                      I have booked for a OLA cab from 1555, 10th Main HAL 3rd stage, 1st cross to Pampa extension, Hebbal.

                      We got into the cab and we forgot Gold bangle worth 1Lakh in my handbag. We asked the cab driver to go back and wait for 2 mins. The driver flew away along with the valuable fell in his car. Need your help get the valuable.

                        I am not able to book rides on my ola app. It shows already a booking in process but there are no such thing. I tried to contact on customer care numbers and there is no response at all.in-spite of having ola select there is no priority support. These guys provide pathetic service and escape from just saying sorry. There no responsibility as there are no hard punishments. Its very disappointing these people are escaping from the legal system.

                          While i was waiting for my ride it shown on my phone that ride has already reached but i couldn't see it anywhere so i called the driver then he told me that i will receive a location otp, i didn't understand within a minute i received an otp which i shared with him. After that suddenly my ola account got logged out as soon as i relogged into my account, my ola money was gone. Driver name was rajashekara h, car no. Ka66449 white dzire tour
                          This ola driver came onto my location to pick me up and said sorry i can't take you to location as my wife is not well. really OLA sucks bad. Please file a complain against him. Such a pathetic driver. MH 05 BJ 2333. I was in a real rush as i needed to reach mahalaxmi railway station from vidyavihar as my train time was 9:30. Never expected OLA.
                          On 17 apr 2019, I booked ola share cab. Driver asked me to share location otp. Actually that was my account otp. He updated his mobile number in my account. Driver number - [protected]. I lost all the ola money which was in my account.

                            Hi,

                            I have booked an ola bike in hi tech city signal. The bike came to the location 15 mins post booking but he did not even see whether i standing in the location or not, he just picked up the other guy standing near me and went off and i have called him several times but he did not even pick the call. Such a pathetic experience i had with the ola bike.

                            And again i booked an ola auto and the guy cancelled the ride within seconds, and when booked the 3rd auto, the cancellation fee was charged on me. Why the heck i should pay the fee if the guy himself has cancelled the ride. Disgusting thing it is. Instead of this i should be charged less in my next ride if the rider cancels the ride.

                            These ola firm doesn't even have a proper number or mail id to complaint about a particular thing and they only have faqs which is completely useless.

                            Never will ola herafter, uber ride is far more better than you guys.

                              If ride is canceled by customer side you deducts 50/- as cancellation charges what is your policy if drivers cancel the ride...
                              They also get cancelation charges or similar kind of punishment...

                                  I have left my mobile phone with charging cable in ola cab in bangalore, dated 15/04/2017, (Cab : white etios, driver : mahesha bm, crn :[protected]). He promised that he will handover the mobile, when we visit bangalore this week. But when called on 21st, he says he is out of station % giving contradictory statement. Pl. Do the needful in procuring the phone from driver.

                                    On 20th april i had booked ola. The driver crn[protected] asked me my destination and agreed. After sometime at 8.22 pm he called back and gave some lame excuses and told me to cancel the booking. I rebooked another ola crn [protected]. The driver agreed for the trip and cancelled it by himself without informing me. When i called back at 8.32 he said he has cancelled it. Although both were cancelled by drivers, as per my previous experience i know ola will shamelessly charge the cancellation fee from me. Previously on 4th march when i had booked ola, 2 of them came over. But i had received otp for one only ie. Crn[protected]. The other one crn[protected] went away. Later when i had hired ola on11th april, the cancellation fees for crn[protected] was charged from me. Why? These unnecessary harassments and lootings are not tolerable. Hence i claim ola a compensation by giving me a free trip on my next booking.

                                      I was contact the ola cab customer care unit so many times in this regard but not responding to me and also the some olacab driver refused the ola postpaid money option and arguments to me

                                        I had engaged the services to reach my relative from my house to her house on 18/42019. The service ref no is crn[protected]. The driver confirmed before leaving the origin about the payment is postpaid rs 280/
                                        He however collected rs 280 from the passenger at the destination. Thus ia am charged twice for the trip. The driver"s behaviour also reportedly bad that he threatened to drop passenger halfway thru
