Dear ola caps,
I currently living in delhi. I booked a cap on 11th april and everything was fine with that. I made a paytm mode payment. Later after few day i made a wrong upi payment to the same the person. Actually i was transferring to by cousin and by chance both name my cousin and cap driver name is same and it wasnt few money. I made a upi transfer of 2k. I accept my fault so i thought to to nicely tell the person to repay. But the current scenario is that the person is not picking call and in last call he abused my brother who just called to repay. Now ola must take an against him i m providing all the details

    I am ready to pay my payment over dues.
    OLA money app not accepting payments.

    No customer care help in Gwalior city.

    I submitted online KYC.
    Still physical verification is awaited since one month.

    Online payments are redirects to ola app only..And the does not accepting payments .
    Please send your rep to collect cash/cheque
    I am experiencing very bad with ola money payment services.

    No OLA call centre number is working and guiding.

    Please improve ola customer grievances help line

      Incident Details: We booked OLA on Friday night to attend some family function at one of our relatives houses near us. When we booked with the help of his house number, it booked at another place and showed an amount of 85 to be paid to OLA. When we reached there, we thought that the destination we arrived is wrong and called and confirmed another location. The Driver when we reached our destination and getting down requested for money around 50 rupees more. When we asked for reason, he said that even if we change our destination the fare won't be updated and need to pay some extra amount for him. when we argued that the fare will update, he said that new rule of OLA that the fare wont be updated and need to pay extra some amount by hand. At that time we didn't received total amount that we need to pa to OLA and the driver left when we paid extra amount. After some time we received a message that an amount of total 120 is deducted for OLA cabs. We thought that the driver doesn't have awareness on fares.
      Resolution: I request OLA People to address this issue immediately and refund the amount which was charged by driver.

        Hello,
        I have a complaint related to my last ride with ola cabs, in my accounts i can see three different payments, one good with the 7.31$ i was charged for the ride, and two other ones that totally have the same amount.
        Can you come back to me quickly please! It’s the second time i have this problem with this application, if you don’t i go to complain with the bank and the company and quite ola cabs of course.

          I had booked ola cab today i. E 16th april 2019 from dabri crossing dtc stand, dabri mor flyover block a sitapur to pan intellicom, udyog vihar phase 5, gurgaon.

          Car details: white maruti suzuki dzire tour (Dl 1zb 9448)

          After 15 minutes of booking the cab the driver denied the service and said that he has to go somewhere else and denied to cancel the ride. However, due to the driver mr. Jagbir singh's negligence towards his duties rs 50/- cancellation chargers have been applied.

          I request you to kindly look into the matter without any further do as i will not pay a single penny of cancellation charges during my next ride as this is not the first time i am facing this issue.

          i am regularly received ph call or msg by ola that my bill is pending but i use ola regularly but as per me i have no pending and not show pending amount in my app which is used properly and regular. please check and resolved my issue.

            I was riding via ola cab on 11th april evening 6:30 and a bill of 464 was insured for me so i chose it via debit card
            But the transaction failed and money debited
            Also i had to do the payment more that is 542 istead of 464 via cash at night time around 9:30
            That was so # experience
            And i havent receieved my refund yet since 5 days.

              I have booked ertiga (Hr47d1655) on saturday from india gate to vikaspuri.
              The driver was so arogant and mannerless as he denied to come first then said you have to come forward. Then also when we went there approx. 400 mtr. Then he again denied to pick us and said it is his wish. Is this the way you guyz caring your customers?. I assured you that i personally not recommend any one to book ola services as your drivers are mannerless.
              I have booked ola auto on 09.04.2019 it was showing estimated amount of 175 to 195 rs but ola charged 318 rs how i will i get my extra charged money back...please help
              Every time ola drivers in huderabad accept booking then thay ask to customers to cancel... and we have to pay penality...what is its solution...?

                I have cleared my dues of ola money on march 27th for the amount of 7488. First transaction was failed so i paid again. Then later the failure transaction also completed. When am trying to mail them am not getting response from them. Its almost about to get 1 month. Till now i didnt get any reply from them. Hope i can get some response from them...

                  I booked a drive from pammal to poonamalle. The driver is a drunkard. He harassed abused and molested me. Since i shouted he dropped me. Im going to make a police complaint against him. Such a worst experience i never had before. What is the support im going to get from ola side.

                    Yesterday i had book an ola cab via visa payment gateway.
                    After the completion of my ride the driver told me to pay cash, s i have told the cab driver that i have booked the ola from card payment but still he forced=s me to pay the cash.
                    After which i pay him the cash and still my ola app showing me the pending bill
                    In ola app. Ii contact the ola agent they told me to pay from visa also you will get your refund within 15 mins but still after 30 hours.
                    Please help me they are fooling =s us with this fraud way.
                    I have complaint yesterday but my issue was not resolved till now.
                    I TOOK A OLA RIDE FROM POWAI TO SION EAST ON 2ND January around 7:30 pm .I lost my spectacles in the OLA .The driver confirmed that my spectacle is in the car but till now I didnot get mine back .Please make sure he comes to my place and deliver my belonging at the earliest please .its already been 3 months .
                    Ola is cheating. There are rides where we can share or have ride for individuals and I get charge more for this. I try to book for shared cab. They cancel the rides and they don’t bother about the reason. I had 3 bookings cancelled and they cut money so that I had no choice but to book an individual ride at higher price.

                      I booked a cab on 15.04.2019 from OLA. Booking estimated amount was Rs. 252 at the time of booking but in the end they charged Rs. 471. This is not estimate. They charged Rs. 219 extra. They refunded just Rs. 36 which is not acceptable. OLA fools its customers. They are cheaters.
                      There customer care does not reply properly and talk very rudely. OLA is not acceptable in India now. Worst Service

                        My name is prabu i booked outstation trip from trichy, tamilnadu, india to kattuputhur, tamilnadu, india on march 21, 02.29 pm. Estimated money shown rs.1244. But the end of ride the bill came rs.1974. I ased to driver, he said it is computer generated bill, so we did not done anything. But after few hours i checked the bill summary, it shows extra kilometers.                         But as per summary it shows 98km. They made round trip calculation. I called to them they said we try to solve this problem with in 2hrs, eod, 24hrs, 48hr. Till date they didnot resolve this complaint. I paid extra rs.621.50

                        We're travelling from Panathur, Bangalore to Airport, and we added a stop at RT Nagar. Before starting the ride the charges shown was Rs. 701 but due to drivers mistake the charge was 2300. We've to pay 2300 and that was not ok. I want refund on my trip.

                          I have made a payment on 27th march 2019 against ol money postpaid dues. My money got deducted but dues not cleared.
                          I checked with my bank also regarding payment they confirmed that it is paid to ola account. I got a mail regarding refund but not got my money till date. I am also calling and mailing to your support team on daily basis. They are not supporting customers to resolve the issue.

                          As I used share, in where mine is the last pickup but first drop. But driver dropped me at last which took 2 hours nearly instead of 40 Mins ride.

                          Driver replied that for this like.. First pickup will be first drop. What is the problem with this?

                          I fed up with ola routings on share rides.

                            Undersigned booked a cab on 7th april at hyderabad against traveling to airport on 8th morning at 4.55am.
                            One driver called me at 4.20am and asked where i am going, i replied to airport and come by 4.55am.
                            After waiting till 5.05am he did not show and telephone line he used of your office web line which cant be reached back.
                            Under signed was got confuses in unknown city, since hail from lucknow u. P) and no way to get help at early morning and had to take street cab at absorbent high price of rs 4000 for drop and taken risk on the road.
                            This compliant is lodged to ensure positive reply immediately with compensation for excess money paid as well harassment charges to remain ola's a trustworthy transport medium.
                            Also the said driver must asked for explanation so that passenger like me should not loss your credibility.

                              I'm from bangalore i was all most hitten by this stupid old cab driver, i was watching the old cab driver from 1 2kms he was driving so speed and 3 4 bikers also about to lose control because of this stupid old cab driver, he was about to hit me so badly in speed of 90 to 100kms, his number plate is ka01ae6470 i hope u to take a strict action against him..

When i asked him why did he accept the service while other customer is already in cab then he stated fight saying *aajauga jaldi or ye cab kisi ke baap ki nhi* this how he started talking..

                                I really want instant action..

                                  I had booked an outstation ola SUV from pune to mumbai (Kharghar) on 14/04/2019 .
                                  The SUV number is MH 12PQ6346 WHITE XYLO

                                  initially while booking the ride the cost was 3015 Rs but when we reached the destination the cost came upto 4268 Rs

                                  After which we called the ola customer care number ***(+91 [protected] )***

                                  To inquire about this issue .One guy received the call and when i explained him the problem he immediately hung up on me .After which he kept cancelling my calls .So, i tried calling using another number he received the call and was very rude and again hung up.He repeated this multiple times

                                  This was the worst experience with ola customer care service and how they cheated on us with the fares .

                                  IT'S A SHAME ON OLA HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS

                                  ALSO IN FUTURE I WOULD SUGGEST ALL THE PEOPLE I KNOW TO NEVER EVER USE OLA Services

                                  I was a regular ola user ...

                                  Will switch some other good cab servies who atleast have good people at customer service

Lekin muze nahi ati, balki me us location se najdik hu. Tabhi nahi ati.. Kya karu me... Office ke chakar bahot bar kat chuka hu... Kuch SOLUSHTON nahi hua.. Mentali torcher ho raha he.. Pagal ho raha hu... Harassment ho raha he... Kuch to karo aur mera problem solv karo...

                                      Abusive and threatening nature of ola drivers are nuisance to fellow citizens in bangalore. Recently idiotic nature of ola cab driver threatening non-locals saying "we are locals to bangalore and dont mess with us"..

                                      Ola drivers character must be verified before hiring them. If they cannt respect fellow citizens, then they cannt be trusted with honest and safe services to customers opting ola...

                                      Till date, i used to opt for ola, but hereafter will make sure not to use ola and recommend the same to others...

                                      All the complaints raised on drivers nature should be considered seriously since they seem to be behaving very irresponsibly.

                                        I booked ola at 2.12 pm from phone no [protected]. I got the name of the driver but no car no and otp. The driver rang me and reached my pickup point. Till then i have not received the otp. Driver also tried from my mobile.in the process more than 20 minutes passed. Then driver called the help line and i got the otp. But i have been charged rs 62.04. As waiting charge for no fault of mine. I request you to refund the waiting charge. K. Chakrabarty
