On 20th april i had booked ola. The driver crn[protected] asked me my destination and agreed. After sometime at 8.22 pm he called back and gave some lame excuses and told me to cancel the booking. I rebooked another ola crn [protected]. The driver agreed for the trip and cancelled it by himself without informing me. When i called back at 8.32 he said he has cancelled it. Although both were cancelled by drivers, as per my previous experience i know ola will shamelessly charge the cancellation fee from me. Previously on 4th march when i had booked ola, 2 of them came over. But i had received otp for one only ie. Crn[protected]. The other one crn[protected] went away. Later when i had hired ola on11th april, the cancellation fees for crn[protected] was charged from me. Why? These unnecessary harassments and lootings are not tolerable. Hence i claim ola a compensation by giving me a free trip on my next booking.

    Yesterday i was 2 local rides at chennai used from ola cab and paid the amount by cash to cab driver but ola cab depited the same amount in my account of ola postpaid money option
    I was contact the ola cab customer care unit so many times in this regard but not responding to me and also the some olacab driver refused the ola postpaid money option and arguments to me

      I had engaged the services to reach my relative from my house to her house on 18/42019. The service ref no is crn[protected]. The driver confirmed before leaving the origin about the payment is postpaid rs 280/
      He however collected rs 280 from the passenger at the destination. Thus ia am charged twice for the trip. The driver"s behaviour also reportedly bad that he threatened to drop passenger halfway thru

        I must say that ola is a worst service provider in country. Last minute cancellation, driver denying to go to the destination, rude behaviour, non-response of customer care service, chargin 50 rs as cancellation charge (Even when ride cancelled by their own drivers).

        Since last 3 years, i was using their service and always neglected their service failure, but this is high time. Today, my wife and daughter waited for 30 minutes and two drivers cancelled their rides just because they didn't wanted to go to gurgaon. Funniest part is i have been penalised rs 50 as cancellation charge.

        Your time is up, guys.. Just want to say nothing more than "go to hell"

          Dear ola team,

          This is regarding my mobile loss in one of your ola cab driver name paramveer_[protected].

          I booked my ride from wazirabad nee delhi to vivekanand nagar ghazaiabad yesterday at 7:15 am. My phone bettry was down and thats why i asked driver to give me charger i connected my charger and put down my mobile in back seat cover, when he dropped me at my destination suddenly i realize the i forget my mobile in the cab. I cant able to call back driver at the same time because all the details of driver were in the mobile, i called to customer care and taken the number of cab driver but he denied.
          I predict that my be driver is innocent and may b any passenger were taken my mobile and thats why i asked him to provide me the details of next passenger who he received ride after me but its find me strange he said after when he drop me he invite two local boys in his cab without booking for earning some extra money.
          I have all the recording of driver, he is layer, i trust ola team, please do the needful,
          Some fact: : 1) he started my ride on 7: 15 am and drop me at appx 7: 55 am, journey was more then 35 km and he only take 40 min, i told him many time plz have a safe driving but he told me i am expert and i need extra money.
          2) how he allow strangers in his cab without booking.
          3) why he is not picking my phone after when i told him all story.
          4) before my destination come he told me that now i got new booking then why he talks abt two strangers.

          I realy belive in ola team and i know its all about your reputation. Please ask the driver i dont have any prob with driver becouse its human nature some are good some are bad, but my phone is very mandatory pleas help me.

            Hi team,
            Today [april 22nd 2019] booked ola cab from coimbatore railway station to saravanappati [park avenue mansion] at around 7:58 am ist with osn number [protected]. Driver name was prakash. V who drives silver colour indigo car. Through app it was booked and got the driver details within 2 min. Driver called me and telling he cannot drive share passengers and telling me to cancel the trip. He was arrogant and careless.
            I cancelled the trip saying driver refused my trip. However, ola is charging me 25 rupees for cancelling the trip which is not accepted.
            Tried reaching ola numbers 25 times which was not useful and call used to get disconnect everytime.
            Let me know if you need any proof for the issue.

              This is matter of serious concern today evening taken ride from gunjur to iti gate and paid the ride fare via ola postpaid the ola driver said the ride payment is not received even tried to call the ola support team but no one received the phone and due to urgency in family, paid the driver cash.
              Hence double payment is processed.

                I regret to inform you that after completing the trip with reference number crn[protected] starting from bamunimaidam, guwahati to guwahati airport (Timing : 9:59 am to 11:19 am), i have paid the driver in cash for the full amount of rs. 689.00 /-.

                But today evening at 6:50 pm, i received a message that also rs. 689.00 /- has been debited from my postpaid ola money account.

                With this respect i would request you to kindly follow up with the respective driver mr. Brajen talukdar and reverse me the amount back to my postpaid ola money account at the earliest.

                  Yesterday we had booked a trip (Crn:[protected]). The name of the driver was sumankadhir with vehicle no. Tn13 l 3101.
                  He was very rude from the time he arrived. He was waiting at the wrong pick up location and did not pick up the call when i tried to guide him with the route. Once the journey started, it was horrendous. He was so rash and fast. We were travelling with a child of 3yrs. And to top this, he was over the phone in a call 5 mins into the journey. At one point he was about to hit a car. So we asked to drive slowly for which he started shouting at us and abusing us. He asked us to get down in the middle and left the place.

                    We were heading towards cathedral road in Chennai. That's when an indigo Ola taxi ( TN 11 T 0460 ) driver R.Gobiraj banged our car the main reason was speeding and was not able to control the speed which resulted in our Dickie, number, and danger light damage. I have attached pictures as proof.
                    I have already registered a case in pondy bazaars police station. Please take necessary action kindly please ban them from your company.

                      This is matter of serious concern today evening taken ride from bandra terminus to airoli station and paid the ride fare via upi (Account payment) the ola driver said the ride payment is not received even tried to call the ola support team but no one received the phone and due to urgency in family, paid the driver cash.
                      Hence double payment is processed.
                      Attaching the crn no and bank statement and ask the driver the customer paid the money in cash also.

                        #olacabscomplaint... Today afternoon i boarded ola cab from rajpur road to jolly grant airport dehradun crn [protected] in ola mini. I am charged rs2343 for 29.4 kms (44 min), which is nearly 80 rs/km. Driver picked up a fight when i protested exorbitant charges and i had to pay full amount. I tried to connect with ola support on app immediately but the support is not functioning only. I want full money refund urgently without any further waste of time. Otherwise i will take this complaint to entire social media and report it to relevant government authority. I am rohit singh and can be contacted at [protected].

                          I booked patna ola on fri april 19th at 7:47pm. Manoj kumar driver. Mini silver tiago car. Crn no [protected]. When ride is completed i totally shocked of seeing 500rs cash. Ola cash shown 500rs of only 9.3 km. I don't pay in my life such a big amount. Due to rush of my baby's medical clinic i have to pay such big amount. Please return my money back as soon as possible in my ola account. And pleases make a fare decision.

                            Delhi to khurja (Round trip) : 20th march - 22nd march
                            The driver tricked and convinced to end the trip on day 1 stating that the charges will be applied only for 1 day.

                            When the bill was received it was charged for 3 days 470 kms while the usage was only one day (115 km). This was not informed before ending of the trip. There is no meter. Neither digital nor physical.

                            I called up support team and it took 30 mins to reach them. I informed them about the issue that i have utilised the cab for 1 day so the charges must be for one day or if you want to charge me for 3 days then the trip must be continued for 3 days.

                            After two hours of conversation they inform that i have to pay for 3 days and they will not provide service for 3 days because the trip has ended on their system.

                            I feel duped because ola has not informed me before ending the trip the consequences and the bill that will be generated. The driver has tricked and convinced to end the trip in one day. Also, the resolution provided by team support to continue the trip for 3 days of being charged for 3 days was not provided. Neither the bill was amended to 1 day. They charged for 3 days while the actual use remained 1 day.

                              I had booked a cab from kochi airport to hotel nm royal county on february 19th, 2019. Driver called me and asked me where i want to be dropped. After telling him my drop point, he refused to pick me up as he was looking for a ride which goes to closer his home address. He then cancelled the ride himself. When i was trying to book another cab, ola asked me to pay the cancellation charge of rs. 40. This is highly unfair and unjust practice by any company. First they cancel the ride on their own and then ask clients to pay for it!!! On contacting ola on its app for the first time, it accepted the request and replied that amount would be credited soon. I waited for few more days and upon not receiving the credit back in my card account, i checked the app again. This time i got the reply that the request can no longer be accepted. Please help and stop this practice of looting the people...

                              Ola is a money laundering scam. Stick to Uber. The same thing has happened with me.

                                This vehicle driver is not driving properly. He damaged my car right mirror near meenabakkam signal. Please take a proper action. I have noted his registration number to raise a complaint. If the driver doesn't know how to drive a car properly following the rules then the cab company should not give the permit to the driver. Please throw the driver out of your company or take some serious action against him.

                                  Complaint against ola cab for excess charging
                                  I travelled from apollo hospital to paschim vihar on 11.4.2019 by ola cab booked vide crn number [protected]. The estimated fare shown at the time of booking was only rs 363.00. The trip started at 4.15 pm and reached the destination at 5.26 pm (Duration 71 min) for a distance of 31.1 km. To my shock the fare charged was rs 744.00. It showed rs 399.15, rs 291.38 and rs 52.48 towards normal fare, fare increase and taxes respectively. This fare increase of rs 291.38 is undue and has been charged unnecessarily. I lodged a complaint with customer care (Ola support) number[protected] but they justified the same in a very routine reply. This is most consumer unfriendly approach. Such practices need to be checked and excess fare refunded to me.

                                    Am in ola ride and want to share my experience.
                                    This driver is very disgusting and unprofessional and i am scared of his behaviour too. Firstly he is keeping windows down even after i asked him to close. Secondly he is not turning ac on and saying gas is over. I am traveling more than 40km, and it is uncomfortable without ac and scary too. For such a long distance traveling like this is actually not safe at all. Driver is rude as well. He should have informed me prior or at the time when i started my ride that ac is not working. But he said abhi chalata hu.. And after reaching on highway he said ac is not working. When i asked him why you didn’t informed this earlier he replied rudely.
                                    Now i want reply from ola that why should i pay full amount for such scary, uncomfortable and unpleasant ride.
                                    I am hopeful that brand like ola will definitely revert back on this and support its customer.

                                      When i was booking the fare was 320 rupees but at actual bill was 851 just for 24 km distance.

                                      Your driver took long route that was 27.5 km.

                                      I can not accept this wrong billing 851 instead of 320. So i am requesting you to please revert my[protected]=531) rupees immediately.

                                      Note: this is my soft complaint to you and if you have not reverted 531 rupees then i have to file an fir against you.

                                        Ola cabs have blocked my account inspite having no dues. All rides till now is paid either by prepaid/postpaid or cash. Till ola is claiming dues are pending which they are unable to show proof. Inspite of speaking/explaining to ola customer care it is of no avail. My ride history which reflected the mode of payment is deleted by ola. Every hour i am getting a call from ola to clear the dues. As of now today also i have an amount of 943/- in ola account, still my services is blocked.
                                        It is harrassment by ola and want to be looked into the matter.
                                        It is a very high time to be aware of ola cab services!!! May be it is the way left for them now to run business by cheating customers money.
