On 17 th april 2019, almost 3 ola drivers deny to drop the location after a waiting for an each 15 minutes then what is the use of online cab booking, sorry to inform you that we suffers a lot because we are having 6 months kid & we are waiting almost 45 minutes in slightly raining for ola cabs that too near chalukya circle, after that we hire private cab we reached our destination. Very very bad service now im decided to uninstalled the app, bcoz there is no use.

    One driver is responding, but another is reaching to pickup point, and getting late 1 to 2 hrs. Check records accordingly. Changing otp.

      I have been charged wrongly on my ride crn[protected], when mailed to ola they confirmed that wrong charging done due to technical issue so extra amount charged will be refunded. But till now (3 weeks over) i have not received any money. Have called and mailed ola several times and they have taken the complaint on the same but every time they are closing the complaint saying it is resolved without actually resolving it. Very pathetic customer support team ola has.
      Still my issue is not solved

        I had booked ola from malad to andheri. I had selected payment option as credit card. While arriving the destination my friend paid cash to the driver which was rs. 260/- now the app is showing i still need to pay the amount and i already spoke to customer service and they are claiming we spoke to the driver partner and he said i have not taken any cash which is a lie. How do i resolve this issue as i am not willing to pay the amount twice. Request you to kindly look into this matter as i raised a complaint second time as well and was expecting a call from a supervisor but no one called and the customer service officer was adamant and kept repeating sir you have selected the card option so you have to pay by card only we cannot do anything. A really bad experience with ola and a disappointed customer.

I was ride on car no DL1RT 4331( driver name sachin kumar-[protected] ) dated 14.04.2019 around 2:20 to 3:00 pm from kailash puri to mohan garden. my mobile phone has lefted in his car after sometime my mobile ( vivo V9) was switched off after 15 minutes. according to my last location of mobile is shown at Gurudwara Road mohan garden, I was also called in Ola cabs customer care same day on 14.04.2019. They said that driver is not taking any phone

              Wrong side driving by above mentioned no ola cab driver. He was driving on the wrong side and even when he saw my vehicle coming, he did not apply breaks but kept coming on the wrong side. I had to apply breaks sudden off which just saved the vehicles banging. I was driving with my 2 small kids and they fell down due to sudden breaks.
              Request you to cancel the licence of such useless, senseless pathetic drivers.
              I want to know what action has been taken against the driver. If it’s not stern enough then i will be approaching national consumer complaint forum.

                My ola account has been compromised and afraid might be in wrong hands by the driver.

                Booked the cab today morning (18/4/2019). The driver asked me the otp saying he needs otp to reach to my location as he is unable to do so. I was in a hurry so i shared the otp. I was suddenly locked out of my ola app. Now all the details from my account is missing. I have no record of previous booking and account details

                I am afraid it will be used for some malpractice. And my ola account has all my details like account numbers, card details. Please help asap

                  For this trip i didn't use the play option in the cab as device was not working properly and driver was very rude in his behaviour. However, during the billing play convenience fee has been charged to my overall bill. When i wanted to raise the issue on app, i don't see any option available. Also, customer service number doesn't work at all. Unsure how many others are suffering like me.

                  I haven't received any response to the complaint. unsure why it is taking such a long to respond on a complaint raised against the services or incorrect billing which is done to the customer.
                  I haven't received any response to the complaint which has been raised on 18th April; it has been five days. still waiting for a response and reversals of charges.

                    As it got late at work, there were no buses from bayyanpalya to mettkal palya! So at 20:5_ don't remember the exact time, but tried booking myself an auto from ola app. Cause this is what i usually do when it gets too late and there is no bus option to commute. Today (04/18/2019) after several retrys' found auto which was nearly 2-4 minutes away. The auto driver managed to reach the location on time and i managed to call him as i was tracking the auto on my ola app.
                    I asked him if he reached the location.in his rude tone he replied, "yes!! Where is the drop?" (In local language kannada) i simply ignored his question and i managed to reach him. Even after reaching the auto he still kept on asking about the drop location. I explained him that the drop location was after rv college of architecture. I could see his denial in this facial expression. And later he asked if it was ola money or cash? And i replied.. "how does it matter to you? If it is ola money or cash, you have to do your duty!" (Mine was cash but not ola money). But the driver managed to cancel my ride with out my permission and in his rude tone he asks me to look for another auto!
                    When i demanded for the reason of cancellation, he says, i can't ride through the forest and the location is too far! And simply starts his vehicle and moves out from the location with no regrets.

                    No wonder india is unsafe for working women.
                    In the area like mine which is prone to rape cases, complete irresponsible cab & auto drivers, there is 0% safety.

                    I must appreciate few of the drivers who render a wonderful service and respect women safety.

                    Unfortunately, the add photos option isn't working else, i would have uploaded the screen shot of the notification along with the driver's picture.

                      My sister-in-law became a victim of debit card fraud. A fraud person
                      Pretended to be a bank person made following fraudulent
                      Transactions with my sister-in-law debit card details.

                      1. Inr rs. 29, 997/- from sbi saving bank account
                      Today (17/04/2019), towards a fraud purchase on by debit card
                      Www olacabs com on 17/04/2019 around 08:03 am
                      And the sbi card used is 510372xxxxxx2385.

                      Total fraud deduction = 9, 999 rs x 3 times= inr 29, 997/-.

                      I request you to please cancel the transaction and refund the money
                      Back to the original bank account.

                      Transaction date and time: 17/04/2019 at 08:05 am
                      Amount: rs. 9, 999/- for 3 times.

                        I have took ola outstation trip from bangalore on march 14. My total amount of 3060 in that remaining 1532 i paid through driver account i have details receipts and attached the same.

                        I have shared all details to ola many times but there is no proper response from team.
                        Also they are asking me to pay 1532 again that is unfair. And it’s a poor service. For people working in corporate only they treat like that i don’t understand how they respond to normal people,

                        It’s really a worst response and such a cheating to earn money. It should be taken seriously and proper action so that other people does not get affected.

                            I currently living in delhi. I booked a cap on 11th april and everything was fine with that. I made a paytm mode payment. Later after few day i made a wrong upi payment to the same the person. Actually i was transferring to by cousin and by chance both name my cousin and cap driver name is same and it wasnt few money. I made a upi transfer of 2k. I accept my fault so i thought to to nicely tell the person to repay. But the current scenario is that the person is not picking call and in last call he abused my brother who just called to repay. Now ola must take an against him i m providing all the details

                              No customer care help in Gwalior city.

                              I submitted online KYC.
                              Still physical verification is awaited since one month.

                              Online payments are redirects to ola app only..And the does not accepting payments .
                              Please send your rep to collect cash/cheque
                              I am experiencing very bad with ola money payment services.

                              No OLA call centre number is working and guiding.

                                Incident Details: We booked OLA on Friday night to attend some family function at one of our relatives houses near us. When we booked with the help of his house number, it booked at another place and showed an amount of 85 to be paid to OLA. When we reached there, we thought that the destination we arrived is wrong and called and confirmed another location. The Driver when we reached our destination and getting down requested for money around 50 rupees more. When we asked for reason, he said that even if we change our destination the fare won't be updated and need to pay some extra amount for him. when we argued that the fare will update, he said that new rule of OLA that the fare wont be updated and need to pay extra some amount by hand. At that time we didn't received total amount that we need to pa to OLA and the driver left when we paid extra amount. After some time we received a message that an amount of total 120 is deducted for OLA cabs. We thought that the driver doesn't have awareness on fares.
                                Resolution: I request OLA People to address this issue immediately and refund the amount which was charged by driver.

                                  I have a complaint related to my last ride with ola cabs, in my accounts i can see three different payments, one good with the 7.31$ i was charged for the ride, and two other ones that totally have the same amount.
                                  Can you come back to me quickly please! It’s the second time i have this problem with this application, if you don’t i go to complain with the bank and the company and quite ola cabs of course.

                                    I had booked ola cab today i. E 16th april 2019 from dabri crossing dtc stand, dabri mor flyover block a sitapur to pan intellicom, udyog vihar phase 5, gurgaon.

                                    Car details: white maruti suzuki dzire tour (Dl 1zb 9448)

                                    After 15 minutes of booking the cab the driver denied the service and said that he has to go somewhere else and denied to cancel the ride. However, due to the driver mr. Jagbir singh's negligence towards his duties rs 50/- cancellation chargers have been applied.

                                    I request you to kindly look into the matter without any further do as i will not pay a single penny of cancellation charges during my next ride as this is not the first time i am facing this issue.

                                      I was riding via ola cab on 11th april evening 6:30 and a bill of 464 was insured for me so i chose it via debit card
                                      But the transaction failed and money debited
                                      Also i had to do the payment more that is 542 istead of 464 via cash at night time around 9:30

                                        I have booked ertiga (Hr47d1655) on saturday from india gate to vikaspuri.
                                        The driver was so arogant and mannerless as he denied to come first then said you have to come forward. Then also when we went there approx. 400 mtr. Then he again denied to pick us and said it is his wish. Is this the way you guyz caring your customers?. I assured you that i personally not recommend any one to book ola services as your drivers are mannerless.
                                        I have booked ola auto on 09.04.2019 it was showing estimated amount of 175 to 195 rs but ola charged 318 rs how i will i get my extra charged money back...please help
                                        Every time ola drivers in huderabad accept booking then thay ask to customers to cancel... and we have to pay penality...what is its solution...?
