Sir my name is sathisha kc i am a driver of ola cab, sir 2years before i had black listed from ola. Actually my fault is, i don't know how to reverify the ddd. Because of this, i am black listed. I went to office many times and requested but nobody listening. Sir i want to drive with ola please give me one opportunity. I will be a good driver. 10years experience in driving.
Pls help me. This is my life question.

    I booked a ride on 11/04/2019 @9:35 from puttenahalli yelahanka to jnakshi vidyaniketan school, rajarajeswari nagar. A total of 33 kms. Car no. Ka 51 aa 0792 (Prime sedan white sunny) and driver was mr. Lngaraj. An amount of rs 781 was charged for the trip.

    At 16:00 hrs, on the same day, a return cab was booked using uber for the same route for return journey and the fare was rs 373/ for 33 kms.

    Please examine the case and refund the extra charges paid for the ride and advise the reasons for such exorbitant charges being demanded by ola for the same route where uber is charging only 50% of the fare of ola.

      Is the number of the cab. He accepts rides, shows he has arrived at the pick up point but in reality is is far away from the pickup point. Switches his phone off and waits for its customers to cancel the ride. He did the same thing with 2 family members back to back of mine who tried to book a cab after failing the 1st time because of his cheap act. Same car no. Same behavior again. Why should i pay 50rs per person??? This is completely putting down the credibility of ola cabs. You should have a easier way to complain against such cab drivers directly from the app. Disappointed. I won't pay.

        Hi Team, This is regarding my trip no CRN[protected] from Hyd airport to Gachibowli. I booked a rental. It showed estimated cost of Rs.629 as airport transfer. But when I reached destination, to my surprise I was asked to pay Rs.999!!. + on way I paid Rs.40 for toll to driver.

        When I checked bill- They had added Rs. 225 for "Transport hub charge". While booking nowhere it was mentioned. It was a known cost. Ola intentionally did not show this cost to lure customer to sit in cab and force to pay later.

        They added insurance as default. They have intentionally designed application such that this cost gets added by mistake easily. I never wanted it. I removed it once, but again you search, again it gets added.

        They charged me Rs 40 toll twice. Once driver asked and took from me when paying to toll and again when I reached destination, I was asked to pay 999, which included this charge.

        I called their customer care and told everything. To my disappointment they just reverted Rs.40 that too in their app. I told them I dont want to their app again, revert in my bank account but I got reply " This issue is resolved".

        I request consumer court to step-in and study my case and put harsh penalties on such companies.

        It is not just about the money but harassment that such companies do. Government should keep a tight check on such app as they are clearly cheating customers multiple ways.

          I purchased share pass recently 12kms for flat 125 /-, the distance i travel daily is only 10kms but im being charged around 160/- . I reported the issue 2 days back till now i havent got any reply back adding on i tried to call customer care several times for past 2 days but not able to reach them .
          And oflate ola drivers are very rude, they dont accept ola money riders, i have made complaints about them also but even that was not seen through

            I had taken ola auto ride on 1st january 2019 at 8.22 pm. Driver's name is nandu ghodake.
            Crn [protected]. Total bill -186 rupees. Actually i paid the driver in cash. But ola took 7 rupees from my ola money wallet and added 179 rupees in ola postpaid. I tried to lodge complaint many times but i couldn't open my ride details in the app. Now ola is calling me every day to pay my amount and it says that if i won't pay legal action will be taken. I finally could open my ride details now and i called ola customer care but they said that they couldn't see my ride details as they cannot see data more than 2 months. And i will have to pay 179 rupees to continue using ola services and they cannot help me in anyway. Why should i pay money twice if it is ola's mistake. It created miscommunication between driver and there company. Why should i pay money. And how can you not see any data. Customer care is hopeless and they don't help. Check my previous rides and see i have paid my every amount. This is clear looting. Plz remove the charge against my ola account and stop calling me. It is either ola's mistake or the driver's mistake. I am not responsible

              Today morning i booked a cab, waited for 15min for cab arrival at my flat entrance. Cab guy dn't arrived to my location, but in app show he is waiting at pickup point. But when i called the cab driver, he said he has issue with map and if i share otp received to my phone with him he'll get current pickup location so that he can come there.
              After i shared the number my ola account deleted from my phone, and my ola profile registered completely gone.

              I loose my ola account, i missed office, i loose ola postpaid account for which i submitted kyc documents.

              It's big cheating by ola and it's partner.

              I want an action to be take against the ola partner. I call the ola partner 28time he never responded.

                I had raised the complaint to ola service as to not to deduct the insurance premium for every ride. Customer care suggested to disable the option in mobile settings. Even if the the option is disabled, the insurance premium is getting deducted for every ride.
                Why cant this be taken into action at least after raising the complaint.. But again the amount is getting deducted or looted from the customer. Its the pathetic ola service or response.

                  Subject: complain regarding extra money charge then the actual amount.

                  Sir,
                  I was charged ₹173 in the ride which i paid through phonepay. But at the end of the ride the actual money charged was ₹156.

                  I really didn't expect this type of treatment from the ola service. It would really be nice if ola look towards this matter and solve it as soon as possible. Or else i will take this matter to higher authorities.

                    On 08/04/2019, i booked an ola cab for tata medical center to belgachia. I contacted the driver and he asked me about my destination. He then himself immediately cancelled the ride which i came to know through the message received by me. When i reached at my destination with a second ola, i found that price was overcharged and i had to pay additionally rs.50/-. Total fare paid by me was rs.385/- (Estimated price shown at the time of booking was rs.335/-). The cab number of second ola by which i performed my journey was wb23c1614. Contact number of first ola driver who himself cancelled the trip was [protected].
                    I therefore request you to adjust rs.50/- in my subsequent ride.

                      I beg to state that some ola drivers are not making it up to the mark, as of today when i was coming home around 9:00-10:00, while my home was 12km far, many of the ola drivers have denied their duty and for the first when i sat in the ola auto, the driver told me search for a new one, and he cancelled.

                      Sir i request you to please take some action against these drivers... Right now or there must be some way to sue this company
                      Crn no. [protected]. Driver : shirishala narasimha, vehicle no, 1271 red car. Refused to take otp instead took my mobile and cancelled the ride booked by me. After reaching destiny demanded more money. Rude behaviour. commuter are advised not to give their mobiles to drivers.
                      Your people are cancelling the cab,
                      And you want me to pay...why I should pay for that, that's not my fault... Make sure next time it should not repeat...

                        It was very much disappointing when i see the ola cab drivers cancel the rides because the fare for the trip is low. This happened contiusly 3 times. I was with my pregnant wife and she is not healthy at that moment. I was waiting for the ride with delay of 18 min and i was waiting whole the time.. When the driver is almost finishing the ride he cancelled my ride. I was very much upset with this kind of tactics of money earning. I was very much un helpful to the situation i was going through.. With my suffering wife. You charge money when we cancel ride and what be the case if rider cancel the ride... Tel me the solution for it how r u going to handle irresponsibility.. Do you really care how we feel or its all business and you end up talking policy and rules...
                        Today I book ola share my driver told me to come near pickup location after I came and call the driver uses abusive language and cancel the trip.

                          Hi,

                          This is to inform you that on 1st april, 2019 i booked an ola cab to drive me to the hyderabad airport. When i booked the cab the fare showed somewhere around rs. 900 which was acceptable considering peak hours. The driver offered to take me in a different route due to heavy traffic congestion to which i agreed and said it might cost me little higher than usual. I agreed to that. However, on reaching the fare came up to rs. 2139 which was definitely too much considering the distance covered (48 km).

                          The fare was not only double but was even higher than any normal charge that could have been reasonably been paid.

                          With no option left i paid the driver in cash but i would like to lodge a complaint so that a strict action is taken with this regards. The inexorbitant price hike is something that is not acceptable for regular commuters and a strict action is required to be taken.

                            I TOOK A OLA RIDE FROM POWAI TO SION EAST ON 2ND January around 7:30 pm .I lost my spectacles in the OLA .The driver confirmed that my spectacle is in the car but till now I didnot get mine back .Please make sure he comes to my place and deliver my belonging at the earliest please .its already been 3 months .Its a white wagonR i boarded .Please help me in getting my spectacles

                            Today early in the morning a drunk ola cab driver bumped into two vehicles and hit the footpath causing a lot of damage.my car was hit too and has suffered tremendous damage.Hence I'd like the concerned team to intervene and repay the losses as the driver is still not in his senses.

                              On monday night today at 9:30p. M i booked a cab service from ola cabs. After having a wait period of 10 minutes they send me a cab. But in the mean time i saw there was a cab change made by ola only but since they send me an alternative i didn't pay any heed to it. As the cab arrived i asked the driver to open the luggage space but instead of doing so he asked me about the destination.in a very rude way he refused to go to the specified location which was howrah station. He said that he had his location set towards his home so he would only pickup rides which would be close to his home. He rudely refused and cancelled the cab and asked me to book another one. On the other hand time was running out since i had to catch a train from howrah railway station. Unable to book a yellow taxi i booked another cab from ola which was a kali peeli taxi. It also had a wait time of about 10 minutes. Coming a bit near to my location the cab driver called me up and asked for my destination location. On listening howrah he said he was coming but suddenly he cancelled the ride and didn't even pickup the phone. I heard about ola prime as it had a good record of not cancelling rides. So i booked one. They use to charge high rates for their auspicious cab service, but that also went in vain. I booked a ola prime which had a wait time of about 10 minutes. But as i called up the driver and asked if he would again cancel hearing upon the location. He had a different excuse, since the location was 2.4kms far he cant come for a pickup. He cut my phone rudely and cancelled my ride. A very disgusting harassment and this is not expected from ola cabs. An immediate action to be taken against this disgusting cab service company. This type of things should be suspended and taken care off immediately. I am sending the cancelled bills accordingly along with my grievance.

                                I was very happy to ride but unfortunately today when I booked ur Ola cab while returning from my exam centre, the driver took rupees 300 from us and misbehaved.
                                The rate is fixed from mundka to Ghana ghar Punjabi basti. He knowingly took long terms and charged us extra fare and locked me and my father in the car.
                                I mean seriously !!! The driver's name is Kailash. It's really sad to have a such an experience like this. Kindly take a strict action against this we wrote perfectly the address he saying this that false.

                                  This happened with me two times. Money deducted twice but added to ola money wallet once. One time for 125 rs. Other time for 400 rs. Total 625 rs has been debited twice. Since two months has been passed yet no refund received from the ola for the same. Ola customer cell also not responding
                                  I want the money back. Ola is not refunding the money debited twice of 625 rs.

                                    This is absolutely absurd, no one turned up & i had to book another old taxi.
                                    Iob need to refund the amount, as the claim stated by driver is false, malafied & uncalled for, the fact is i called him thrice, once picked up & disconnected again called twice he did not pick. Later i was forced to book another cab
                                    The charges are absolutely incorrect & needs to be refunded with action on driver

                                      I left my mobile in the cab which i had a drive from kukatpally to film nagar. Cab driver name is 'ashok peddhagolla'. I tried several times to my mobile, phone is ringing, but no one is lifting. Driver might be sleeping or didn't checked the cab. I left my mobile at back seat.

                                      Could you please help in getting my mobile.
                                      He forced me to cancel the ride, when not canceled he closed his ride. And told me that he is not interested to pick me. While talking I sensed that he was drunk.

                                        To whom it may concern,

                                        I would like to complain about the service i received sunday morning at 2:16am. I ordered a taxi that stated it could carry up to 7 people for myself and 4 friends. When the taxi arrived it was a regular 5 seater black passat, the driver was ashar nadeem.

                                        The driver was not apologetic at all and all he said was that the company did not chose what size was sent and it was just about the luck of who turned up while laughing about the matter. Because of this we could not all fit in the taxi and had to order another one. This obviously meant more money was spent on our groups taxi rides home and as id ordered a 7 seater i still had to pay more than if it would’ve been ordered as a 5 seater.

                                        I would be very grateful if i could receive some money back for this journey as the service was unacceptable.
