Dear concern,
The mail is regarding the complaint against the OLA Cab Driver who was driving very fast at an average of 60 Speed, and there is a damage at the Bumper of my car, when i stopped him asked him to repair the car he didnot respond properly and he took the car and went, so kindly arrange a repair to be done from his end,
The Incident was happened on[protected] at ESI road around 11.50 am

When we booked a ola cab the charges shown was 144-150.After dropping me he(cab driver) charged me to pay 419. So my money should be refunded as possible. If not I will make a complaint on your company.

    Cancelled ride on his own without confirming customer,
    Arrived 20 minutes late though he was very near to pick up location

    Kindly take strict action against such chutiyas
    If action not taken i will file legal complaint in court

      Today at early morning I booked a ola from Kanpur railway station to Shyam Nagar. Driver misbehaving and impolite during the call. He screaming over me . And cancelled ride himself.. he don't know how to talk with their customers.. now what kind I expected with ola.. I want immediate action to that driver . please audit that call. Other wise I will spread the whole call on social media..

        When booking a taxis from my current address. I waited 20 minutes for then the driver to turn up around the corner from my pickup which i tried to explain he was not at my address has he was adamant he was here. To which he then cut the call off and shouted down the phone he will not pick me up and cancel the taxi. Disgraceful service for first time users. Also i actually got charged for the cancellation of this taxi which i would like a refund.
        Sir my ola booking CRN-[protected], when i booked amount show 168 after arrived billing is 321 why this type of cheating for customer i[censored] charged toll charge why customer pay toll charge i[censored] want pay customer then show during booking time, ur company make fool to all customer

          I travelled in ola on 25.04.19 (Crn [protected]) from kidwai nagar to kanpur rly station. The bill amount is rs 157 and driver charged rs 60 extra for toll tax paid. The bill bifurcation in ola app is inclusive of toll tax for rs 30 whereas toll tax was paid by driver for rs 60 which he collected me extra. I have tried to lodge the complainant in ola app but the same is rejected again and again on ola and customer service number is also not responding. I am still unable to register my complaint with ola.
          Am unable to use ola app. It says to turn on GPS. Even if I turn on and click next, its not going to booking page. This app is not working for me from 2days.before it was fine from past 3years.

            Hi, this is the second time the scenario happened to me. I booked ola rentals 1 day before and the driver cancelled the booking 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
            Never go for ola guys. Worst service ever.
            Driver name is ajithkumar a. My order number is crn[protected].

            I have also attached the order details.

            They don't have a courtesy to inform me about the cancellation. I figured it out myself only after i checked in the portal. I called the customer care which they never connect immediately. After connecting, they are asking me to book an other cab.

            I will never ever book ola cabs again. Because of this issue, i have to cancel all my meeting today and lost so many important things.

              On 27/4/2019, the driver asked me to pay toll n parking which i paid but i was billed again in my bill for too n parking rs 150/= and the cab was booked for 8 hours 80 kms pack but the driver rode without my knowledge upto 20 kms when it was supposed to be in parking area of seasons mall at that time (Because i tracked it in my app i came to know about it) ie it means cheating on us customers by ola or their drivers why cant ola just ban. Such. Arrogant. Stupid. Filtlty. Cars n drivers. Cant understand.

                I am hitisha mehta. I booked a cab from dadar to kandivali. After reaching kandivali i asked the driver to take ahead two minutes more away from drop location. He dropped n asked more 100 rupess for it when i refused as ola receipt did nt show that addditional 100rupees. He misbehaved and and was rude and called the police for no reason and when the police came he said noyhing happened in front of the police. His worda were bad and behavior was worst. I want to take strict action against him. I even want concession against it. The cab details are mh03ch9757 cab driver's name is farid noor shaikh, his number is [protected]
                During my last ride extra Rs 60 was added to my total charge as toll/parking charge but during my travel I did not parked my ola anywhere. So please let me know why this amount was added in my bill.

                  In their ola money app i clicked on kyc. First it asked for pan number. I keyed it. Next address proof: i clicked on voter id. It does not go forward and remains in the same page. I tried many times with no improvement. Thus i am unable to complete kyc.

                  They do not disclose their email I'd or give a mobile number to which I can send complaints. Their support section allows only prefixed topics which does not include KYC.

And when i pay money with phonepe then i think my phonepe is not working but its work then my money will deduct to phonpe then driver says to me you pay me by paytm i will pay him then i will check my money will deduct by phone nd also paytm. And now i call driver it can't received pls. Help me i tried to call the driver yesterday but je can't received

                      We booked a cab and it was showing around 83 rs but at the drop location we were charged 187 rs. The driver too was very rude... I didn't even pick up at the right spot and we had to walk more than 200 meters at 2 am at night. And then when we asked him to extend the ride he refused.                         Booked ola cab on 26th april 2019 at 10.37pm, crn [protected], driver name - venkata ramana b n, once he reached the pickup point, refused to go to destination as his home was near the pickup point, we had to catch train but because of the driver we got late and he changed the destination to his home but ola charged 111/- from us. Why?? He didn't drop us.. Then why my money has deducted.. I want that charged money back... Because of your unprofessional drivers why we customer should pay and suffer... If they deny their duty then they should pay the bill not customer... Plz take immediate action..

                          We had pre booked a trip to international airport in chennai. After receipt of a confirmation and speaking to the driver who confirmed that he was on the way, cancelled the trip after confirmation. Then we rebooked another cab, confirmed with the driver who after saying that he will be arriving in 4 minutes cancelled. Very frustrating and disappointing.

                            This regard today journey from chandigarh airport to sector 42, chandigarh. While coming out of airport the driver asked me to pay rs. 85/- as parking charges, which i paid. After reaching sector 42, the driver charged rs. 310/- which also i paid. However, i received bill at my gmail address stating rs. 225 as fare and rs. 85/- as parking fee totaling rs. 310/-, which implies the driver has charged the parking fee twice from me. Such kind of incident is unethical and fraudulent in nature which invite criminal action under the indian penal code.

                            In view of the above, you are requested to refund the amount wrongly charged from me.

                              Initially, he took almost 1/2 hour to reach and wanting to know my destination. When he came he was given otp. He said that ~ do i have to go to gurgaon, when i said yes, he said he can not go as he has no permit.

                              I then requested him to cancel the trip so that i can get another cab. He then started suggesting he will drop me midway which i refused. While he was arguing he said someone is honking and he would take the cab to the side. He took some 4/5 meters further.

                              I again requested him to cancel the trip he said i should pay 79.00 for his coming to my place, which i said i will not pay and got down.

                              He then made a call from [protected] threatening that he was calling from ola and i have to make the payment or my account would be closed.

                              On rebooting i find i am taken off by ola. I am a senior citizen and find it very strange that ola should have done something like this without checking?

                                Sir today after noon i booked a ola cab from virugabakkam chennai and the estimated cost was rs.439 after reaching my destination (Mittanamalle, avadi) the bill amt was rs.615 i want to know the valid reason why do you fool people by showing minimum cost and charge a high price after completing the ride

                                I don't have any problem with the cab driver he was decent i oly have problem with the ola and their facilities.

                                  I took a ola ride today from mulund to kandivli and the fare shown to me was 370rs. After the ride i am being charged 522rs. The driver chose the route and i had no say in it. This is not the first time. This happens always. The driver decides the route and eventually i am charged extra and ola customer care says i have exceeded the limit of complaints.
                                  The ride no is [protected]. The date of journey is 04/26/19.
                                  I want my refund of the difference amount of 150rs.

                                    Hi, i chetan, i have booked ola rides yesterday, first i have booked ola rides @ 125 rs, the ertiga 6 seater has been booked, few mintutes remains, ola driver has cancelled my rides. Again i have booked ertiga 6 seater, they have carged rs 185 by me. I have to go for party, i was already late due to cancellation of rides, again i have book ola, the same issue again occured by ola driver.

                                    In evening also, when i was return back from the venue with my family, the ola has cancelled my ride.
                                    The issue has reapetly again and again.in emergency we can't effort ola due to these reason. May kindly see the issue. Due the online service by ola.

I was asked to pay rs 239 cash by driver of ride mini crn [protected] at nagpur after deduction of rs 239 from ola money wallet. No customer care number is operative given on ola portal. For safety of passenger make all customer care number operative for passenger to contact for help in time.
                                      Please remit rs 239 in wallet at the earliest.
